The Ferrari Museums in Modena and Maranello: how to visit (+ which one to choose)

The Ferrari Museums in Modena and Maranello: which one to choose, how to book, tips for visiting with kids.

The Ferrari Museums in Modena and Maranello are among the best car museums in Italy .

They are a treat for Ferrari lovers and car people in general and they are set out in such a way, you can enjoy them at any age.

We visited as a family of four, with varying degrees of interest in cars, and we all loved it.

The car lover in the family dubbed the place as ‘his favorite place in the whole world’.

However, even the least interested got excited there: the cars, the power of the story, the overall experience is inspirational, easy to enjoy and great fun.

This is a visit I now recommend to everyone and today, I am sharing how to book it and how to arrange your day.

The Ferrari Museum in Modena and Maranello: what you need to know

The first thing you need to know when it comes to the Ferrari Museums is that they are not one museum but two.

One is called ‘The Enzo Ferrari Museum’ and it is in Modena city.

The other one is the Ferrari Museums and Factory and it is in Maranello, a small town about 20km out of Modena.

The two museums complement each other and you can see one or the other on their own or book a combined visit.

Which one to choose depends on what you are most interested in.

At a glance, I recommend you:

  • Visit the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena if you love classic cars and want to see where it all started
  • Visit the Maranello Museum if you love the Ferrari brand and F1. This is also the best museum to visit if you want to take a guided tour of the Ferrari factory estate.

Let’s look at this more in detail.

Which Ferrari Museum is best? How to choose

If you have the time, I highly recommend you visit both museums.

The two are rather different from one other and have a different take on the whole Ferrari experience.

The Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena

The Enzo Ferrari Museum is in Modena city and develops around the original Enzo Ferrari workshops.

The museum has an older part, with Enzo Ferrari’s first office, and attached to it there is a beautiful, modern and futuristic-looking dome with a large display of classic cars.

The outside of the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena

The place is fantastic: the large showroom has many beautiful car models from different times, there are some incredible engines on display and there is a photo booth where you can be photographed while driving a Ferrari!

At regular intervals, a short film tells the story of Enzo Ferrari and explains how the brand came to be.

The museum is not very big and it is easy to visit in about an hour. As well as the showroom, there is a merchandising shop and restroom facilities.

There is no restaurant on-site; however, since the museum is in Modena city, it is easy to find places for lunch nearby.

You can get here to / from the station in about 10 minutes on foot.

The Ferrari Museum in Maranello

The Ferrari Museum in Maranello is very different from the one in Modena.

Located about 20km out of the city, the museum is more focussed on the Ferrari Brand as it developed for one-off models and F1 endeavors and feels a lot more like an immersive experience than just a museum.

Outside of the main building of the Ferrari Museum in Maranello with vertical red and black banners with photos of Ferrari cars

The whole place is designed with the red and black Ferrari brand colors and Ferrari logos and touches are everywhere.

In the various rooms, you see cars, displays of photos, videos and all the Ferrari trophies and F1 cars.

In the ‘Victory Room’ you are literally surrounded by the F1 winning cars and you can see the names of the pilots and their victory cups.

The whole thing is captivating even if you do not like cars.

The place has made an incredible job and getting people on board with the idea of Ferrari being more than cars and you feel like you are part of a big successful family.

As well as seeing the museum displays, here you can also participate in two main activities:

Ferrari driving simulator : for an extra charge, visitors tall more than 150cm can experience the Ferrari simulator. This is a 7-minute experience and you get to sit in a car and ‘drive’ along a circuit of your choice.

Our son did this and said it was similar to a videogame experience, albeit ‘bigger and better’.

For it, you sit in a car shell in front of a wrap-around screen. With the help of a Ferrari Museum warned, you learn how to use the steering wheel and gear, pick a circuit to drive and you are ready!

The experience doesn’t require a headset nor goggles and others can watch you while you drive.

Panoramic Bus Tour of the Factory: for an extra charge, you can hop on bus and get a guided tour of the Ferrari factory estate.

This tour is highly informative and leads you inside the Ferrari Factory village, where you see the outside of the plants and workshops and the wind gallery where they test the cars.

This is also where Ferrari owners bring their cars for checks so, while you bus around, you will see many Ferrari zooming around the place in all possible colors!

This tour also brings you to see the local race track; however, racing regulations do not allow for practice on the track, therefore you do not actually see cars in action her

The Maranello Museum also has a merchandising shop on-site, restrooms facilities and a cafe on site.

