Today we have enjoyed this beautiful tour with an exceptional guide, Dimitra. She has driven this trip with a good energy, organized all the turists extremely well, by focusing on meeting the timelimes set in an effective way. Her highly-developed French and English language skills, accompanied by a great sense of humor and a straightforward personality are features which strongly recommend her for this mission. Last but not least, she has managed to share in an easily understandble way interesting topics (e.g. the Venetian influnce across the region) about the main touristic points across the region. Very disorganized tour. Had to walk in the sun for 15 minutes to find the bus. Didn’t even get a bottle of water. The guide was super confused about giving us change back and then blamed us for giving us the wrong change. Coming back was even worse . Nobody knew what bus was taking us back to our hotel. Not recommended.

Dear guest, please note that the tour is not private, is shared. That means that there are pre-arranged pick-up points for each village. The closest point to your hotel was this one. This is written in the excursion description. Regarding the misunderstanding with the payment of the tour, the intention was not to accuse you of anything. The purpose was to avoid a mistake at checkout. Finally, on the way back after sunset, the escort gives specific instructions that must be followed so that the passengers do not get lost. Their return is divided into buses per village so that they do not take too long to return to their hotels. The hours of the excursion are long and we try to reduce the return time so that our guests can rest. We remain at your disposal for any other clarification.

Worst service and customer service I have ever encountered. Booked transfer from Santorini port to our hotel in Oia a few weeks in advance. It was $40, after a long day of traveling was looking forward to seeing our transfer after finally, getting off the ferry. Unfortunately, no one was there. Called to see if maybe they were running late and was repeatedly hung up on. 45 minutes later had to pay another $40 to finally take a cab to our hotel. No idea how this company has any positive reviews when they don’t even have the decency to answer a question when called. BUYER BEWARE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK WITH A BETTER AND MORE RELIABLE COMPANY.

The tour itself was good and our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was after the last stop where we watched the sunset. It was absolute chaos in the meeting point and our bus driver refused to take us back to our hotels. Our tour guide and driver argued and then we got on another coach which was already full and some people had to stand up in the aisle which wasn’t safe.

This was the second time I’ve done this tour and a few stops were changed but overall I thought it was an excellent overview of Santorini and enjoyed it very much. Our guide Dimitra was very nice and provided great information on Santorini.

Here was our timeline: picked up at our hotel at 11:00, bus got to main pickup location at 11:30, after picking up more people we got to Akrotiri at 12:15, and stayed until 1:30. We then got back to our hotel in a reasonable amount of time after that. I’d say the travel time, especially there, was longer than we anticipated. The bus guide was very nice but it did seem like she was handling a lot of people’s different pickup and drop offs, which was the main drag on the tour progress. Our guide at Akrotiri, Penny, was great and we had a good amount of time to explore afterward.

This unique bus tour experience starts from the picturesque village of Pyrgos , one of the well-preserved medieval settlements, known for its authentic traditional architecture . A walk at its narrow cobbled streets and hidden passages up the hillside with the numerous blue-domed churches scattered around and the capturing view from the top of the village is the best way to start your day tour in Santorini !

As the tour continues, you will reach the highest point of Santorini, the 567 meters tall (1860 ft) Mountain of Prophet Elias , which offers a panoramic view of the whole island. Get your camera ready for amazing photos of the vast plain fields that stretch up to the southeastern side and the beautiful villages built on the Caldera cliffs on the other side. You will have the chance to admire this stunning place, before setting off to the picturesque Megalochori village! Enjoy a nice walk in the small stone-paved streets, pass by the central square of the village with the traditional cafes, and feel the tranquility overwhelming you. Next, you will reach the popular black beaches of Perivolos and Perissa ! " Hire a car or moped - the taxi's are super expensive - cheaper to drive yourself, the hotel will help with that too "

Tucked away under the cliffs on one of Santorini’s last relatively undeveloped bits of coast at Vlihada, a tiny fishing harbour on the ‘heel’ of the island, Notos Therme consists of 28 rooms on stepped terraces overlooking the sea. The big selling points: tranquillity and a plethora of spa treatments, based on the volcanic springs that burst from the cliffs. Choose from algae or mud wraps, massages, soaks and rain showers in luscious caverns carved from the living rock. For a change of scenery, Thira town with its shops and restaurants is only 20 minutes by car.

We are really sorry to read that we haven’t met your expectations on this occasion. As you mention in your review our services were restricted due to the pandemic, as our first priority was the safety of our guests. For these reasons the operation of our restaurant at this certain period was limited, however we would like to assure you that our restaurant and all our facilities will operate normally for the season 2022. Regarding the spa, the same rules applied and the appointments were limited as we were trying to avoid the crowds in the spa area at the same time. Please note that, regarding your point on our Spa Manager, the Hotel started its operation last year in July and of course all our team members take their days off as normal. As our front desk explained in person, there was a health and safety warning and this was the only reason that we had to amend the day of your treatment, until we made sure that we could continue operating as normal. Kindly note that for all of us in Notos our guests safety is a top priority. Once again thank you for the time taken to review our property, your feedback is invaluable in our everlasting quest to improve our services. We hope to see you again in the near future and having the chance to welcome you back and offer you a memorable experience
