About Post Malone

A 8x diamond-certified GRAMMY® Award-nominated phenomenon, Dallas, TX artist Post Malone regularly rewrites history, blurs boundaries, and incites internet-breaking conversation with every move. Emerging in 2015 with a genre-less brew that inspired a movement, he delivered the diamond-selling “Congratulations” [feat. Quavo], achieved back-to-back #1 debuts on the  Billboard  Top 200, received countless multi-Platinum certifications around the world, and smashed one record after another with his Hot 100-topping hits. In 2022, he pushed boundaries again with his fourth full-length offering,  Twelve Carat Toothache , which marked his fourth consecutive Top 5 bow on the Top 200. It also paved the way for his biggest headliner to date,  The Twelve Carat Toothache  Tour, taking over arenas for multiple dates in major cities throughout the year. He even scored  “the highest-certified single in RIAA history”  with the 17x-platinum “Sunflower ( Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse )” [feat. Swae Lee], netting the biggest single of his generation. In 2023, he garnered a GRAMMY® Award nod in the category of  “Best Pop Duo/Group Performance”  for “I Like You (A Happier Song)” [with Doja Cat], marking his tenth career nomination in six years.

Three years prior, his 2019 third full-length,  Hollywood’s Bleeding  [Republic Records], represented an audience and critical high watermark. Not only did it arrive at platinum status and eventually go triple-platinum, but it also reigned at #1 on the  Billboard  Top 200 for four weeks and returned to the chart for a fifth week, making for the longest run atop the chart of 2019 and the first release to do so in over a year. The quadruple-platinum lead single “Circles” seized #1 on the  Billboard  Hot 100 for three weeks. It notably occupied a spot on the chart for a record 39 weeks in total. Speaking of making history, he performed a massively popular Nirvana tribute concert on YouTube, raising over $10,000,000 for the World Health Organization in the fight against COVID-19.  Hollywood’s Bleeding  followed the immense success of the triple-Platinum  beerbongs & Bentleys , which also landed at #1 a year prior. In the wake of  beerbongs & bentleys , Post crushed a record in place for 54 years. He charted nine songs in the Top 20 of the Hot 100, notching  “the most songs in the Top 20 of the Hot 100 ever . ”  Moreover, he also trounced the record for most simultaneous Top 40 Hot 100 hits with 14.

As of 2023, his catalog comprises the GRAMMY®  Award-nominated “rockstar” [feat. 21 Savage” (Diamond), “Sunflower ( Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse )” [feat. Swae Lee] (Diamond), “I Fall Apart” (5x-platinum), “Psycho” [feat. Ty Dolla $ign] (5x-platinum), “White Iverson” (5x-platinum), “Better Now” (4x-platinum), and more. Not to mention, he sold out numerous arena tours and hosted and curated his own mega-popular  Posty Fest  in 2018 and 2019. It all started with his quintuple-platinum influential 2016 debut,  Stoney . With records under his belt that will likely never be surpassed and a generation of artists and audiences worldwide under his spell, Post Malone simply doesn’t stop.

Everything To Know About Post Malone’s If Y’All Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Tour

“Help me put a baby through college and come on out.”

Post Malone’s 2023 Tour: Dates, Tickets, & Presale For If Y’All Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Shows

Post Malone is hitting the road to promote his new album Austin —  and to eventually send his 1-year-old daughter to college. On May 16, the Grammy-nominated artist announced his 2023 trek — the If Y’All Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Tour — and jokingly revealed his motives in a statement. “I love y’all so very much and I’m so excited to get out and do some more shows for y’all,” he said. “Help me put a baby through college and come on out.”

Post Malone became a father in May 2022, when he welcomed a baby girl with his fiancée, whose identity is still not known. He confirmed that the two were expecting their first child to TMZ before the baby was secretly born. “I’m excited for this next chapter in my life,” he said. “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been, and for since I could remember I was sad.” He nonchalantly revealed that the baby was already born in an interview with Howard Stern the next month. “I went, and I kissed my baby girl, and then I went,” he said, before Stern asked whether he meant his girlfriend or an actual baby girl. “No, that’s my daughter,” he clarified with a laugh.

