How do you use cube pre shave? 

Use Cube 2.0 pre shave to clean your face first prior to wet shaving and rinse with water. This process helps to 'de-grease' the face. Next re-apply the soap in a circular motion, do not rinse off - apply your shaving soap lather on top! This helps to lift the hair, prepping and softening.

Best Pre Shave… Period

Hands down the best pre shave out there. Ridiculously slick, you could probably shave with it on its own! Really does help boost your lather too. It’s a fair old lump as well, should last a good long time. Great bang for your buck! As always, superb customer service from everyone at Agent Shave.

This stuff is brilliant. After four passes (using Proraso White) the residual slickness is unbelievable. I made the mistake of rubbing my face and then trying to pick up my shaving brush - no chance, too slippy! Had to settle for the mentholated as only that in stock, but glad I did now - although it does stays very cool when cold water rinsing!

Brilliant pre-shave soap. Very mentholated. Use shaving creams on top of it (i.e. don’t wash this off before applying shaving cream) for a really brilliant shaving experience. In my view this genuinely enhances the closeness of the shave. Great product and because it lasts a long time, it’s also great value for money!

Why is Preshave Soap BETTER Than Preshave Oil?

Well first off, as with anything in life, it all comes down to personal preference. I can tell you why   I   think it's better, but in the end, do what works for you! First off, unlike using oil, a Preshave Soap will not gunk up your gear and rinses away easy.

I was seriously turned off by all the clean up involved when using oils. Plus I was always concerned about it getting into my favorite brushes undetected and going rancid. Also, applying oil with your hands then holding onto a blade is not the safest move in my book. [ That said , if you currently use an oil, apply it with your non-shaver hand!] In short, Preshave Oils inspired me to find a better way!

Why a Preshave Soap is More Effective.

A preshave soap really offers more bang for your buck; for one, it's more affordable and longer lasting. Use it first to clean the face before you shave, then rinse. Then reapply the soap prior to whipping up lather: First in a circular motion, then against the grain. The soap gets under the hairs, slightly propping them up, giving the blade more surface area to "bite" onto. The glycerin acts as a humectant pulling more water into the hair, prepping and softening it, thus making it a bigger target to mow down!

Another benefit   is the Menthol option! With our mentholated preshave soap you can turn any shave into a cooling, mentholated shave despite what scent or brand of shave soap you choose to use!

There isn't much to say other than not only does Cube do exactly what it promises, it does so exceptionally well!

First time using the pre shave soap Really enjoyed the feel. I was at first surprised about how strong the "menthol is, but im getting used to it. Next time Ill go for the unseated. Also agree,.It does "boost" some less performing soaps. Lots of product for your $$

The cube for the win folks. This provides a great pre shave experience and adds slickness to whatever soap you want to apply. This has been permanently added to my Shave routine. If you're unsure about trying it dont be, you won't regret it. A great amount for the price as well.

Preshave The Cube 2.0 227gr – Phoenix Artisan

The Cube 2.0 is a fantastic pre-shave soap that will take your shaving experience to another level: more protection, more hydration and better blade glide.

Fragrance: Fragrance-free

Based on Almond, Prickly Pear, Safflower and Jojoba oils, it also contains Bacuri, Cupuacu and Murumuru butter, which provide softness and moisture. It also contains Aloe Vera and Vitamin E, which have great benefits for the skin, and Glycerine, which, being moisturising, absorbs and softens beard hair.

Directions for use: wash your face, moisten the soap and apply with a light massage directly onto the face. This will create a fantastic thin protective layer. Without rinsing, apply the shaving soap to the face.

The release of CUBE has been a long time coming. For those who are privy to the PAA Universe, you may have seen CUBE hovering in the background on different labels and in ads... observing. I have read a few interpretations by folks in the forums who have noticed CUBE' s appearances and have been flummoxed. What Does it Mean?  [I super appreciate that folks are becoming more hip to the universe in our labels!]
