Karol G Announces Latin America ‘Mañana Será Bonito’ Tour Dates

Update 10/3: Karol G officially announced the dates for her upcoming Mañana Será Bonito leg in Latin America.

Her new tour dates will start at the Estadio Atanasio Girardot in her hometown of Medellín, Colombia, on Dec. 1. It will continue in 2024 at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, Mexico, on Feb 8; the Estadio Mobil Super in Monterrey, Mexico, on Feb. 16; and the Estadio Tres de Marzo in Guadalajara, Mexico, on Feb. 23.

Then, the tour will hit the Explanada Cardales de Cayalá in Guatemala City, Guatemala, on Mar. 1; the Estadio Cuscatlán in San Salvador, El Salvador, on Mar. 5; and the Estadio Nacional in San José, Costa Rica, on Mar. 9.

The last string of Latin American shows will take place at the Estadio Olímpico in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on Mar. 15; the Estadio Monumental in Caracas, Venezuela, on Mar. 22; and finally at the Estadio El Campín in Bogotá, Colombia, on Apr. 5.

She also revealed that the Medellín date will actually be a festival.  We’ll keep an eye out for further details.

After a successful U.S. stadium run, Karol G is finally taking her Mañana Será Bonito tour to Latin America. On Oct. 3, the Colombian pop star revealed her upcoming tour plans, which include Latin America and Europe.

The new visual features the same young boy in most of her recent album’s promo. Iker, reportedly famous in Colombia , is seen painting what appears to be the artwork for Karol’s latest album , Mañana Será Bonito (Bichota Season) . He then gets a phone call from Karol G. She tells him Mañana Será Bonito Bichota Season is activated, and they’re going to Latin America. Iker ties his shoes, puts grey-framed shades on, and gets on his pink makinon – which ends up being a toy car. At the end of the visual, there’s another reveal. The tour teaser reads: “Europe coming soon…” 

Though we don’t know exact dates and venues yet, social media users are excited about what’s to come. A social media user commented: “I just saw that karol g is going to be touring in latin america!!!!! Everything is shaking hopefully she comes to Uruguuuuuuuuay.” Another X/Twitter user wrote: “From now on, manifesting that @karolg comes to Venezuela😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.”

“Hoy es un día bonito. Estamos muy felices y orgullosos de ser parte de este sueño: Mañana Será Bonito Festival. Nos vemos este 1 de diciembre en el estadio para cantar con la Bichota y toda la experiencia festivalera que hemos aprendido en estos 10 años”

Será un gran festival con actividades durante todo el día y en cada uno de los escenarios del lugar, al mejor estilo del festival de música Lollapalooza. Karol G Heads to Stadiums for Her ‘Mañana Será Bonito’ Tour

Karol G is going big. On April 27, the Colombian reggaetón star announced her Mañana Será Bonito tour this summer, which will make stops in stadiums across the U.S. for her biggest shows in the States yet.

“I know I said I wouldn’t but with the love I have for this album and the ganas I have to sing the songs with you all, I couldn’t stand not doing it,” Karol wrote on Instagram alongside a video featuring a Mexican kid named Íker, who went viral on TikTok months ago. “ Mañana Será Bonito tour is a reality.”

Karol will visit cities such as Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, Dallas, and East Rutherford on her tour. On June 1, she added dates in San Francisco, San Antonio, Chicago, Atlanta, and Orlando.

The new run of dates comes just a few months after she went on a two-part Bichota Tour in 2021, and followed it up with 2022’s $trip Love Tour last fall, both of which saw her stop in arenas across America .

The new stops will celebrate songs like “Mientras Me Curo Del Cora,” “X Si Volvemos,” “TQG,” and “Gatúbela” with Maldy. “This LP is a testament to her place as one of Latin music’s true originals,” read a Rolling Stone review about the project.

“This definitely represents a specific phase of my life. The name of album is a a phrase I kept repeating to myself when nothing felt great,” Karol told Rolling Stone earlier this year about the album. “I mean, I was going through the best moment of my career, but personally I was really disconnected from myself and from my friends. I wasn’t unhappy, but I wasn’t happy either. So every day I’d say to myself, ‘It’s okay , mañana será bonito   —  tomorrow will be beautiful.’”

The “Provenza” singer has been on a winning streak. Last year, her arena $trip Love Tour became the highest grossing U.S. tour by a Latin woman in history. It grossed $69.9 million across 33 shows in North America — according to numbers reported to Billboard Boxscore — surpassing Jennifer Lopez’s $50 million grossing It’s My Party World Tour in 2019 and Shakira’s El Dorado World Tour, which grossed $28.2 million in 2018.