Immediately outside of it, you have several restaurants and cafes. It is worth noticing that the Ferrari-themed restaurant ‘The Paddock’ is not here but in Maranello Village, which is a short drive away.

Visitin the Ferrari Museums of Modena and Maranello with kids

We visited the Modena and Maranello museums with our two children: a car-loving 11-year-old and a car-uninterested 9-year-old.

They both loved the day.

We started with a visit to Maranello and we all immediately felt the buzz and excitement of the place.

My son taking a photo od a Ferrari car on display in the Ferrari Museum in Maranello Italy

Unsure about the simulator, we hadn’t booked it but quickly got sucked into the desire to treat our son to it.

There was no queue at the simulator desk and there were several children who had just finished and were enthusiastic about it, which reassured us it was suitable for their age.

The museum desk person was lovely with our son and they had a grand old chat about circuits while he explained how to use the commands.

The simulation itself only lasts 7 minutes and at 25 Euro is all but cheap. However, it stayed as one of the highlights of our son’s day and you can take photos of them driving, which is an incredible memento for them.

There is a minimum height requirement to do it and this is strict as it has to do with the size of the car.

My son just about made the height and was able to just about hit the pedals: any shorter would have been technically impossible to drive.

If you are unsure about height, I recommend you only decide about the simulator on the day as they will be able to advise.

After the visit to the museum we went to a nearby cafe/restaurant (not branded, just beside the museum) andf then we joined the factory tour.

The factory tour is the most informative part of the visit albeit possibly the least impressive.

You hop on a bus and a guide brings you to the factory estate (no photo allowed there): you pass the main gate and you are driven around the factory lot, seeing the different paint/tire etc workshops from outside, and getting a taste of what it may feel like working at Ferrari, passing the company canteen etc.

In the estate, you also see the outside of the wind gallery which they use to test for aero dynamicity.

The highlight of this part of the tour is the guide who gives an incredible amount of information about Ferrari cars and F1 regulations.

This part of the tour was excellent for my car-obsessed son but too information-driven for my daughter who mostly just enjoyed sitting on the bus and seeing the Ferrars from the windows!

If you have a car lover, highly recommend this part of the tour. If you are here with a little one, however, or just want to see the beautiful cars, you can stick to the museum only.

How to visit the Ferrari Museum in Modena and Maranello on the same day

It is possible to visit the Ferrari Museums in Modena and Maranello on the same day. however, it takes a little bit of planning.

Since the two are in different areas, you will need to book both entrances, make arrangements for transport and you will also need to separately book the bus tour if doing.

You can do all this by yourself on the Ferrari Museums Ticketitn platform or you can do what we did: send an email to Vivara Viaggi their travel agency partner, and get them to book it for you!

In our case, the day worked perfectly and it entailed:

  • 10.40 Shuttle from Modena train station to Maranello Museum
  • 11.15 Arrival and self-guided visit to the museum
  • Simulator experience (booked last minute on site)
  • Lunch (own time, no booking needed)
  • 13.00 Bus tour from Maranello Museum to factory lot
  • 14.45 Shuttle to Enzo ferraru Museum in Modena
  • 15.25 Self guided museum visit

Since we were staying in Bologna, we then just easily walked back to the station to get back to the city. we were home in the late afternoon.

How to book the Ferrari Museums

There are several ways to book your visit to the Ferrari Museums.

From the Museums, Websites (combined tickets available) >> click here <<<

Via Vivara Viaggi >>> click here <<<, this is the museum’s official partner, recommended on the museum website. They are perfect if you don’t have your own transport and want to also get tickets for the Ferrari shuttle.

Where to stay to visit the Ferrari Museums of Modena and Maranello

There are many options when it comes to accommodation, depending on budget and plans for the other day so your trip.

Please note: this post contains affiliate links. Should you make a purchase through them, we will make a small commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

Some you may like are:

Hotel Maranello Village : A Ferrari-themed property, this hotel is the equivalent of an in-park hotel at a theme park.

The hotel and ‘The Paddock’ restaurant and perfect if you want to live and breathe Ferrari for the entire duration of your stay. Please note: this hotel is a 5-minute drive from the museum: own transport recommended.

Casa Palestro in Modena : this is a lovely apartment in Modena city, close to the station and the Enzo Ferrari Museum, good for larger families (sleeps 5)

Starhotel Excelsior Bologna : if you prefer to base yourself in Bologna and come for the day (like we did!), we found the Starhotel Excelsior in Bologna to be excellent.

