The route is serviced by several direct flights as well as others with one or two stopovers. Direct flights utilize less fuel for the journey than those with one or more stopovers. This is so because flights involving several stopovers do not use the shortest route and consume more fuel when landing and taking off from multiple destinations. Therefore, fly directly from the origin to the destination to reduce your carbon footprint.

What information is necessary for identifying a sustainable airline for my trip from Chicago to Hawaii?

If you need to identify a sustainable airline for flying from Chicago to Hawaii, think about looking for the SAF certification. How much are Chase Ultimate Rewards points worth?

Chase Ultimate Rewards points are among the most useful and valuable currencies you can collect.

You can choose from a wide range of redemption options, including some of the best airline and hotel transfer partners , the easy-to-use Chase Travel℠ portal, cash back and payment for everyday expenses.

With two of the most popular Ultimate Rewards-earning credit cards offering elevated welcome bonuses of 75,000 points each, there has never been a better time to consider a Chase credit card .

If you're looking to get the most value out of your Chase points, keep reading to discover how much each redemption option is worth.

What are Chase Ultimate Rewards points?

Ultimate Rewards points are the currency of most Chase-branded credit cards . You can earn Chase Ultimate Rewards points for everyday spending and redeem them for various rewards.

Here are some of the best options for earning Chase points:

  • Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card : Earn 75,000 bonus points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first three months from account opening.
  • Chase Sapphire Reserve® : Earn 75,000 bonus points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first three months from account opening.
  • Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card : Earn 100,000 bonus points after you spend $8,000 on purchases in the first three months from account opening.

Note that these three cards are the only ones that allow transfers to partner programs. However, if you pair one of them with a cash-back Chase card — like the Chase Freedom Unlimited® or the Ink Business Cash® Credit Card — you can combine your points into a single account, thus converting your cash-back rewards into fully transferable Ultimate Rewards points.

If you're just getting started in the world of rewards credit cards , it's typically best to start with Chase products thanks to the issuer's well-documented 5/24 rule . In short, you generally can't get approved for any Chase cards — including those that earn Ultimate Rewards points — if you've applied for five or more new credit cards across all banks in the past 24 months.

Remember this restriction as you build a strategy to maximize your credit card rewards.

TPG values Ultimate Rewards points at 2.05 cents each, which you should ideally aim for when redeeming them. However, the exact value will depend on your choice of redemption.

When redeeming Ultimate Rewards points, you have three basic options:

The main reason we value Chase points at 2.05 cents apiece is the slate of transfer partners. Each individual loyalty program has a number of sweet spots, and you have incredible flexibility by holding on to your Chase points until you're ready to book a specific award.

Let's take a closer look at each of these redemption options.

Chase Ultimate Rewards points value when transferring to travel partners

Transferring Ultimate Rewards to travel partners is often the most valuable way to redeem them.

You can transfer Ultimate Rewards points to 11 airline programs:

  • Aer Lingus AerClub
  • Air Canada Aeroplan
  • Air France-KLM Flying Blue
  • British Airways Executive Club
  • Emirates Skywards
  • Iberia Plus
  • JetBlue TrueBlue
  • Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer
  • Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards
  • United Airlines MileagePlus
  • Virgin Atlantic Flying Club

Chase also partners with three hotel loyalty programs:

  • IHG One Rewards
  • Marriott Bonvoy
  • World of Hyatt

All transfer ratios are 1:1 (though there are occasional transfer bonuses ), and you must transfer points in 1,000-point increments. As noted previously, you can only transfer points from Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire Reserve and Ink Business Preferred accounts, though you can move your cash-back rewards into those accounts using the "Combine points" functionality in the portal.

The best hotel transfer partner

A particular standout transfer partner is World of Hyatt. Hyatt points are among the most valuable hotel points given the program's low award redemption rates and excellent range of budget and luxury properties.

You can easily obtain at least 2 cents per Hyatt point/Chase point by redeeming in a pricey hotel market like London .

The best airline transfer partners

If you prefer flights over hotels, we have found numerous sweet spots for both short- and long-haul flights in economy and premium cabins, whether you fancy flying within North America or as far as Europe or Asia.