The 27-year-old has since kept details about his daughter private. His 2023 outing follows last year’s Twelve Carat Tour , which played arenas across the U.S. and Europe, but don’t expect the same thing once again. Posty promises to put on a “completely reimagined show” filled with both new music from Austin and fan-favorite hits like “Circles” and “Rockstar,” complete with “cool new production” and “a very very handsome man up on stage” (himself, not a special guest).

Here’s everything you need to know about Post Malone’s If Y’All Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Tour.

Post Malone last played a show in Massachusetts at the TD Garden on Oct. 10, 2022 , a show that was postponed from Sept. 24 at the last minute due to "unforeseen circumstances." He later posted a statement to his Twitter account saying he was at the hospital.

After playing a show to a packed crowd at the Garden the night before, he said he woke up the next morning with cracking sounds on the right side of his body and was having difficulty breathing.

  • Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later. More content below

Post Malone rolled into Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre on Saturday, Aug. 12, as part of his If Y'all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Tour. And not surprisingly, there was no cause for crying. Y'all were definitely there. In fact the place was packed.

Malone is touring in support of one of this year's most anticipated albums, "Austin," which hit the charts at No. 2 in early August.

But he's only doing so much to support it, peppering the set with four songs from the album, including all three singles ("Chemical," "Mourning" and "Overdrive") while treating fans to a hit-filled overview of his career and leaning heavily on highlights of his first two albums, "Stoney" and "Beerbongs & Bentleys."

Here's a look at every song he played in Phoenix, according to setlist.fm, including a cover of Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams."

Beach Fossils to Open Post Malone’s If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Summer Tour

Beach Fossils to Open Post Malone’s If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Summer Tour

Indie-dream pop troupe Beach Fossils announced yesterday they will be opening for Post Malone on his 2023 U.S. If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying summer tour. The unlikely but intriguing pair is set to hit 26 stops, with Beach Fossils supporting the run from start to finish.

Although the Post Malone-Beach Fossils match may come out of the blue for some, the artists seem to have been connected for a bit as they were together in Brooklyn, N.Y. – Beach Fossils’ home turf – in 2020, where they enjoyed a night out singing karaoke.

The tour kicks off in just two days in Noblesville, Ind., and is set to span major cities around the country in celebration of Post Malone’s fifth and 17-track record, AUSTIN , which will be released in the midst of the run on July 28. Fittingly, Beach Fossils released their LP Bunny in June, marking the band’s first new album in six years.

Beach Fossils announced the tour excitedly on Instagram, writing, “Hitting the road with our number one homie @postmalone this summer.”

Post Malone’s new eponymous album marks high anticipation for the pop-hip/hop artist. “This whole ordeal has been one of the most challenging, rewarding, and exciting records I’ve worked on. I feel it captures who I am as a man and as an artist in this moment. Thank y’all so much for your patience, and thank you for being there with me in my hardest times,” Post Malone wrote on Instagram.

Bubbly but dreamlike album singles “Mourning” and “Chemical” were released in April and May. Post Malone teased a 30-second snippet of “Something Real” from AUSTIN, a heavier choir-driven track, in late June on Twitter.

Post Malone is pulling back the layers on his forthcoming album Austin . Hitting Instagram, Post Malone shared the album’s tracklist.

“My new record AUSTIN has 17 songs and drops July 28th 🍻💕,” Posty wrote. “Here’s a snippet of one of em. I love you!!!”

The song featured on the Instagram post was “Something Real.”

Previously, Post Malone released his new single “Mourning.” The drop comes via Mercury Records/Republic Records.

The banging new single brings a melodic flow to the spry energy of the beat, capturing everything Post Malone has to say that doesn’t “fit in the chorus.”

