Fantastica Giordania Ci siamo affidati ad NBTS per la prima volta e dobbiamo riconoscere che come prima esperienza è stata altamente e qualitativamente positiva. Qualità disponibilità e professionalità. Organizzazione efficiente e soddisfacente. Hotel di qualità come pure i buffet e le colazioni nei diversi ristoranti che facevano parte del pacchetto vacanze come quelli incontrati nelle diverse giornate trascorse fuori nelle visite da PETRA ai Castelli, a Madaba . la città dei Mosaici, attraversare e visitare AMMAN, Jerash ed il deserto di Wadi-Rum in jeep, fantastico. Ci preme aggiungere che l'autista Sig. RIYAD AL SABER e la guida Sig. EYAD ALTAANI sono stati fantastici, sempre attenti, premurosi facendoci vivere momenti ed esperienze indimenticabili. Israele con NBTS, ottima esperienza

La mia prima esperienza con NBTS Viaggi è stata estremamente positiva. La cortesia, la disponibilità e la professionalità è stata più di quanto mi aspettassi. L’organizzazione è stata impeccabile e il tour di Israele non ha avuto nessun intoppo. Hotels soddisfacenti con una sola nota negativa riguardo il buffet serale e il breakfast dell’hotel di Gerusalemme decisamente scarsi e ripetitivi. Nel complesso, posso affermare di essere più che soddisfatta di questo interessante viaggio.

TOUR UZBEKISTAN

TOUR UZBEKISTAN, IL REGNO DI TAMERLANO: ottima esperienza, posti meravigliosi, buona organizzazione, brava guida,ottimi hotel e ristoranti. Sono celiaca e non ho avuto il minimo problema con i pasti grazie anche alla nostra guida Daler che ogni volta andava a consultarsi direttamente col cuoco per accertarsi che i miei piatti fossero glouten free. Viaggio assolutamente consigliato per tutte le età. Vorrei solo segnalare che il trasferimento da Samarcanda a Bukara, secondo noi, sarebbe meglio farlo col treno veloce saltando la tappa a Gijduvan e che, se possibile, l'ideale per il volo sarebbe Italia-Tashkent/Urgench-Italia, in questo modo si "guadagnano" 2 giorni .

GIORDANIA MERAVIGLIOSA

Ci siamo affidati ad NBTS per questo meraviglioso viaggio. Siamo stati un po’ più della media, esattamente 11 giorni pieni in Giordania e potremmo dire di aver davvero visto tutto! Vogliamo sottolineare l’ottimo servizio del tour operator; un grazie speciale al nostro driver YUSEF e alla nostra guida JALAL perché ci hanno fatto vivere momenti indimenticabili. Ci affideremo sicuro a loro in futuro.

Ho viaggiato benissimo

Il viaggio è andato benissimo, veramente uno dei viaggi più belli e ben organizzati che abbiamo mai fatto. I voli della Royal Jordanian sono stati puntuali e comodi, gli hotel sia il MARIOTT di Petra, che il Regency di Amman sono bellissimi e molto ben organizzati, in un'ottima posizione, quello di Amman ha una splendida piscina panoramica all'ultimo piano con un vista eccezionale. Dobbiamo inoltre fare un encomio particolare al ns. autista RIAD, non sappiamo come si scrive il nome, ma è stato veramente ottimo, gentilissimo sempre disponibile, discreto, se non fosse stato per lui non ci saremmo goduti la Giordania in modo così piacevole. Grazie perchè è stato proprio il viaggio ideale e Vi ringraziamo ancora di cuore.

Grande professionalità

Ho fatto molti viaggi con loro e ho visto paesi bellissimi, li ho trovati sempre molto onesti e professionali. Soprattutto in questo momento per come hanno gestito il mio viaggio annullato per l'emergenza Covid.

Quando la guida fa davvero la differenza…

Sono appena tornata da un viaggio combinato Israele/Giordania. Premetto che con NBTS mi sono trovata bene anche se era la prima volta che partivo con loro, molto professionali e gentili. L’unica pecca è stata Secret Gardens Tours che è l’organizzatore in loco del tour di Israele. All’arrivo a Tel Aviv non c’era nessuno ad aspettarci e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un sacco che arrivasse il driver. Purtroppo la guida israeliana Avinoam era soprattutto focalizzata a farci fare a tutti i costi tutto quello che era previsto nel programma nonostante a volte dei piccoli aggiustamenti sarebbero stati utili a godere al meglio l’esperienza (ci ha fatto visitare il museo dell’olocausto in mezz’ora e il famoso bagno nel Mar Morto e’ saltato perché arrivati tardi sul luogo) è stata molto carente nelle spiegazioni e molto scocciata dalle nostre richieste che esulavano dal programma e totalmente priva di empatia. Invece in Giordania il corrispondente era Jordan Tours e la guida Azzedine è stata sempre molto attenta e simpatica e, nonostante le condizioni meteorologiche avverse, siamo riusciti a godere delle meraviglie della Giordania. Ciò che è rimasto è sicuramente la voglia di tornare in Giordania per più giorni per visitare il paese al meglio, e anche di tornare in Israele con una guida migliore perché ritengo che viverla così sia stata una opportunità davvero sprecata.