They have family rooms, excellent breakfast and an excellent location right in front of the train station. Our top pick.

I hope you enjoyed this quick guide to the Ferrari Museums in Modena and Maranello and the review of our experience helped you plan your day at best. Safe travel planning!

The Travel Tester - The Anticipation

In Italy, there are two museums for Ferrari-lovers that cannot be missed: the  Museo Ferrari Maranelli and the  Museo Enzo Ferrari Modena . On my visit, we checked out the Enzo Ferrari museum, which opened in 2012.

On site, there are two buildings for us to explore:  Enzo Ferrari’s birthplace  and a new exhibition gallery adjacent to the house. After we get our tickets, we start at the house, which has been restored to preserve the living space of Enzo Ferrari, as well as his garage.

With a guided Ferrari tour , we are taken along the highlights of the museum, to make it to the exhibition gallery in time for a movie about the history of Ferrari, which our guide tells us we don’t want to miss. We learned a lot of Ferrari facts along the way.

ENZO FERRARI’S HOUSE & WORKPLACE

We start our tour learning all about the gradual development of the Ferrari logo (yellow being the colour of Enzo’s hometown Modena and the initials SF for “Scuderia Ferrari”) and its brand as the best race cars out there, the childhood of Enzo Ferrari and how his passion for racing (and later building cars) started in his dad’s steel workshop.

The workplace, which used to belong to Enzo’s father, is white with large windows, so the workers had more day light and thus could work for longer work times each day. No slacking at the Ferrari headquarters, that’s for sure!

There is a whole section about all the different engines and Ferrari motors , a detailed history of every single car Ferrari has made, which is more interesting if you’re into all the tech details (which I am not so much), but I’m personally more interested in the personal story of how little Enzo turned his passion into a thriving business.

I loved hearing how Enzo was so dedicated to building his cars for speed (and speed alone), and how he had little interest in making cars for everyday use. He only did because he needed funding for his race team, but if it was up to them, his cars could only be seen on the circuit.

MAIN GALLERY

The futuristic looking main gallery (with a car bonnet-inspired roof) has two different exhibitions each year, and during our visit it was all about the Timeless Masterpieces of the Ferrari collection.

Before we check out the cars, a movie is projected on the tall white walls of the exhibition space, displaying the story of Enzo Ferrari’s life and his accomplishments and car developments over the years. All supported by dramatic opera music , to give everything some extra grandeur.

Then it’s time to have a close-up look at all the cars on display . There is a mix of unique, one-of-a-kind cars (going for many millions – if they even were on sale in the first place), as well as limited edition and various types of racing cars, both vintage as modern versions.

That Ferrari is an exceptional car brand , I already knew. But seeing the different cars from up close at the museo ferrari Modena and learning a bit more about the history of the brand and its founder Enzo Ferrari, I definitely have grown a bit more respect for it!

The combination of great design, exclusivity and great craftsmanship make Ferrari a unique car brand and this museum gave a great look into this world that I knew little about.

Time Zone in Italy? Italy is on Central European Summer Time, GMT+2

Currency in Italy?  Euro (EUR). Check the latest exchange rate here .

Electrical Plugs in Italy? In Italy the standard voltage is 230 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. The power plugs and sockets are either of type F (two round pins, thick or thin) and L (three round pins). Fans of Ferrari may visit two official factory museums in Italy run by the famous prancing horse brand. The Ferrari Museum (Museo Ferrari) is in Maranello next to the car factory and the Fiorino racing circuit, while the Museum Enzo Ferrari (Museo Enzo Ferrari) is around 21 km away in Modena. Both museums are worth visiting but the Museo Ferrari (or Maranello Museum) generally attracts three to four times more visitors each year. Day-trip tours are mostly available from Bologna but seasonally from other Italian cities too.

The Ferrari Museum (Museo Ferrari) in Maranello is the official Ferrari factory museum. Here, the emphasis is mostly on modern hypercars and racing cars but many classic models are also on display. The museum also has a huge trophies cabinet and items related to Italian motorsport. It also explains how new technologies developed for motor racing are transferred to improve standard roadgoing cars too.

Although Enzo Ferrari famously didn’t keep victorious cars for a museum during his lifetime, several historic racing cars are on display, as well as examples of all Formula 1 world championship-winning cars since the Schumacher era.

