SIMON KHAN . সেমিনারে প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্যে তিনি বলেন , “বাংলাদেশসহ বর্তমান বিশ্বে ট্যুরিজম এন্ড হসপিটালিটি ম্যানেজমেন্ট বিষয়ের চাহিদা এবং বিশ্বব্যাপী কর্মসংস্থান ব্যাপকহারে বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। তিনি ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের এ সুযোগ গ্রহণ করে নিজেকে বিশ্বমানের দক্ষ জনশক্তি হিসাবে গড়ে তোলার জন্য আহবান জানান”। তাছাড়া তিনি আরও বলেন সঠিক ভাবে হাইজিন মেইনটেইন ও ক্যালোরি ও পুষ্টিমান খাবারের লক্ষ্যে সবাইকে দৃষ্টি দিতে হবে।

বিশেষ অতিথির বক্তব্যে ইয়েস ইন্সটিটিউট এর ছাত্র বিষয়ক সম্পাদক তুষার বণিক বলেন, বাংলাদেশে ট্যুরিজম এন্ড হসপিটালিটি ম্যানেজমেন্ট এর উন্নয়নের জন্য সরকার ভিশন ৪১ চালু করছেন যা কিনা হাজারো শিক্ষিত বেকারের বেকারত্ব দূরীভূত হবে। তা ছাড়া তিনি আরও বলেন ট্যুরিজম এন্ড হসপিটালিটি সেক্টরে কোর্স করে আপনারাও নিজের কেরিয়ার চেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন। তিনি সবাইকে এই সেক্টরে এগিয়ে আসার আহব্বহান জানান। অনুষ্ঠানের এক পর্বে ইয়েস ইন্সটিটিউট এর ” Live Cooking  & Baking Show” প্রদর্শিত হয় । অনুষ্ঠান শেষে অথিতি ও ডেলিগেটদের “Live Cooking  & Baking Show” তে প্রস্তুতকৃত সুস্বাদু খাবার দিয়ে দুপুরের খাবার পরিবেশন করা হয়।পরে ইনস্টিটিউটের পক্ষ থেকে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সার্টিফিকেট ও ক্রেস্ট প্রধান করা হয়।
