Every related information is shared on their own well in advance so that no tension is left on the tourists. Every care is taken by them in time. Food supplied by them are high class in quality and quantity. In my personal experience, there is no better option for chhosing any other travels. Kundu Special means really special.

My 84 and 75 years old parents returned today from a 9 day trip to Dooars. Initially I was worried about my father as he has an early onset of Dementia. But my concerns were put to rest by the regular ecstatic update from my mom everyday. LOL. They seemed to be enjoying every moment during the entirety of the tour.

A loud shoutout to the manager, Mr. Abhijeet Dutta.He made sure everyone is well taken care off and treated all the travellers like his own family.

The cuisines were very good and had variety of dishes including delicious desserts. My mom has a sweet tooth and needless to say she was very happy.:D

My parents were overjoyed and thrilled beyond my expectation. I live far away from my homeland and I am so thankful to Kundu Special for giving this experience of a lifetime to my parents. It will be cherished by them for the remaining years.

I have already started planning the next trip with them for my parents. Hopefully I will be able to travel too some day with them.

My recent tour on Kashmir, my first time experience with Kundu special, was not good enough as the agency was concentrated on meals & food only, not sincere with the tour programmes. The tour managers were like dictators and headmasters. I lost the essence of the tour because of wrong selection of tour operators.

Time is mature enough for them to be serious as well as sincere to tourists. Remember, tourists are the bread & butter for the operators. Hopefully, I shall not avail Kundu special again.

This is my first time visit with kundu special, visited from 24 March 2023. In one word I am very much satisfied with kundu special. We stayed in 5 places, the hotels in Munshiyari and Kausani were the best, in other places need improvement, in our trip Almorah and adjoining places were excluded that needs to be included immediately. On board lunch were provided during some trips, some of the places were not neat and clean, specially washrooms , Kundu should pay attention to this aspect or to avoid such places

I just completed my Kerala tour. I must say it was an awesome experience. Very professional approach. I was stunned by the service. Both managers Mr Rajesh and Mr Ajoy were fabulous and helpful persons. I am utterly impressed.

Henceforth if I tour again with Kundu travels I will ask them to send the same managers. Lastly, I am telling about food that was very good and sufficient both in veg or non veg all.

I just completed my Tamil Nadu tour. I must say it was an awesome experience. Very professional approach. I was stunned by the service. Both Managers Kanjilal and Shankar were fabulous. I m utterly impressed.

A KOLKATA WEST BENGAL INDIA BASE PIONEAR TRAVEL AGENT PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE SPECIALLY FOR SENIR CITIZEN. THIS UNIT HAS A LOTS OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS FUILD.

SO THEY GIVE GOOD CARE TO THE VISITORS. PROVIDE GOOD ACCOMODATION AND FOOD DURING TRAVEL. SIGHT SEEING MAY BE IMPROOVED TO SOME EXTEND. I WISH THEM ALL THE BEST.

Sundarban tour at the rate of Rs 7870 including GST, is too exorbitant, having taken in to account its too bad ground floor unventilated room and visiting only two tiger points.

Recently we availed a conducted tour by Kundu special at Kolkata.

We choose Kinnaur Kalpa Sangla tour from 22th April to 30th April, 2019.All the hotels they kept was very good.Food was excellent. Our group had about 32 aged people.The tour Manager Samirbabu and Bhaskarbabu were very friendly, courteous and helpful. During tour period one member became ill, The manager's took him to a hospital within 30 mins for treatment.Thaks to Kundu special team. Previously we availed their Ley Ladhak and Bhutan tour happily.

Re: NAINITAL TOUR( 12-10-18 TO 23-10-18 with Kundu Special

The undersigned is very much disgusted and disappointed with your overall attitude, poor outlook / mentality and above all worst quality of food which was much below than average or lower class local tour operator . Mr Ashish Biswas played key role for the undernoted difficulties.

The factuals are as mentioned below:

On 12-10-18 dinner, in lalkuan express, served to my family was worst and rotten condition and unhealthy for me as a senior citizen. I have to suffer much during entire tour.

Head cook does not know how to cook food, as a result all the cooked foods were turned ugly like footpath or joopri standard.

Despite availability of chicken we were served eggs on maximum number of days. Those who are not having mutton were also served eggs on couple of occasions.

