Plus very special guest Olly Murs.

One of the UK’s most successful bands, Take That, have announced their return with a huge stadium and arena live tour for 2024 alongside news of their ninth studio album This Life, set for release 24th November. To celebrate the news further, Take That have also unleashed their brand-new single Windows which is out NOW!

This Life On Tourwill see the trio-Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald –play 29 dates across 15 cities around the UK and Ireland. They will be joined on the tour by very special guest, Olly Murs.

Take That are renowned for their huge productions and incredible live shows, and currently hold the record for the most performances at London’s The O2 with 34 headline shows. 2011’s Progress tour broke box office records by selling over 1 million tickets in less than 24 hours, becoming the biggest tour in the UK and earning them a place on Billboard’s annual ‘Top 25 Tours’ list, placing third worldwide. In 2019, the band celebrated their 30th anniversary with the 38 date sell-out Odyssey tour which saw them play to 29 arenas and 9 stadiums, selling over 650,000 tickets.

Take That’s brand new single, Windows, out today-sees them reunite for their first original composition in over five years. Windows, is a beautiful track which tells the story of emerging from the darkness into the light. As a familiar falsetto rings out across the opening notes of Windows, it signals a new era for one of Britain’s best selling bands, Take That; an era brimming with energy, creativity and a continued desire to challenge and surprise.

The musicality of Windows hints at what listeners can expect from This Life, the band’s ninth studio album and their first since 2017’s Wonderland. Beautiful melodies, soaring choruses, sophisticated harmonies beautifully blending the trio’s voices permeate the new album, due for release on 24th November.

Take That have announced their return with a huge stadium and arena live tour, including three dates at Glasgow's Ovo Hydro, as well as a ninth album.

Take That fans are set to be delighted at the return of the iconic 90s boyband as they announce a huge stadium and arena live tour for 2024 as well as their ninth studio album.

The band are hitting the road next year to play 29 dates across 15 cities, which include three gigs at Glasgow's Ovo Hydro.

And in even more exciting news, the group also release their first single in five years today, Friday, in the shape of brand new song Windows.

This Life On Tour will see the trio - Gary Barlow , Mark Owen and Howard Donald - joined on tour by Olly Murs .

Those who pre-order new album This Life from the official store here before 10:00 on September 26 will receive a special code to access pre-sale tickets from Wednesday, September 27 at 9.30am.

Tickets will go on general Friday, September 29 at 9.30am from here .

New song Windows tells the story of emerging from the darkness into the light. As a familiar falsetto rings out across the opening notes, it signals a new era for one of Britain’s best selling bands.

The musicality of Windows hints at what listeners can expect from This Life, the band’s ninth studio album and their first since 2017’s Wonderland. Beautiful melodies, soaring choruses, sophisticated harmonies beautifully blending the trio’s voices permeate the new album, due for release on November 24.

Throughout the writing and recording process, the band honed this new sound in some of music’s most hallowed halls, including New York’s Electric Lady Studios and Nashville’s Historic RCA Studio A which between them have hosted David Bowie, Dolly Parton, The Beach Boys, Adele, Taylor Swift, Maggie Rogers and more.

About Take That in Glasgow Tickets 2024

It’s hard to comprehend just how massive Take That were during the most successful phase of their career. As an illustration of their 1990s heyday, it’s worth remembering that between 1993 and 1996, the band secured eight UK number-one singles, with iconic classics like Babe, Sure, Back for Good and Never Forget being anthems for a generation.

When the band returned after a decade-long lay-off, they once again hit the top spot in the UK with their comeback single Patience and another number-one album, Beautiful World, proving that even without Robbie Williams , the band could do no wrong.

Now the original five-piece is down to three members, with Gary Barlow , Howard Donald, and Mark Owen set for another lengthy tour to support their ninth studio album, which was, unsurprisingly, another massive success.

The band’s massive fanbase eagerly anticipated their latest tour, their first in five years, and as a result, many missed out on buying tickets when they were first released at the box office and will be frantically looking to get hold of them.

Take That (formed in 1990) is the most successful English boy band in UK chart history, specialising in their own style of pop balladry, the band hails from Manchester, England.