Our favorite Ultimate Rewards sweet spots include the following:

  • Iberia flights to Madrid : Round-trip flights from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Chicago's O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) on off-peak dates will only set you back 34,000 Avios in economy, 51,000 Avios in premium economy and 68,000 Avios in business class when you transfer your Chase points to Iberia Plus or British Airways Executive Club.
  • Flights to Hawaii with Alaska Airlines and American Airlines : By transferring your Ultimate Rewards points to British Airways, you can book awards with Oneworld partners American Airlines and Alaska Airlines. As long as your nonstop flight distance is under 3,000 miles each way (and there's partner award availability ), you can leverage British Airways' distance-based award chart to fly from any West Coast gateway to Hawaii for only 26,000 Avios round-trip.
  • All Nippon Airways flights booked through Virgin Atlantic : For just 145,000 points, you can fly round trip in first class between the West Coast and Tokyo (again, as long as there's award availability ). Flights from the East Coast only cost an extra 25,000 points (170,000 points round-trip). Business-class redemptions are an even better deal, costing just 90,000 to 95,000 points round-trip, depending on your U.S. departure airport.
  • Short-haul flights to Canada : Flights from JFK to Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) on United can be booked for under 6,000 miles one-way on many dates when you transfer your Ultimate Rewards points to the Air Canada Aeroplan program.

Chase Ultimate Rewards points value via the Chase portal

You can also book travel through Chase Travel and redeem points for your plane tickets, hotel stays, rental cars or experiences at a fixed cash value per point.

As a Chase Sapphire Preferred or Ink Business Preferred cardholder, each point is worth 1.25 cents. If you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve , your points are worth 1.5 cents each toward travel redemptions in the portal. If you have a Chase Freedom Flex℠ , an Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card , an Ink Business Cash Credit Card or a Chase Freedom Unlimited , points are worth 1 cent each.

This is another example of when it makes sense to combine your points in the card account that offers the most value for bookings.

For example, all the points you earn with the Freedom Flex can be moved to your Sapphire Reserve account, thus increasing their value from 1 cent to 1.5 cents each when used for travel.

Chase Ultimate Rewards points value for non-travel redemptions

You can also redeem Chase points for a statement credit or bank deposit at a flat rate of 1 cent each. This rate also applies to gift cards and Apple products (outside of a limited-time special).

However, with Chase Pay Yourself Back , you can redeem points for cash back at a rate of 1.25 to 1.5 cents each, depending on your card. This redemption rate is valid on statement credits toward rotating purchase categories, such as select charities.

Finally, you can link your eligible Chase cards to your Amazon account and pay for purchases with the Shop With Points program. However, you will only receive around 0.8 cents per point, which is lower than virtually all other redemption options.

How do I earn Chase Ultimate Rewards points?

There are many ways to earn Chase points at rates of 1 to 10 points per dollar spent, depending on the specific Chase credit card you carry.

Remember that only the first three cards below earn fully transferable Ultimate Rewards points, while the remaining four are technically billed as cash-back credit cards . However, you can combine your Chase cash-back rewards in a single account to maximize your earning and redeeming potential.

Here are the seven cards that allow you to earn Chase Ultimate Rewards points.

The airfares are crazy insane and was wondering if anyone knows of a cheaper way than flying into New Orleans. It is cheaper to fly to somewhere else in the US/Hawaii and then take an internal flight ? Plus, flights from Sydney seem to have 2 stopovers, making the flight really long. Please feel free to let me know if you have any suggestions.

You should look at a site like skyscanner for flights from those airports to New Orleans ... and take your pick.

US domestic flights aren't super cheap, generally Southwest is the best value from our experience ... but not always however they include checked luggage. Many US airlines use a spoke system where they stop on the way ... you might just have to accept that.

I would price it out as a complete flight ... that way your connections are protected. Try to allow at least a days buffer to allow for delays.

It’s definitely too early to see any deals. Right now it is max priced, mostly hoping to get folks who don’t care about prices and will book no matter what. Keep and eye on prices every couple weeks or so. Maybe chart April pricing to see if you can discern patterns.

round trip flights chicago to hawaii

Do also remember that the New Orleans jazz fest takes place in late April- early May, don’t know if that overlaps with your planning or not, but it’s a big event.

Firstly I would contact the cruise company. Many cruise companies offer good deals for tickets. Double check the fare rules.

