Catamaran tours to La Graciosa

In the north of Lanzarote you will find the small island of La Graciosa – the graceful one. Time seems to have paused here. The use of private cars is prohibited and instead of asphalt there are sand tracks in the small village on the island. A ferry connects Lanzarote with La Graciosa. There are currently two catamaran excursions in Lanzarote that will take you around the island of La Graciosa .

Lanzarote catamaran tour to Papagayo

The Papagayo beaches in the south of Lanzarote are part of a nature reserve and considered by many the most beautiful beaches on the island. Our Lanzarote catamaran tours take you from the harbours of Puerto del Carmen or Puerto Calero to these wonderfull beaches. Enjoy the sailing turn, the view of the coast of Lanzarote and the swim stop in front of one of the most beautiful bays of the Papagayos beaches.

You have the choice between two trips: I love Papagayo and Catlanza catamaran. Both of these catamaran excursions in Lanzarote are carried out in modern sailing catamarans.

These excursions cost 69€ for adults, children pay 40 or 49€ (Catlanza), depending which tour you chose. You will be picked up in the tourist locations of Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise or Playa Blanca and brought to the respective harbour from where the catamaran tour starts.

Drinks and lunch are already included in the price of the excursion, and you can also enjoy various offers such as kayaking, snorkeling or kayak during the swim stop. For the Catlanza catmaran tour you also have the choice between a family tour with children or an adult-only tour.

Sunset catamaran tour

If you are looking for a more romatnic boat trip our sunset tour ist your best option. Enjoy a romantic sunset aboard a modern sailing catamaran. With a mojito, canapés and cold drinks, we will sail for two hours along the coast of Lanzarote.

During the two-hour cruise we will serve you delicious canapés and you can choose another free drink from the onboard bar (beer, sangria, soft drinks, water). The evening trip at sunset offers total relaxation and very often romantic sunsets that bathe the sky over Lanzarote in the most beautiful colors. Atmospheric music accompanies the silent ride over the waves.

The boat stops exactly at sunset, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the view of the setting sun and the Ajaches mountains in peace. We then make our way back to the port. Sunset and dolphin-watching catamaran tour

Enjoy one of the most relaxing moments of your holidays in Lanzarote on this catamaran trip to see dolphins and watch the sunset.

The boat tour schedule varies throughout the year, but as a rule, it starts 2 hours before sunset and lasts until nightfall.

The first part of our adventure will be focused on spotting cetaceans. Although there’s no guarantee of finding dolphins in the open sea, the chances are more than 60%. If you’re lucky, we’ll see herds of dolphins surrounding the boat and, exceptionally, we’ll be able to spot a whale.

From the boat you can also see Puerto del Carmen and some of the craters found in this part of the island.

During the journey you can drink beer, sangria, mojitos, soft drinks and water and dine on some of our buffet dishes such as potato omelet, croquettes or vegetable sandwiches.

The catamaran is spacious and you can move through the bow, stern or bar area at all times.

As night falls, we’ll move closer to the port to enjoy a pleasant sunset, as we watch the sun hide behind the Lanzarote mountains.

This will undoubtedly be the finale of an afternoon that we hope you’ll enjoy and which you’ll remember as one of the best moments of your stay on the island.

A special sunset. The catamaran trip was very pleasant, however we didn’t see any dolphins and at dusk we saw the sunset in the mountains and not on the sea.

A fantastic afternoon. The crew was very attentive and friendly and the catamaran is spacious so you can move around the boat during the tour. The sunset from the sea was very special and we were able to see a dolphin pod.

Improvable. The negative part is that we didn’t see any dolphins not any other type of cetacean and the buffet was tasteless, the dishes had no flavour. On the positive side, watching the sunset from the sea with my partner was very relaxing.

A great sunset. Everything is planned so that you can enjoy the day’s last 2 hours of sun in a very special way. From the moment you’re welcomed until you leave the ship you’re entertained. Snacking, dolphin watching and finishing with a sunset from the sea. 2 very special hours.

