Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

• Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.

Mayureshwar temple.

This is one of the most important temples during the Ashtavinayak darshan. The temple is made out of black stone with walls that are 50 feet high. The temple has minarets on all four sides. At the front of the temple, one can see a Nandi (Shiva’s Bull Mount) at the door of the temple.

Siddhivinayak Temple

The Murti of Ganesha at the Siddhivinayak temple is unique as it is one of the eight murtis that has the trunk of Lord Ganesha directed towards the right. The idol is 3 feet tall and situated at the centre of the temple. One is expected to take a circle around the hillock of the temple during a pilgrimage.

Ballaleshwar Temple

The stone temple today was once made of wood until it was reconstructed in stone during the time of Nana Phadnavis in 1760. There two small lakes that are constructed at either side of the temple. The temple is directed towards the east and has a statue of Lord Ganesha along with a Mushika that is located at the centre of the temple.

Varadavinayak

At this temple, Lord Ganesha is said to bestow his visitors with bounty and success. The idol of this temple was found in the adjoining lake during 1760 AD. The idol has a weathered look and faces the east with its trunk facing the left direction.

Chintamani temple

Board Bus for very famous & spiritual Ashtavinayak Yatra (Pickup starts from Borivali at 04.30 AM). Witness very first worship of Mahad Swayambhu (Self-generated) to Lord Varadvinayak, Post darshan fullfill your tummy with yummy breakfast & get yourself ready to visit second temple of the day i.e. at Pali of lord Ballaleshwar, Later have Lunch & rest Evening witness darshan of Prati Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir. Winding up have evening tea/coffee and snacks then move on to hotel for dinner & rest.

Wakeup early morning and proceed To Prati Vaishno Devi at Pimpri. Then Proceeds Towards Lord Chintamani Theur. Later have breakfast & move on for next darshan towards Siddhatek of lord Siddhivinayak. Next comes Lord Mayureshwar of Morgaon. Time for a short break - relief yourself with a delicious lunch. Set yourself for the darshan of Lord Khandoba at Jejuri. Confirmation / Cancellation request will be accepted in writing only through the mail. Request over phone will not be accepted.

If there are less tourists, then the traveling will be arranged by Car / Tempo Traveller / Mini Bus. In that case, tour participants can postpone their tour for the next date.

Accommodation will be provided as per the package selected by the guest (i,e. Double / Triple sharing basis )

Extra Bed provided in hotel will be a mattress with bed sheet, blanket and pillow.

There are pre-set menus for meal provided on tour. Organisation reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. If the tour participant misses any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he/she has missed and not consumed.

Tour Itinerary may be revised or Altered or Change or Merge in case of necessity. Organiser / Tour manager has total rights to act as per the circumstances / situation.

Under circumstances of cancellation of any tour by the company, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable. In case tour cancelled by the participants, cancellation policy will applicable.

The company reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel any of the tour advertised in the brochure / website/ google ads / social media, without assigning any reason. whatsoever. - The company reserves the right to publish the passengers photograph or group photograph without intimation or permission of the same passenger or group.

There can be increase in the tour cost in case of hike in taxes, fuel cost and/or hotel costs.

Complimentary destinations are subject to time availability.

It is understood that tour participants traveling with Ashtavinayak Yatra or its Travel partners have read and accepted the above terms.

At the time of booking min. 50% Payment will be accepted as an advance payment.

The remaining payment will be collected via cash only at the time of pick up / the day of departure.

Minimum Cancellation fee is Rs. 1000 Per head.

31 - 21 Days prior to Tour Start Date 10 % of full tour cost.

20 - 11 Days prior to Tour Start Date 25 % of full tour cost.

10 - 05 Days prior to Tour Start Date 50 % of full tour cost.

04 - 03 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.

02- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.

Regarding Refund of Unused / Unutilized Services (which are Paid for and Cancelled in Advance) the Refund Amount Would be worked out On the Basis of Cancellation Policy as Described Above and the Money would be Refunded to the Person who has made the Payment to Us.

Irrespective of above-mentioned Cancellations Slabs - In Case of Cancellation of Tour Services after the Booking is made with us - A Minimum 10% Service Charges Would Be Applicable.

The Refund Process may take up to 2 - 4 weeks due to Banking Procedures. If the Refund is made to the Credit Card Account or to Bank Account, The Bank Charges would be Debited from The Refund Amount.