Cars in the Museum Enzo Ferrari in Modena

The Museum Enzo Ferrari (Museo Enzo Ferrari) in nearby Modena encompasses the house and former workshop of the Ferrari family but for many visitors more enticingly is the large modern wing with a roof sculpted like a yellow Ferrari bonnet.

It was previously known as the Museo Casa Enzo Ferrari for this was the house where Enzo Ferrari was born and grew up. The museum here focuses on the history of Ferrari — Enzo Ferrari founded the Scuderia Ferrari racing team in the 1930s and built his own cars from 1947.

The restored workshop of his father is now used as a museum of Ferrari engines from 1-cylinders to V12s and F1 engines. The modern new wing is used for changing exhibitions on specific themes with a number of historical and classic Ferraris. These exhibitions usually change annually. In 2022, the main theme is “Ferrari Forever” — it focuses on the role of the Classiche Department in the preservation of the heritage and Ferrari classic cars; a suitable celebration of the 75 years of Ferrari sports car manufacturing.

Occasionally, special cars from other brands, especially Alfa Romeo and Maserati, are also on show. Privately-owned cars are occasionally displayed on invitation — an honor always mentioned should the car later be offered for sale.

GetYourGuide

Buy Tickets Online to Visit the Ferrari Museums

The ticket prices for the Museo Ferrari in Maranello and the Museo Enzo Ferrari in Modena are the same while a combination ticket gives a significant discount.

Tickets for the Museo Ferrari in Maranello and the Museo Enzo Ferrari in Modena are €17 for each museum (€7 for under 18) or €32 for a combination ticket for a visit to both museums within 48 hours (€10 for under 18). Admission is free for children under 6 while seniors (65+) and students get a small discount. (The Lamborghini Museum in Casette di Funo is only marginally cheaper.)

Booking tickets online with a timeslot is a good time-saving option — if missing the reserved entry time, the ticket remains valid but without priority entrance.

Pricy semi-professional simulator sessions may be booked in either museum – currently around €25 for 10 minutes, including 7 minutes of driving.

A bus tour of the Ferrari factory complex and Fiorano track is possible from the Maranello museum but note that visitors stay in the bus the whole 45-minutes and do not see that much of the actual car-making process.

Driving a Ferrari is not an option at the Ferrari museums but many private companies such as Push Start and I love Maranello offer a variety of driving experiences starting from 10 minutes up. These drives are on public roads and always accompanied by an instructor. Depending on the model, prices are around €100 per ten minutes with drives ranging from 10 minutes to an hour. Track tests are often easier to arrange from Milan.

Ferrari Museums Opening Hours

Ferrari Forever in the Museum Enzo Ferrari in Modena

Both the Museo Ferrari in Maranello and the Museo Enzo Ferrari in Modena have the same opening hours:

The Ferrari museums are open daily:

  • 10:00 to 18:00 from November to March
  • 9:30 to 19:00 from April to October

The Ferrari museums are generally closed only on December 25 and January 1 but it is worth enquiring how much of the Modena museum is open when exhibitions are changing (usually around February / March).

Transportation to Visit the Ferrari Museum

Visit the Ferrari Museums on Skip the Line tickets

Driving is of course the preferred way to get to the Ferrari museums but public transportation is also available. If using the train, for both museums the closest station is Modena with frequent trains from amongst other Parma or Bologna taking less than half an hour. Train passengers arriving on a regional train may show the Trenitalia Tper ticket to receive a discount at either museum (as well as for the F1 simulator).

The Enzo Ferrari Museum is at Via Paolo Ferrari 85, 41121 Modena MO, Italy — less than a 10-minute walk from Modena train station.

Buy combination tickets online to visit the two official Ferrari factory museums (Museo Ferrari in Maranello and Museo Enzo Ferrari in Modena) in Italy. Museum Enzo Ferrari in Modena

Reaching the Ferrari Museum at Via Alfredo Dino Ferrari, 43, 41053 Maranello MO, on public transportation is more complicated. The simplest way to reach the museum is by taxi . Expect to pay around €30 one-way for a pre-booked taxi. A special tourist rate is currently €60 for a return trip from Modena station to the museum with an hour’s wait. (Longer wait is of course negotiable.)

If the limited times work, a cheaper easy alternative is the special shuttle bus that links the two museums and Modena station a few times per day most days. However, this service is very limited. Alternatively, cheaper (and more frequent on especially school days) is public bus 800 from Modena to Ferrari Maranello. However, note that bus 800 departs the Autostazione (bus station a few blocks to the southwest of Modena’s train station).