It’s good but crowded. The boat is big and a lot of people go on this tour. There are plenty of places to sit but we would’ve preferred to go with fewer people. Otherwise, we were lucky as we saw some dolphins and loved watching the sunset from the catamaran.

Unforgettable. We saw lots of dolphins and 2 whales sporadically, as they didn’t come up to the surface much. The crew was very friendly and helpful and the sunset at sea was one of the most relaxing and romantic moments of my honeymoon.

A plan for couples. My girlfriend and I were excited to see the dolphins, the coast, the sunset, the boat…..everything was very good.

A plan to do with the family. At first we thought it was a tour for couples but Luis told us that families with children also went so we decided to go, my husband and I, and our 8 and 10-year-old children. The four of us really enjoyed watching the dolphins and the sunset. Also, we had dinner on the boat and loved the experience.

Awesome. Both my husband and I really enjoyed the sunset and the dolphin sighting. Good organization and good onboard service.

Perfect for couples. Luis from OkLanzarote encouraged us to do this boat trip and gave us some tips to get the most out of it. Everything was perfect, from the moment they picked us up at the hotel until we got back. Good crew and a nice catamaran. The sunset was amazing and dolphin watching was spectacular.

Amazing. The catamaran ride was very pleasant and went by quickly. With a bit of luck you’ll get to spot some dolphins, as we did, and enjoy a nice sunset from the sea.

Good organization and experience. The boat is big and it was almost full but there were many areas where you could sit and enjoy the sunset and see some dolphins.

Good tour but we didn’t see any dolphins. We would’ve loved to see some dolphins but the boat ride and sunset at sea were still worth it.

Highly recommended. The catamaran is large and even if you sit in one area, you can move around the boat during the trip. They gave us several drinks and a lot of snacks. The crew was very friendly and we saw a large pod of dolphins on the first part of the tour and watched the sun go down over the island’s mountains before heading back to the pier.

Worse than we expected. I went with my husband and we expected a better experience because we didn’t see any dolphins, the boat was full and we couldn’t sit in the bow of the boat, the snacks were pretty bad and the sun went down behind the mountains, not the sea.

A nice experience. We didn’t see any dolphins but did spend an afternoon enjoying the sea and the sunset.

A good way to end the day. I went with my husband and 2 children and we were very excited to see the dolphins so close to the boat and relaxed watching the sun go down.

Good tour. We really enjoyed the boat ride even though we didn’t see any dolphins. The sunset from the sea was wonderful, very different from seeing it from land.

Good experience though unlucky. We didn’t see any dolphins on the outing, however the sea trip and sunset were worth it anyway.

Dusk at sea. The catamaran ride was relaxing and we spent the first hour sailing in search of dolphins but unfortunately didn’t see any. We saw the sunset on the last hour of the tour.

Highly recommended. I went with my girlfriend because we wanted to do something romantic and we really liked it. Even though the catamaran is big and there are quite a few people, you can stay in one place or move around the boat. Seeing the dolphins was amazing, and the sunset was super relaxing.

We loved it. We saw quite a few dolphins, 2 whales and took in the sunset before heading back to port.

It was worth it. My wife and I enjoyed it a lot. We were able to see several dolphin families on 2 occasions at the beginning of the boat ride and then relaxed watching the sunset.

Marvellous. We sat at the bow of the boat and watched several dolphins swim alongside the boat. A unique experience that ended with the sun going down behind the mountains which we saw from the catamaran

Sunset with friends. We were 3 couples and loved the experience. The catamaran is spacious and the crew is very friendly. The sunset was very nice and calm and seeing the dolphins was one of the most exciting moments of our lives. Thank you so much!!

Sunset without dolphins. The boat ride is ok and the crew is lovely, but we weren’t lucky and didn’t see the dolphins.

