It is a definitely one of the places you shouldn't miss out on when you are in Padang! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the signature mie kari would leave your mouths watering for more. The staff was amiable and friendly and are often more... than willing to help. Do not forget to try out their bakery as well! More

Fantastic! We had a couple of wagyu steaks and my daughter had a pizza. All really tasty, great atmosphere, friendly service and live acoustic music. So good I literally couldn't wait to review, still at the table and my affogato has just arrived...

googled best top ten restaurant in Padang and decided to walk over and try it. we were not disappointed, , think our favorite was fried mushroom, nice thin coating and tasty,We also had garlic fried chicken, Garlic broccoli and fried rice with beef rib Everything... we ordered was very good. wiil eat there again. I came here as a group of 9 with my clinets. The ambience here is pretty nice, with live music and a really classy dining area. We ordered quite a number of steaks, salmon, lobster, pizza etc. I personally had the BBQ ribs and my... wife had the salmon (As seen in the picture). We also ordered the margarita pizza to share. I paid about SGD$19 for my ribs but it was served cold and the BBQ Ribs was super tough to dig into. One of the ribs only had a bone on it. On the contrary, the pizza was very nice and hot from the oven! The others had a good steak I feel as I tried it too, however the steak cut/portion was slightly thin as compared to other steaks I've tried. (Eg, Tony Romas etc.) My wife's salmon was just so-so but it was served hot. So it's not too bad. Overall, it was a good food and session for the group but just the ribs was a bad choice. More

We had pizza, Tenderloin Steak with wine sauce, honey lemon and iced tea. Pizza was okay. Steak was nicely... cooked, the mashed potato was yummy, the veggies that comes with the so fresh. The honey lemon is too watery, as if it is just a mixture of syrup and lots of water. We had Affogato after meal. Overall, yes, I recommend this place. More

Safari Garden Resto & Cafe berlokasi tidak jauh dari Jembatan Siti Nurbaya Padang. Tempatnya sangat nyaman buat bersantai, mengobrol, atau pertemuan bisnis dengan klien. Petugasnnya ramah dan sigap. Saya memesan tahu garang yang pedas dan enak.

saya sangat suka dengan ambiance dari restoran ini, ada live musiknya jg. aneka makanan western dan lokal tersedia yang disajikan dengan penataan yang cukup cantik.

safari garden . sebuah cafe yang eksklusif.. tetapi tetap hommy.. terletak di daerah pondok, gudangnya kuliner di kota padang.. saya sering kali berkunjung ke sini jika pengen makan steak. sudah cukup banyak yang resto steak di kota padang yang sya kunjungi tapi tetap di safari... yang paling enak.. bahkan masih lebih baik di bandingkan bbrp steak di jakarta, menyajikan pilihan wagyu dan angus .. daging sapi impor lokal dan tuna ..menjadi menu fave saya..di tambah lagi dengan pramusajinya yang sangat kompeten dan ramah2.. saya pernah complain tentang pemesanan saya .. langsung di ganti ..super.. cafe pilihan saya di padang terutama untuk steak Selengkapnya

It is a definitely one of the places you shouldn't miss out on when you are in Padang! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the signature mie kari would leave your mouths watering for more. The staff was amiable and friendly and are often more than willing to help. Do not forget to try out their bakery as well!

Fantastic! We had a couple of wagyu steaks and my daughter had a pizza. All really tasty, great atmosphere, friendly service and live acoustic music. So good I literally couldn't wait to review, still at the table and my affogato has just arrived...

I had dinner here with my husband and ordered steak they recommended and it tasted like a burned meat. And the mint latte tastes like toothpaste. Spaghetti was average. Nice place, friendly staff but it tastes too bad for such expensive food. Definitely not coming back.

i ordered chicken steak but not cooked in the middle still raw and the veggie not fresh only nice place,i think very hard to find good restaurant with delicious food in padang better eat in local food if came here

This was a bland place to eat in Padang -- perhaps it is good for international travellers who either do not know how to risk some of the local stands or who are needing a fix of something familiar. the owner is nice, but I did not find the food to be inspired. I had a nasi goreng with little dried fishes --- it was numbingly salty (which might have been how it was supposed to taste -- but it was too much -- it overwhelmed me). Friends had steaks which were mostly sauce.

