I went and seen Tom Keifer in Herrin Illinois, He and his band put on a awesome show and that is why when I found out he was going to be in DuQuoin Il I had to go and see them again can't wait. I have always loved the music of Cinderella and now that Tom Keifer is out playing shows and with his new material and his old it is a absolutely amazing concert the music and talent is all there. Makes me remember what it was like when I first heard Cinderella and fell in love with them. Honestly wish they were headlining the show but doesn't matter I am still going I am sure Sabastian Bach will be okay but I am totally going for the Tom Keifer band!!

Keiffer was absolutely fantastic as ALWAYS! They braved stormy skies, etc. (TK had an apparent foot/ankle injury) and put on another great show. I have seen the band several times and will always be there any time they are within driving distance.

BTW LAVA Rock opened for them. I don't, as a rule, care for tribute bands. Again, I have seen them a number of time and they always put on a great show too. (LAVA = Led Zep, Aerosmith, VanHalen, AC/DC - 4 tributes in one!)

The Show Was a Perfect 10 - We saw the Band twice at The canyon in Augora and The Rose In pasadena - Just Because we couldnt Get enough -- We Couldn't Make to the 3rd Show at The Whisky But we will wait until They Perform again In LA or Near by LA -- Prior to that I saw Cinderella back 1987 at The Forum - Tom Still have that Raspy Voice which make Him Very Unique -

I worked Barricade security for Tom in 1989 while he toured they the Tri state area, Ohio Indiana Illinois.

He was amazing then.

Last night he was still as talented and had AMAZING vocals still.

He made the memories I already had even stronger with his performance in Versailles, Ohio

This is also my hometown of 48 years.

Thank you Tom!

Another awesome show! The Nobody’s Fool version was great! Tom gives 100% every performance!

Highly recommend seeing him!

The combination of the Cinderella songs and his new solo material is perfect. I only wish they had more merch at the show!

This is my second time in a year I went to his show. I was blown away the first time as he sounded awesome and gave his everything. The man still has it and the second show confirmed that for me. I recommend him to anyone that likes hard rock.

Unfortunately, I came down with the flu and couldn't make it. I hope he comes back soon, so I can hear him sing. I really wanted to go but it just wasn't happening and I am sad for missing the show. Looks like he did a great job.

Winger - Kip Winger and the boys are back! The band’s top singles including “Seventeen”, “Headed For A Heartbreak” and “Miles Away” are just three of the Metal rock tunes that make it a night when everybody stands the entire show!

John Corabi had already been cutting his teeth in the hard rock world for nearly a decade when he landed the high-profile gig of replacing Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil in 1992. Although his tenure with the group proved to be a brief one, Corabi earned a reputation as a go-to frontman and collaborator, amassing a solid résumé as a singer and guitarist with acts like The Eric Singer Project (ESP), Union, and The Dead Daisies.

CONCERT REVIEW: The Live/Loud Tour 2023 Brings Electrifying Magic to New York (June 25th, 2023)

tom keifer tour 2023 canada

Cinderella front-man Tom Keifer and his #keiferband recently embarked on a U.S., with support from WINGER and former  Mötley Crüe singer John Corabi . One of the tour stops happened two days ago at New York’s Palladium Times Square , and it you miss the magic of rock music which reigned supreme during the second part of the 80s, I truly hope you were in attendance.

Opening the night, John Corabi treated the audience to an enchanting acoustic jam session, showcasing his incredible talent that has stood the test of time. With his mesmerizing charisma, John effortlessly took the audience through a career journey, back to his days with Union , The Scream ,  Mötley Crüe and even veered into more recent times with The Dead Daisies , reminding us why he was hailed as the standout vocalist of his era. The crowd couldn’t resist joining in as he belted out the iconic “ Hooligan’s Holiday,” and his charismatic stage presence created an deep connection with the fans, despite it was a one man and his guitar show, and certainly a short one. Amidst the cheers and applause, John playfully poked fun at the infamous movie “The Dirt,” reliving some of his “etched in history” moments with the Crüe boys. Undeniably, John Corabi remains one of the finest voices in the realm of hard rock, and this night only served as a confirmation of his talents.

tom keifer tour 2023 canada

Taking the stage as the second act, Winger brought their timeless sound to captivate the audience. Kip Winger , with his vocals untouched by time, led the band through an energetic collection of ongs from the band’s already extensive catalog, reminding us why they are regarded as one of the most influential air-metal bands of the 80s, even if they were always too qualified/serious with their craft musicians to fit into the excessive-infamous genre that was born on Sunset Strip. A band still counting with all its original members after many decades, Winger united to deliver a show that had fans singing along fervently to their beloved classics like “Miles Away” and “Headed for a Heartbreak.” The atmosphere was electric as nostalgia mingled with the raw energy of their performance, transporting everyone back to an era brimming with rock ‘n’ roll glory, punctuated by the amaze-balls solo of Reb Beach half-way through the set.

