- This is a sample of some of the panels I can supply for Morris Minors. Whilst not the full range i specialise in the more obscure and low demand items that larger specialists overlook. Anything you need just ask! I also provide a restoration service for unobtainable panels such as pickup sides, tailgates and doors.
MO1A £130 Van/ pickup rear inner arches. Heavy gauge steel, an excellent match to the originals, with the pressings in each end and the correct domed shape to the arch. only available from me.
M01b £15 Van pickup rear inner wheel arch repair panel. Inside face ‘semi circular’ section with flange.
M01c £18 Van pickup rear inner wheel arch repair panel. Outside face with flange for welding to outer wheel arch.
M01d £18 Van Pickup rear inner wheel arch repair panel. The two correct shape flanges for each end to weld to the floors.
MO2 £77 Van / pickup rear half floors. Available separate or spot welded to the arch for no extra cost.
MO3 £22 Rear light 1/4 panel. Full panel from wheel arch to rear lights.
MO3A £29 As above, but for early single light model. With shaped rear corner.
MO4 £22 Body side front end repair. From front rear wheel arch to B post
( normally 15″ high but can be supplied different heights if required)
MO5 £22 Van body, rear top corner repair section.

M43 £110 American style Spats (or wheel skirts) for rear wheel arches on saloons and convertibles with shaped bottom edge style round wheel centre. (price for 1 pair)
M44 £88 American style rear wheel arch spats, as M43 but with straight lower edge. (price for 1 pair).
M45 £18 Mudflap brackets (per pair) for PO vans recommended for all vans/pickups. Protects rear crossmember/ light area.
M46 £18 Wheel arch liners for in front of the back wheel on vans and pickups.
Similar to M45 and recommended for use in conjunction with. These two items
completely box in the back wheel protecting the rear body from mud build up and rust.
M50 £40 Windscreen aperture lower repair section, from corner approx 12″ along bottom of screen channel. Specify left or right side, when viewed from inside the car.
M55 £65 body repair section for the rear wing mounting area – Saloon and convertibles. Three piece section per side – can be supplied with or without 5/16bsf captive nuts.

Work on the Traveller. I have some immediate work that needs to be completed on the Traveller that is pretty straightforward, however in the long run i need to sand and re-finish the wood. I am assuming the easiest way to so this is to remove the rear panels so #1 i do not scratch them, and #2 i get much better coverage overall.

The construction is similar to the saloon roofs where two pieces are spot welded together. The open edge was sealed with something, probably DumDum. These days you want a paintable body sealer.
