Cheapest diesel in the central valley. Off the 99 freeway. Brand new pumps. $2.39 Spacious!
Try to use a credit card outside at the pump? Not at EZ Trip. They make it so that you have to walk inside the store and hopefully buy something. While I was waiting in their always long line last week, another customer was arguing with a cashier because the price he paid for his fuel on his receipt was higher than the price that was listed. All the cashier said was that there was a price change made by corporate and he has no control over that and did not honor the difference in price. This place is not to be trusted for their unethical business practices.
This place has these fresh coffee grinding machines that never work . There whole coffee section is an absolute joke sometimes there pots are completely Empty.
Worst customer service..2/5/23.Manager was very rude. Just because i stand in wrong line.she need to learn customer service. Her customer service is really bad.just because receipt don't come out so i go inside to get receipts. I ask her clearly for receipt number 24 pump. And she start argue with me she keep saying i said i need gas on pump24 .
Went today to the ez trip and can say with certainty that the employee Jaref made the whole experience and "easy trip" ;). As I walked into the store, Jafert greeted me with a kind and loving smile. I was looking for gatorade as my friend Oscar was suffering from a bad case of the bubble guts and Jatet immediately directed me to the vast supply of Gatorades. After that I could not remember what number gas pump my car was in and Jefat quickly ran out, almost doing a parkour trick and dashed back informing me that my car was indeed in number 4 pump. Such a kind boy that Jeraf. As I left he helped me out the door and I almost felt like adding him into my will but sadly I have a son already so a kind "thank you" sufficed this time. Definitely think Ez trip to recognize the great employees they have, ie. Jabef. Thank you.
I would come here to pump gas A lot. I wouldn't have any problems until I went stood in a big line, got to the register to pay my gas and the cashier/manager of the store brown chubby girl with a tattoo black shirt. Belly showing from the bottom of her pants(Nayta she said her name was. )was rude as F * she has a disgusting attitude . If you don't want to help customers and that being YOUR job then find a new job. Do something else. EZ TRIP needs better managers because management is terrible. There is no reason for someone who's in charge of the shift to be setting those f**kingexamples to their cashiers. Makes people not want to come back ! Ez trip you have lost a loyal customer
I only went to the Taco Bell in there and it is the absolute worst Taco Bell ever. They skimp on the filling of every item. The tacos are so flat the shells are all broken. Chips in the nachos tasted old. They shorted our order one burrito. It was all bad.
Talk about price gouging. Stopped to fuel up with E85 Flex Fuel and the price per gallon was 5.85. I will never put gas there again and there is only one company that delivers Flex Fuel in Central California and I only pay 3.59 per gallon at Shell Gas Station at First and Shaw Ave, Fresno, California. I went to Santa Cruz and Flex Fuel there was 3.99 per gallon. If this isn't price gouging, I don't know what is.
I've never had a bad experience here and the gas is the cheapest price around! Nice staff, pretty clean, and Subway, Taco Bell, and Cinnabon are inside the store as well :)
Well not my best first experience for a new business. This review is strictly based on service because it is a wonderful gas station with very low prices, 2.65 ,2.90 + 3.15 consecutively with diesel at 2.55 stocked very well with clean bathrooms . However, I walked in and paid $25 cash for my gas ( limping with a torn meniscus) He didn't turn on the pump so I had to walk back in and he turned it on. Then the pump needed to refund me $3.50 for gas so I went back in and there were two people in line but they were blocking me from getting behind them so I stood next to them meanwhile a long line formed behind them. When it was my turn I went up and he told me to go back to the end of the line. I said that the line hadn't been there when I stood next to the couple and he still told me to go back to the line just to get my 3.50!! I explained that to him and he just shook his head and ignored me. He was very rude and dismissive and I don't know his name but he was the one with the ponytail. Whoever owns this station I urge you to watch the cameras and see what happened. This happened approximately 5:30 on November 9th I certainly deserve an apology and my $3.50.

E-Z Trip opens up in Southern Madera
Wendy Alexander/The Madera Tribune The new E-Z Trip Travel Plaza is now open on Avenue 12 off Highway 99.
When the businesses were torn down near the State Route 99 and Avenue 12 offramp, many wondered if they would be replaced.
After many years of doubt, dirt began to turn at the beginning of 2020 and E-Z Trip Travel Plaza opened its doors a couple of weeks ago, much to the delight of travelers.
“We were looking for a good site to buy to build a new truck stop,” owner Shawn Shiralian said. “We looked everywhere. The site where we built that truck stop was one of the best sites we saw. We picked that and talked to Bobby (Khan, Madera County Economic Development Commission Executive Director). He indicated that it was really good and encouraged us to buy it. We bought it and we built it.”
Since opening, business has been steady for the former owner of the popular Klein’s Truck Stop and AM/PM Arco gas station on State Route 99 and Herndon off ramp.
“After four years, we finally have a retail site to sell,” Shiralian said. “We’ve been shut down since 2017. That place was a good place and a money-making machine. We were really sorry to give it up to high-speed rail. We tried to tell them to go around us and they didn’t want to.”
Khan made a play for Shiralian after hearing of his difficulty with Fresno County. At one time, Shiralian’s businesses were the highest tax revenue retail business for Fresno County.
“He got wiped out by high speed rail,” Khan said in an interview in August. “He couldn’t find another spot in Fresno so he came here. Klein’s Truck Stop, I could be wrong, was the highest sales tax generator for Fresno. That sales tax generation is coming to Madera. It’s going to be big.”
While Shiralian may have had difficulties dealing with Fresno County, he had nothing but compliments for Madera County.
“It was awesome to work with Madera County,” he said. “It was really great. They worked with us every step of the way. If we had any problems, we would cal and they would make phone calls to get things done for us. It really wouldn’t have been open now if it was in Fresno County. I’m grateful to have that store there. I’m grateful for the store to be open. I’m grateful that we made an investment in Madera County rather than Fresno County.”
Included in the travel plaza is everything a travel center is known for, including showers for truckers, electric car hook-ups, and recreational vehicle accommodations. Also, inside the plaza is a Subway restaurant and coming at the beginning of next year will be a Taco Bell.
Although Shiralian isn’t going to build a diner like he did at Herndon and State Route 99, he does have other plans for the area.
“It’s (the diner) kind of gone away in the travel center business,” he said. “We’re buying about five acres across the road and thinking about putting a motel there.”
With the opening of the E-Z Trip, it gives Madera County three such travel centers with Love’s and Pilot north of town and E-Z Trip the only one in the south.
“I’m happy everybody has good business and making money,” Shiralian says of the other travel centers. “We don’t look at them as a competition, but more as a friend.”
Shiralian has about 50-60 people working at the E-Z Trip and will expand to about 100 when the Taco Bell opens inside the travel center. He isn’t planning on a ribbon cutting or a grand opening. In addition, Shiralian is also moving dirt on an AM/PM Arco gas station/convenience store at the corner of State Route 145 and Avenue 13.
