I obtained my B.S. in kinesiology and working towards my master’s degree in a concentration of Exercise Science.

Dribbler Soccer Trainer Spotlight: Bobby M.

Hi my name is Bobby. All my siblings played soccer and that quickly made my skills developed from an early age. I became competitive around age 8 and from there I would go on to win multiple club state championships, HIgh School D-1 Championship, and play in college on a full scholarship. I have always loved the game and was a coach on the field for most of my teams.

With young children I began coaching and want to be more active with kids wanting to get better. My success came from my ability to have great ball control. Training with European clubs as a teenager I learned the value of ball skill, that with good technique you can start to play faster and with more confidence. Teaching the soccer lessons I was fortunate to have learned is great to help grow the game here.

Once you submit payment and sign our policy waiver, we recommend looking into proper soccer gear for the players (student’s).

We highly recommend a cleats that fit right and maybe a few soccer balls that correlate with the standards of the league the player falls in. If you are taking lessons as a group. Accidents can happen at any time, that is why we suggest all of our participants to be spend at least 5 minutes stretching before training sessions.

Our Trainers bring a variety of different equipment such as soccer balls, cones, portable nets, and other equipment they feel is necessary. They may not bring equipment on certain days based on what the Trainer wants to work on for certain training sessions.

We do not require our Trainers to carry certifications however, some of them do. What we look for in our Trainer’s more than certifications is experience training certain age groups, and experience working with children of all ages.

In a case where your Trainer is not a good match for you and your family, we will switch that Trainer out with another one who will be a much better fit for you. You will just have to contact our office and let us know.

Our main focus is working on technical skills such foot work, touch, dribbling, passing, shooting accuracy, and field awareness. We find that what separates good players from great players are the technical skills that most players tend to over look such as touch on the ball and dribbling.

Our approach is exactly that. Our Trainer’s are well experienced working with many different ages and positions to better the players game.

The goal is to make a player go from average to great.

We always suggest starting with the free trial first to see if it’s a good fit with your Trainer. Once the free trial is complete, you have the option to purchase any of the lesson packages (6, 12 or 18 lesson packages). The more lessons you purchase, the more you save per lesson.

The 1 Hour class can go up to 3 students max.

You have the option to break down group classes into 1 on 1 increments

All students in the group can be taught together. You can discuss these options with your Trainer when you are matched.

Marc started playing soccer at the age of 6 and has not stopped yet! He’s a kid at heart and continues loving all aspects of the beautiful game. Alongside with his wife Clara, they are excited to introduce the game of soccer to children in a fun and positive way since starting Soccer Shots in Bergen & Passaic County in Jan 2020. Marc has spent most of his life dedicated to the sport. He received his state referee license in 7th grade, and was a player/coach at the club level throughout his high school years and during college at NJIT. In the early 2000’s, he joined the NJSL and is now a member of the USLNJ men’s league. Bergen coach arrested again after second alleged victim identified in sexual assault case

A coach from Lyndhurst is facing additional charges involving a second victim after being initially arrested in December for an alleged sexual assault of a juvenile, officials said.

Donald Kumar Davis, 33, formerly of Nutley, was arrested Sunday in Hackensack and charged with one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said.

Davis, who is a strength and speed coach, was also arrested on Dec. 19, 2023 , on two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact.

The latest arrest is a result of the ongoing investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Wyckoff Police Department in which a second victim was revealed after the December arrest.

Davis was accused in December of inappropriately touching a 13-year-old, between Nov. 1 and Dec. 12, in Washington Township on two occasions and in Wyckoff on one occasion.

The second allegation accuses Davis of inappropriately touching another minor in fall 2023 in Wyckoff.

He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court.

Davis is also facing charges from 2019, when he was accused of two counts of  vehicular homicide  that led to the deaths of two people in Lodi, which is still pending, the Prosecutor's Office said.

Where do the Broncos go from here? with Ryan McFadden | The Exempt List

Charles McDonald is joined by Ryan McFadden of the Denver Post to do a deep dive on the state of affairs in one of the most chaotic franchises in the league: the Denver Broncos. After taking on an $85M dead cap hit to cut ties with Russell Wilson, the organization looks to head coach Sean Payton to get things headed in the right direction – but does he know what that direction is? Charles and Ryan kick things off with some franchise tag news as Brian Burns gets tagged, Saquon Barkley will reach free agency and Josh Allen will likely get tagged in Jacksonville. The duo start their Broncos deep dive with Russell Wilson and how things went south for him in Denver, including the trade, the hiring of Sean Payton, GM George Paton's up-and-down tenure and the injury guarantee benching last season. Next, Charles and Ryan discuss the future of Sean Payton's Broncos: how does he want to build the team? Who is playing quarterback for them? What will they look to do in the 2024 NFL Draft? Finally, the hosts go through the top available quarterbacks this offseason (including Russ) and discuss their potential landing spots and how they see things shaking out.