The current tour includes stops in Detroit, Toronto, Charlotte, Tampa, Atlanta, Dallas, and more before it wraps up.

“I played guitar on every song on the record and it was a really, really fun experience. I’m super, super excited to share it with you,” Malone said. “‘Chemical‘ is out and that song is on the record. And then on Friday, I have another song called ‘Mourning’ with a ‘u.’ But I’m super excited to get that out for you guys. We just shot a music video in Scotland, it’s absolutely stunning up there. There’s a big ass ice cube in it which I thought was pretty badass.”

Earlier this year, Post Malone surpassed the previous mark for “most RIAA diamond-certified singles from any artist.” Post now has eight RIAA diamond-certified records, shattering Bruno Mars’ previous record of six (Circles, Better Now, I Fall Apart), which he previously held. With “Sunflower” (with Swae Lee), Post is also tied for “the highest platinum-certified single of all time,” resting at 17x platinum.

Post has launched The Diamond Collection , a compilation that will be released this Friday, April 21, 2023, to commemorate this accomplishment. It includes all of his diamond-certified singles and his most recent record, “Chemical,” the lead single from his upcoming fifth studio album, one of the most anticipated albums of 2023.

You can see the full tracklisting for The Diamond Collection below.

1. White Iverson 2. Congratulations (feat. Quavo) 3. I Fall Apart 4. Rockstar (feat. 21 Savage) 5. Psycho (feat. Ty Dolla $ign) 6. Better Now 7. Sunflower (with Swae Lee) 8. Circles  9. Chemical

Beach Fossils Are Going On Tour With Post Malone, ‘Our Number One Homie’

Megan Armstrong

Beach Fossils recently dropped Bunny , their first album since 2017, and chatted with Uproxx around its June release. The band admitted that the last show they attended was a Beach Fossils show, but they’re about to attend 26 Post Malone concerts.

“Hitting the road with our number one homie @PostMalone this summer [bunny emoji, peace sign emoji] see y’all there!” Beach Fossils posted on Wednesday, June 5.

Malone announced his North American If Y’all Weren’t Here I’d Be Crying Tour in May and since added international dates .

“i love y’all so very much, and i’m so excited to get out and do some more shows for y’all,” Malone wrote on May 16. “ help me put a baby through college , and come on out [beer mugs emoji] some cool new production, new songs, and a very very handsome man up on stage [cool sunglasses emoji] sending love to you and yours.”

Malone hasn’t yet posted about Beach Fossils joining as his opener. He’ll release his Austin album on July 28, sandwiched between his Bristow, Virginia (July 26) and Charlotte, North Carolina (July 29) shows.

The trek is scheduled to kick off this weekend — in Noblesville, Indiana on Saturday, July 8, and Cincinnati, Ohio on Sunday, July 9.

This pairing might be random on the surface, but Beach Fossils and Post Malone enjoyed a good-natured karaoke night together in January 2020 .

“Wot U know bout that New York shit?! [Fire emoji] TIMBS ON MY HANDS / TIMBS ON MY FEET,” Beach Fossils captioned an Instagram video at the time.

Austin is out 7/28 via Mercury Records/Republic Records. Find more information here .

Event Details

Grammy Award-nominated, 5x diamond-certified artist Post Malone will headline two shows at The O2 on Thursday 4 and Saturday 6 May 2023, with special guest Rae Sremmurd.

2022 saw Post embark on a 38-city trek across the U.S. and Canada, as an exhilarating celebration of Post Malone’s recently released, critically-acclaimed, fourth full-length album, Twelve Carat Toothache [Mercury Records/Republic Records]. With support from Roddy Ricch on select dates, each night’s packed setlist featured hits like “Reputation”, “I Like You (A Happier Song)”, and “Cooped Up” from the new album as well as fan-favorites like “Rockstar”, “Congratulations”, and “Better Now”.  Each song featured a delicate precision of visual and auditory senses being triggered simultaneously through each unique production element.