WINGER Photo Gallery:

tom keifer tour 2023 canada

However, the pinnacle of the night belonged to Tom Keifer , the legendary front-man of Cinderella . From the first note, it was clear that Tom ‘s voice, even after undergoing vocal surgery, had lost none of its power. With a seamless blend of blues and rock ‘n’ roll, he led his band through a set-list that offered the audience a truly unforgettable musical journey, evoking a sense of nostalgia that made us feel as though we had stepped into a time capsule from the 80s to 90s. Tom Keifer ‘s unwavering dedication to his craft shone brightly as he poured his heart and soul into each song, leaving the audience awe-inspired and craving for more.

In the end, Tom Keifer ‘s Live and Loud 2023 , accompanied by the undeniable talents of John Corabi and Winger , became a night to be cherished forever. It was an evening that transported us to a bygone era, where the passion, energy, and sheer brilliance of these artists reigned supreme. As the final chords reverberated through the air, we were left with a profound sense of gratitude for being part of this memorable experience.

Big Flats Gets Taste of Tom Keifer’s Live And Loud Extravaganza

tom keifer tour 2023 canada

The Live and Loud 2023 tour touched down on Big Flats, NY at Tag’s Summer Stage Saturday evening. This show featured Stephen Pearcy, The “Voice Of Ratt” and the talented Vixen on a one-off bill from the normal tour package that has Winger and John Corabi at most shows. All of these bands have played Tag’s before so they knew the type of atmosphere and crowd they would be playing to. It was mostly just a show that had nothing but hits and songs that most knew the words to.

Keifer took to the stage with a quick run through “Life was Here” from his latest album Rise which came out in 2019. From there Keifer resurrected the Cinderella song “Hot & Bothered” making it the first time he played it on a solo tour . “Heartbreak Station” which had not been played for a few tours also made a reappearance.

The cool thing about Keifer that sets him apart from other singers from his era is that actually plays solo material during his sets. Tonight was no exception as he also played “Solid Ground” one of the standouts from his first solo album The Way Life Goes as well as “The Death of Me” from Rise . While songs from his solo album won’t become household songs, he has a decent solo catalog that is deserved to be heard. The fact he also has mixed in different Cinderella songs into his set helps keep the set fresh not only for his fans but for the band as well.

Considering this was the third show in as many nights, Keifer started off a little strained vocally. By mid-set his voice seemed to get stronger as the show went on finishing on a solid note. After all Keifer has been through with his voice over the years, one can be thankful that he is still out there giving 110%. Many others may not have persevered the same way Keifer has. Let’s hope we get another album very soon followed by another tour. The past few tours show Keifer is still enjoying being able to play in front of his solid fanbase. He also plays it smart by taking along bands from the same era as Cinderella giving the fans a solid evening of entertainment. Keifer is regarded as one of the best songwriters from the era. The plethora of hits and the crowd singing along to every word is a testament to that claim.

The Voice of Ratt, Stephen Pearcy seemed to have the most fun up on stage. The smile on Pearcy’s face right from the start of “Wanted Man” told the story that the crowd was in for a great night. It was a big party and Pearcy brought the goods and the right attitude. He also brought a different looking band that previous versions of his solo band. Of course longtime guitarist Erik Ferentinos and bassist Matt Thorne were there. The band also included guitarist Johnny Monaco who previously played with Enuff Z’nuff. The big surprise of the night was seeing none other than Will Hunt on drums. Hunt has played with many artists including Evanescence, Device and Slaughter to name a few.

Pearcy delivered a gem of a set featuring all Ratt classics he did mix in a few songs he rarely plays. The lone downside was the lack of solo songs as well as nothing from Arcade the band Pearcy had some success with in the nineties. On the upside we got a rare play of “I Want A Woman” from Reach For The Sky which was added for this tour. Other highlights included “Slip of the Lip” and “Back For More”. Pearcy ended with the song that one would expect him to end with in “Round and Round”.

Opening the show was Vixen who we just saw a few months back at Del Lago. Vixen once again put on a solid show which helped set the table for a great evening of music.

