Welcome back to the jungle.
Guns N’ Roses just announced they’re returning to the road this summer for a huge 2023 World Tour that will bring them all over the globe from June through October.
Following their dates in Israel and Europe, the second leg of the tour takes Axl Rose, Slash, Duff and the rest of GNR to North America where they’ll play arenas, stadiums and ballparks throughout the U.S. and Canada .
That includes two notable stops for New Yorkers — on Aug. 15, the group hits East Rutherford’s MetLife Stadium ; two weeks later, they’re tapped to play Saratoga Springs’ Saratoga Performing Arts Center on Sept. 1.
Interestingly enough, the tour, their first in the U.S. since 2021’s ‘We’re F’N Back Tour’ was casually teased midway through the Daytona 500 on Sunday, Feb. 19.
And now, that the tour has officially been announced, you can get your hands on tickets to see the “Sweet Child O’ Mine” rockers as early as today .
Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Friday, March 3, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before they’re officially on sale.
Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.
They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.
Outside of touring, Guns N’ Roses will also headline at Sacramento’s hard-rock heavy Aftershock Festival from Oct. 5-8. At the time of publication, the only other act announced for the four-day extravaganza is Pantera.
Guns N Roses 2023 tour schedule
A complete North American calendar including all concert dates, venues and links to buy tickets can be found below.
Guns N’ Roses new music
In 2022, Guns N’ Roses dusted off the iconic 1991 double album “Use Your Illusion” and put out four discs of deluxe remasters and live recordings from 1991 and 1992.
You can re-live all the hits — including “November Rain” which just became the first ’90s rock song to hit two billion views on YouTube according to Loudwire — in their updated pristine and raw form here .
Prior to the re-release, the band dropped two new singles in 2021: the pulsating “Hard Skool” and heavy “ABSUЯD.” The latter track puts Axl Rose’s legendary falsetto on display, and yes, he can still hit those impossibly high notes.
Guns N’ Roses set list
The last Guns N’ Roses tour bled into 2022 when the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers toured Australia.
According to Set List FM , the songs they played didn’t change much whether their show was in Hollywood, FL or Perth.
Here’s what a typical set list looked like for the group if you’re wondering whether they’re going to play the hits you know and love:
01.) “It’s So Easy” 02.) “Mr. Brownstone” 03.) “Chinese Democracy” 04.) “Slither” (Velvet Revolver cover) 05.) “Double Talkin’ Jive” 06.) “Welcome to the Jungle”
07.) “Better”
08.) “Estranged” 09.) “Live and Let Die” (Wings cover) 10.) “You’re Crazy” 11.) “Shadow of Your Love” 12.) “Black Hole Sun” (Soundgarden cover) 13.) “Rocket Queen” 14.) “You Could Be Mine” 15.) “I Wanna Be Your Dog” (The Stooges cover) 16.) “Absurd” 17.) “Hard Skool” 18.) “Civil War” 19.) “Sweet Child o’ Mine” 20.) “November Rain” 21.) “Wichita Lineman” (Jimmy Webb cover) 22.) “Patience” 23.) “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” (Bob Dylan cover)
24.) “Nightrain”
Encore: 25.) “Coma” 26.) “Don’t Cry” 27.) “The Seeker” (The Who cover) 28.) “Paradise City”
If you want to dig into their past, you can find a record of what Guns N Roses played at every single one of their concerts ever dating back to their first-ever gig in 1985 in West Hollywood at the Troubadour (they opened with “Jumpin’ Jack Flash”) by clicking here .
Guns N’ Roses members
Over the years, GNR has undergone quite a few lineup changes. Here’s who you can expect to see when the group tours this year.
Frontman Axl Rose will be back to perform lead vocals and play piano and percussion.
He’ll be joined by bassist Duff McKagan, guitarist Slash, keyboardist/pianist Dizzy Reed, guitartist Richard Fortus, drummer Frank Ferrer and Melissa Reese on the synthesizers.
Hard rockers on tour in 2023
Prepare your ears because it’s about to get loud this year.

Here are just five of our favorite acts you won’t want to miss when they come to a city near you.

ABOUT GUNS N’ ROSES:
Guns N’ Roses endure as the most dynamic, dangerous, and definitive American rock band in history to this day. Embedded in popular culture, their landmark diamond-selling 1987 opus, Appetite For Destruction , stands out as “the best-selling U.S. debut album ever” and “the 11 th best-selling U.S. album of all time, ” while their Not In This Lifetime… Tour (2016-2019) ranked as the “fourth-highest grossing concert tour of all time . ” During 1991, Guns N’ Roses shook the world with the one-two punch of the 7x-platinum Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II , clinching the top two spots of the Billboard 200 upon arrival. With total sales of 100 million units thus far, their catalog also consists of G N’ R Lies (5x-platinum), The Spaghetti Incident? (platinum), Greatest Hits (5x-platinum), and Chinese Democracy (platinum). Not to mention, they are one of the most-streamed rock bands in the world with an average of 24 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Following the reunion of the century, they headlined Coachella and sold 5 million-plus tickets on the Not In This Lifetime… Tour . However, Guns N’ Roses never stop with more touring on the horizon in 2023 and other surprises—the “Nightrain” keeps rolling at full speed.
Guns N’ Roses are Axl Rose (vocals, piano), Duff McKagan (bass), Slash (lead guitar), Dizzy Reed (keyboard), Richard Fortus (rhythm guitar), Frank Ferrer (drums), and Melissa Reese (keyboard).