About Post Malone

A 5x diamond-certified GRAMMY® Award-nominated phenomenon, Dallas, TX artist Post Malone regularly rewrites history, blurs boundaries, and incites internet-breaking conversation with every move. In 2022, he pushed boundaries again with his fourth full-length offering, Twelve Carat Toothache, which marked his fourth consecutive Top 5 bow on the Top 200. It also paved the way for his biggest headliner to date, The Twelve Carat Toothache Tour, taking over arenas for multiple dates in major cities throughout the year. He even scored “the highest-certified single in RIAA history” with the 17x-platinum “Sunflower (Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse)” [feat.

Hollywood’s Bleeding followed the immense success of the triple-Platinum beerbongs & Bentleys, which also landed at #1 a year prior. In the wake of beerbongs & bentleys, Post crushed a record in place for 54 years. He charted nine songs in the Top 20 of the Hot 100, notching “the most songs in the Top 20 of the Hot 100 ever.” Moreover, he also trounced the record for most simultaneous Top 40 Hot 100 hits with 14.

As of 2023, his catalog comprises the GRAMMY®  Award-nominated “rockstar” [feat. 21 Savage” (Diamond), “Sunflower (Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse)” [feat. It all started with his quintuple-platinum influential 2016 debut, Stoney. With records under his belt that will likely never be surpassed and a generation of artists and audiences worldwide under his spell, Post Malone simply doesn’t stop.

Post Malone Teams With Brad Paisley, Dwight Yoakam for Country Pivot at Stagecoach

  • By Larisha Paul

Larisha Paul

Posty Goes Country, the long-awaited pivot from Post Malone , officially kicked off as the musician took the stage at Stagecoach 2024. The California country music festival welcomed the pop hitmaker on Saturday night for a set full of surprise covers.

Post Malone had a bevy of guests on tap, including Brad Paisley , who performed his own “I’m Gonna Miss Her” along with Vince Gill’s “One More Last Chance” and a set-closing rendition of Alan Jackson’s “Chattahoochee.”

Malone did not perform any of his own originals during the Posty Goes Country set.

Ahead of the festival, Malone teased his forthcoming collaboration with Morgan Wallen, although the latter did not show up during Malone’s set. (Maybe Malone will show up during Wallen’s Sunday night headlining gig at Stagecoach?)

The duo’s first snippet arrived in March, with the second coming in hot on the eve of Stagecoach’s opening night. “It ain’t like I can make this kind of mess all by myself/Don’t act like you ain’t helped me pull that bottle off the shelf/Been deep in every weekend, if you couldn’t tell,” Malone sings in the upbeat country chorus. “They say teamwork makes the dream work/Hell, I had some help.”

The Results Are In: Kendrick Lamar Won the Great Rap War

Everything that's happened in the drake-kendrick beef, drake refutes kendrick lamar’s claims of his secret daughter, being a pedophile in ‘the heart part 6’, jojo siwa got exactly what she wanted from 'karma' with 'saturday night live' parody.

The musician tested the waters of the genre with a few appearances alongside prominent country artists at events like the CMA Awards, as well as covers of country classics like Hank Williams’ “Honky Tonk Blues.” Malone also suited up for an appearance on “Levii’s Jeans,” a deep cut on Beyoncé’s new country-flipping album Cowboy Carter .

Something tells us his label can’t possibly be too upset about any of this.

Post Malone’s presence on the lineup of the 2024 Stagecoach Country Music Festival — where he was billed as performing a set of country covers — may have seemed odd at first glance. But it’s actually a good fit for the Texas native and musical Renaissance man .

The rapper-singer-songwriter-producer is almost a Kevin Bacon-esque figure in modern music. He recently guested on Beyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter” and Taylor Swift’s “The Tortured Poets Department,” and he joined fellow Stagecoach 2024 performers Morgan Wallen and Hardy at the CMA Awards in November for a country medley.

