They are dishonest and disrespectful.

Times Travel charged us £990 for changing a reservation for the two of us for our flight from London to Sydney. We then found out from Swiss, who were the Carriers, that Times Travel had overcharged us and that the actual surcharge for this change of reservation should have been £496. We asked Times Travel to rectify this mistake by returning our overpayment but they refused and instead offered to give us travel vouchers for £496 in compension. We declined this and insisted on a cash refund because by then we had no confidence in their integrity. We heard no more from them and they have ignored all our attempts to communicate with them by phone and by email. We also sent an official Recorded Delivery letter to them as advised by our legal counsel, to settle the matter amicably. They ignored this and did not respond. We phoned them today. They told us the case is closed. We are now in the process of initiating legal action against them.

I had an issue with Alexa Travel where…

I had an issue with Alexa Travel where one of their agents charged me incorrectly. Despite my attempts to contact them through various means such as email, phone, I was unable to resolve the issue. As a result, I reported the incident as a scam to my bank. However, at the end of the day, I managed to find the phone number associated with the charge and decided to call. Luckily, I was able to speak with Zee, one of the directors, who promptly resolved the issue within a day. It was then that I discovered that this agency operates under the name "Times Travel" and has been taking advantage of customers. I must commend Zee for his exceptional service, as he not only secured a refund for me but also followed up with several phone calls to ensure that everything was resolved satisfactorily.

We have been booking with Romina for…

We have been booking with Romina for the past few years and everytime the service has been excellent. Recent we travelled to Zanzibar annd Nairobi. Often we just tell Romina where we wish to go, and we leave the rest with her. We trust her attention to detail and to ensure that we get the best accommodation and experiance are commendable. Thus far we have been left very impressed with the service and intend to book with Romina for all future intended travels.

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service. Complete peace of mind. I just explained what I wanted and they put it all together for me. Was a truly personal bespoke service. I felt completely comfortable that my trip. Was all taken care of. Once there I they made sure everything was on point and made follow up calls to ensure my family holiday was going smooth. Can't recommend them enough. Roomina home I dealt with deserves a medal. A massive thank you. Wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of any trip I go on.

Amazing professional service…

We booked a last minute trip to Antalya with Minhal in times travel. I could not praise her enough for her attention to detail in meeting all our needs and being super professional. We have booked our holidays with Romina for a few years now. We are so happy with her advice, professionalism and most of all her prices. Whenever we have any queries she answers quickly. She’s even been on holiday herself and replied. We would recommend everyone to book through Times Travel but definitely ask for Romina.

Junaid and Farhan

In 2019, I travelled to Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. I had someone called Junaid working from the Pakistan branch helping me and he done an amazing job getting me the best deal I could have possibly gotten. He also added in free taxi services picking me up and dropping me off to and from the airports and hotels, which made my experiences and journeys a lot easier. Also, I recently flew out to Zanzibar and I had Farhan book my flights and tickets. He found me the best prices and I ended up having the best holiday of my life.

Anniversary booking- Qatar and Malaysia

We recently made a booking with Romina, she was so efficient and thorough and paid attention to every detail. She made sure that she was easily available to support for every query before the holiday and the best thing is also during the trip! Excellent Personalised service

We have been booking with Romina for the past few years and everytime the service has been excellent. We tend to have a destination and hotel in mind but she also gives great recommendations on hotels which may have a discount. She has happily called the hotel/airline on our behalf to check details and ask our questions. The thing that stands out the most is she is always happy to help and no request is too much for her. Even if we keep changing our mind on details, she patiently bares with us. We have been very happy and will continue to book through Romina and Times Travel.

Romina is the best!

Romina was absolutely fantastic and is my favourite agent. I travel multiple times a year and she is always the best. County Court Judgement (CCJ) awarded…

County Court Judgement (CCJ) awarded against this company. After a bitterly poor experience with this company and 5 months of stress, my case was heard at Birmingham County Court on 04.01.23. The judge listened to the evidence presented and ruled AGAINST this company. A CCJ was awarded for a full refund & damages, the judge also refused the company 'leave' to appeal - meaning he found no grounds to support their desire to appeal against the CCJ. They are poor beyond belief and will blatantly lie to your face in a court room about how they managed your booking. Utterly shocking with no regard for the impact their incompetent staff & lack of customer care has on the lives of their customers. They will always put profit over principle so stay away from this organisation!

Booked my last holiday to Abu Dhabi 2022 with Romina! It’s was literally luxury all the way!! They scam people pretending to be different airlines and making up taxes that do not exist. Scaring you that if you do not pay them, you won’t bhe able to attend your flight. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!

From start to finish this company was fab. I had everything explained to me over and over again and nothing was an issue. We went to iceland with this company and because of the issues with the volcano we got a refund back from the blue lagoon trip probably within a few days of me sending my bank details wen we got back. If you have any doubts about this company don't. They are spot on and deserve my 10/10. Iknow we cant name the person who seen to our every needs but I hope he knows who he is. He was amazing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a smooth booking xx

This company is always a pleasure to communicate with whenever I need a booking. Their packages are inclusive, worth the money and are completely reliable. I’ve been contacted by them throughout the whole process of my bookings and I’m always kept up to date. Their prices are budget friendly and accommodate to families well as well as individuals. Never had a problem with them in my numerous years of being a customer.

