Great tour experience to the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren/Wild Atlantic Way from Galway. My friend and I pre-booked our reservation online in advance (credit cards accepted and it was a little less than $100 USD for the both of us. We met the bus at the headquarters right by Eyres Square and we spent the day from 10am-6pm. There was a toilet on board. We stopped by a pub for lunch in Doolin but I would recommend eating breakfast beforehand. Entry includes admission to the Cliffs. We also saw a few castles, thatched cottages, wedge stone tombs, and the Wild Atlantic Way. We took a different route coming back, and the scenery was so quintessentially Irish countryside. No charging ports on board but there was free wifi. Our driver Tommy was brilliant - he had a nice sense of humor and was very knowledgeable. During a point of the trip where we came across another bus on a very narrow road, he managed to maneuver the bus without a scratch or us falling into the ocean. Overall, great full day experience for first time visitors looking to see the Cliffs without the hassle of driving yourselves.

Pre-booked this tour with a group of friends. Our tour guide Tommy was very knowledgeable and an excellent driver. He shared the history of Galway as we traveled to the different sights and had a great sense of humor! We stopped off at a pub with great food and even better conversation. We were lucky enough to meet the Newmarket Celtic FC and experience what it means to have a craic. If you want to have fun, laugh, and marvel at the beauty of Ireland, take this tour! We had a FABULOUS time. Tommy, our tour guide, was great! We did the Aran isle (the first one) where we did a tractor trailer tour with a bit of walking, a boat ride over to see the Cliffs of Moher, stopped for a bite and headed over for the walking tour of the Cliffs. Tommy gave a great history overview along the way. Definitely a great fair priced tour to take.

We were extremely fortunate with magical weather for the Cliffs of Moher. Not to windy, cold and completely sunny. Thank you Ireland for blessing us. It must be because we smiled and thought positively just like Gary commanded . Gary was an amazing tour guide. He made the entire experience enjoyable with his witty personality. We had plenty of time for the Cliffs and we were able to see both sides.

Today I took a bus trip to dunghaire castle, the burren, pub lunch in doolin , and the cliffs of moher . Dave was our tour guide and driver. He was outstanding... we arrived everywhere with nary a scratch and the rods are narrow. When one bus encountered another its tight!!! Dave played excellent Irish music en route and some fan favorites like Fleetwood Mac on the return journey. Also Dave has a lot of knowledge about the area and environment. A word to the wise... the bus bathroom is like a porta potty. I suggest not too much water until you near the 1 pm pub lunch in doolin. Bathrooms were clean and lunch was yummy. I had fish and chips, my friend had chowder and another person had the vegetable soup. When you get to the cliffs of moher, the wind is no joke. I was happy I had a raincoat with a fleece, a beanie and gloves. The wind was so intense it I felt lucky not to be knocked over. Apparently a few people were knocked down. That said, views were absolutely stunning!!! We had over 2 hours there which was great. They have shops but I ignored them except for the coffee shop in the visitors center. Excellent latte.

Gary. Gary was the DREAM tour guide. Kept us entertained all day, while still being informative and fun. I couldn't suggest this tour more.

Great way to see nature in Ireland! This tour took us to the Burren, a castle, the cliffs of Moher, and several other stops. The guide, Gary, was very knowledgeable and talked most of the time, sharing interesting history and stories. The sites were beautiful, and we had plenty of time at all the stops. In total was about 8 hours.

This tour company is seriously awesome. I'd recommend them for tours in or around Galway! Despite some confusion with our hotel pickup, we were dropped off at the starting point eventually and on time for our tour departure. We chose the Connemara and Cong tour via Viator. I wish I had also used them for a Cliffs tour!! The bus' leg room was on the smaller side but I dealt with it. The views we had throughout the tour were incredible, and our driver, Mike, was hilarious. Later on as he commenced tour drop offs, he spent a long time joking with me. I appreciated that. As part of the tour, we: -Stopped in Connemara National Park for a couple random but beautiful photo ops. -Went to Kylemore Abbey. LOVE. So much love. -Went to a Friary. Super cool! -Visited the town of Cong. -Drove through old potato fields in County Mayo. -Saw so much of Connemara. It was a beautiful day. The weather was typical -- random showers mixed with sun. We saw a rainbow, of course! The tour group was large but relaxed. At one point, Mike even stopped the bus in the middle of nowhere to let two hitchhikers on. For the reasonable price, I'd tell you to book a tour this instant. If I'm ever in Galway again, I know where to look. Thanks so much to Mike and Galway Tour Company for a spectacular day in Western Ireland!

We decided to take the 8 hour tour Cliffs of Moher & Burren Tour. It was absolutely amazing! What made the whole trip extra special and perfect was our tour guide, "Gary"! He provided lots of historic details and stories about the area, the people and so much more. I would recommend this company and Ask for Gary!!!!!!

We used Galway Tour Company for two activities: Cliffs of Moher & The Burren Tour: €30/adult. We saw several different attractions including Dunguaire Castle, Poulnabrone Dolmen, Kilfenora and the village of Doolin before being dropped off at the main attraction, the stunning Cliffs of Moher. Our tour guide was fantastic. He provided informative and entertaining narration the entire journey, all the while driving a large bus effortlessly. Some other companies have to have a separate driver and tour guide! Aran Islands Service: €32/adult for a shuttle and ferry service to Inis Mór, the largest of the Aran Islands. The ferry to the island was run by a separate company, and the shuttle service between Galway and the Rossaveal ferry port was contracted out to Lally Tours. This was not a tour, so there was no narration. The shuttle service was uneventful, except for the return trip when the bus was late in picking us up, leaving everybody waiting in the cold for 20 minutes. Which company's fault this was was unclear, but a company should be responsible for its contractors. Overall, we enjoyed the services provided by Galway Tour Company and wouldn't mind using them again.