Watch TOM KEIFER Perform CINDERELLA Classics In Glenside, Pennsylvania During 'Live/Loud' 2023 Tour

Fan-filmed video of CINDERELLA frontman Tom Keifer 's entire June 30 solo concert at Keswick Theatre in Glenside, Pennsylvania can be seen below.

In a recent interview with the WHMH FM Rockin' 101 radio station, Keifer , who is currently on the road with his solo band, #KEIFERBAND , was asked how the touring aspect of the music industry has changed in the 40 years since he formed the veteran rock act. He responded: "People ask me that a lot, and, of course, the music industry has changed, but from a touring standpoint, it hasn't much. We get the band on the bus and we head out and we do shows, and from that standpoint, it feels very much the same."

He continued: "I feel incredibly grateful to be able to still go out and have all the fans turn out; they sing all the songs. Touring is my favorite part of the business anyway — playing live and getting that kind of in-the-moment reaction and exchange with the crowd. So that part hasn't changed as much as other parts of the industry. And fortunately, that's always been my favorite part, so…"

Last month, #KEIFERBAND launched the "Live/Loud" 2023 tour with WINGER and John Corabi .

#KEIFERBAND — which is rounded out by Savannah Keifer , Tony Higbee , Billy Mercer , Kendra Chantelle , Jarred Pope and Kory Myers — has released two critically acclaimed solo albums so far, 2013's "The Way Life Goes" and 2019's "Rise" .

During an appearance on a recent episode of SiriusXM 's "Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk" , Tom was asked if he has commenced work on the follow-up to "Rise" . He responded: "I haven't recorded anything [new]. Some song ideas are starting to bubble.

"The pandemic kind of threw a wrench in everything, obviously," he explained. "We were in the middle of working 'Rise' ; we were on the second single, 'Hype' , and were about to go out on that 'Big Rock Summer Tour' [with RATT , SKID ROW and SLAUGHTER ]. And 'Hype' was kind of moving up the charts, and then everything got shut down. All the creative juices, all the energy during that couple of years just kind of… I know some people got creative; some people didn't. I didn't. [ Laughs ] So, it's starting to come back now. I think getting back out on the road last year kind of ignited that spark again. But, yeah, we definitely wanna do a follow-up to it.

"I would say records come in their time; I don't like to rush them," Keifer added. "But, yeah, there will for sure be a follow-up. And that antenna is starting to go up and song ideas are starting to kind of come in. Yeah, it's coming."

According to Tom , the pandemic-related break from touring came just at the right time. "I kind of needed it," he said. "We toured so much with this band leading right up to the last tour, right before the pandemic. We were actually out early that year, in 2020, 'cause the 'Rise' tour was still kind of continuing; we were still working the record. So it was 10 years straight for me — or not quite 10 years at that point. But there were three CINDERELLA tours prior to that. So I'd been on the road, like, 12 years straight. So I was crispy by the time that pandemic hit. None of us wanted that forced on us, obviously, but I guess it forced me to take a break, which I probably needed."

Although CINDERELLA hasn't released a new studio album since 1994's "Still Climbing" , the band started playing sporadic shows again in 2010 but has been largely inactive for the last few years while Keifer focused on his solo career.

In March 2022, Keifer said that he was "not prepared" for the 2021 passing of CINDERELLA guitarist Jeff LaBar . Jeff was found dead by his wife in July 2021 inside his apartment in Nashville. He was 58 years old.

TONIGHT! It’s Tom Keifer, Winger, and John Corabi! Tom’s “Coming Home” and we are ready. The show starts at 8pm, and doors are at 7pm. Grab tickets and join the party! 🤘🏻 Posted by The Keswick Theatre on  Friday, June 30, 2023

Tom Keifer Band, with Winger and John Corabi, Launch Live/Loud Tour at the Buckhead Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, Thursday, June 15, 2023

  • June 16, 2023
  • International Concert Reviews
  • by Elliott Gordon Photographer/Writer

The historic Buckhead Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday night hosted the Tom Keifer Band for the second time in just under a year. Built in 1930, this 1,800-capacity venue was originally designed in a Spanish baroque style and has a general admission floor setting with an upper, seated balcony area.

Previously performing at this venue back in July 2022 while headlining his Sonic Slam Tour with L.A. Guns and Faster Pussycat in support, Keifer kicked off this Live/Loud 2023 Tour with Winger and John Corabi now in tow. Live/Loud also commemorates the ten-year milestone anniversary of the #Keiferband.