Fish mutton and chicken all were miniature of size out of which fish were in rotten condition.

Grand feast was turned into beggersâ€™ meal. Half boiled mutton and high doze of rose water administered in biryani so that tourists will reject it. Street dog also refused to eat such low quality class of food.

During downward journey in BAG EXPRESS we were also served poor quality of food(lunch and dinner) on 22-10-18. Despite availability of good foods in train.

On 23-10-18 Bag Express reached howrah station at about 1300 hrs on that day packed dry foods may be offered to us as 12 no of days was included.

We were cheated by your esteemed organization by way of above factuals and kept us hungry and in distressed condition. Sometimes it was felt that we are running days at your mercy and kindness.

Personal preferences were noticed during catering of lunch and dinner food in hotel rooms. It was evident that there were two classes out of which one is executive and another was treated as beggar like us.

Lastly we are very much thankful to Mr Anil and Mr Mahadev for their good behavior and gesture.

Extremely quick and reliable services.

Well on time, and convenient. The service was sourced from website and found to be helpful. Will be useful to tourists seeking travel information. The services need to be advertised for higher outreach to reach more people.

Hotel provided was below standard, food and transport horrible.Even if one complains no steps are taken. A complete lack of professionalism. Why would a person spend 30k and get such below standard hospitality and after all these, the kitchen staff come asking for tips.

This is the 3rd time we are travelling with them. I must admit that the last two trips were satisfactory, but this time the food quality, hotel, drivers etc were well below standards. Kundu special must realise that we are spending a lot of money on these tours and deserve professionalism from them as well.The driver of one of their buses even misbehaved with us - bus no.( AN- 691O). No action was taken by the managers.

The sevice provided by Kundu Special Tour is very bad. I am not satisfied with the service. I booked a pacakege tour Kedarnath- Badrinath.

Tourist guide was very irresponsible person. He did not give proper information about places. We did not understand his language. He dont have any knowledge. Manager of tour was very uncouth and allways busy to look his personal gain

The transport system was not suitable for me. The service and arrangement made by company was not good. My pacekage tour had included all the charges for deal and offer but they had charged from me for lunch. food was not so good quality.

There is not any convenience even though they did not provided medical kit. it was a horrible experience for me

Kundu Special Tour is very- very bad company. When I went there, I am not satisfied with its services. TheirÂ Â tourist guides have not proper information. They can't give me a write informations and also not a good explanations. I had been missguided to go to my planed location and really, I frustrated at that time. Its transport system is also not very suitable for me. I think I wasted my money and time. Low quality of transport, is also a very big thing. About my experiance, I cannot recommend to anybody to go there. Their guides are not a properly trained.

So in my opinion, you should go some other travel company for your travel service. Thanks.

I used the first time this company service and I went to travel with my friends for the tour. I like this company facility and its facility is useful for me. I did not satisfy this company service because its company's guides did not give proper information and not punctual for the time. This company Volvo stops much time on the way without any information. This company's tour guides language is not clear to understandable.

A mindblowing tour with kundu special and too good hospitality and delicious food, extremely happy travelling with them.?? We were three travellingwith them and geniunely telling they pampered us with all sots of delecacies. The tour guide was good to us.

This was my first experience with this tours & travels company. This website is not helpful for ticket book site for tours & travels. I call to customer service for ticket booking. They did not give proper information. I face problems when I travel in Volvo. I think tour guides are new joining to this company so their knowledge was not so good.

Cancellation Policy :

The advance payment 50% is a confirmation amount of trip & it is non refundable on cancellation of booking.

Cancellation on tourist request paid amount is non refundable at any circumstance.

If cancellation is done by tourist before 15 day of trip, in that case tourist has to pay total 70% of booking bill amount.

In case tourists cancel any booking before 7 days of trip or same day cancellation, in that case 100% of bill amount is chargeable to tourists.

After an advance payment if tourist want to customize the programme is not permitted, If tourist wants to customize in that case the advance will be non refundable & first quote will get cancel & will have to proceed with another booking with a fresh programme quotation ,here first quotation advance amount will not be refunded or adjusted at any circumstance. All extra payment has to pay by tourist on spot for spot cancellation of any program.

Customization of trip is not possible while travelling in trip, if so then tourist must pay total billing amount (100%) & here after all extra must bear by tourists themselves.
