Students are trained on basic flight safety protocols, emergency routines and handling passengers onboard. They are taught about the different parts and functions of a commercial aircraft, and also about essential flight-related tasks such as embarkation and disembarkation procedures as well as onboard meal service techniques.

The course trains the student on the grooming skills required in the aviation, hospitality, tourism and customer service industries. Topics that are covered here include skin and hair care, western and traditional attires, and basic grooming practices, dental care, professional make-up techniques etc. The important art of walking impressionably and following certain social etiquette are also covered.