Though the reunited band has not announced plans for any new music to follow-up 2008’s long-gestating Chinese Democracy , the Axl Rose-led group has been hitting the road hard over the past few years, including their three-year (2016-2019) Not in This Lifetime Tour and 2021’s We’re F’N Back! tour. But in an exciting tease, the release announcing the upcoming dates promises that they will be “unveiling more news and surprises soon.”

Guns N’ Roses Announce 2023 World Tour
Guns N' Roses announced a world tour that will begin on June 5 in Tel Aviv, Israel. The band will hit North America in August and continue through the fall, wrapping up on Oct. 16 in Vancouver.
The presale begins Wednesday, followed by a general on-sale on Friday. More information on tickets can be found on the Guns N' Roses website .
The upcoming shows mark Guns N' Roses' first U.S. dates since October 2021, when they finished a 25-show run with a pair of concerts in Florida. They spent the bulk of 2022 playing overseas , wrapping up the year with a performance in Auckland, New Zealand, in December.
Guns N' Roses released two new songs, " Absurd " and " Hard Skool ," in 2021, marking the first material with Axl Rose , Duff McKagan and Slash since 1994. Both songs come from the Chinese Democracy era, featuring freshly recorded parts by Slash and McKagan.
Slash confirmed they continued to work on other songs similarly while they were off the road because of the pandemic. "There's a handful of those songs that we absolutely fixed up and did when we were in lockdown," he told radio host Eddie Trunk in October. "Those have yet to be released, so those are going to come out. ... We're just going to put out like one or two songs, and another one or two songs, and I think that's going to be pretty much all of them. I'm not sure exactly how many we did in total."
He added that Guns N' Roses still have "a couple of epic songs" that haven't been released. Slash emphasized that he hopes they'll be able to focus on recording a "whole brand new record at some point." As is often the case, he named the pending road work the culprit for the continued delay: "We have one more tour left to do next summer, and then that'll free us up to go in and work on a new record."
Guns N' Roses celebrated the Use Your Illusion albums last fall with an expanded box set , which included an updated version of " November Rain ." The original video of the nine-minute opus recently became the first rock video to reach 2 billion YouTube views.

Guns N’ Roses live at Glastonbury: a solid performance… to the wrong crowd
The rockers received a lacklustre response from most of the crowd, which was tempered with a surprise appearance from Dave Grohl
After months of backlash about their headline slot, Guns N’ Roses finally take to the stage at Glastonbury 2023 and deliver one of their strongest sets in recent years. The only pity? It’s to the wrong crowd.
The controversy stemmed from both the lack of female headliners for 2023 — with acts like Lizzo and Lana Del Rey being pushed onto other stages — and the reluctance of the festival organisers to use bigger slots to support emerging talent. Hell, even Noel Gallagher weighed in and voiced his concerns about the decision and called the set: “crazy shit”. So, fair to say when it came to the final moments before the band took to the stage, there was a sense of anticipation and curiosity in the air.
To any G’N’R fan, the Glasto set undoubtedly marks one of the strongest sets that the rock veterans have given in recent years — completely devoid of sound issues, Axl Roses ’ vocals in pretty good form, Slash at the top of his game and, probably the second biggest shock of the night, the band beginning the performance bang on time.
Unfortunately, this is somewhat lost on the Glastonbury crowd, as Guns N’ Roses’ sultry, whiskey-chugging, in-your-face brand of rock felt misplaced when delivered at the hippie nucleus of the world.
For the most part, the majority of the setlist goes unrecognised by the audience, and momentum only really gathers for a handful of songs in their 24-song set. The quiet moments between the band kicking off another song — instead of being greeted by endless applause like seen at their headline shows — become awkward silences, as the crowd waits for them to hurry up and bring out another one of their most famous tracks. Even Roses’ tongue-in-cheek joke of introducing ‘ABSURD’ as a track that “tugs at the heartstrings” fell on deaf ears.
There are some unexpected highlights through the set, however, with the band using the iconic slot to pay homage to some of their heroes: U.K. Subs (‘Down On The Farm’), The Stooges (‘T.V. Eye’) and Wings (‘Live And Let Die’).
While they teased a potential guest cameo from Paul McCartney with the latter: “We’re helping a certain individual celebrate the 50th anniversary of this song”, the only surprise appearance came at the end of the show, as Foo Fighters ’ Dave Grohl joined the band for a rendition of ‘Paradise City’.
All in all, while the Saturday headline slot may have fallen a bit flat, perhaps it’s fitting. This comes as 2023’s bill sees a live performance from another music veteran, Elton John , who will play the final date of his farewell tour on Sunday. If Glasto-goers spin the narrative and see this year as a final stint from the icons of the ‘70s and ‘80s, this instalment can be seen as the end of a chapter, and pave the way for new talent to emerge in the years ahead.
Guns N’ Roses played:
‘It’s So Easy ‘Bad Obsession’ ‘Chinese Democracy’ ‘Slither’ (Velvet Revolver cover) ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ ‘Mr. Brownstone’ ‘Pretty Tied Up’ ‘Double Talkin’ Jive ‘Estranged’ ‘Live and Let Die’ (Wings cover) ‘Reckless Life’ ‘T.V. Eye’ (The Stooges cover, with Duff McKagan on vocals) ‘Down on the Farm’ (UK Subs cover) ‘Rocket Queen’ ‘ABSURD’ ‘Civil War’ ‘You Could Be Mine’ ‘Sweet Child o’ Mine’ ‘November Rain’ ‘Patience’ ‘Hard Skool’ ‘Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door’ (Bob Dylan cover) ‘Nightrain’ ‘Paradise City’ (with Dave Grohl)

