The service we received was great

The service we received was great. The location of the hotels across from the prophet’s masjid and the kaabah made the experience much more comfortable by far. The agent was available by phone throughout travel and extremely helpful and informative. I would recommend and use this agent again without question.

Umrah September 2023

As Salamu Alaykum brother, just some feedback on the whole trip that I booked from Al Madina Travels. Brother Mairaj who has led our group during the whole Umrah has been very helpful and kind and patient. May Allah bless him, truly made the whole experience much easier. He is also very knowledgeable and was able to explain things very easily. Alhumdulilah I am very grateful for my first Umrah experience to be led by brother Mairaj and everything that has been provided to me through him and through the entire package. The hotels that we stayed in were perfect and brother Mairaj was very quick to respond and help whenever needed in those hotels no matter what time of day or night it was. This brother made sure everyone had the best and easiest experience.

I went for Umrah first time

I went for Umrah first time . It was an amazing experience everything went smoothly from pick up from airport to medina hotel and to makkah. Tour guide took time to show all the ziyrats and masjids. Thank you Usama Akmal for making our trip wonderful!

Great Service

You must use this company. Please ask for brother Mubashir, this was our first time visiting Makka and Medina, he made it very easy for us (me and my 6 yrs old son). We went Sept 12 through Sept 21, 2023. The hotels in Medina and Makka were very close to masjid which made it easy for us. We did private not with group. Brother Mubashir arranged all the transportation from the airport to the hotel and ziyarat. Brother Mubashir was available 24/7 for any questions he also would texted us to make sure we were okay. He is very kind and well experienced. He made us feel so comfortable and ask any questions. I'm planing to go back to umrah next year and I'm going to use this company again. I'm thankful to find trustworthy company like this online.

The service and price were great.

The service and price were great, the local people in mecca and Medina coordinated very well and they took us for ziyarat, if there was a delay on our end they were patient enough to wait. The hotel options were great, which included breakfast and the breakfast was great and really fabulous with great menu and freshly prepared. Mubashir really took good care of us and my family and this was my first Umrah Ever !! I enjoyed it Immensely. Top-notch service! I entrusted Al Madinah Travels with my family's Umrah trip, and they exceeded all expectations. Despite starting the booking process months in advance, they ensured everything was in order, from visas to insurance. Cheaters and Liars

If there was a rating less than 1 star, I would have given that. This travel agency is an absolute scam as they take money from people by giving them fake reassurances and fake promises and when the payment is done they forget all of their promises and don't even reply or pickup their call. We recently performed Umrah through them. We bought the Umrah package in August and found out few days before our departure that the hotel we got in Madinah is not even the hotel we actually paid for. Apparently the initial booking got canceled due to renovation or construction work at the hotel. So we called the hotel directly and spoke with the room reservation department. Rooms were available for the dates we needed. And they didn’t have any cancellation happening due to constructions or renovations at that time. I called Al Madinah Travels again. As usual they didn’t pick up. I tried sending them messages on WhatsApp. No reply. After trying to get hold of the agent multiple times finally we got hold of their floor manager Zahid Saleem. His response was like this “we don’t have any control over hotel bookings since we work through vendor but we are still working on it.” They kept saying once they receive the confirmation from their Saudi office they will let us know. Not did they change the hotel to the similar hotel as they promised nor did they let me know anything. The hotel we got in Madinah was a 2 star hotel even though we paid for the Five Star Luxury Package. They gave us a room that wasn’t smoke free. The room and the hallway smelled like cigarettes all the time. Rooms are outdated and falling apart. Bedsheets have stains and bathrooms are outdated and super filthy. The bathroom smells like urine and tiles are gunky. The elevators take ages to come. We waited for approximately 15-20 minutes every time. Our room was on the 14th floor so couldn’t even use the stairs. It was our first time going to umrah and our experience with this agency was the worst. They have no honesty or accountability. They booked the cheapest stuff and charged us the most expensive prices. Please do not fall for the cheap 5 star packages as they advertise. My sister and her family went to Umrah through them a week before me and she faced the same thing. It was genuinely the worst experience with this agency. Not worth the money AT ALL. A scam. I would never recommend to anyone

Great Umrah Experience Alhamdullilah

My mom and dad went to Umrah and the experience was amazing Alhamdullilah. Al-Madinah booked the tickets, got other visas, book the hotels, arrange transportation to and from the airport, medina, and to makkah, and arranged a one day ziyarat trip for their stay in both Mecca and Madina. Other than that, you are free to do whatever you would like which they really enjoyed. They weren’t tied down to a schedule that would stop them from visiting the Masjids, performing Umrah, and sightseeing whenever they wanted to. They felt like their stay was the perfect amount of time. They had 2 full days and 2 half days in Medina due to transportation from the airport and then to Makkah. In Makkah, they had 3 and a half days and Alhamdullilah were able to complete 2 Umrahs. The hotel experiences were great. In Makkah they were a 5 minute walk from the entrance of Masjid al Haram, and in Medina they were around a 5-6 minute walk from Masjid al Nabawi. The breakfast was an excellent all you can eat experience with a buffet, omelets, fruit, soup, pastries, coffee, everything you could need. They flew with Egypt air and although there was some back and forth with that company with getting my mom a wheelchair for the airplane, as soon as we told our contact at Al Madinah Travels, Usama, he was able to call them on our behalf and work it out. Alhamdullilah, everything about this trip went so smoothly. The team, especially Brother Usama was very helpful. Inshallah we look forward to using Al Madinah Travels for our Hajj and Umrah trips after this.