Band manager Nigel Martin-Smith in 1989 had a vision to create a youthful and highly appealing male singing group based on New Kids on the Block. Introduced to young singer Gary Barlow, Martin-Smith decided to design the group around Barlow’s talents, subsequently inviting Howard Donald, Jason Orange, Mark Owen and 16-year-old Robbie Williams. Originally performing under the moniker Kick It, Take That’s breakthrough came with a cover of the Tavares hit “It Only Takes a Minute”, followed by “I Found Heaven” and “A Million Love Songs”. Take That later released the album “Take That & Party” in 1992 which featured all of the hit singles theretofore released.

In 1993 the band released their second full-length album “Everything Changes” garnering generous amounts of popular appeal. The album peaked at No.1 and spawned six singles including “Pray”, “Relight My Fire” and “Babe”. Nominated for the Mercury prize the band saw some international esteem however wasn’t enough to break into the U.S. market.

On the wake of Take That’s third studio album “Nobody Else”, Robbie Williams came under some criticism from other band members for his drug use and was offered an ultimatum: sort himself out or hit the road. Williams chose the latter and Take That embarked on their first worldwide tour and released the album “Nobody Else” in America with Williams removed.

Sensing an opportunity to continue his solo careers in the shadow of artists like Elton John an George Michael, Gary Barlow and the group disbanded in 1996. Barlow’s debut solo single reached the No. 2 spot in the UK chart and Mark Owen began working on a solo album influenced by Paul Weller and Radiohead. In 1997 Robbie issued his solo album “Life Thru a Lens” which topped the charts as did his sophomore release “I’ve Been Expecting You” a year later.

In 2005 a new compilation of Take That hits “Never Forget - The Ultimate Collection” arrived which led to an ITV documentary where the band discussed things past. In late 2005 the post-Williams line-up announced they would tour around the UK in 2006 and released the album “Beautiful World”. The album shot straight to the No. 1 spot, sold over 2.8 million copies and is the UK’s 25th best selling album in chart history. The album was led by the single “Patience” which hit the No. 1 spot, the group’s ninth single to do so.

In 2008 Take That released their new single “Greatest Day” ahead of their fifth studio album “The Circus”. Like its predecessors the album broke many records and earned many awards, afterwards the band embarked on their Take That Present - The Circus Tour Live”.

Robbie Williams returned in 2010 with the single written by both Barlow and Williams entitled “Shame”. Subsequently the band released the single “The Flood” ahead of the group’s 2010 album “Progress”. In 2014 the group released the album “III” led by the No. 1 single “These Days".

Live reviews

Take That was A M A Z I N G! We had seats in Block 420, Row C, and had the BEST view we've ever had at the O2! The support band, All Saints, were quite good and a great introduction to how the stage in the middle worked and what our view would be like for the main act. We found by watching them that Take That wouldn't be little ants like we thought they would, we could in fact see them clearly. I cannot fault the start of the main act as it was just so good. The visuals were superb, and my mind was blown as I watched. As someone who is a die hard Take That fan and loves all of the new songs as well as the old, I stood up for nearly every song and got goosebumps all the time. The visuals again, throughout, were especailly good in the songs Giants, relight my fire and shine. Take That also did a medley of old or obscure songs in the middle, which was amazing for me, even though I was the only one standing up in Block 420! Their new dance song called 'Cry' really got the crowd hyped, as it was amazing to witness. Never forget and rule the world were beautiful, with phone flashlights illuminating the whole arena.

I also cannot fault the secruity, as it was like being in an airport and I felt very safe. However, we had to go to level 1 to get chips as there is not much vareity on level 4 and we do not like going to a big resturant on the ground floor before a concert.

My favourite songs live were: Cry, Shine, wonderland, it's all for you and rule the world.

Back in 2011 Take That played a stint of gigs at London’s Wembley Stadium. They were certainly impressive shows. Since their 2005 comeback the English pop group (it no longer seems fitting to describe them as a boy band) have been famed for the dramatic scale of their arena performances.