Un Viaggio Perfetto!

Contrariamente a tante altre agenzie che praticamente rispondono soltanto tramite moduli o e-mail, con la NBTS abbiamo stabilito dall'inizio un ottimo contatto telefonico quotidiano il che ci ha dato l'opportunità di chiarire tutti i dubbi e concordare insieme a Roberto (profondo conoscitore della Giordania) i minimi dettagli per realizzare un bellissimo viaggio privato di lusso in Giordania. L'esperienza della NBTS, con più di 20 anni nell'organizzazione di viaggi ad hoc, ci ha permesso di in 9 giorni di viaggiare per 1.700 km in Giordania, da nord a sud, conoscendo non solo siti di interesse turistico ma anche piccoli paesi in cui si sono potuti apprezzare i dettagli della vita locale, questo grazie alla nostra guida Sabah Mutasen, preparatissimo, che parlando un perfetto italiano ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande e curiosità circa la Giordania. La cura attenta dell'organizzazione del viaggio dal supporto in aeroporto all'arrivo e alla partenza, alla scelta degli eccellenti alberghi, alla scelta accurata del programma di viaggio (5 Castelli del Deserto, Amman (Night e Day tour con cena in ristorante tipico, Jerash, Ajloun, Monte Nebo, Madaba, Umm Ar Rasas, Piccola Petra, Petra by Night, Petra Classica, Petra Classica, Pera Kitchen, Petra Segreta, Wadi Rum con Jeep Tour, Betania e Mar Morto), alla macchina nuova con aria condizionata sempre fornita di acqua minerale fresca, alle soste non previste nei piccoli paesi per farci assaggiare i loro prodotti locali, ritengo che la NBTS ci ha permesso di realizzare il viaggio perfetto! In Italia prima di partire abbiamo avuto tutto il supporto necessario per partire in sicurezza e in Giordania siamo stati seguiti da un driver ed una guida che non esiterei a definirli "Amici".

Lena, our guide in Moscow was excellent. She was very knowledgable and could answer any question we had for her. We liked that she could pick up on our interests and take us places we might not have thought of to go. When we realized that one of the places we had chosen to see would probably not be that interesting to us, she was able to arrange entry to the Diamond Fund and the Armoury for us. Riding the Metro with Lena was a real adventure and a lot of fun. In Saint Petersburg we found Anna well versed in the history of the Tsars and in the Hermitage collection. Arkady in Veliky Novgorod was a very good guide and answered all of our questions with ease. Novgorod was perhaps a long way to go for a day trip, but we did enjoy it. Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. We would both have no hesistation to recommend ExpresstoRussia to anyone we know.

Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Meanwhile, I will refer you to other potential visitors to Russia as I meet them.

What is the best time to visit moscow.

Any time of year is fine depending on what you plan to do. Summertime is pleasantly warm, ideal for exploring the city and its vibrant atmosphere, but Moscow will be much busier and accommodation is more expensive. Winter can be quite cold but beautiful nonetheless, and this is unproblematic if you intend to spend most of your trip in museums and galleries. How many days are enough in Moscow?

If you plan your itinerary strategically and aren’t averse to a packed schedule, you can cover Moscow’s main sights over a long weekend. Most popular attractions are in the city centre, and the Moscow Metro allows you to cover much ground in a small amount of time. Ensure that your accommodation is fairly central and book tickets in advance, so that you can make the most of your days. Do they speak English in Moscow?

As Russia’s capital city, tourists are well accommodated in Moscow. There should be English-speaking staff in restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and attractions in tourist hotspots, and there are also English-speaking tourist police. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.

Is it safe to travel to Moscow?

It is no less safe to travel to Moscow than to any European city if you exercise common sense and look after your belongings. As with every city some regions can be more unsavoury than others, but no tourist attractions are located there. The traffic in Moscow is notorious, so exercise caution when crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis; book in advance or take public transport, which is widespread and perfectly safe. If you encounter any problems, look for the special tourist police who can help you.