Secondly, it is a bit early to book these tickets in my opinion.

Further, you can always check a round ticket from Sydney to e.g. Los Angeles and from there two separate tickets (or an open jaw ticket), or an open-jaw ticket Sydney-New Orleans and New York-Sydney.

Unless you book directly through the cruise company, book these tickets directly with an airline or airlines (in case of separate tickets), check that you have at least 4 hours at LAX for the connection to go through immigration and customs without stress, and arrive at least a day or better two days (jet-lag) before your cruise starts in New Orleans. It is a great city to visit.

On a separate note. As this will be a rather expensive trip, go for a good travel insurance, take out a good coverage for health care (USA is expensive), and apply for an ESTA, now (what is done is done).

This is an example from Norwegian Cruise Line: https://www.ncl.com/no/en/ cruise -faq/fly- cruise -pkg-which- airline -will-my- flight -be-booked#:~:text=Our%20partners%20include%20Lufthansa%2C%20Austrian,and%20Norwegian%20Air%20International%20Ltd.%2C

https://www.iglucruise.com/norwegian-getaway/18th-april-2025_c346566

The majority of legacy carriers (eg American Airlines, United, Delta etc) release flights for sale daily, 330 days before the date of each flight's operation. There are some who release slightly earlier, e.g. Qantas at 353 days and BA (not relevant here) at 355 days, but you won't be able to get a proper picture of the pricing landscape until all the airlines have released, so no earlier than 330 days before your planned return date from NYC, roughly mid-June 2024 based on the schedule in your original post.

Once all the prices are out, hopefully you can see better fares. At that point, do some searches on Google Flights , SkyScanner or similar to get an idea of prices, even if booking direct with the airline . You should try searching SYD-MSY (New Orleans) and NYC-SYD as one ticket as a multi-city itinerary, and see what comes out. Also worth asking a reputable travel agent such as Flight Centre for a quote.

Also try searching SYD-XXX (any US gateway) and NYC-SYD as one ticket, with a separate search for a flight XXX-MSY. However, I would recommend getting SYD-MSY (via wherever) on one ticket if at all possible, since you need to leave plenty of time between flights on separate tickets, not particularly desirable after very long flights . Of course, price might come into it, Bear in mind that if you book US domestic flights separately from an international flight , checked bags will not be included in Economy (except on Southwest) and you'll have to pay separately for that later.

As mentioned above, there are only a few non-stop flights from SYD to USA gateways. Of course one stop between SYD and MSY is better, though you might find two stop options coming out cheaper. SYD-DFW-MSY will be the one-stop with the shortest domestic sector to MSY.

I would try to avoid LAX airport since connections there can be a real pain

April pricing should show up on Southwest's website in a couple of weeks (use their monthly Calendar feature). American Airlines would be another option if they code-share with Qantas.

Good to know

Faqs - booking hawaii flights, i’m traveling to big island. which airport should i choose when booking flights to hawaii.

The best airport for passengers traveling to Big Island will probably depend on the reason for your trip. If you’re going mainly for the resorts and beaches on the West Kona side, then the best airport is Kona International Airport. If you’re going for the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, then the best airport is Hilo International Airport.

I want to hike in Hawaii. Which island should I travel to?

Kauai, Big Island, Molokai, Oahu, and Maui are the best islands in Hawaii for hiking. Big Island, Oahu, and Maui are all served by major international airports with nonstop flights from the continent. Kauai and Molokai also have airports, but travelers from the States will need to travel to Honolulu (in Oahu) first, and then take an inter-island flight to their final destination.

How can I travel from the Honolulu airport to Waikiki beach?

Waikiki Beach is less than 20 min from the Honolulu Airport. You can travel by private shuttle ($18 per person on average), taxi ($30 per ride on average), or you can use a rideshare service ($23-30 per ride on average). If you’re planning on exploring the island beyond Waikiki, you can rent a car at the airport. You’ll find offices for Avis, Budget, Hertz, National, and Enterprise at the baggage claim area.

Which airports in Hawaii are closer to the beach?

The airports in Hawaii closest to the beach are Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu on Oahu island (13 min to Ala Moana Beach Park), Kona International Airport on Big Island (7 min to Wawaloli Beach Park), and Kahului Airport on Maui island (6 min to Kanaha Beach Park).

