Flight Time When you book, you’ll be part of the first flight of the day, which takes off before sunrise.

Reservation Process Your reservation is confirmed when you pay either the deposit or the full amount .

Cash Discount To get a €10 cash discount per person, you can pay the deposit and receive a reservation confirmation. On the flight day, pay the balance in cash or by credit card. If you pay in cash, you’ll receive the discount.

Weather Cancellations If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, you’ll receive a full refund.

Rescheduling In case of a weather cancellation, you can reschedule your flight for the following morning, subject to availability. You will be given priority in such cases.

Pick-Up Time We’ll inform you of the pick-up time, which is typically about 90 minutes before sunrise, depending on your hotel’s location.

Total Excursion Time The entire excursion lasts approximately 3.5 hours.

In our standard flights we use 20 passenger hot air balloons. Each compartment is for 5 people and our flight is 60 minutes.

In our comfort flights we use 16 passenger hot air balloons. Each compartment is for 4 people and our flight is 75 minutes.

Totally private for couples and families who wants to fly private. Flight is 90 minutes and available with different size baskets.

All our balloons and equipment are manufactured in 2013, 2015 and 2019. Our balloons and baskets are manufactured by the renowned Spanish Company UltraMagic.

Our company policy is solely based on your safety and providing the best flight possible. Duration of a flight is determined by the flight type you take. To offer the best possible flight and the experience, we choose a take-off site for the day’s flight according to the direction and the strength of the wind.