Take That drew upon their by-now vast repertoire of work. They had released no less than three studio albums since their much-anticipated comeback n 2005. Of course, the latest album and tour had been particularly exciting because it marked the belated return of Robbie Williams. The largely female crowd was an excitable screaming mass throughout the evening, letting out deafening yells, whoops and screams as the Take That four-piece opened with ‘Rule the World.’ Five songs later, Robbie Williams took to the stage to perform five of his own solo tracks. And then it was time for what we were all waiting for. THE ORIGINAL TAKE THAT LINE-UP PERFORMING TOGETHER. They began with ‘The Flood,’ the leading single of their 2010 album, ‘Progress’. Soon the reunited five-piece were transporting us back to the nineties with a fine rendition of ‘Want You Back’. Take That delivered an impressive spectacle of a performance. And with an encore featuring ‘Relight My Fire’ it would have been difficult to please their audience any more!

A nation went into mourning when boyband Take That announced their breakup in the mid 90s. However they delighted the devoted fanbase announcing a reunion in 2006 as they reappeared as a more mature, grown up band with a new approach to pop music. The tours have also changed with age, there and no more cheesy dance routines of the 90s videos and instead they have been replaced with more considered, sophisticated production values.

The fully reformed lineup took to Wembley stadium to delight fans with a barrage of dancers, lights, video interludes and an infamous illuminating elephant. With so much to focus on, you could review a Take That show without having to mention the incredible track list which includes mega-hits such as 'Relight My Fire' 'Never Forget' and 'Could It Be Magic'. The original reformed four piece also perform modern hit singles including 'Rule the World' and 'Patience' before Robbie arrives to play a number of his solo tracks including 'Rock DJ'. This show really is a masterclass in pop majesty.

What an absolutely wonderful time we had at Take That's Thursday night concert at Take That Arena.

Rick Astley was brilliant a trip right back to the 80s. I'd quite forgotten how many hits there were. Then bang up to date with some of his contemporary work. Great voice great music!!!

Then the boys landed!!!

The set and special effects were incredible. The lads worked so hard for over 2 hours and treated us to a catalogue of hits and routines from their previous tours. Even the outfits were authentic.

It was so fantastic to see such a show and be able to sing along to of the music.

Very hoarse today !

And a final surprise guest Lulu.

The little pocket rocket with the huge voice. Hasn't lost any of it!!

If you get the chance to see the tour my advise just do it.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in style xxxxxx

I am a heavy metal fan who goes along with his wife to Take That concerts. Joy!

To be honest, Joy is the correct word to use. Take That always put on an excellent show and even thought it is so different from let’s say the upcoming Rammstein concert at the same venue I am so looking forward too in July, these guys show is exciting and so well presented that I found myself bopping like a 16 year old kid out on the kip for his first conquest. Loved it. I would say that of the 5 TT tours I have been to, this one rates second after the Circus show at Wembley all those years ago.

Well done lads. Loved it!

Yet again, a fantastic show. Take That never fail to entertain. They sounded fabulous, the stage was a masterpiece and Lulu was amazing! Rick Astley was the perfect set-up for the boys, getting everyone dancing and singing. The crowd were all in good spirits with everyone being friendly and polite to each other. It was an amazing tribute to the past 30 years with a real mixture of old and new songs. The guys may be 30 years older now but they ooze energy! Certainly my favourite gig since The Circus tour in 2009!!

The concert was stunning and amazing *-*

It was huge, even it was only the 'little' show of them.

Me and my friend both got a plec from Kevin, the best tour manager ever! And we never thought that Howard, Mark and Gary would look at us that much! All three of them looked at us several times and grinned when we grinned or laughed or winked or what ever. We botj saw that they have really much fun with that what they do! :)

This concert was just awesome! <3

Thank you for the great night! <3

Fabulous show!!. A million costume changes, loads of stage props and pyrotechnics fireworks ldancing girls and flames. All the hits were covered and appeared I went. Rick Astley is still as fab as he ever was though he did say" I'm 53 and knackered" lol. Surprise guest was Lulu . "Rule the world" a little tear ran down my face. All had our torches on and my dad's dear face on my phone was lit up like he was there. The stars are coming out tonight...for you Dad. He'd have loved it ❤

We found the cheapest tickets for Nicki Minaj ‘Pink Friday 2’ concerts

  • View Author Archive
  • Get author RSS feed

Thanks for contacting us. We've received your submission.

Nicki Minaj touches her hair while performing in concert.

This spring, every day is Pink Friday.