Top tips for finding cheap flights to Hawaii

  • Enter your preferred departure airport and travel dates into the search form above to unlock the latest Hawaii flight deals.
  • If you’re looking for beach- and family-friendly destinations when booking your flights to Hawaii, look for flights into the islands of Kauai, Big Island, Maui, and Oahu. They are served by Lihue Airport (LIH), Kona International Airport (KOA) and Hilo International Airport (ITO), Kahului Airport (OGG), and Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), respectively.
  • If you want to take your time exploring the islands, you can fly from the mainland into Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu on Oahu island, and then take domestic flights to the other islands. Hawaiian Airlines and Southwest are two of the companies that operate inter-island flights.
  • Most first-time travelers to Hawaii choose Maui as their destination, but keep in mind that there are fewer nonstop flights from the continental US landing at Maui’s Kahului Airport. Most flights from the mainland connect via the Honolulu airport on Oahu island.
  • If you’re planning to go on whale-watching tours, look for flights to Hawaii on the island of Kauai. Although practically every island is excellent for whale-watching activities, Kauai has a greater range of possible spotting locations.
  • For golfers, Hawaii means golf courses that are as gorgeous as they are high-quality. If you don’t know where to start, consider traveling to the airport of Oahu. With 37 golf clubs, it’s the island with the most golf courses in America’s 50th state.

Top 5 airlines flying to Hawaii

Delayed departure. Delayed after landing pulling into gate. Delay due to sky bridge malfunction

Great. Loved that there was WiFi on flight to keep in touch and excellent service of beverages and snacks.

Business class is great. New airplane, very comfortable, better than some of the major airlines I am used to

Terrible. Flight was cancelled due to the weather in the east and sout east(florida). Did not get any compesation of any kind. According to them, it was not under their control so I lost all the money paid for the 2 fairs from Raleigh, NC to Orlando, Fl.

great flight. Pilot was communicative, flight attendants were excellent. Really nice experience except my tv didn’t work.

Overall, the flight was better than the flight I took to go to Florida, which had a bunch of problems. The crew is really nice and the plane was new so it had a small problem when we were on the runway, but the flight itself was great. They even made some time back up, which is always a good thing.

There were multiple delays but JetBlue tried to make the boarding and departure process as quick and efficient as possible. The crew was as detached from reality as could be, meaning: not very friendly and just doing things by the numbers.

I had back trouble prior to my flight and everyone was great about helping me.

40 minute delay before take off after boarding flight. Bright lights throughout night flight due Issues with light panels. In flight Entertainment nonfunctional

Everything was good except for deplaning in NY. Took way too long!!

No lounge access with “United First” ticket. False alarm about late flight, jeopardizing connection. Wrong meal. Loose power socket would not hold plug, could not charge device. In-flight access to text messaging did not work. Toilet seat on plane would not stay up.

We ended up with seats in the very back. So they did not recline. Have no idea why, we reserved and checked in very early. The isles were very narrow and the seats had very little leg room. But they did give us water, and a snack.

Check in etc was very good. As for on the plane, it was like flying in a freezer. It was so cold, i have flown for years and never been so cold on a plane. Staff on board said its always cold when flying which is a load of rubbish. They wouldnt put any heating on and now i have the flu because of this .

I’ve had a couple flights this week on United that were delayed by an hour or more

Surprisingly easy! I was hesitant to try this, but the cost swayed me. I actually felt like I had less stress than all the taxiing and possible delays that occur with short regional flights where you spend less time in the air than getting to and from the plane..

This flight was delayed multiple times and eventually canceled around 2-3ish. Original take off time was around 10:30am. By 3, there were no other options out of Houston, so stuck in Houston for from 3pm - 11am the next day.

Should have video screens Plane audio was poor and without wired connection hard to understand crew. Should serve more than just cups of water and pretzels on six hour flight. Did not see crew rest of flight. Fix charging sockets to retain charging blocks.

I paid $380 for my one-way ticket from California to Minnesota. The fair did not include online check-in. I received instructions from their app to check in at a kiosk. At the kiosk, the boarding pass would not print until an actual person came to verify that I had a personal item and not a carry-on item, On the plane, the person next to me was drunk and allowed to continue to order alcohol. United is garbage I’d rather fly spirit.