Las fechas en Latinoamérica

El tour Mañana será bonito por Latinoamérica arranca el próximo 1 de diciembre. Y lo hace en un sitio muy especial para la cantante colombiana: nada más y nada menos que en Medellín, Colombia. Una gira tan especial solo podía iniciarla en casa. La artista luego hará un descanso hasta febrero, cuando volverá a retomar la gira en el Estadioz Azteca de Ciudad de México. Desde ese momento, Karol G recorrerá varios países: desde México hasta Chile, pasando por Venezuela, Argentina o Perú, hasta llegar a Brasil, donde terminará esta fase del tour mundial el 9 de mayo. Quince fechas muy especiales donde la cantante cantará en su continente.

A partir de mediados de mayo es cuando Karol G podría empezar su gira por Europa. Un tour que se alargaría durante todo el verano y que podría tenerla de cabeza de cartel de algunos de los festivales más importantes del continente. Además, podría actuar en algún estadio de nuestro país. Nos morimos de ganas de verla.

Después de concluir su gira "Mañana será bonito" por Estados Unidos en el Gillete Stadium, sede del equipo New England Patriots, en Boston, Karol G anunció este martes que su recorrido de conciertos llegará próximamente a Latinoamérica.

En un video publicado en sus redes sociales, 'La Bichota' dio a conocer la noticia que alegró a cientos de miles de fanáticos.

La intérprete de "Mi ex tenía razón" se presentó en 15 estadios de Estados Unidos, rompiendo récord en su periplo, siendo la única artista latina en realizar un tour de tal magnitud.

Selena Quintanilla, fallecida en 1995, fue la primera en intentarlo, pero solo logró realizar dos conciertos. 

Karol G se despidió en la capital de Massachusetts ante más de 70 mil personas luego de su gira de manera simultánea con la de estrellas como Beyoncé y Taylor Swift. 

En febrero, la multipremiada artista lanzó su disco "Mañana será bonito" y en agosto su versión "Bichota Season" de la misma producción que incluyen nuevos temas y otro antiguos modificados.

Karol G dijo de forma rotunda que no iba a volver a pisar un solo escenario luego de haber hecho dos giras en un solo año y de haber estado en variada plataforma mediática importante antes, durante y después del lanzamiento de su más reciente álbum, Mañana será bonito , que vio la luz el pasado 24 de febrero con el videoclip de TQG , la colaboración de la antioqueña con la cantante Shakira.

El éxito fue rotundo, el álbum logró ser el más escuchado de Billboard poniendo a Karol como la única latina en lograr este puesto y esta es la hora que los challenge en TikTok están rodando por toda la plataforma con varias de las 17 canciones del disco, entre las que están éxitos como Provenza, Gatúbela, Cairo y Mientras me curo el cora .

Los millones de fans de La Bichota están felices “farreando” lo nuevo de la cantante en todas las discotecas del mundo, sin embargo, el sinsabor de no poder escuchar dichos sencillos en vivo tenía a todos un poco tristes, sentimiento que Karol no pudo aguantar y al ver que muchos empresarios le estaban haciendo “ojitos” para armar un show de primera, la cantante decidió dar la sorpresa y anunció la gira homónima a su álbum.

Con un hermoso video junto a Iker el niño millonario, la paisa anunció su gira y las primeras ciudades en tener fecha fueron Miami, Nueva York, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Ángeles y Dallas, dejando en el aire la pregunta más importante de todas: ¿estará Colombia y específicamente Medellín entre las ciudades del tour?

Al parecer Karol no tiene ninguna intención de dejar a su tierra natal por fuera de su Mañana, será bonito tour, sin embargo, no hay fecha para su concierto en Medellín. Lo más sorprendente es que las boletas para los demás lugares ya salieron y se agotaron en minutos, lo que hizo que Karol lo pensara mejor y anunciara nuevas fechas en tres de las ciudades anteriormente mencionadas.

Los afortunados serán los habitantes y visitantes de Los Ángeles, Nueva york y Miami, teniendo la posibilidad de hacer dos llenos totales en los estadios Rose Bowl, Metlife y Hard Rock, siendo este último el que albergó a los 65 mil aficionados del fútbol americano que pudieron ver en vivo a Shakira y a J Lo en el show de medio tiempo del Super Bowl 2020.