From March through May, Nicki Minaj’s ‘Pink Friday 2 Tour’ is hitting arenas all over North America with special guest Monica and painting the town(s) pink in the process.

That includes major stops at Newark’s Prudential Center on Thursday, March 28, New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Saturday, March 30 and a pair of gigs at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Thursday, April 4 and Wednesday, May 1 .

Given the spectacle surrounding the tour — which includes elaborate pink sets, in-show costume changes, 30+ songs (!), and, yes, a bit of twerking as seen on Minaj’s Instagram — some tickets are surprisingly cheap.

At the time of publication, we found seats going for as low as $48 before fees on Vivid Seats.

Other concerts have tickets starting anywhere from $53 to $241 before fees.

Curious how much it will cost to hear “Super Freaky Girl,” “Anaconda,” that famous verse from “Monster” as well as all the hits from the new record and more live in your city?

You’re in the right place, future Gag City residents.

We’ve got all the information you’re looking for and more about Nicki Minaj’s 2024 ‘Pink Friday 2 Tour’ below.

All prices listed above are subject to fluctuation.

Nicki Minaj 2024 tour schedule

A complete calendar including all North American tour dates, venues and links to buy ‘Pink Friday 2 Tour’ tickets can be found here:

(Note: The New York Post confirmed all above prices at the publication time. All prices are in US dollars, subject to fluctuation and include additional fees at checkout .)

Vivid Seats is a verified secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They offer a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and your tickets will be delivered prior to the event.

Rolling Loud 2024

From March 15-17, you can find Minaj headlining the  Rolling Loud Festival  at The Lot at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, CA.

Other major acts on the bill include  Post Malone ,  Lil Uzi Vert , Future ,  Sexyy Red , and  Bryson Tiller .

In total, over 100 icons will take the stage over the three-day weekend.

Nicki Minaj new music

On Friday, Dec. 8, Minaj dropped her fifth studio album  “Pink Friday 2.”

Minaj’s sequel to her 2010 debut finds the explicit rap icon delivering her trademark clever rhymes with ease along with big-name features on the record including Lil Wayne , J. Cole ,  Drake , Lil Uzi Vert , Future , and more.

Critics are going gaga for the 22-track album, too.

“The biggest, brashest queen of rap shows she still has the throne,” gushed  The Standard .

For our money, we suggest checking out her atmospheric, clubby “Needle,” the chill “Last Time I Saw You” and “Everybody” which cleverly speeds up a sample of Junior Senior’s banger “Move Your Feet.”

Our favorites have to be the soon-to-be anthem “Pink Friday Girls” which lifts from Cyndi Lauper’s iconic “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” and the blissed-out album finale “Just The Memories.”

Want to hear for yourself?

You can listen to “Pink Friday 2” in its entirety  here .

If it’s been ages since you’ve heard “The Boy Is Mine,” “So Gone,” “Angel Of Mine” or any of Monica’s major hits from way back when, you can check out her extensive discography here .

For a closer look at what she’s been up to, we recommend spinning the R&B icon’s 2023 single “Letters.”

Rappers on tour in 2024

•  21 Savage

•  Freddie Gibbs

Music + concerts, music + concerts | madonna kicks off five-night celebration tour run in inglewood. yes, she was on time., the music icon's latest outing is a stunning affair that covers four decades of hits and controversy with ferocious flair..

take that tour dates glasgow

After what she describes as a “near-death experience” last summer, global music legend Madonna was finally able to launch her career-spanning Celebration Tour in October of last year .

The 65-year-old singer, songwriter and actress postponed the jaunt by a few months following a serious bacterial infection that she told the crowd during her first of five nights at Kia Forum in Inglewood on Monday, March 4 had left her in a medically-induced coma for 48 hours.

“My children are the reason I kept going, honestly,” she said. “I owe them a big thank you.”

Though some fans have been blasting Madonna for being “fashionably late” to her own shows on this outing — with a few even getting together to sue her and promoter Live Nation for her tardiness — she was on stage by 9:40 p.m. Monday night with a brood of incredible dancers that kicked things off with “Nothing Really Matters,” “Everybody” and “Into the Groove.” The Celebration Tour continues at Kia Forum on March 5, 7, 9 and 11 before heading to Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert on March 13.

Madonna (pictured performing on The Celebration Tour at Barclays Center...