The plane was dirty and the in seat air wasn't blowing as planes usually do.

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the locked room where it was being kept.

Tray table was filthy when I sat down. I needed to have someone come clean it because there was food and stains on it WiFi didn’t work after paying for in-flight WiFi. Food was terrible and was not filling at all Chicken was rubbery Flight attendant had an attitude, interrupted me and wasn’t able to answer basic questions about the food selection such as “does the chicken have red sauce in it”. If your flight attendants are not going to know what is in the meals so we can make an educated decision based on dietary restrictions, they shouldn’t be on the plane. My 1.5 year old niece was sleeping and dropped her binkie. I went on the ground under the chairs looking for it. It was at that time that she came up to me as I’m CLEARLY on all 4s with a flashlight and said “I need to get by”. I said one moment please I’m getting something from under the seat (while my head was literally under the seat). Her reply was “no you need to move now” and proceeded to almost push me out of the way. I looked up and all I saw was her toes under my eyes. When I looked in front of me, her private parts were inches away from my face. I then made a comment “you couldn’t waited 2 seconds?” and her response was, “no I need to use the bathroom”. I understand that and would never want to be the reason someone couldn’t get to the bathroom but I was under the seat. She could’ve gone around the other way instead of harassing me, basically placing her private parts on my head and borderline pushing me out of the way. You don’t pay that much for this deplorable experience. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had on American. I will be absolutely thinking twice and thrice about flying American Airlines again. I would rather pay more to fly delta because at least I know their WiFi will work and their flight attendants won’t have a shitty attitude for no reason, nor will they act the way this woman did. Unacceptable.

Liked - nothing. Disliked - delayed 35+ min sitting on the plane. Caused me to miss my connection in Charlotte. American Airlines is the worst US Air Carrier company with atrocious customer service.

Worst situation ever! I booked my tickets for this trip on Alaska Airlines. I guess AA is a partner and we flew nonstop from Eugene to PHX on an AA jet. I had to pay for luggage from PHX to EUG. And this was an Alaska Airlines reservation paid for with Alaska airlines credit card! Got to the PHX airport and was not able to check bags because of some weird issue with the AA software. My reservation had to be the-entered by the agent. I will never pick another American Airlines flight on the Alaska Airlines website. While on vacation, I tried to upgrade our seats for the trip home. The request just buffered and never went through. I tried four times and was charged four times on my credit card. The card was charged but the seats were never changed. What a wreck!

Left from gate 30 minutes before flight. Never been late to a flight ever. It says 15 minutes before explicitly on the ticket.

I like the boarding process, it was fast. The seat doesn’t have a TV for a long flight and food wasn’t served, just snacks.

Use planes with TVs on flights over 4 hours. The free entertainment was a cheap in between solution for a very long flight that you don't even bother providing meals or decent snacks.

Even though we left CMI late, we mostly made up the time.

Delayed almost 4 hours for a 45 minute flight with no explanation.

Again, multiple delays and I eventually just canceled and drove!

Great crew. We were delayed so that late passengers could get on the flight. Love the bedding in business class. Good food. Great experience.

My experience with Spirit was perfect. Did not expect it to be this good

Worst airline experience ever. Lost my IPad going thru security. Charged for my dog carriage at the gate not at ticket counter. Gave away my seat 6D. Expressed I wanted my seat back after charging me 99 for dog carriage. Should have thrown it out. Had a 16 yr old Yorkie heading to Boston after being a snowbird. Seats small. Very bad experience. Still don’t have my IPad. Horrible

My mother was HARASSED AND ACCOSTED by the gate agent for her bag. I pre purchased the bag fee and the gate agent made my 78 year old mother board, deplane, re pay for her bag fee and board again. The gate agent made my mother pick up her own bag and REFUSED to help her, she is an older woman who wasn’t bothering anyone on a flight that had maybe 30’total passengers. I am going to sue this airlines for their HORRIBLE customer service and treatment of my mother, and all this occurred the day after Mother’s Day!!!

The boarding gate was moved so many times that I missed my flight. No attendants would help me. The wrong gate was even on my boarding pass. I had to repurchase everything. I’ll never fly again. Really a terrible day as I had planned to see a former student who is dying in Louisville Never ever will I forget that day. Your airline is totally uncaring.