Además, la cantante también ha dejado ver lo emocionada que está con esta nueva gira con las publicaciones que ha hecho y con otros clips efímeros en los que no cabe de la dicha, sonriendo y enviando muchos agradecimientos a todos sus fans.

Uno de los datos curiosos de este tour es que inicia con la presentación de la paisa en el festival de Lollapalooza en Chicago, el próximo 3 de agosto, siendo la primera mujer latina en hacer parte del line up oficial de este evento, uno de los más importantes en el circuito de festivales de todo el mundo. Este show no es ajeno a La Bichota, pues ella ya se ha fogueado con este tipo de formatos con su performance en Coachella 2022, donde cantó sus mejores canciones y le hizo un gran homenaje a la música latina, donde estuvo incluida Shakira con su mítica Hips Don’t Lie .

Por ahora queda esperar cómo será la logística para el anuncio de la fecha en Medellín y cómo se llevará a cabo la compra de boletas , pues los últimos conciertos anunciados en la capital antioqueña han tenido muchos contratiempos a la hora de la venta de tiquetes, como sucedió con las cuatro fechas para los shows de RB con su Soy Rebelde Tour.

Touring the Top 10 Moscow Metro Stations

Komsomolskaya metro station looks like a museum. It has vaulted ceilings and baroque decor.

Hidden underground, in the heart of Moscow, are historical and architectural treasures of Russia. These are Soviet-era creations – the metro stations of Moscow.

Our guide Maria introduced these elaborate metro stations as “the palaces for the people.” Built between 1937 and 1955, each station holds its own history and stories. Stalin had the idea of building beautiful underground spaces that the masses could enjoy. They would look like museums, art centers, concert halls, palaces and churches. Each would have a different theme. None would be alike.

The two-hour private tour was with a former Intourist tour guide named Maria. Maria lived in Moscow all her life and through the communist era of 60s to 90s. She has been a tour guide for more than 30 years. Being in her 60s, she moved rather quickly for her age. We traveled and crammed with Maria and other Muscovites on the metro to visit 10 different metro stations.

Moscow subways are very clean

To Maria, every street, metro and building told a story. I couldn’t keep up with her stories. I don’t remember most of what she said because I was just thrilled being in Moscow.   Added to that, she spilled out so many Russian words and names, which to one who can’t read Cyrillic, sounded so foreign and could be easily forgotten.

The metro tour was the first part of our all day tour of Moscow with Maria. Here are the stations we visited:

1. Komsomolskaya Metro Station  is the most beautiful of them all. Painted yellow and decorated with chandeliers, gold leaves and semi precious stones, the station looks like a stately museum. And possibly decorated like a palace. I saw Komsomolskaya first, before the rest of the stations upon arrival in Moscow by train from St. Petersburg.

2. Revolution Square Metro Station (Ploshchad Revolyutsii) has marble arches and 72 bronze sculptures designed by Alexey Dushkin. The marble arches are flanked by the bronze sculptures. If you look closely you will see passersby touching the bronze dog's nose. Legend has it that good luck comes to those who touch the dog's nose.

3. Arbatskaya Metro Station served as a shelter during the Soviet-era. It is one of the largest and the deepest metro stations in Moscow.

4. Biblioteka Imeni Lenina Metro Station was built in 1935 and named after the Russian State Library. It is located near the library and has a big mosaic portrait of Lenin and yellow ceramic tiles on the track walls.

5. Kievskaya Metro Station was one of the first to be completed in Moscow. Named after the capital city of Ukraine by Kiev-born, Nikita Khruschev, Stalin's successor.

6. Novoslobodskaya Metro Station  was built in 1952. It has 32 stained glass murals with brass borders.

7. Kurskaya Metro Station was one of the first few to be built in Moscow in 1938. It has ceiling panels and artwork showing Soviet leadership, Soviet lifestyle and political power. It has a dome with patriotic slogans decorated with red stars representing the Soviet's World War II Hall of Fame. Kurskaya Metro Station is a must-visit station in Moscow.

8. Mayakovskaya Metro Station built in 1938. It was named after Russian poet Vladmir Mayakovsky. This is one of the most beautiful metro stations in the world with 34 mosaics painted by Alexander Deyneka.

9. Belorusskaya Metro Station is named after the people of Belarus. In the picture below, there are statues of 3 members of the Partisan Resistance in Belarus during World War II. The statues were sculpted by Sergei Orlov, S. Rabinovich and I. Slonim.

10. Teatralnaya Metro Station (Theatre Metro Station) is located near the Bolshoi Theatre.
