Jo has been in the Travel Industry for 37 years, working locally for retail agents and also for a Tour Operator. Jo lives nearby with her husband and three daughters, and will be found in the office with her two working Black Labradors, Dougie and Stewart.

Dream water world side

Dream water world side I went dream water world hotel in side Antalya turkey. First class service from the staff. Very nice adventurous water rollercoaster. And the managers are always gives a lot of attention to your issues or question, specially the night manager. I had my best all inclusive hotel experience here.

RETURN TRIP TO ACCRA GHANA

I booked my holiday to Ghana with john at Dream World travel on March 2022 .The experience was very professional and on time. It was a very smooth process with no problems whatsoever. My flight in August 2022 had no problems . I will be visiting ghana in 2023 and i will definitley be using the services of Dream world again. Thankyou for be excellent Dream world.

It was actually alright!

Well at first I thought it was a scam because we bought the ticket and 1 week after never got the e ticket. After our flight got cancelled and we had to buy a new one this time e ticket came in 2-3 days don’t remember exactly. It was good and I am on travel now! Goodluck guys on travel :)

Wouldn't recommend

I was regretting paying for the ticket through DWT. Took me 4 days to get my eticket, luckily I was given my eticket. Should of been Instant eticket on the day, not waiting for a few days then receiving it. But I wasn't convinced after reading so many bad reviews. so I decided to contact the airline direct, they were more helpful then the agency were. Airline confirmed my ticket and also gave me a ticket and receipt from their airline company. I have tried to contact DWT on the phone lines, WhatsApp doesn't work, so hard to connect. Or sometimes they won't answer. Only interested if your buying a ticket. Then you'll hear nothing. I had response from DWT on email lately but so hard to contact them. Gave me a ball ache trying to get the ticket and contact. I'm going to buy a ticket direct from the airline instead next time even if it cost £50-£150 more. Atleast that way I know I haven't been scammed and my money hasn't gone missing. I'm giving 2* rating cause I did get my eticket from dwt but never again. The hassle and stress caused. I wouldnt recommend in my opinion. They need to be honest with there customers not fobbed them off.

Beware people , I think they have come back with a different name, same T&C as DWT. Look for "ttripmakrs" and "TravlNsave". They appeared recently at JetCost: E TICKETS We will endeavor to send out travel documents 14 days prior to departure .If you have not received your tickets 3 days prior to departure, please contact us immediately.

We had booked the ticket via Dream World Travel

We had booked the ticket via some travel comparison website. Found out our ticket was not confimed until we started doing we check in. Called air India they said booking under you name has been cancelled. After panic search found out this company doesn't exists anymore! We've have ATOL certificate so we can claim back our ticket amount. Hopefully. Not sure if this company was fraud or went bust.

The lowest of the low

The lowest of the low, they should be used car salesmen, the flight booking part of their business went insolvent in July, they just didn’t bother to inform their customers. We were due to fly to Bali tomorrow but during the online check-in we realise we no longer have a booking. Now we will have a fight to get our money back. Don’t use this company for anything, we will never use them again, they are an utter disgrace!

Please Stop wasting your time!!

It is very worrying to see people still expecting to hear from Dream World Travel or considering taking legal action which would be pointless. The company ceased to trade in July, so writing letters, emails or attempting to call are all a waste of your time. Please follow the advice in my review at the top of the page, either claim from your card issuer or claim through the CAA.

Been waiting for 8 months for my £750…

Been waiting for 8 months for my £750 refund after cancelling a Christmas eve flight 2 hours before check in. They don’t answer the phone but over email keep promising the refund will hit my account on specified dates, but it never does. From the looks of the other reviews it seems this exact experience has happened to a lot of people. Perhaps a class action would work?

Dream World travel is a true travel agent in London but as all travel agents. Went into financial difficulties Any one can actually view their financial report on HMRV and learn more Now they went under.. yes they should not operate.. people should really look at reviews before purchasing from none trusted names . If you have purchased tickets from the and paid ATOL Then you will get your money back even if flights only ! All what you’d have to do is go the civil aviation authority and submit a claim ones all investigation about them completed.

A more appropriate name would be…

A more appropriate name would be Nightmare Travel. We have given them one star as we needed to to leave a review. We have had the worst possible customer service imaginable after our flights were cancelled in December 2021. Finally after countless emails and phone calls we contacted our credit card company who have arranged a refund for us seven months later. We believe they would not have refunded the money without us taking this step. Steer clear of Dreamworld Travel!

Glad these cowboys have ceased trading! Bunch of anchors really screwed me and my partner over and have had to book more expensive flights so we can still go on holiday. What's infuriating is the fact there has been no contact from anyone to say they had stopped treading. At least then we wouldn't have had as much stress rebooking something! Scamers company... CEASED NOW... PLEASE HELP ME

This company is totally full of scamers idk how they running business in the UK even who is allow them to open a scam company in uk. They scammed me £1355 and now they are not responding when i checked there website now showing there company has been ceased. I'm really depressed now mentally and financially. I don't know even how to make a claim because they haven't issued ma ATOL certificate and i paid by master card.
