Booked a cruise

Long queues to see Hays Rep, waited over an hour. When we did see a member of staff she was very helpful, didn’t seem to know about offer Celebrity had on, had to highlight it to her Otherwise no issues

Joan welcomed us at the door as first…

Joan welcomed us at the door as first customers of the day and asked us to sit beside her desk and explained that a new member of staff would just listen to our needs. We explained to her that we wanted midweek flights to Malaga and as we had studied their brochure for 2 weeks, we were looking for her thoughts on our choice of hotel etc. She gave us a very concise layout of our hotel and the extras etc. We explained that we had been on a holiday in that area before, but needed her to just update us and she spent about an hour running over all the various things like times of flights, bus transport to hotel etc. We were very pleased with her good knowledge of the whole area and we both had no hesitation on placing a booking for this trip that would be in about 11 weeks time. Two happy customers.
