Disappointing

Our agent, B., seems to have taken our money and passed the duties on to Blue Sky Tours- Hawaii. No attention to detail! We trusted her to meet our travel requests. Examples of disappointment- The flights were booked with 3 stops... including Dallas to HOUSTON to LA to HI!! Either really long layovers or unrealistic times between arrivals and departures. At each stop, we had to try fix seat assignments because we were scattered all over the plane. (From LA to HI- not one of our 8 party members were seated together-- including 3 kids under 11! (She admittedly didn't NOTICE what she booked!) Our beach access request ignored- we had to drive to one. She also booked us 2 cars on each island we visited. Again, we had to try to exchange for a passenger each time. I WISH we had booked through Travelocity! It would have been better and I wouldn't feel like I threw away money for the "services". Despite all the inconvenience she caused us- we enjoyed the islands
