The Wiggles are ready to get moving with their upcoming “Ready, Steady, Wiggle! Tour,” and tickets to see the long-running Australian children’s act will span across the United States and Canada this fall.

What Is The Wiggles’ Next Tour?

The Wiggles’ “Ready, Steady, Wiggle! Tour” kicks off in Philadelphia on September 13th, followed by shows in Washington, DC; Montclair, New Jersey; and Westbury, New York. They’ll wrap the US circuit in Boston on September 18th, then head north for Canadian stops to Halifax, Ottawa, and more to close out the month. They’ll round out their trek through Canada in October with performances in cities like Hamilton, London, Oshawa, Kingston, and Sudbury. The North American tour wraps with two nights in Toronto on October 7th and 8th.

Who Is Opening for The Wiggles on Tour?

No openers or supporting acts have been specified to accompany The Wiggles, but parents and children alike would no doubt welcome another surprise guest appearance by Kevin Parker to perform the group’s chart-topping rendition of Tame Impala’s “Elephant.” The group also showed off their eclectic music taste with a wide-ranging set of covers on 2021’s ReWiggled EP .

• It could be possible that it would also be touring Ireland, the UK, the USA and Canada as The Wiggles mentioned in the comments on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter that they were working coming back to the UK and Ireland and getting more locations in the USA and Canada for 2024 than the Ready, Steady, Wiggle! Tour! of the USA and Canada which was in the length of 3 weeks compared to the Wiggle Wiggle Wiggle! Tour of the USA that they did back in June 2018 which was in the length of 2 weeks, just like The Wiggles got more locations in the USA and Canada for the Party Time Tour! which was the North American version of the Wiggle Fun Tour! that they did way back in 2019, which was the year before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
• It's most likely that Caterina will only appear for the Australian shows due to her pregnancy later in 2024, so she'll most likely be on maternity leave during the time of the New Zealand shows. And also from the Chatswood shows onwards, Caterina wore a dungaree dress rather than her usual skirt due to her pregnancy.
• Evie was absent in the Penrith, Chatswood and Brisbane shows due to commitments with The Australian Ballet .
• Dorothy the Dinosaur was requested in the Sign Reading Song in Chatswood .

The Wiggles announce 18+ arena tour with original line-up

It’ll mark the group’s first full-scale tour for adults only, and their first reunion gigs in arenas

The Wiggles ‘ original line-up have announced a seven-date run of arena shows for 2022, marking their first full-scale tour for 18+ audiences.

The tour is set to kick off in Darwin on Saturday February 12, before the quartet – alongside a full cast of classic characters such as Captain Feathersword, Dorothy the Dinosaur and Wags the Dog – hit stages in Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Tickets will be available from The Wiggles’ website from 4pm local time this Friday (October 22).

It’ll be the third time the group have performed together since their initial disbanding in 2012, with Murray Cook (the original Red Wiggle), Jeff Fatt (Purple) and Greg Page (Yellow) having previously joined Anthony Field – who has maintained his role as the Blue Wiggle since 1991 – for standalone charity shows in 2016 and 2020.

“All of those children who loved The Wiggles in the ‘90s are now adults who love the nostalgia and fun from that time in their lives,” Fatt said in a press release. “This night is for the grown-ups and is a chance to bring back some of that genuine, high-spirited liveliness again. We can’t wait to relive those childhood memories and dance the night away to some of the favourite old-school tunes.”

Cook added: “It will be The Wiggles as you remember and love them, but we’ll all have a bit more grey hair… And there’s a bar. We’ll be playing all your favourite songs, and put on a show you won’t forget.”

Each show will feature a different support act, with more details for those due to be announced in the coming months. Polish Club and DZ Deathrays are amongst the acts set to join the festivities.

Cook and Fatt retired from the group in 2012, while Page stepped away in 2006, though he returned briefly from 2012 to 2013. Their first reunion with Field – a pub show in Sydney – took place in 2016, with the band raising money for Soldier On Australia.

They reunited again for a pair of shows last January , this time endeavouring to raise funds for the Australian Red Cross and WIRES, following the bushfires that devastated Australia throughout the summer of 2019 and 2020. They pulled in over $150,000 between the two shows , however Page was not present at the second one as he’d suffered a cardiac arrest onstage during the first .