Day-Trip Tours to Ferrari and Other Car Museums

Day trips to the Ferrari museums are mostly offered from Bologna but are also possible seasonally from other cities . Reaching Bologna by train from most parts of Italy is very easy.

Full day-trip tours from Bologna could add several other museums (Lamborghini, Maserati) or even factory tours (Lamborghini, Pagani) to visits of the Ferrari Museum in Maranello.

Driving a Ferrari is not available at the Ferrari museums but many private companies such as Push Start and I love Maranello offer a variety of driving experiences starting from 10 minutes up. These drives are on public roads and always accompanied by an instructor. Depending on the model, prices are around €100 per ten minutes with drives ranging from 10 minutes to an hour. Track tests are often easier to arrange from Milan.

This update mainly affects the suspension physics model and tire physical calculation model resulting in much more natural weight shifting during cornering. Tire response has also been improved, along with more realistic tire heating and wear. Look forward to more dynamic car movement and a further polished driving feel.

6 new cars added this month

*Can be purchased from Used Cars

From race car to luxury grand tourer, the 3.2L second generation M3.

The 2nd generation M3 was introduced in 1992, 2 years after the introduction of its base model, the 3rd generation ‘E36’ 3-Series. The original ‘E30’ M3 was a racing homologation model made by heavily modifying the standard 3-Series, in a stark contrast, the E36 M3 took the line in the direction of a grand tourer. It featured a more mature look, with understated aero parts. Performance, however, was still very much at the forefront of the design. The 3L inline-6 engine produced 282.1 BHP with 32.7 kgfm torque. With this engine at its heart, the car was able to accelerate from a standing start to 62 mph in just 6 seconds and could continue to accelerate up to 155 mph before hitting the speed limiter.

A minor model change in 1995 brought with it a 3.2L engine producing 316.6 BHP and 35.7 kgfm torque, and replaced the 5-speed manual transmission with a 6-speed unit, along with several changes to the chassis to sharpen the overall handling. 1997 saw the introduction of a 6-speed semi-automatic transmission.

Ferrari 430 Scuderia ‘07

*Can be purchased from Brand Central / Used Cars

A road-going racer that greatly improved upon the performance of the F430.

The 430 Scuderia was announced in September 2007 at the Frankfurt Motor Show, introduced as a high-performance version of Ferrari’s V8 series ‘F430’. It also served as the successor to 360 Challenge Stradale, a road-legal version of the 360 Challenge one-make race car that appeared in the 360 Modena era.

It is powered by the same 4.3L V8 DOHC engine as the standard F430, further tuned to produce an extra 19.7 BHP / 0.5 kgfm to produce a total 502 BHP / 47.9 kgfm. A streamlining of the interior fittings allowed for a roughly 100 kg weight reduction to 1,350 kg. These improvements resulted in a power-to-weight ratio of just 2.48 kg/BHP. The transmission is a 2-pedal manual ‘F1 Superfast 2’ which allows for gear changes as fast as 0.06 seconds. The running gear itself also has a direct impact on driving and lap times, and a number of F1 derived technologies have been implemented here as well, such as the F1-Trac combined traction and stability control system, and the electronically controlled ‘E-Diff’ differential.

Genesis X Gran Racer Vision Gran Turismo Concept

*Can be purchased from Brand Central

The racing version of the Gran Berlinetta adorned with aerodynamic parts.

The Genesis X Gran Racer Vision Gran Turismo Concept is the most emotional expression of Athletic Elegance in the Genesis portfolio. It is a racing derivative of the Genesis X Gran Berlinetta Vision Gran Turismo Concept, with increased downforce achieved by the impressive wings, active aerodynamic flaps, flat floor, front and rear diffusors, canards and gurneys. While the drag coefficient increases according to wing configurations, the increased downforce allows better lap times.

The X Gran Racer Concept is powered by a front mid-mounted race-spec Lambda II V6 engine, electrically assisted by Genesis E-SC technology. The hybrid race-spec drivetrain delivers a combined 1,540 HP (1,539.4 BHP) and 1,015 ft-lb (140.3 kgfm) of torque. The V6 screams at 10,000 rpm while delivering a maximum output of 870 HP (869.8 BHP) and 790 ft-lb (109.2 kgfm) while the front E motor generates an additional 670 HP (669.6 BHP) and 225 ft-lb (31 kgfm).

Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 ‘08

No longer the baby Lambo; the Gallardo outgrew its nickname with top-tier performance.

Debuting in 2003, the baby Lambo ‘Gallardo’ underwent many improvements over the course of a five-year span, including several high-performance evolutions. Then, at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show, a model debuted that would outshine all of its predecessors. On the surface, the new Gallardo, or ‘LP 560-4,’ looked as if it had simply taken stylistic cues from the limited-edition Lamborghini Reventón. But in truth, it had undergone some major modifications. The most prominent of such modifications was the enlargement of its V10 engine displacement, from 4,961 cc to 5,204 cc. With additional intake and exhaust upgrades, and increased compression, the engine produced 552.3 BHP and 55.1 kgfm of torque, which was a 39.4 BHP and 3.1 kgfm improvement from the original Gallardo model.

The drivetrain employed the same full-time 4WD transmission and viscous coupling as its forebearers. As for the car’s name, the ‘560’ was taken from its maximum engine output, and the ‘4’ stood for its 4WD system. The car also inherited a 6MT, or ‘6-speed, 2-pedal manual transmission,’ the E-gear in particular being greatly upgraded, its shifting speed shortened by 40% in the sporty ‘CORSA’ mode. Many thorough weight-reduction efforts were also made, resulting in the vehicle weighing in 20 kg lighter than previous models, at 1,410 kg.

RUF RGT 4.2 ‘16

The ultimate naturally aspirated flat 6. A meticulously crafted machine made by RUF.

RUF is a company that continues to create unique sports cars based on Porsches, infused with their own philosophy and craftsmanship. One of their continuing model lines include the “RGT”, based on various 911 GT3 models. At the very core of the RGT is a concept to polish the performance of the GT3 model even further, while miraculously bestowing it the comfort of a road car. And at the 2015 Geneva show, RUF added a new model to this family tree: The RGT 4.2, based on the type 991, 911 GT3.

As the name implies it is powered by a 4.2L flat 6, increasing the displacement from the stock 3.8L of the type 991, 911 GT3 by 400 cc. But the increased displacement is not the only point of note. The RGT 4.2 engine is not just a tuned 911 GT3 engine, but uses the “Mezger engine” with the GT1 crankshaft as a base; an engine that has seen many successes in racing since the air cooled days of the flat 6. The car produces 123.3 BHP per litre, for a maximum power output of 517.7 BHP. On the exterior it is equipped with aggressive riveted overfenders, and the interior sports the integrated roll cage that the RGT series is known for. Combining competition blood with the grace of a road car, this is another fine example of a RUF, the ultimate car for a gentleman driver who enjoys both the track and daily use.

Subaru Impreza Rally Car ‘98

*Can be purchased from Legend Cars

Subaru’s triple race winning Impreza World Rally car from the 1998 season.

Subaru’s Impreza had been competing in the World Rally Championship since 1993 and had claimed the Manufacturers championship title in 1995 and 1996 under Group A regulations. Then in 1997, under ‘World Rally Car’ regulations, they were able to win the Manufacturer’s championship title again, making for a stunning 3- consecutive season run. The 1997 ‘World Rally Car’ specification Impreza, dubbed the WRC97, used the 2-door coupe model as a base, tuning the existing engine to produce 295.9 BHP and 48 kgfm torque.

The suspension geometry was also reconstructed and body widened as far as regulations would allow to 1,770 mm in order to provide maximum handling ability. The WRC98, introduced in 1998, implemented further modifications upon the previous model, adding a computer controlled active differentials in the front, rear and centre couplings. In the 1998 season, Subaru unfortunately missed out on the championship title and a chance to extend their winning streak. However, the car was more than able to prove its worth as a World Rally car as Colin McRae took it to victory in Round 4 Portugal, Round 6 Tour de Corse, and Round 8 Acropolis.

New GT Circuit

The return of eiger nordwand.

Return to the Kleine Scheidegg, in this revival of a classic GT Original Circuit, situated just below the north face of Eiger, one of the most famous locations in the Swiss Alps. Running past the Jungfrau Railway station at 2,016m above sea level, this technical layout features a series of tight hairpin corners twisting left and right. With very little room to maneuver, and constant elevation changes, running a clean lap will require the utmost concentration and driving technique. A pit area in the tunnel at the end of the course means this track is also set up for full-scale races.
