How it Works

Guy cut the call

I don't know who they've hired recently, but the guy on the phone was not nice. 2 weeks ago I spoke with him and he said he will email me with potentials. Never received an email, I called back a day or so later and spoke with the lady who I've dealt with previously, she stayed on the phone and we looked at different locations etc. The voucher is just impossible to use on stays you want, it's taken us over 9 months to find a suitable, 4/5 star looking place. Not dealing with a nice person, who actually just cut the call when I said I need to go over booking with my husband, just cut the call. Disgusting and so LONG to use their voucher, they have limitations and its just weird.

I unfortunately have a very complex…

I unfortunately have a very complex little girl with numerous medical issues, she was diagnosed at 5 months old and since then we have been too scared to fly, in fear she won’t have what she needs on the flight/ abroad. Ellie in special assistance has dealt with all of our worries promptly and left us with no reservations for our first family holiday. Incredible communication, kind and compassionate. Inflated Pricing and terrible customer service

I rang and spoke to an agent today telling him I found a return flight which included 2 checked in bags for £967 directly on the airlines website. The agent told me the same flight through inspire was over £1200! when I asked why it was cheaper on the airlines website and why I should book through Inspire, he said there were no benefits and some people just preferred to book through agents. He didn't really care and just said to go direct to the airlines. Inspire inflated the price by nearly £300! This is outrageous and the customer service was appalling! Would never recommend!

Absolutely terrible company, completely backwards, not only is the website etc rubbish but secret cancellation fees on booking (which is not in any documents received from them) mean that you can't cancel even when it is a cancelable.

The city of opportunities – by the water, with a magnificent view of the snow-capped peaks of the Alps to the horizon, Zurich in Switzerland, offers a unique combination of attractions and entertainment – more than 50 museums and over 100 galleries, international fashion brands and the work of local designers. Zurich has the liveliest and most exciting nightlife.

Zurich lies at the heart of Europe, on the north shore of Lake Zurich. The multicultural charm and variety of recreational options attract visitors from all over the world to this “shortcut region”. Zurich is very easy to get to – whether by train, plane or car. The international airport serves 150 destinations, and a 10-minute train ride takes you from the airport to the centrally located Zurich Central Station, which is the center of all European rail traffic. 370,000 inhabitants inhabit this scientific, cultural and business center. Thanks to its highly developed infrastructure and natural surroundings, the city is popular with students and researchers. For example, the Swiss State Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH) at the University of Zurich, which was founded in 1855 by Gottfried Semper, is now associated with 21 Nobel laureates.

About 150 years ago, part of the city’s fortifications were rebuilt into what is now perhaps the world’s most famous “Station Street” – Bahnhofstrasse.