Horrible, first flight delayed. They switched my connecting flight while I was en route and even though I was originally supposed to be on the flight going back home to boston, refused to let me board and told me I would have to wait for next flight that was 14 hours later. Ended up renting a car and driving 6.5 hours back home. Still getting messages about flight and it is now showing that the other flight they put me on is now canceled and I would have to wait 24 hours for the next one. I will never book with spirit again

Hated it I would not use Kayak or Spirit ever again.

They stuck us with multiple extra fees. I will never fly spirit again

Arrived 3 hours early and never made it past baggage drop

Flight delayed then canceled! I will NEVER fly Spirit Airlines again and will tell all my friends!

Absolutely terrible. The boarding process had zero organization. Mobs of people trying to board. People were climbing over my child's stroller with her in it. No families were boarded first. Boarding was delayed with no reasoning or notification that it would be late. We were then stuck on the plane for 45 minutes after landing. Then waited over two hours for our luggage. There was zero communication with the travelers. Never have I experienced such I professionalism and disgrace of others. Extremely disappointed.

Over an hour delay in departure but I was notified beforehand. Another delay on tarmac upon arrival at LGA. We ended up departing the plane almost 2 hours later than expected

I fly Frontier because it’s affordable. I understand that the seats are tight and not the most comfortable…but that’s part of it. The problem with this flight was that there was a group of travelers directly behind me at the back of the plane who were ridiculously loud and obnoxious the entire flight. I’m pretty sure they were drunk and I could periodically smell an odd odor that I believe was one of them using a smokeless vape pen. The stewards had to remind them to keep quiet during the pre-flight instruction, but that was it. They never said another thing to them for the rest of the flight. It was a miserable.

I checked a bag because it was $5 less than carry on. They managed to lose my bag on a 2.5 hr direct flight! Frontier has no airport staff at baggage claim to help. As soon as I got home around 11 pm I tried to use their online system to file the claim for lost bag - system wouldn't take the # on my baggage claim ticket - said it was not the correct number. Also said that I had not checked a bag, which wasn't true - even my online boarding pass showed that I had checked a bag. Wasted about an hour on that process with no luck. Tried again in the morning - same thing. So tried online chat with Frontier bot - waited 35-40" twice to be connected to a baggage agent and it never happened. Eventually drove to PDX after work and waited 2 hrs for the Frontier ticket agents to arrive prior to the next Frontier flight out of PDX and FINALLY got some help from one of them, to take me to lost luggage area where I was able to retrive my bag. Probably took 4-5 hrs. of my time and endless frustration to get my bag. This was my first -- and LAST -- experience flying Frontier Airlines. Check-in was also extremely difficult and time consuming. The flight itself (and staff) were fine but everything else about the experience was a total disaster! The fact that Frontier literally has NO WAY to connect to a human voice for customer service (in this case for lost luggage) is the WORST!!!!!

Frontier is a crappy airline nothing about it is honest

I didn't get to do this flight l, hard to review

Not good 😐 Over priced baggage fees Small hard seats No wifi or entertainment options 😕

Didn't like anything!! Horrible flight. Small seating area and hard seats. Butt was sore after 2 hour flight to Seattle No entertainment or free refreshments No wifi or USB charging receptacles to charge phone entoute like other airliners Luggage rates were 3 times as much as competitors. Difficult to navigate online luggue process to pre pay before flight Overall bad experience WILL NEVER RIDE OR RECOMMEND FRONTIER TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS!!! THIS IS A SHAME!! MOST MESERIBLE FLIGHT OF MY LIFE!! AND I THOUGHT SPIRIT WAS 👎 YOU GOT THEM BEAD HANDS DOWN!!

Flight was a little late taking off. Seats are too upright, no ports to charge devices, no wifi, no entertainment

Six hour delay. Poor customer service. No voucher. Bad communication. Missed important appointments.

Our flight was delayed an hour, then when we got to board our flight finally, we were waiting in our seats for take off for 45 minutes before it was communicated that there was a maintenance issue therefore we waited on the plane for over an hour while that was resolved. We did not get to Phoenix until almost 3 hours after we were originally supposed to. This was the first and last time I will be flying Frontier.