“I’m about to tell you the story of my life,” she told the crowd before strapping on an electric guitar to play one of the first songs she ever learned on the instrument, “Burning Up.” You’ll have to actually go see the show to hear the story behind just how she learned to play guitar because I can’t repeat it here and, well, it’s better when Madonna tells it, or acts it out.

This tour truly is a jaw-dropping spectacle that has so many moving parts and memorable moments jam-packed into a two-and-a-half-hour program. Technically, she played 26 songs, but there were so many musical Easter eggs hidden throughout the show that were revealed within the multiple acts as remixes or snippets of other Madonna songs or covers. And her dancers are an eclectic group of humans that deliver unbelievably entertaining performances. They engage with the audience and compliment the Queen of Pop as she transitions from era to era via a myriad of elaborate costumes and they indulge both the boundary-pushing sexual content and bold activism that she’s unapologetically shared with the masses for decades.

It’s a family affair, too. Madonna’s son David Banda joined her on guitar for “Mother and Father” and daughter Mercy James played piano during “Bad Girl.” For “Vogue,” Madonna brings out a special guest each evening to help judge her dancers as they catwalk down the stage, showing off their best moves. Monday night’s guest was actor and TV show host Eric André , who bared his buns for a quick spanking with a riding crop before judging the eager contestants who were being hyped up by the evening’s emcee, Bob the Drag Queen.

The production and lighting for this tour is insane. The stage itself is massive and includes several pit areas for fans and a trio of catwalks for Madonna and her dancers to play. The main stage area houses a huge light ring and a ginormous disco ball, which got plenty of use during the evening. There was a spinning carousel-like chapel on stage for “Like a Prayer,” a huge video cube that Madonna laid upon for “Bedtime Story” and bright beams of light were used to make three boxing rings on the stage, where dancers were mock-fighting with glittery gloves during “Erotica” into “Justify My Love.” She also gives the fans in the higher sections a better view of herself as she steps into an illuminated frame that lifts her into the air and moves her out and across the arena.

Throughout the evening Madonna’s commentary was quirky and funny, but she made sure to sincerely thank the audience for continuing to show up and support her. Through the music and her words she shared what was important to her by paying tribute to artists such as Prince and Michael Jackson. Also causes that she’s passionate about, including LGBTQ+ rights and she paid homage to AIDS victims during the emotional “Live to Tell.”

Madonna herself was nonstop throughout the evening, dancing, singing and playfully joking around with her dancers and the crowd. “Hung Up” and “Ray of Light” became massive dance parties and “Express Yourself” and “Crazy For You” were just a wave of nostalgia.

As the show moved from decade to decade, Madonna brought out a person clad in fashion appropriate for that particular era, that was representative of herself. They became a symbol throughout the evening of this artist, this person, who shared both triumphs and heartbreak through song and dance.

During a video montage that rapidly went through the various media controversies surrounding Madonna throughout the years, it ended with Madonna expressing “the most controversial thing I’ve ever done is to stick around.”

Reik is comprised of lead singer Jesús Navarro, acoustic guitarist Julio Ramírez, and electric guitarist Bibi Marín. Throughout the 2000s, they scored multiple romantic pop hits, including “Yo Quisiera” and “Noviembre Sin Ti.” The latter song often becomes a musical meme in November. By being open to blending their Latin pop sound with reggaeton influences, Reik continued to thrive into the last decade with smashes like “Me Niego” with Ozuna and Wisin and “Amigos Con Derechos” featuring Maluma.

Reik’s last album,  Des/Amor , was released in 2016. Since then, the guys have continued to release singles, including “El Correcto” with Mexican singer  Carín León , “5 Estrellas” with Sech, and “Gracias Por Nada.” Reik recently  bonded  with Belanova backstage at the 2024 Besame Mucho music festival.

“We’re excited to announce our second tour with Reik,” Nelson Albareda, CEO of Loud And Live, shared in a statement. “It is a privilege to work with them again and introduce their music to a wider audience. Get ready for an experience filled with energy and joy!”

Pre-sale tickets for Reik’s Panorama Tour will be available on Wednesday, March 6, at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets to the general public will go on sale on Friday, March 8, at 10 a.m. The tour will be co-produced by Loud And Live Entertainment.
