What is AXS Mobile ID?

With mobile ticketing through AXS, you’re able to keep your tickets securely stored in your AXS App until it’s time for your event and enter with a quick and simple scan. Easy!

How do I get the AXS App?

The AXS App is free to download and available in the App Store or Google Play. To login, use the same email address you used when purchasing your tickets. You can also download the Houston Rockets app to enter Toyota Center for events. 

How do I use the AXS App to enter the building?

• Open the AXS App
• From the “Home” screen tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen
• Login to your account entering the email address used to purchase the tickets
• (If you can’t remember your password, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email)
• Browse your upcoming events and tap the one you want to view
• Tap “View Barcode” and present QR code at the door to be scanned for entry to Toyota Center

How do I access my Parking pass?

Your parking pass for the Toyota Tundra garage will load like a ticket with a barcode to be scanned as you enter the garage.

Can I print my tickets?

AXS Mobile ID tickets are digital and cannot be printed for venue entry.

Are screenshots of the barcode valid for entry?

No, tickets must be scanned through the AXS App.

Can I have multiple tickets on one phone?

Yes. However, we recommend that you transfer tickets to each person attending the event.

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

Please bring a valid photo ID and the card you used to purchase the tickets to the Toyota Center box office.

How far in advance can I access my tickets?

Unless otherwise noted, tickets are accessible on the AXS app and ready to manage as soon as the purchase is complete. Ability to transfer and/or sell tickets varies by show and is subject to change.

What should I bring to an event?

• Wallet with photo ID
• The card you used to purchase your tickets

What if I need help on an event day?

Please visit the Toyota Center Box Office where one of our ticket resolutions associates will assist you.

How do I transfer tickets?

Transferring tickets allows you to send tickets electronically to anyone with a valid email address. Once the recipient logs in and accepts the tickets, they will be able to view the barcode.

• Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen
• Tap "Transfer"
• Enter the recipients first & last name followed by their email address
• Tap 'Continue'
• Review the information and tap 'Transfer'

The recipient will receive an email with a link to download the AXS app and retrieve their tickets.

What is the venue Bag Policy?

No bags are allowed except for medical reasons, diaper bags, and a clutch smaller than 5.5" X 8.5" for all events.

2023年12月28日（木）に福岡PayPayドーム（福岡県）で開催される「TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ in JAPAN追加公演」を全国各地の映画館にライブ・ビューイングすることが決定した。

全世界25都市、自身最大規模となるワールドツアー「TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’」の日本公演は、今年5月に味の素スタジアムとヤンマースタジアム長居で開催。4日間で約22万人を動員し、会場に集まった多くのファンを魅了した。 5月21日（日）に味の素スタジアムで行われた最終日には、緊急告知として12月にバンテリンドーム ナゴヤと福岡PayPayドームで日本追加公演の開催を発表した。この12月28日（木）に福岡PayPayドームで行われる追加公演最終日の模様を、全国各地の映画館に生中継！

TWICE announce new Las Vegas show of ‘Ready To Be’ world tour

Tickets for the newly announced show go on sale this Friday

TWICE have added a brand-new US show to their ongoing ‘Ready To Be’ world tour, which will now run into 2024.

The K-pop girl group will support their upcoming mini-album ‘Ready To Be’ by taking over stadiums and arenas their fifth world tour. It kicked off in April with two nights in Seoul, followed by shows in Australia, Japan, North America, Europe and Southeast Asia.

Today (December 12), TWICE added a new Las Vegas show, which will take place on March 16 at the Allegiant Stadium. The concert is being dubbed the ‘Ready To Be Once More in Las Vegas’ show.

Tickets to TWICE’s newly added March 2024 Las Vegas show will go on sale this Friday (December 15) at 3pm local time via Live Nation and Ticketmaster .

Other upcoming TWICE shows include a Jakarta concert on December 23, as well as a Mexico City date and two Sao Paulo performances in early-February 2024.

Their 12th mini-album and their second since renewing their contracts as a group with JYP Entertainment , ‘Ready To Be’ features the pre-release track ‘Moonlight Sunrise’ . Its tracklist also features the song ‘Set Me Free’ , which will be released in both Korean and English.

The tour news follows Billboard ‘s announcement that TWICE will be honored at the 2023 Billboard Women in Music Awards with the Breakthrough Artist Award on the first of March. The honor comes after TWICE’s “Moonlight Sunrise,” a single off the group’s March-slated EP Ready to Be , became their second ever entry on the Billboard Hot 100 , peaking at No. 84. The track also earned TWICE a career high placement on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart, peaking at No. 3.

Tickets for shows in the U.S. will be available through a Ticketmaster Verified Fan sale , now open for registration. If any additional tickets remain after the Verified Fan sale concludes, a general onsale will be announced at a later date. TWICE has revealed details of its upcoming fifth world tour, Ready To Be , which will kick off in Seoul in April.

The trek will see the JYP Entertainment girl group visit Korea, Australia, Japan, Canada, and the US. It will also become the first female K-pop group to headline MLB and NFL stadiums with shows at East Rutherford’s MetLife Stadium, Dallas’ Globe Life Field, Atlanta’s Truist Park, and Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium.

