Rocky Fast Cruise offers multiple daily departures by fast ferry from Serangan to Nusa Lembongan and back.

Rocky Fast Cruise operates 4 times daily direct fast boat crossings from Serangan to Nusa Lembongan. The crossing from Serangan to Nusa Lembongan only takes approx 30 minutes, depending on weather and tides. Free hotel pickup and drop service are available for the selected area's, please see the Hotel Pickup & Drop-off section below for more information.

Important note: Hotel pickup and drop-off requests for last-minute bookings (bookings made after 09:30 PM (Bali time) for the next day) can't always be guaranteed and are subject to availability and terms of the boat operator. All hotel pickup and drop service is a service operated by the boat operator and is subject to availability by the operator. We only forward your pickup and drop-off request to the operator.

You can select your hotel pickup and drop-off area from the above options during checkout. Payment can be done in cash directly to the operator on day of travel.

Rocky Fast Cruise Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-show or late-arrival fee:

75% Refund for cancellations made more than 5 days prior to departure. 50% Refund for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to departure. No refund for cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure. No refund for no-show.

* Refunds are always minus any cancellation fees. We charge a $10 USD cancellation fee per booking.

The amount you'll be refunded when you cancel your booking will depend on the booking terms of the ferry company you're sailing with and the type of ticket you have booked. We'll let you know how much you'll be refunded before we cancel your booking so you can decide if you'd still like to cancel it.

Rescheduling Booking changes are based on seat availability and should be made at least 2 days prior to guest departure for the regular season, and 4 days prior to guest departure for high season (June, July, August, December, and January). Extra charges may incur. Connecting flights Rocky Fast Cruise will take in no way responsibility for delays or missing connecting flights. We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible as possible in accommodating our clients' needs. However, cancellations do impact our business, and as such, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total trip cost.
• Cancellations made 7 days prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total trip cost.
• Cancellations made 24 hours prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost.

Hotel transfers are available in most South Bali areas and Lembongan. Pick-up Time in Bali is usually 1 and half hour before departure time.

H otel transfers  are available from Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Petitenget, Kerobokan, Denpasar, Sanur, Ubud (Cocomart Ubud)  

Harbour Locations

Sanur: For  check-in , please proceed directly to Rocky Fast Cruise Head Office in Jalan Pantai Matahari Terbit Sanur , 1 hour before  departure. Rocky Fast Cruise is now departing from the new Sanur Harbor  providing a proper jetty on the mainland.

Lembongan:  For check-in, please proceed directly to Rocky Beach Club ( Telatak Harbor ),  1 hour before  departure.

Luggage allowance

Cancellation policy.

Rocky has the following cancellation policy :

• Cancellation up to 2 weeks before departure = Full refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general  Terms and Conditions  for cancellation charges).  
• Cancellation less than 2 weeks but more than 48 hours before departure = 50% refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general  Terms and Conditions  for cancellation charges).  
• Cancellation within 48 hours = No refund .  
• No show , or late arrival = No refund .

In cases of unexpected illness etc., exceptions can be considered if doctor's notes/other proof can be provided. Contact Rocky using their details found on your e-tickets.

Note:  Even if the boat is cancelled due to bad weather, the above policiy will apply.

Rocky Fast Cruise offers daily return transfers from Bali to Nusa Lembongan. Boat transfers include free hotel transfers in Bali and Nusa Lembongan. This is the only best fast boat transfer between Bali and Nusa Lembongan.

The boat Rocky Fast Cruise departs daily from Serangan in Southeast Bali. Most hotel transfers are provided from or to the South Bali area. If you stay in Ubud, you may need to pay extra for transfers to the dock.

Trip Itinerary:

Pick up at your hotel at 08.45 am and drive to Serangan for checking in and boarding pass. The boat will leave at 10.00 am. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to get to Nusa Lembongan from Serangan. You will be in Nusa Lembongan at about 10.30 am.

Other schedules are 12.00 am, 14.00, and 17.30 PM, the pickup will be one hour before. If you want to take the afternoon schedule, just make a note on the booking form.

Our Boat Partner Rocky Fast Cruise provides the 2 largest boat capacity with a different departure. You can be on any of these boats when you book with a Rocky fast boat.

• If you take the return ticket, please choose the time of return and note us.
• This trip duration is depending on the weather and sea conditions. If it rough, you may need 45 minutes to get to Nusa Lembongan.

Cancelation and Change of Travel Date

The cancelation made 3 months before the trip will refund 75% of the total amount of payment.

Cancellations made 1 month before departure will refund 50 % of the total amount of payment.

Cancelation made 5 days before the departure date will no refund

Changes to the departure date are subject to availability, and if there is no availability on the chosen date, the available date is applicable. The refund is subject to the cancelation policy.
