I took my 13 year old daughter here to get her nose pierced yesterday. The entire staff was very friendly and professional and the place is super clean The nice lady (Sarah) who peirced her was very professional and made the entire experience very comfortable for my daughter.
Horrible, horrible customer service!!! Arrived when shop opened and ignored by 6 staff walking around store setting up piercings. I waited patiently for almost an hour then when I asked fit help, I was treated horrible by a blonde haired female staff. I walked out, will never spend my hard earned money in this place, ever!!!!
Customer service is subpar. Making customers wait 25 minutes for a purchase because they've not staffed correctly for quick sales. Not everyone who shops there needs a piercing. ill shop else where next time!

I'm giving 3 stars because while yes, they do piercings fine. Every single time I go in there I get nothing but attitude from the workers. I walk in, there's 5 girls behind the counter, all I get is stared at. So I say "hello" and all of them just scramble and try to find something else to do other than help me. Then I'm trying to ask a question and they act like they know soooo much more than me. Like I have done my research. I know a thing or 2 about piercings. They just treat you like you're the dumbest human on the planet and like they want nothing to do with you. I'm over it. I've been there 8 times to get piercings and each time I was treated with nothing but dis respect. Definitely gonna go somewhere else from now on.
I've gotten a lot of piercings done and this place is by far the best place I've been to. My piercer was Anna, super helpful and made me feel comfortable. I love the placing of my piercing and couldn't have gone to a better shop. They ask so use numbing gel and I've never had that before. Thank you!!
I had a really pleasant experience, the place was so clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. I didn't wait much throughout my visit and I got my nose pierced really fast. The prices were also affordable and they had a good variety of jewelry! It didn't hurt much and the staff was so professional and gentle. I also loved that they had a private area for piercings, it made me much more comfortable. I will definitely come again!

By far the worst piercing experiences at this company. I've been to multiple of their locations and at all of them they have piercers that are no knowledgeable about what they are doing. Their companies standard for quality in jewelry is so bad all of my piercing done by them have become infected and i've had to get them repierced elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend ever trusting them with your piercing or jewelry switches. thumbs down from me.
I love this place and they give very great piercings! My only one issue is that when I got my nose pierced they had to put in this huge hoop for "swelling" or something which was totally fine, I just dont understand as your nose doesn't tend to swell very much. But besides them having to put in pretty big jewelry, I really enjoy the 5 facial piercings I have gotten from this shop!
I went in for a septum piercing and asked for a small hoop that fit tightly around my nose. When they put the hoop in it was huge and I asked sarah my piercer if there was any smaller jewelry, she told me no and didn't offer to take it out or change it to a horseshoe or anything. I have had good experiences at Silver Safari previously, but I feel like they did not listen to my wishes at all and let me feeling really unhappy with the piercing I was excited to get.

We are hiring sales associate & piercing apprentice positions now open.
If you are looking for a long term, unique, friendly atmosphere with like-minded people, room to grow, competitive pay, and exclusive benefits, this job may be for you!
We are looking for someone who would be able to provide excellent customer service to all of our guests. Must be polite, a self-starter, out-going, trustworthy and dependable. Willingness to work flexible hours including both nights and weekends and is 18 or older. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be a team player.
Anyone hired for this position will receive about 6 weeks of information intensive training. A willingness to adapt and quickly learn new things is essential.
To apply, you must be 18 years or older and available nights and weekends. Retail experience is not required, although it is preferred. Piercing apprentices often promoted from within.
Fully trained sales associates can expect to make an average of $21-$23+ per hour (with hourly pay, commission, and bonuses included). The hours available can vary between 25-35 per week.

Jacque Gibson - Owner. Hi, I'm Jacque. I have owned Silver Safari in the Valley Mall since 1999 and have been body piercing since we incorporated it into our business in 2001. Since then, I have personally done well over 7,000 body piercings! I have also directly trained or have overseen the training for all of our body piercing staff.
We use an autoclave to sterilize needles, tools, and jewelry. Our autoclaves are tested each month (spore test) to ensure sterilization is never compromised. In fact, we even take it one step further and all of the tools which are used in a piercing procedure are first soaked in a sterilizing solution, prior to going into the autoclave.