Times for travel took our money. We found out later that they never booked our hotels. and we contacted them they used abusive language and threatened us they will not pay us ONE penny of the thousands of money we paid them for our Umrah package!!! Do not beleive their promises

i have booked a holiday for my with Times travel to Portugal. It was thw best holidays ever the hotel they recommended was brilliant they did everything for us from binging to end they made sure we had great time which we did. the Adviser who served us (SAJJAD) WAS VERY WARM AND HELPFUL. he sent us about 10-15 options and the places to visit and idea's to help us save money and keeping our selves safe while we are at the holidays. since we got back from holidays i have recommended Times Travel company and Sajjad to few of my friends and they booked and really enjoyed the holidays and they have thanked me to for recommending them the TIMES TRAVEL LTD. Any one who wants to go on holidays and enjoy stress free holidays i will advise them to go to times travel ltd to book their holidays.

“Utter Cheats Held us Ransom...Basically”

We have always ordered tickets from TImes Travel....Well My dad has always ordered tickets from them and some particular staff have always been Helpful....Bu when my dad was away and my mum was looking for a ticket for me.....Another agent by the name of SAJAD...was very forceful at trying to get her to book a ticket....at an incredibly high price explaining to her that it was the best deal she could get... We tried different sources and at the first source found a ticket more than 25% cheaper than the rate offered to us by Times Travel....Then they told us that we could get a cheaper ticket with them as we have always been loyal customers....we decided to take them up on the offer...we tried contacting them for several days and they kept telling us that the ticket was booked and he would call us back in 10 mins... we NEVER got a call back after making more than 10 calls to him. Then when we called the company to resolve the matter and Sajad said that the ticket as no longer available as the return ticket had not be confirmed...This meant that the ticket which i was booking from another source was not available at the reasonable price instead the cheapest ticket i could find was more than 50% increase over the original price (which we were disgusted with from Sajad) from that Time Travel had offered to begin with. Absoloutly terrible customer service and doubt that we will ever use there service ever again after only using them for Several years prior to this experience. We feel like we were held ransom until the prices were increased in order to get more money from us!

i have been dealing with Times travel for long time and now my kids and and most of my family deals with them as well. we have always had really customer service and always got really good price. we have compared the price with internet so many time and always times travel price is the cheapest. all the travel agents advise you to book the ticket its only because you don't lose the seats, just by booking it, it doesn't mean you have to purchase the booked tickets you can always cancel it if you want them. i think they are the very helpful and never had a problem with them in so many years............

These people have been harrassing me via telephone for days now. I also suspect that they aren’t a real company since none of the email addresses or other contact details on their website work. How they got my phone number I do not know as I have never been on their website until they started their spam phone call tirade against me. What I do know though is that spamming a spammer is like asking for trouble as I am going to publically give them negative reviews like this one until they lose my number. Their last phone call was the most worrying one as all they did was breathe down the phone when I answered.

Yes, they did this to us too! What a horrible company!

Raphael Shar at Times Travel was most helpful in sending over various holidays to choose from for our first summer break with our 4 year old daughter,he took the time to find us a very nice hotel in Tenerife within budget and that was child friendly. we really enjoyed the time away and were so impressed we are currently organizing another 7 night holiday to Spain in August 2011. We would happily recommend Raphael and Times Travel to friends and family for future holidays.

Excellent value for Money, I booked a holiday to Morocco with these guys, Not only did they know what they were talking about but they gave me about 20 options for hotels. They knew all about the destination and gave me really valuable advice. They also recommended the places for me to go there and made sure I had the holiday i always wanted. Their website is also really helpful. Would definatley use them again.

Short break to Iceland

Booked a short break to Iceland through Joe at Times & Travels UK and they couldn't have been more helpful. Our flight got delayed a day and a half due to wind, contacted Joe who took all necessary actions to reschedule transfers and excursions. Our blue lagoon trip got cancelled because of eruptions but Joe refunded this. Even after all the issues had a great time due to the contact and professionalism of Joe.

Had amazing customer service with this place. Unfortunately I was not ready to book yet but will be with them in the future. They got back to me very quickly with quotes and helped me find best dates and flights and the prices were better than I have had anywhere else.

Disney land Paris booking

I started the booking process a few days before i confirmed the holiday… Was given lots of alternative hotels prices etc.. very helpful, efficient everything booked and sorted working a very short period of time… would definitely book through this company again

Trip to Disneyland Paris

Trevor was so helpful with all the organisation of booking 7 of us to go to Disneyland Paris from flights accommodation and park days there was no stress and hassle free would highly recommend and will definitely be booking with him again shortly

Short break to Iceland

Booked a short break to Iceland through Joe at Times & Travels UK and they couldn't have been more helpful. Our flight got delayed a day and a half due to wind, contacted Joe who took all necessary actions to reschedule transfers and excursions. Our blue lagoon trip got cancelled because of eruptions but Joe refunded this. Even after all the issues had a great time due to the contact and professionalism of Joe.