Description of this tour

After the bus picks us up, we drive to the port of Orzola, where we take the regular boat to La Graciosa. Then board the luxury catamaran and head to the remote beach Playa la Francesa, a hidden treasure. Here you drop anchor to enjoy the pleasures of the sea: sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, a few drinks and a delicious lunch - all inclusive. A wonderful way to spend a holiday!  After lunch, we sail back along the coast to the port of La Graciosa, and get some free time to watch the fishermen in the small village of Caleta del Sebo. Go to the handicraft market to purchase some souvenirs, or just take in the local life before the return ferry ride to Órzola.

The pickup at the hotel was smooth then we took the bus to the port where we took the ferry to la Graciosa. A very nice little island that you must have seen, there we had an hour stay. Then we went to the beach by catamaran. The beach was abandoned and very nice for swimming and relaxing. The food was very reasonable for the price, there was as much to drink as you wanted. The whole team was very nice and helpful.

Perfect… All in all… A magnificent trip. Maximum rating for the guides, the crew, the cooks… We are delighted! They give you 1 h to walk around the village and then you get back on board and they open the bar. Then you anchor on a small beach and you can either go swimming, snorkelling, or get on a little boat and they will take you to the beach… And then the party goes on, with a paella and drinks. H2O CATAMARAN EXPERIENCE

We will sail from Puerto del Carmen to Playa Quemada, passing through Puerto Calero while enjoying the unique beauty of the Lanzarote coast.

Once moored in the Poril, while seasonal fruits, cheese and sausages are served along with soft drinks, water, wine and beer, we can take the opportunity to sunbathe in our front area, take a swim or have fun with our kayaks, stand-up paddle and snorkel equipment.

After about 4 hours on board, we will head back to Puerto del Carmen.

Daily departures from Puerto del Carmen at 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. with a maximum of 12 people.

We will leave Puerto del Carmen and sail near the coast passing through Puerto Calero, Playa Quemada and we will enjoy the unique landscape of the Ajaches natural monument until we reach the Papagayo area where we will moor and where you will have time to enjoy either sunbathing , taking a bath or doing any of the activities that we offer such as snorkeling, kayaking or Stand-up Paddle.

During the time that we are moored, fresh fruits, sausages and soft drinks, water, wine and beer will be served.

After 2 hours we will begin the return to Puerto del Carmen.

If what you prefer is to rent the boat for the whole day, we will include a paella-based lunch as well as a vegan option.

We provide all necessary for the experience: lifevest, neopren suit, water and lots of fun. (all included in the price). To have the best experience we recommend you bring swimming costume, towel, dry clothes if you want to get changed afterwards and sun cream!

All the different rides of our jet skis are tours led by our guides from a boat. The different routes all allow you to drive along the Lanzarote coastline while you follow the guide who will show you the most breath-taking interest points of the tour either on your own jet ski or sharing one for two.

If you chose to ride two persons on your jet ski, you will have the possibility of switching driver anytime during the ride so both of you gets to have a go at driving this awesome water sport.

Departure from the traditional pier of Órzola direction la Graciosa (already in the Catamaran of excursion, if the weather permits. Otherwise, you go by ferry to the Graciosa and take the catamaran afterwards to follow the excursion) with panoramic views of the imposing cliff of Famara and the north coast of Lanzarote. To welcome you, we will serve you a refreshing mojito. The rest of the day we will put at your disposal an open bar of beer, sangría and soft drinks. You will also have the opportunity to sunbathe in our comfortable areas.  When you arrive at La Graciosa, you will visit the typical fishing village of Caleta de Sebo. Next, we will get on the catamaran and sail to “Playa Francesa” Beach where you can disembark in small boats to the beach and perform different maritime activities such as snorkeling, canoes or relax on the beach. While you enjoy the day, our chef will prepare a delicious and traditional mixed paella (with seafood, fish and meat-if you are vegetarian or you have any food allergy you have to notify to prepare to prepare a plate of pasta) that will be served on board the catamaran.