The Ready To Be tour follows TWICE becoming the first female K-pop group to ever headline a US stadium . Last year, it held two sold-out shows at the BMO Stadium (formerly known as Banc Of California Stadium) in Los Angeles.

Tickets for the US run of dates can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Verified Fan platform. Fans can register for the onsale here through 10pm ET on March 8. Any additional tickets remaining will then be made available in a general onsale at a later date. Fans seeking tickets for international shows are advised to visit their local event pages.

Ahead of the tour, TWICE will return with its 12th mini album, also titled Ready To Be , on March 10. The record was recently preceded by the group’s latest English-language track, “Moonlight Sunrise.” The single earned TWICE its highest placements on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart (No.3) and Spotify’s US chart (No.39), and Global chart (No.60).

K-Pop phenoms return to the global stage

International K-Pop sensations Twice announce their global outing – 5th World Tour ‘Ready to Be.’ The worldwide run will hit several cities across Korea, Australia, Japan, Canada, and the U.S. Produced by Live Nation, the tour kicks off on April 15th at KSPO Dome in Seoul, Korea making stops in Sydney, Melbourne, Osaka, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Seattle, Dallas, Chicago, Toronto and more before wrapping up in Atlanta, GA at Truist Park on July 9th. The group has promised more dates will be announced soon.

Notably, the group will become the first female K-Pop group to headline in MLB and NFL stadiums. This outing marks the first time ever for a female K-Pop group to perform at East Rutherford’s MetLife Stadium, Dallas’ Globe Life Field, Atlanta’s Truist Park, and Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium. After multiple sold out arena tours, the group previously became the first female K-Pop group to ever headline in a US stadium with their two sold out dates at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles just last year. The 5th World Tour ‘Ready to Be’ promises to bring their signature high energy performance and a robust setlist of their chart-topping hits. Twice’s 12th mini album, Ready to Be , will be released on March 10th.

Tickets for shows in the US can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Verified Fan platform. Fans can register for the Verified Fan on sale through Wednesday, March 8th at 10 pm ET/7 pm PT. Fans who are selected to receive an access code will be able to access the Verified Fan Onsale at a later date. If any additional tickets remain following the Verified Fan on sale, a general on sale will be announced at a later date.

ONCE, ready for more TWICE? 2nd SHOW added at United Center on June 29!

The 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’’ promises to bring their signature high energy performance and a robust setlist of their chart-topping hits. TWICE’s 12th mini album, “READY TO BE,” was released on March 10.

Last year, TWICE completed their sold-out 4TH WORLD TOUR Ⅲ arena tour. These performances were a major milestone for the group, as made TWICE the first female K-Pop group to sell out two North American arena tours, as well as the first female K-Pop group to play a North American stadium. In August, they released their 11th EP, BETWEEN 1&2, which entered the Billboard 200 Album Chart at #3 and holds the biggest pure sales week for an album by a female K-Pop act in the US, further extending TWICE’s record for the most top 10 debuts on the chart among all K-Pop female acts. BETWEEN 1&2’s lead single “Talk that Talk” reached the top 20 on Billboard’s Global 200 chart, and top 10 on Billboard’s Global Excl. US chart, tying with “The Feels” as their highest charting single on the latter chart. They ended the year as the most-stream female K-Pop group on Spotify.

Most recently, TWICE released their second full English-language single, “MOONLIGHT SUNRISE” off their EP READY TO BE. The track debuted at #84 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned TWICE career high-placements on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart (#3) and both Spotify’s US Chart (#39) and Global Chart (#60).

Take I-90 East to the Madison Street exit and make a right onto Madison Street. The building will be on your left.

Take I-55 North to the Damen exit and make a left, going northbound for approximately 7 minutes. The building will be on your right.

Take Madison Street west from the Loop.

Take I-290 East to exit 28A (Damen Avenue). Take Damen Avenue north to Madison Street. Make a right onto Madison Street and the building will be on your right.

Public Transportation

Take the Orange, Green, Purple, or Brown lines to Madison. Take #20 Madison buses west.

To the United Center : The #19 United Center Express Bus runs on game days. Service begins 90 minutes prior to game time, runs every 10 minutes until 30 minutes until start of game. Board at stops starting southbound on Michigan and Randolph. Connections are made with Metra trains at Millennium Station, Ogilvie Center and Union Station. The #20 Madison Bus travels west on Madison Street, starting downtown at Wabash Street and runs every few minutes, making all stops to the United Center.

From the United Center : The #19 United Center Express and the #20 Madison buses run every few minutes, departing from the eastbound side of Madison Street. Buses make all stops.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking lots and Uber lot open to public two and a half hours prior to event time.

Suites Parking

Two reserved parking passes will be valid in lots C and K. The other two reserved parking passes will be for parking in lots A, B, D, or L. Holders of these passes will be directed to A, B, D, or L lots by traffic police and parking attendants based on traffic conditions. Parking passes are good for one space each. All parking passes are mobile entry only.