HARDY refuses to 'QUIT' with new single, short film, 2024 tour announcement
Hardy follows up an award-winning, breakout year of countrified-rock success with a new single, short film release and 2024 tour announcement.
Singer-songwriter HARDY once found a napkin with the word "quit" on it in his tip jar after a Nashville writers round almost a decade ago.
The countrified rock star told that story when he was named the Academy of Country Music's 2022 songwriter of the year.
"Tonight, that 'quit' napkin will be sitting right beside this f***er," a defiant HARDY said on the stage of the Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville that evening.
Now the napkin has inspired a new single, documentary and tour.
"QUIT!!," the song that arrived at midnight EST on Jan. 12, is his first release since 2023 album "the mockingbird AND THE CROW."
In a year when he told The Tennessean he would "leave it all on that stage and change the trajectory of [his] life," he did just that.
"QUIT!!" is the most unapologetically rock-inspired song in a catalog of almost 20 No. 1 country and rock songs HARDY has either performed himself or written for another artist in the past five years.
The distortion-laden, rap-rock-style single serves as a three-minute humble brag-as-creative declaration of HARDY's perceived "black sheep" with "a chip on [his] shoulder" emergence.
Five years have transpired since HARDY was a Middle Tennessee State University grad co-writing Morgan Wallen and Florida Georgia Line's 2018 hit "Up Down." He's now filled arenas and performed in front of over 3 million fans worldwide in 2023.
With "QUIT!!," HARDY's road from being an "unapologetically country as hell" performer to a "petty, [glorified redneck] with a stack of awards on a napkin" is a story told flatly that resonates with his growing fanbase and beyond.
Can HARDY mirror Guns N' Roses' success?
The 22-minute "becoming THE CROW" short film directed by Justin Clough that accompanies the release of "QUIT!!" celebrates the moment when HARDY's dynamic vision of writing country-influenced lyrics over rock-style riffs and playing with "bright and dark" emotions and moods took their fullest shape.
Where was that, exactly? Los Angeles' Sunset Strip.
On Jan. 23, 2023, HARDY played the country-inspired "mockingbird" half of "the mockingbird AND THE CROW" at Los Angeles' Troubadour, then immediately followed that set by playing the heavy metal-powered "THE CROW" at the Roxy, a two-minute drive away.
He's attempting to follow an incredible precedent.
In 1986, Guns n' Roses played the Roxy on Jan. 18 , The Troubadour on Feb. 28 and revisited The Roxy on March 26. By January 1987, the band, who signed to Geffen Records between their January and February shows, were recording their 1987 debut album "Appetite For Destruction."
By August 1988, the album, which features "Welcome to the Jungle," "Sweet Child O' Mine," and "Paradise City," had peaked at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 album chart — a chart on which the album remained for nearly five years. In the past 35 years, the album has sold over 30 million copies worldwide and is one of the top-10-selling albums of all time in the United States.
"The mockingbird AND THE CROW" featured Lainey Wilson collaboration "wait in the truck," "jack," Morgan Wallen duet "red," "SOLD OUT," "The Mockingbird & The Crow" and "TRUCK BED."
"If you want to know who I am, listen to that album...may it live forever," Hardy said.
HARDY in 2024
After opening for Morgan Wallen and co-headlining with Lainey Wilson, HARDY's set to return on the road this year with his Quit Tour.
Tickets for 15 dates between May and August go on sale Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. local time, with select fan pre-sales starting Jan. 16.
Supporting acts will include Travis Denning, Ella Langley, Kip Moore and Stephen Wilson Jr.
More information is available at hardyofficial.com/quittour .
About his year to come, HARDY said the following in a press statement: "Thank you for inspiring me to be great. I guess sometimes holding a grudge is a good thing."
