Brantley Gilbert To Join Nickelback On The ‘2023 Get Rollin’ Tour’ This Summer

Big Machine country rocker Brantley Gilbert will be hitting the road with veteran rock band Nickelback on their upcoming “2023 Get Rollin’ Tour.” Rising country artist Josh Ross will also join the bill throughout the summer.

In support of the band’s newest record, Get Rollin’ , the 38-date trek will visit cities across the U.S. and Canada, including a Nashville date at Bridgestone Arena on Aug. 1. Tickets go on sale starting Friday (Jan. 27) at 10 a.m. local time. VIP Packages, including premium tickets, invitations to the High Times VIP Lounge, specially designed gift item, early entry into the venue and more, will also be available.

With back-to-back Platinum albums, Gilbert has notched seven No. 1 hits as an artists and/or songwriter throughout his career, including “Country Must be Country Wide,” “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do,” the CMA Award Song of the Year nominee “Dirt Road Anthem,” “My Kinda Party,” the RIAA 5x Platinum-certified “Bottoms Up,” “One Hell of an Amen” and collaboration with Lindsay Ell “What Happens In A Small Town.” His most recent album, So Help Me God , includes his latest single, “Heaven By Then,” with Blake Shelton and features Vince Gill.

Gilbert just came off the road with another rock band, Five Finger Death Punch. His agent, WME’s Aaron Tannenbaum , spoke about Gilbert’s success with multi-genre tours in MusicRow ‘s latest Touring & Next Big Thing print issue .

Nickelback’s first album in five years, Get Rollin,’ was released in November of 2022 via BMG, and debuted at No. 2 across the Current Rock, Alternative, Hard Music and Digital Album charts. The album builds on the success of the rock group that includes worldwide sales of more than 50 million units and award-winning hits, including “How You Remind Me,” “Photograph,” “Far Away” and “Rockstar.” Nickelback will be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame at the JUNO Awards on March 13.

Today, acclaimed rock band  Nickelback  announced the upcoming 2023  Get Rollin’ Tour , in support of their most recent 10th studio album,  Get Rollin’ .  Produced by Live Nation, the massive run will hit 38 cities this summer, kicking off on  Monday, June 12  in  Quebec City, QC  at Videotron Centre, with stops across North America in Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Nashville and more before wrapping up on  Wednesday, August 30  in  Belmont Park, NY  at UBS Arena. The show was absolutely amazing!! The videos playing in the background were awesome! The band is ALWAYS great, and of course I loved hearing the songs off the new album, even though we listened to it all the way to the show!! My daughter and I had meet and greets. I'm sorry she tackled you, but meeting you was a dream come true for her. Thank You for being so great with her! You are all she listens to!! Can't wait to see you in Chattanooga TN again!!

8/6/17 was the day of the Brantley Gilbert KeyBank Pavilion show in Burgettstown, PA and if you were to ask me I would say without hesitation that it was the fourth best night of my entire life (aside from my three other BG concerts) I purchased pit tickets for that show and was able to get front row spots. I am not embarrassed to admit that I did shed a few happy tears during his preformance, his music speaks to so many people in so many different ways it's a chilling experience. And with being such a huge fan and following his music career from the beginning it's hard not to get emotional when you see how far he has come as an artist. Brantley put on one heck of a show (just like he always does) and it will definitely always be a night to remember! If anyone is hesitant to purchase tickets for a BG show please do not be! He is always interactive with the crowd and he always gets the people pumped! I have never been disappointed by any of his shows and I know I never will be. If I could give a 1,000 star review I totally would. So proud to be apart of BG Nation!

Brantley Gilbert Joining Nickelback on the Get Rollin’ Tour — See Dates

Brantley Gilbert is once again hopping on a non-country tour. This year, he will be opening for Nickelback on their Get Rollin' Tour.

"How do you make the most unexpected and bad@$$ tour of all time ... @nickelback and your boy join forces for the summer ... That’s how," the country star writes on social media.

"I’m so stoked to announce we’ll be seeing y’all on the #getrollintour criss-crossing the country all summer long."

Nickelback will use the tour to promote their tenth studio album of the same name. The 38-date North American tour will kick off on June 12 in Quebec City, QC, and wrap on Aug. 30 in Belmont Park, N.Y. Gilbert will accompany the band on all non-festival dates. They've also tapped country up-and-comer Josh Ross to open.

It's not the first time Gilbert has been on an out-of-genre trek: Last year, he his the road with Five Finger Death Punch on a joint tour .

The "Bottoms Up" singer says he's working on another new album after releasing a project this past fall. So Help Me God arrived on Nov. 10, with several collaborations with artists like Jason Aldean, Hardy, Toby Keith and Jelly Roll.

Gilbert's current single, "Heaven by Then" is a joint effort with Blake Shelton and Vince Gill.

Jelly Roll to headline Country Thunder Arizona 2024. Full lineup and how to get tickets

Corrections & Clarifications: A previous version of this article gave an incorrect date for the announcement of the Country Thunder Arizona 2024 lineup. The lineup is announced on Nov. 20.

As previously rumored, Jelly Roll will headline Country Thunder Arizona in 2024.

The lineup didn't drop until Monday, Nov. 20, but Gunner Jackson, a DJ at KMLE-FM 107.9 in Phoenix let fans in on the secret at the station's Beers With Friends event at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino, where Jelly Roll and Brantley Gilbert were performing on Wednesday, Nov. 15.

After mentioning that Jelly Roll had "referenced seeing y'all next year," Jackson added, "We've got Round 2 of Jelly Roll coming. How about in April? What's coming up in April?" and led the crowd in shouting, "Country Thunder!"

It should come as no surprise, then, to see Jelly Roll's name alongside Lainey Wilson,  Eric Church  and Koe Wetzel on the list of headliners when Country Thunder Arizona returns to Canyon Moon Ranch in Florence the weekend of April 11-14, 2024.

Jelly Roll's hit songs include 'Save Me' and 'Need a Favor'

Named New Artist of the Year by the Country Music Association, Jelly Roll was  an enigmatic force of nature  in September, opening for Eric Church at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, where he told the crowd he’s all about “real music for people with problems.”

His best-known songs include "Dead Man Walking," "Son of a Sinner," "Need a Favor," "Save Me" and "Wild Ones."

When is Country Thunder 2024?

Country Thunder Arizona returns to Canyon Moon Ranch, its home near Florence, Arizona, the weekend of April 11-14, 2024.

Country Thunder's street address is 20585 E. Water Way, Florence. It's 67 miles from downtown Phoenix.

Country Thunder 2024 dates and hours

Campgrounds will open for early arrivals from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10.

The front gate and will call will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, through Sunday, April 14. All fans will pass through this area to enter the festival grounds.

The concert bowl, the area where the festival and stages are located, will open each day at 1 p.m.

The information booth, located inside the concert bowl, will be open 1 to 10 p.m. daily.

Tickets are on sale now at countrythunder.com/az .

General admission passes good for the whole weekend are still available for $300. ​Kids 10 and under get in free with the purchase of an adult ticket. VIP packages also are still available.

A weekend general admission ticket gives you access to all general admission areas, stages and campgrounds. A single-day pass does not include admission to the campgrounds.

You may bring your own chair and/or blanket, as general admission is lawn-style seating.

Tickets can be purchased at the gate, but Country Thunder recommends purchasing online ahead of time as it's cheaper.