Getting the night – and tour – started at 8:00pm was musician John Corabi. While perhaps best well-known for the period in the ’90s as the (temporary) replacement for Motley Crue singer Vince Neil , the 64-year-old Corabi is a stellar artist all on his own. I have caught him a handful of times while attending the Monsters on the Mountain festivals these past few years in Tennessee. His solo performances are always a treat, and Thursday night was no different, dazzling the crowd as just a man and his microphone for 30 minutes.

Corabi’s career perspective was woven into his short set, which included a cover of Motley Crue’s “Hooligan’s Holiday” as well as The Scream ‘s “Man in the Moon.” His personality was also on full display, at one point joking that he would be out in the audience when done and would be happy to sign whatever, except he follows two rules – “I don’t sign checks. And I don’t sign penises.” Hysterical. This tour is now officially a lead up to Corabi heading back out in August with the Dead Daisies , whom he just rejoined a few short weeks ago, so if you don’t catch him acoustically on this run, you will get another shot to enjoy him live later this year.

Following a quick turn, Winger took to the stage at 8:45pm and opened with “Stick the Knife in and Twist,” a brand new track. It is worth mentioning that 2023 has already been a busy year for Winger. Not only is the band out on the road supporting its latest (and amazing) studio release, Seven (May 2023), but 2023 marks their 35th anniversary. Prior to picking up this Live/Loud Tour, Winger also just got off a European run of dates in support of Steel Panther .

I last caught Winger a bit over a year ago when they were on tour supporting Skid Row on the Live to Rock Tour. However, founding member Reb Beach was out on the road with Whitesnake at that time and was substituted with guitarist Jake Faun . As mentioned in that concert review , jokingly I should probably recuse myself from reviewing their set Thursday night – Winger is one of my favorite bands, and in fact, their self-titled debut was the very first CD I ever purchased (back when they came in those long cardboard boxes).

That all aside, if you are a long time Winger fan like me, you will enjoy their setlist on this tour, but might be slightly disappointed to learn that they only performed short of an hour. Kip energetically lead the band through nearly a dozen songs (some of them abbreviated, however), and showcased another of their newest tunes mid-set, “Proud Desperado,” from Seven . Fan favorites “Hungry” and “Time to Surrender” didn’t make the cut Thursday night, but it was great hearing “Pull Me Under” from Karma live.

Beach performed like the consummate guitar maestro (hero?) that you’d expect (especially during his solo), and the rest of the band of brothers in Rod Morgenstein (drums), Paul Taylor (keyboards/guitar), and Howie Simon (subbing in on guitar for John Roth who is currently out with Starship , I believe) were as musically tight as ever. Winger never disappoints, and the title of this tour rang true – they were loud.

As the clock clicked past 10:15pm, the audience energy hit a fevered pitch as Tom Keifer and the band took to the venue stage. Similar to the start of his set back on the Sonic Slam Tour, Keifer and his bandmates huddled in front of the drum riser before starting their night off with “Life Was Here” from the 2019 album Rise .

To be transparent, I am also a huge Cinderella fan. In fact, prior to the Sonic Slam Tour, I found my faded April 28, 1989 ticket stub ($17.50!) from the Long Cold Winter headlining tour with Winger and the Bullet Boys as the opening acts. Where has the time gone?

With a setlist pulled from Keifer’s three-decade-plus catalog, crossing Night Songs (1986) through Rise (2019), the band guided the capacity crowd through a musical journey that for many likely had ’80s memories surfaced of cruising neighborhood streets with high school friends, or just hanging out at mall arcade on a Friday night. Iconic songs like “Coming Home” and “The Last Mile” were on heavy radio rotation back then and are certainly part of the soundtrack to my youth, and to those singing along aside me Thursday night.

Keifer’s voice sounded as strong as ever, and while the 90-minute setlist was similar to the Sonic Slam tour, the crowd definitely welcomed the additions of  Cinderella’s “Hot and Bothered” and “Heartbreak Station” to the performance. In fact, Keifer even joked that he has been harassed constantly on social media recently to include “Heartbreak Station,” so the fans won out, apparently.

After completing their main set with “Shelter Me” from the 1991 Heartbreak Station album, the band rolled out the piano to kick off the encore set, with Keifer and his wife Savannah leading the audience through the start of “Don’t Know What You Got (Till It’s Gone).” Following a cover rendition of “Help” by The Beatles, Keifer wrapped up the stellar night of hits shortly before midnight with a lively performance of the ever-popular “Gypsy Road” from Cinderella’s Long Cold Winter (1988) album.
