Southern Gospel group Gaither will be revving things up again in 2024 with another major concert tour across America. The new 20-date outing kicks off February 23rd in San Antonio and extends into June hitting additional cities like Fort Myers, Springfield, Phoenix, Montgomery, Greenville, Lexington and Sterling Heights. Also during the year, the band will be hosting their Gaither Homecoming Alaskan Cruise along with Chris Blue , Gordon Mote , The Hoppers , Jeff Easter , Sheri Easter , Joseph Habedank , Ken Davis , Mark Lowry , Russ Taff , The Sound and Woody Wright .

Gaither will continue supporting their latest studio album 'Shine: The Darker The Night The Brighter The Light' released on August 11th, 2023 via their own Gaither Music Group, LLC label. The new album features a guest appearance by CAIN on the track 'Rise Up (Lazarus)' . Since forming in 1981, the acclaimed vocal group has received 2 Grammy Awards and 22 GMA Dove Awards. After numerous lineup changes, current members include Bill Gaither, Reggie Smith, Wes Hampton, Adam Crabb and Todd Suttles.

Gaither Vocal Band arrived on the New Age scene with the release of the album 'Alleluia! Praise Continues' released on August 8, 1993. The single 'There's Something About That Name' quickly became a fan favorite and made Gaither Vocal Band one of the newest emerging talents at that moment. Thereafter, Gaither Vocal Band published the hugely famous album 'Back Home In Indiana' which includes some of the most famous work from the Gaither Vocal Band collection. Multi-Grammy Award winning recording artist,  Bill Gaithe r will kicks off the  Moments To Remember  Tour   this Spring, as he brings his multi-award winning group, The Gaither Vocal Band to 16 cities during February, March, April and May (complete Tour dates listed below).  

For nearly half a century, Gaither, a multiple Grammy and Dove award winner, has been a musical trailblazer. His reputation as a performer, songwriter and mentor for newly-discovered artists is known world-wide. His beloved series of Homecoming CDs and DVDs continues to top the sales charts and attract an ever-increasing audience. Honors and accolades have flowed his way in bunches, including his most recent Grammy nomination for Best Roots Gospel Album of the Year for the Gaither Vocal Band  Shine  recording. 

Taking the stage with Gaither and the Gaither Vocal Band, featuring Wes Hampton, Adam Crabb, Todd Suttles and Reggie Smith, will be popular female vocalist, Ladye Love Smith and talented male vocalist, Gene McDonald, as well as Gaither's musical entourage, comprised of Kevin Williams, Matthew Holt and Michael Rowsey. 

The 2024 Spring Tour affords Gaither, who turns 88 in March, the opportunity to continue to share the message he has been proclaiming for more than six decades. Bill Gaither & Gaither Vocal Band to Resume Tour Schedule

Alexandria, IN (April 19, 2021)

Following a 14-month touring hiatus due to the worldwide pandemic, multi-Grammy Award-winner  Bill Gaither  has announced that touring will resume for his multi-Grammy Award winning  Gaither Vocal Band . The first weekend of concerts will take place in the Florida cities of Jacksonville, Pensacola and Tallahassee on May 13, 14 & 15, 2021.  Jacksonville’s Westside Baptist  will host a spectacular evening of music, laughter and encouragement on  Thursday, May 13 .

The Gaither Vocal Band will share timeless gospel classics, as well as refreshing, inspiring new favorites, embraced by audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Over the years, few events have had the ability to unite individuals from all walks of life the way Gaither concerts have done for many years. For more than seven decades legendary recording artist and songwriter Bill Gaither has traveled worldwide sharing music that has unified music lovers, regardless of stylistic preferences. After being unable to travel for more than a year now, the 85-year old is ready to once again bring the music that is so loved to audiences once again. “For several years now I have said that the longer I live, the more I learn to appreciate the here and now – this moment – this place in life – this group of people with whom I am privileged to collaborate,” states Gaither Vocal Band founder, Bill Gaither. “I guess I never realized how true that statement was until I wasn’t able to do what I love doing, which is bringing the music to the people. There is nothing like seeing the expressions on the faces of the people when they are moved by the lyrics of a song. At this stage in my life, I couldn’t be more grateful to have this privilege again.”

The 2021 Celebration Tour, presented by Premier Productions is expected to include stops in at least 40 cities throughout the summer and fall. “No one has missed touring more than Bill Gaither,” states Premier Productions co-owner Gary Gentry. “I think that Bill Gaither loves being on stage singing and sharing the Good News of the Gospel.  We’re excited that Bill has chosen the state of Florida to host the first concerts for the Gaither Vocal Band in their first weekend out since the pandemic.”

Earlier this year, the Gaither Vocal Band celebrated the release of their latest recording, That’s   Gospel, Brother  produced by famed country and gospel music performer and studio musician Gordon Mote. With this latest studio project, Gospel Music Hall of Famers the Gaither Vocal Band continue to raise the standard of benchmark harmonies. Featuring innovative renditions of classic favorites as well as signature versions of new songs,   That’s Gospel, Brother  spotlights the individual talents of group members Wes Hampton, Adam Crabb, Todd Suttles, Reggie Smith and Gaither, but it also displays seamless group blends. This release captures the quintet’s stage energy and offers messages of hope and encouragement for life’s challenges.

Named ASCAP’s Songwriters of the Century, Bill and Gloria Gaither have written more than 700 popular gospel songs throughout their multi-decade career, including favorite standards “He Touched Me,” Because He Lives,” and “There’s Just Something About That Name.” Since 1992, when Gaither began recording the celebrated Homecoming series of DVDs and CDs, most every volume has gone gold or platinum with sales totaling approximately 100 million volumes. The programs appear regularly on television networks around the world.

No instrument is more deeply moving on a personal level than the human voice. There’s something about it which can tug at the heartstrings and triggers emotions which we didn’t know we were capable of feeling off of music. The Gaither Vocal band has harnessed the power of the human voice to its full potential and uses it to deliver stunning renditions of contemporary Christian and Southern Gospel tunes which are always guaranteed to move an audience.

Named after founder and leader Bill Gaither, the group has had a number of members over the years but whatever form the group takes they always impress with the same skillset. There are lush harmonies and acrobatic vocal interplay on display every night as the group soar through a number of hymns and songs of praise. There’s a palpable chemistry between the members who are clearly enjoying themselves as they work their way through these powerful pieces of music. The human voice is a powerful tool which this group have harnessed to deliver messages of praise and worship, much to enjoyment of the massive crowds that are there every time they play.

We had an INCREDIBLE time!!! By FAR the best concert I've EVER been to!!!! It was well worth every cent we spent for the tickets and travel expenses!!!!

The concert lasted 4 hours, but I would've stayed longer if they'd have kept singing!!!! We sang,laughed, cried and worshipped! What an amazing evening!

If you love gospel music, this is the concert to spend your hard earned money on!

This band is so blessed with incredible talent and uses it to worship our Lord and spread the good news about Jesus. It was an awesome worship experience. You could feel God’s presence in the sanctuary. I would highly recommend going to hear them. They also add humor to the performance that was very enjoyable.

we enjoyed each minute a very inspirational two hours.. Left with a good feeling of togetherness. We look forward to booking again we have seen several of their shows if you have a chance do not miss!

How do I get my Premium Member pre-sale code once I have my membership? You get your pre-sale code by logging onto the Gaither.com online store site using your Premium Membership username and password. Once you are logged on, hover your mouse over the word Membership and you should see the drop down for Concert Pre-sale Codes and Free Gifts. Select Concert Pre-Sale Codes. You should be able to see your code and click the link to take you to the ticketing for this event on the next page.
