I booked a vacation condo in StPete Beach, FL and had to cancel. My arrival date was 58 days away, but trs inc. requires 60 days before arrival. They are not very consumer friendly and did not reimburse my $200 deposit because I cancelled 2 days to late. Be aware of that strict policy

We stayed at The Reddington Surf Resort Unit 9 in Reddington Beach. the pictures online are completely non existent of this condo. It was terrible. The furniture is extremely out dated and uncomfortable. The sofa cushions were velcrowed to the frame both on the seats and back and kept moving. The chair was too big as was the coffee table for the small space. The refrigerator was rusty on the outside and all along the inside top of the door. When you would change the channel on the TV in the living space the TV in the bedroom would also change. The door going into the bathroom had large chips of wood taken out of the bottom,the shower curtain rod was COMPLETELY RUSTED. there has to be 20 coats of paint on the walls which at one time was probably ceramic tile. The lamp in the bedroom was all water stained. IT WAS A DUMP!!!!!!! nothing done to this unit since 1975, I swear. Very,very,very poor accommodations and not cheap.

We stayed in Sea Breeze unit 703 and it was filthy. Sticky, grimy appliances, dirty floors, dirty bedding and filthy balcony furniture. Every person we spoke to during our stay said their unit was dirty as well and they got no satisfaction when calling management. We chose to clean items ourselves rather than have people come in while we were not there. It should have been clean when we arrived. Forget extra cleaning for COVID, this place doesn't even do basic cleaning. We love the Madeira Beach area but will never stay at a property managed by TRS again. And if you own a unit in any of the buildings they manage, you probably want to follow up on what kind of conditions the guests staying in your unit are living in.

My husband and I were looking forward to our month-long vacation in Madeira Beach. Soon after our arrival, I noticed a thick layer of dust that had accumulated on the many blinds, light fixtures and floors. We made a complaint to the manager and a cleaning lady was sent over. Then we noticed there were small bugs in some of the drawers in the kitchen. To make matters even worse, when we got up the next morning, there was an influx of ants in the kitchen counters, cabinets & in every window sill. We called management again and an exterminator was sent over. There obviously was an ant infestation and after the exterminator sprayed, ants were swarming out from everywhere including on our bodies. Ant traps were set, and the cleaning person was sent over two more times. Not only did we have to deal with the aggravation of this situation, but we also had to spend a lot of time, instead of enjoying our vacation, waiting for these various workers to come over and do what needed to be done. And we were spending hundreds per day for our stay and certainly not enjoying ourselves! We had had it! We approached management about getting a refund, as the rental should have been clean and exterminated before our arrival. Obviously, management does not oversee the livability of their rentals, and only calls the required workers over when tenants complain. Upon invitation, they refused to come over and look at the condition of the property, refused to take responsibility for not being truthful about the condition of the rental, and refused to give us a refund. My husband and I are now filing claims with the Better Business Bureau and our charge card company. Please go elsewhere if you are seeking an enjoyable, stress-free vacation.

Renters Beware: I rented a property that was being managed by TRS, Inc. for 18 days. The first day I contacted TRS about the cleanliness of the rental and problems with the rental, they assured me that they would send someone to fix the reported problems. 18 days later no response from TRS. I know not all the problems are TRSs most lay with the home owner, however the very least TRS could have dont when contacted via email and in person is respond to a complaint in person not just some canned email. Poor management from the top down.

As an owner of a property offered for rental, I feel I am not valued. There is definitely a disconnect between the reservations side of the management company and the cleaning/maintenance side.

I'm reluctant to write this review, because I want it to always be available for me! I will say the building is well-maintained and condos are well-stocked. They've thought of nearly everything you'll need! They even provide beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. All the dishes we needed were in the kitchen. The place was huge! There's a 7/11 right across the street for immediate needs. The staff isn't on-site like many hotels, but they return calls and emails quickly. We will absolutely be back. We really loved it!

Avoid these bait and switchers like there is no tomorrow, they told us they booked us for the following year (hahah like any body does that) and then tried to force us into a sub standard replacement building not renovated since Don Johnson was still in a headlining tv show. The place stank had mildew. Refused to reduce or honor reservation(which we had in hand showing correct year)

Too expensive to begin also kinda old , had to do our own housekeeping or they'll charge a fee if you even left your garbage can with stuff

The two week period was constant calls for maintenance service which was always untimely and had many follow ups. Not what we anticipated in relaxing for two weeks in a beautiful surrounding.

Madeira Bay Resort & Marina is ideally located adjacent to the world famous John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk where you’ll find hundreds of shops and restaurants, sail boat and fishing charters, jet ski rentals and parasailing.

Guests bringing their boats to Madeira Bay Resort & Marina must call the marina in advance to arrange for boat dockage and trailer storage.