And because Malone seems to know everyone, it made sense that his Stagecoach set had some star power on Saturday night.

Eric Church, wearing sunglasses, looks up to the sky while sitting down on a stool on stage and playing an acoustic guitar

The best, worst and weirdest of Stagecoach Day 1 with Eric Church, Jelly Roll and more

From Jelly Roll’s big night and Eric Church’s somber set to Dwight Yoakam’s flying fringe, these are the biggest moments from Day 1 of Stagecoach 2024.

April 27, 2024

Dwight Yoakam (and his amazing denim jacket with the flying white fringe that he wore during his own set Friday ) was first up to join Malone for “Little Ways” early in the set. Two songs later, previous Stagecoach headliner Brad Paisley was on stage to duet on his hit “I’m Gonna Miss Her” and stayed on stage for the pair to cover Vince Gill’s “One More Last Chance.”

Later, Sara Evans joined Malone, her long brown hair whipping in the gusty Indio wind, for her hit “Suds in the Bucket.”

Paisley returned to play guitar on the final song of the set, a rollicking cover of the Alan Jackson classic “Chattahoochee.”

However, despite the rumors, and the plane flying the “Cowboy Carter” banner around the polo fields earlier in the evening, Beyoncé didn’t hop on stage.

“Thought You Should Know” there is still time to get tickets to see country superstar Morgan Wallen in Hershey next week.

Wallen will perform his “One Night At A Time” tour at Hersheypark Stadium on Thursday, May 9, 2024.

Two days later, he will perform on Saturday, May 11, at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.

While some fans may be wondering if the tour is still on after Wallen’s April 7 arrest in Nashville - it is. There is no change to the tour. On X, Wallen said, “Regarding my tour, there will be no change.”

Here is where you can buy tickets (prices are as of the time of this post):

Thursday, May 9, Hersheypark Stadium

  • Stubhub, prices start at $234
  • Vivid Seats, prices start at $228
  • SeatGeek, prices start at $219
  • Ticketmaster, prices start at $292

Thursday, May 11, Citizens Bank Park

  • Stubhub, prices start at $180
  • Vivid Seats, prices start at $202
  • SeatGeek, prices start at $208

Wallen has been in the news frequently. Last weekend he performed a new song with Post Malone called “I Had Some Help” during the Stagecoach Festival in California.

His “One Night At A Time” Tour started on April 20, 2024, just two weeks after his arrest on April 7 for throwing a chair from the sixth floor of a new bar in Nashville, Chief’s, owned by his friend and fellow country music star, Eric Church.

Wallen was charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment and a misdemeanor disorderly conduct. The chair reportedly landed near police officers. No one was injured. He has since publicly apologized and said the tour will go on as scheduled.

Less than a week after his arrest, Wallen and Church landed at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart with “Man Made a Bar.”

Wallen started the tour on April 20 at Vaught Hemingway Stadium at the University of Mississippi. Fans there were angry in April of last year when Wallen abruptly canceled the concert after 60,000 of them were already in the stadium and the opening acts had already performed.

Fans were told that Wallen had lost his voice. More concerts were postponed at the time so that Wallen could go on vocal rest including one scheduled for Hershey in May 2023. Wallen resumed his schedule in June 2023 with the approval of doctors.

Wallen, while being one of country music’s biggest stars, has been in trouble before. In 2021 he was caught on video using profanity and a racial slur. That got him suspended by radio stations and awards shows. The year before he was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct, also in Nashville, Tennessee.

Wallen’s hit songs have included “Thought You Should Know,” “Last Night” and “Whiskey Glasses.”

His tour also includes these stops:

May 3 - Nashville, Tennessee

May 4 - Nashville, Tennessee

May 17 - East Rutherford, New Jersey

May 18 - East Rutherford, New Jersey