For the safety of guests and animals, please leave glass, aluminum cans, straws and alcohol at home. Although no large ice chests are allowed, personal coolers are acceptable. Water fountains are available throughout the Zoo, including bottle filling stations at Sea Lion Cove and Stingray Bay.

Nice ambience, many seat tables avaible. The food was quite good and well presented, staff was kind but a bit confuse with english. The night we are there nice live music. Its a bit price compare to others restaurant in town but worthed. I will... came back. More

This restaurant had a very unique concept and great services. They have speciality on Angus and Wagyu steak. Unfortunately i haven't try this food, maybe on next opportunity.

This is the second time I ate in this cafe. This time with my colleagues. I have Sirlion Wagyu and it is nice and tasty. My colleagues had local food with rice. They enjoyed their food as well. The ambience is acceptable with live band.... Spacious and clean cafe. A nice cafe in Padang . More

googled best top ten restaurant in Padang and decided to walk over and try it. we were not disappointed, , think our favorite was fried mushroom, nice thin coating and tasty,We also had garlic fried chicken, Garlic broccoli and fried rice with beef rib Everything... we ordered was very good. wiil eat there again. I came here as a group of 9 with my clinets. The ambience here is pretty nice, with live music and a really classy dining area. We ordered quite a number of steaks, salmon, lobster, pizza etc. I personally had the BBQ ribs and my... wife had the salmon (As seen in the picture). We also ordered the margarita pizza to share. I paid about SGD$19 for my ribs but it was served cold and the BBQ Ribs was super tough to dig into. One of the ribs only had a bone on it. On the contrary, the pizza was very nice and hot from the oven! The others had a good steak I feel as I tried it too, however the steak cut/portion was slightly thin as compared to other steaks I've tried. (Eg, Tony Romas etc.) My wife's salmon was just so-so but it was served hot. So it's not too bad. Overall, it was a good food and session for the group but just the ribs was a bad choice. More

The Safari Garden is by far one of few restaurants in Padang that serves western. We were greeted by friendly staff as we entered the restaurant. We had pizza, Tenderloin Steak with wine sauce, honey lemon and iced tea. Pizza was okay. Steak was nicely... cooked, the mashed potato was yummy, the veggies that comes with the so fresh. The honey lemon is too watery, as if it is just a mixture of syrup and lots of water. We had Affogato after meal. Overall, yes, I recommend this place. More

This restaurant has a lovely ambiance, staff were very friendly and accommodating, great comfy couches to sit on and a small band playing when we’re there on a Friday night, coffee was good, I had chicken steak, mushroom sauce, vegetables and mashed potato it was... very tasty but unfortunately it was cold, I had been craving western food after living in Padang now for 8 months and so happy a restaurant actually had mashed potatoes, I didn’t want to complain and say it was cold as the staff were really lovely, would I come back again yes absolutely. I went this restaurant with my girlfriend and both of us liked it. Food was good but we had to wait quite a bit for it. Atmosphere is peaceful and there was a singer as well at the background and it gave a good vibe.... Like many restaurants at padang, if you order an appetiser it can come after a main course. A reason for this is, food is served as it get ready.. Well that is a minus but nothing too serious. More

having only few days in Padang, we were looking for something above average. The Safari Garden is above average. Professional attendance even though English is not fluent. Interesting but worthwile the Prawn and Fruit Salad, featuring apple, strawberry lychee and fresh prawns. The prices are... appropriate maybe not low for the local customers but very low for a European. More

We stayed 3 days in padang. This restaurant is the best did we do !!! Excellent quality ! Nice Waiters , fresh meat and potatoes etc.... A recommanded absolutly !!!