For all special events, each Executive Suite Holder will receive two complimentary parking passes per event ordered. These two passes will be for reserved parking located in lots C and K. In addition, Executive Suite Holders will also receive the option to purchase four additional parking passes in lots C and K for special events.

Suite Holder parking passes are also valid for buses or limousines under specific guidelines.

Lexus Club Parking

Lexus Club Seat members have reserved parking in fenced, well-lit and clearly marked parking lots adjacent to the United Center for all Blackhawks or Bulls preseason, regular season and playoff games. All Lexus Club members who purchase tickets to other events may also purchase one preferred parking pass (in lot C or K) for such events. Details on how to obtain parking for other events are included with the fax transmission announcing each event.

Lexus Club Seat members with two to four tickets receive a complimentary, reserved parking space in a closed-in, paved lot for all Blackhawks or Bulls preseason, regular season and playoff games. Lexus Club Seat members with five seats or more will be provided with two parking passes.

UBER ZONE FAQs:

What is the Uber Zone (Lot E) at the United Center? To increase and streamline the fan experience for guests who take Uber to and from the United Center, the new Uber Zone is located at the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street (Lot E) and will combine the three former Uber locations around the arena. Traffic leading to the three prior Uber pickup locations 1) Zone A, previously located on Wood Street & Washington Blvd. near Lot A, 2) Zone D, previously located on Monroe Street & S. Paulina Street near Lot D and 3) Zone F, previously located on Monroe Street & Seeley Ave. near Lot F will now be directed towards the one new Uber Zone in Lot E.

What is the location of the Uber Zone? The new Uber Zone at the United Center is located on the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street. Fans will enter and exit through the sidewalk entrance located on Madison Street and cars will enter the lot by turning into the Uber Zone from Madison Street. Cars will exit on Warren Blvd.

What are the hours of operation? On event days, the Uber Zone is open two hours prior to games, concerts and events and will remain open up to one hour after each event. On non-event days, the Uber Zone will be closed and Uber rides will be dropped off near the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street outside of the Uber Zone.

What is the pickup process for fans?

• Using the Uber app, fans inside the United Center will call an Uber ride.
• Guests will then head to the new Uber Zone located at the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street in front of the United Center.
• When arriving, fans will show the Uber attendant the lane number their driver is in.
• Fans will be shown the location where their Uber vehicle is located to start their next journey.

What is the dropoff process for fans? When Uber drivers arrive with guests at the United Center, they will be instructed to pull into the Uber Zone from the Madison Street side to drop off fans. Once exiting the vehicle, guests will walk out of the main entrance located on the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street. Guests can cross the street to the United Center and are encouraged to enter through the East Atrium.

TWICE、「TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR 'READY TO BE' in JAPAN SPECIAL」追加公演決定。味の素スタジアムにて2デイズ開催

TWICEが、「TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR 'READY TO BE' in JAPAN SPECIAL」味の素スタジアムの追加公演を発表した。

昨年2023年12月28日に行われた福岡 PayPayドーム最終日で緊急告知をした「TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR 'READY TO BE' in JAPAN SPECIAL」は、今年2024年7月に大阪 ヤンマースタジアム長居と日産スタジアムで開催されるが、日産スタジアムにおいては海外女性アーティスト初の単独公演となり、その注目度はとても高かった。その期待の大きさからチケット申込数が一般受付前にもかかわらず想定数をはるかに超えたため、急遽味の素スタジアムの追加公演が決定した。

大阪、神奈川、そして東京の大型スタジアムでライヴを果たす、勢いが凄まじいTWICEのスペシャル公演にますます期待したい。

急きょ追加公演が決定、【TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ in JAPAN SPECIAL】

　TWICEが、【TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ in JAPAN SPECIAL】追加公演を、2024年7月20日と21日に東京・味の素スタジアムにて開催することが決定した。 　【TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ IN JAPAN SPECIAL】は、2024年7月13日と14日に大阪・ヤンマースタジアム長居、7月27日と28日に神奈川・日産スタジアムでの開催が発表されていた。日産スタジアムにおいては海外女性アーティスト初の単独公演となるなど、その期待の大きさからチケット申込数が一般受付前にもかかわらず想定数をはるかに超えたため、急きょ味の素スタジアムでの追加公演が決定したとのことだ。 　なお、2023年開催の【TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ in JAPAN】 は、のべ約37万人を動員した。同年5月にヤンマースタジアム長居と味の素スタジアムにて計4日間、12月には追加公演として愛知・名古屋バンテリンドームと福岡PayPayドームにて同じく計4日間行われた。 ◎公演情報 【TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ in JAPAN SPECIAL】 2024年7月13日（土）大阪・ヤンマースタジアム長居 2024年7月14日（日）大阪・ヤンマースタジアム長居 2024年7月20日（土）東京・味の素スタジアム ※追加公演 2024年7月21日（日）東京・味の素スタジアム ※追加公演 2024年7月27日（土）神奈川・日産スタジアム 2024年7月28日（日）神奈川・日産スタジアム その他の画像
