Customer service was exceptional and the crew was great. Never without a drink and without a laugh. Recommended to pack light as you are dropped on the Isle and left to roam for 2-3 hours and must take all personal items with. But the water and the snorkeling and the sights are amazing. Would bring some dollars or pesos to haggle and work deals wiht local vendors on the island. $5 dock fee per person in cash and $40 for photos taken during the trip. Highly recommend. They will blame it on the traffic but it’s just the way all tour operators work in Cancun. My kids did not need flippers but they were forced to wear them so of course they fell off their feet while snorkeling. It was on the guides to pick them up so no loss for us but they would not listen to our request. Also, there are many rules to follow, you have to follow the guide while swimming and you have to take a shower before you get on the boat to make sure you wash off all your sunblock. The fish and coral were very beautiful to see and overall it was a great trip. Tequila tasting a nice bonus! Wonders of the Maya

The tour was exactly as described but even better. Our tour guide Miguel was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Small things like helping us with translations and advising on which ATMs to use were very much appreciated. Our driver Alfredo got us everywhere safely and as quickly as he could, always with a smile on his face. They are a great team. The tour includes so much but also allows breaks which makes the pace relaxed. As an example, Miguel suggested including a beach break after Campeche which was very appreciated by us all. Accommodation, whilst not luxurious, was comfortable and clean everywhere. The tour price included admission to so many attractions, our favourite being Hubiku cenote. Being a small tour (our bus seated 16) made it much more personal and for us more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this tour.

Overall the tour was excellent. However the hotel in Merida was below average - very dark and dingy, noisy and below expectations. The tour guide Miguel and driver Augustine were very professional and did a great job for 3 days .

i am amazed at the care shown about where we were and how we were doing. I wish we could have had more time to wander around the ruins especially at chichen itza. If iIhad to do it again I would have skipped Cancun completely and spent two days at the ruins. Miguel was just awesome and he is so smart he needs to learn more about the ruins and the history like the guide we had at chichen itza. HOWEVER, his knowledge about the Mayan people was incredible. I had recent surgery on my foOt and wore a brace,Miguel was so kind and helpful I got to see everything , even climbed the stairs at Pelenque. WOULD RECOMMEND THE TOUR HIGHLY.

The Mystical Mayan Trail: A Trip Through Mexico's Vibrant Culture and Natural Beauty

Die Route und die Dauer der Tour durch das schöne Chiapas war für uns perfekt. Die Abwechslung von Natur und Kultur war optimal. Die Hotels waren bis auf eine Ausnahme (Palenque) gut, das Frühstück überall sehr gut. Der Comfort des Minibusses war ausbaufähig. Bei größerer Körpergröße gibt es eigentlich nur einen Sitzplatz, der in Frage kommt, der insbesondere auf längeren und kurvigen Strecken ungemütlich ist. Die Tourguides und Fahrer waren allesamt äußerst kompetent und freundlich. Insbesondere Hector und Francisco, die uns über mehrere Tage begleitet haben, haben die Reise zu etwas besonderem gemacht. Auch, weil sie uns bei gesundheitlichen Problemen beratschlagt haben. Am Ende der Reise konnten wir uns in Valladolid (statt Cancun) absetzen lassen, was unsere Weiterreise erleichtert hat.

The accomodations were great, the first tour guide was awesome. However, the second tour guide to Chichen Itza LOST me during the tour and I was traumatized in a sea of 4,000+ people...Stay close to the guide!

This tour was AMAZING. Daniel, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about all the Mayan sites we visited. He also did ALL THE WORK of securing admission tickets so that we did not have to wait in any long lines. Along the way, he took us to some wonderful & always delicious restaurants for lunch. He also advised us on good places to eat dinner in each of our hotel stays. What's more, he advised in several places to eat at the hotel since walking into the urban areas

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour, it was just what I was looking for. Daniel was a lovely guide. Lots of travelling but very well organised and sufficient time at each place, considering the itinerary. Very nice hotel in Valladolid. Hotel in Merida was in a good location but was noisy (though I was fine and slept well as I wore ear plugs ?).

Awesome trip, great way to see so much of Mexico in a short space of time. Top moments were the beach at Holbox, swimming in the 7 colours lagoon, experiencing the cenotes, all the guacamole, delicious breakfast recommendations, seeing Xichen Itsa and biking in Tulum. Our guide was Eve and she was THE BEST. We have done a bunch of other trips and she was by far the most personable, creative, fun, lovely person with a lot of experience and wonderful ability to share her knowledge with us. Highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to party and catch a lot of culture all in one trip. You can schedule your activity, tour, or rental on our website and reserve your place; we guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

We are located in front of the J. W. Marriot Hotel on the lagoon’s edge in Hotel Zone 14.5 km, in the Freds House restaurant’s parking lot. Outside the check-in office, you’ll see a white speedboat. Click here for a more precise location or comprehensive directions.

Our speedboat, jet ski adventure tours, and snorkeling tours do not require any prior expertise. Beginners are encouraged to participate. Before leaving on a tour, all participants will get instructions and an orientation.

Some of our tours and rentals have age restrictions:

Jet Ski Tours: No children under 10 years old. Participants from 10 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult on the same jet ski.

Maximum Jet Ski Weight Limit: 225 lbs. per person | 450 lbs. per jet ski.

Rides on speedboats – Minimum age: 3 years |Participants from 3 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the same boat.

All boat and jet ski drivers must be 18 years of age or older to drive.

The maximum weight limit for a speedboat is 260 lbs. per person and 530 lbs. per boat.

Snorkeling: children under 3 years old are not allowed, and this activity is not recommended for people with asthma and claustrophobia problems.

If the harbormaster deems him unfit to leave due to inclement weather, he will be fully refunded or rescheduled on a different day or time if he so desires. Only workers have the authority to confirm or cancel a tour or rental due to inclement weather. If someone does not show up for the tour at the appointed time, there will be no refund for the people or groups who did not show up. It can rain for a second in Cancun, and then the sun can shine twenty minutes later, so make sure you are on time and prepared to go.

They will blame it on the traffic but it’s just the way all tour operators work in Cancun. My kids did not need flippers but they were forced to wear them so of course they fell off their feet while snorkeling. It was on the guides to pick them up so no loss for us but they would not listen to our request. Also, there are many rules to follow, you have to follow the guide while swimming and you have to take a shower before you get on the boat to make sure you wash off all your sunblock. 👉🏽 MUSA – The Museo Subaquatico de Arte is an underwater museum in Cancun. It is made of hundreds of sculptures that were sunk in 2010 to create an artificial reef.

These structures sit on a shallow, sandy bottom, making them ideal for snorkelers to visit.

Today the structures have a substantial amount of coral and sponge growth on them which attracts fish and wildlife. It is a great spot for snorkelers of all skill levels!