Joking about the incident in today’s (October 19) announcement, Page said he “may have to pull back a bit on the dancing this time around”.

Also announced today was the departure of Emma Watkins, who’d performed as the Yellow Wiggle since 2010. Her role will be filled by the 15-year-old Tsehay Hawkins, who’d previously joined the group back in August for the webseries Fruit Salad TV .

In a video statement posted to The Wiggles’ Instagram, Watkins said: “Like many people around the world, the pandemic has given me time to reflect on what is important in life. For me, that means spending more time at home, something that I didn’t realise I was missing out on being away eight months of the year on tour.

“I’m really looking forward to devoting more time and energy to focus on completing my PhD which incorporates my ongoing passion for sign language, dance and film editing, and to having more time to work with the deaf community.”

The Wiggles continue their golden run with the announcement of another arena tour of Australia , a run that places the childen’s entertainers in the history books.

With The Wiggles Holiday Party Big Show , announced Tuesday (Aug. 30), the Wiggles become the first band in Australian history to perform two national arena tours in a single year.

The “Hot Potato” singers will hit the road for 15 end-of-year dates, wrapping Dec. 17 at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena — the country’s biggest arena, with a 21,000 capacity.

This year has been an extraordinary one for the Wiggles, which won triple j’s Hottest 100 for the first time; landed a No. 1 album on the ARIA Chart (also a first), sold out Australasian arenas with their children’s Fruit Salad TV Big Show Tour and adult’s OG Reunion Tour; and scooped the Ted Albert Award for outstanding service to Australian music (a first for a kid’s entertainment act). The Wiggles Announce Wiggly Big Day Out 2023 National Tour

The Wiggles have shared details of an extensive Australian arena tour that’s set to take place across November and December 2023. The children’s group will be on the road from Saturday, 4th November until Saturday, 23rd December, playing shows in Canberra, Hobart, Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Brisbane, Newcastle, Wollongong and Sydney.

There are multiple performance times on each of the show dates. The majority begin at 10:00am and all shows are happening during daytime hours. Tickets are on sale at 11am AEDT on Thursday, 20th July. See below for more details.

The upcoming tour is sponsored by Huggies, and Blue Wiggle Anthony Field did not forget to mention the sponsor in a official statement. “We can’t wait to hit the road again and bring our biggest and brightest show yet to families all over Australia, with our friends Huggies,” he said.

The Wiggles announce U.S. tour with a stop in New Jersey

We have all been introduced to The Wiggles at some point in our life whether you watched them as a kid or your kids were a fan when they were small.

If you have no idea what or who I’m talking about, The Wiggles are a group from Australia that happens to be the #1 children’s entertainment group in the world and has been around for 30 years.

From dancing and singing kids' nursing rhymes to introducing their viewers to original songs, The Wiggles have millions of followers everywhere.

You know that fruit salad song you’re always singing whenever you see a bowl of fruit? That’s The Wiggles!

They have toured the US many times but haven’t since the pandemic hit, until now.

The Wiggles have announced their “USA & Canada: Ready Set Wiggle tour” but dates are very limited. Most of them take place on the east coast and we are very lucky that they are making a stop in New Jersey.

On Saturday, September 16, The Wiggles will be performing two shows at the Wellmont Theatre in Montclair.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, June 13, for both shows, 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

If you can’t make it to either show, there are two more local shows happening in the Garden State area.

Friday, September 15, The Wiggles will be in Philadelphia with a venue yet to be announced.

And on Sunday, September 17, they will be performing at the NYCB Theatre in Westbury, NY with two shows starting at 11:30 a.m. and then again at 2:30 p.m.

So if your kids love The Wiggles as much as my son does, start brushing up on these songs.

The Wiggles Announce Wiggly Big Day Out 2023 National Tour

The Wiggles have shared details of an extensive Australian arena tour that’s set to take place across November and December 2023. The children’s group will be on the road from Saturday, 4th November until Saturday, 23rd December, playing shows in Canberra, Hobart, Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Brisbane, Newcastle, Wollongong and Sydney.

There are multiple performance times on each of the show dates. The majority begin at 10:00am and all shows are happening during daytime hours. Tickets are on sale at 11am AEDT on Thursday, 20th July. See below for more details.
