Unwilling to continue as a solo artist after two low-profile albums recorded in the wake of the Beatles’ split, Paul McCartney put together a new group, based around the core trio of McCartney, his wife Linda, and ex-Moody Blues guitarist Denny Laine.

The newly christened Wings came together in 1971 to record McCartney’s third solo album (which instead became the first Wings album, Wild Life). The band then spent much of 1972 playing small gigs around U.K. and Europe.

Wings hit its commercial stride in 1973 with Red Rose Speedway, a U.S. number one hit, followed by its most enduring effort, Band on the Run.

The album yielded two transatlantic Top Ten singles (“Jet” and the title track). After the staggering success of the single “Mull of Kintyre” in 1977, McCartney called time on Wings and resumed his solo career shortly afterwards.

BTS’s Rap Monster Rants About WINGS Tour Poster: “How Can They Put (Me) In The poster In That Size With That Pose?”

He is not happy..

BTS leader Rap Monster cutely complained about the group’s concert poster for ‘2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III’ in Seoul in his recent V Live broadcast.

“I really love Big Hit and I barely object to anything the company does as a leader,” he began. “However, ladies and gentlemen, I think the poster this time is wrong.”

The rapper and leader of BTS complained of being put in the corner. According to him, he jumped five times to get his photo properly taken. There were better photos to choose from, he added.

“I went through all that hassle, but how could they use that photo?” he ranted.

Rap Monster also questioned his lonely flight and inconspicuousness in the poster, pointing out that only  Jungkook  and  Suga  are properly seen.

“Aren’t I part of BTS? If someone sees it, they won’t be able to tell that I’m in the concert,” he complained.

He further expressed his disappointment towards his agency, questioning how the management can do that to him.

“I worked very hard for the last seven years. How can they put in the poster in that size with that pose?” the BTS leader said.

Rap Monster also shared that he was looking forward to the WINGS tour, and apologized to fans for being upset because of the concert poster.

The concert poster in question was posted by Big Hit Entertainment on December 13 in the group’s official Twitter account.

‘2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III’ in Seoul will be held on February 18 and 19 at Gocheok Skydome.

The group has reportedly sold out its tickets for the Newark leg of the tour in four minutes.

Opened in 1935, Moscow’s underground system, now 190 miles (305 km) long with 185 stations, is today one the largest and most heavily used rapid transit systems in the world. On this Moscow metro tour, discover the impressive architecture of Moscow’s underground stations and learn how they reflect the Soviet era.

Getting around by metro, your local guide will take you through parts of Moscow’s infamous history. Stop at stations built during the time of the USSR (Soviet Union) that are praised as one of the most extravagant architectural projects from Stalin’s time. After World War 2, he was keen on establishing Stalinist architecture to represent his rising regime and a recognized empire. Learn how when his successor started the de-Stalinization of the former Soviet Union in 1953, the extravagancy of the architecture was toned down.

While stations like Kievskaya and Slavyansky Bulvar have pompous halls and high stucco ceilings brimming with extravagant decorations, those built later, like Volzhskaya, are lightly adorned with sparse furnishings. We have a wide range of tours designed to give you an insight into the destination you're travelling in and there is something for everybody. The culture shock ratings considers the destination visited, transport used, activities undertaken and that "Wow, I'm really not at home now!" factor. While generalisations are always tricky, a summary of our gradings is as follows…

This is the least confronting of our tour range. Transport used on the trip is either private or a very comfortable public option, the activities included are usually iconic sites and locations that are not all too confronting.

The tour can include a mix of private and public transport providing a level of comfort that is slightly below what you would experience at home. Sites visited are usually iconic sites, tours can also include market visits, visits to communities etc that provide the traveller with a fantastic insight into destination.

Expect to rough it for parts of this tour, whether it's a packed public bus where you are forced to stand, a visit to a local market, a local community, you are sure to have an experience that is very different from what you're used to at home.

The comforts of your home town and the environment you are used to are more of a rarity. Expect some challenging transport options, visits to local sites and areas that don't resemble anything at home.

You're out there in the global community! You are likely to be exposed to the elements, travel in whatever means of transport is available and basically take it as it comes, whatever comes! It can be tough.

These tours involve a bit of physical activity from walking up and down hills in the destination you're travelling in or the surrounding areas. Climbing on and off local transport or riding a bike up to 30 kms along predominantly flat terrain or jumping in a kayak for a gentle paddle on flat water.

These Tours will provide you with some solid physical activity. Whether its bike riding, walking, trekking, kayaking or riding on public transport you will need to have a good level of fitness to enjoy this tour.

Be prepared for some serious physical activity. These tours are our most challenging and involve some serious walking, hiking or bike riding. Can involve step climbs by foot or pedal and some challenging public transport options in the destination you are travelling.

Rosatom Starts Production of Rare-Earth Magnets for Wind Power Generation

TVEL Fuel Company of Rosatom has started gradual localization of rare-earth magnets manufacturing for wind power plants generators. The first sets of magnets have been manufactured and shipped to the customer.

In total, the contract between Elemash Magnit LLC (an enterprise of TVEL Fuel Company of Rosatom in Elektrostal, Moscow region) and Red Wind B.V. (a joint venture of NovaWind JSC and the Dutch company Lagerwey) foresees manufacturing and supply over 200 sets of magnets. One set is designed to produce one power generator.

“The project includes gradual localization of magnets manufacturing in Russia, decreasing dependence on imports. We consider production of magnets as a promising sector for TVEL’s metallurgical business development. In this regard, our company does have the relevant research and technological expertise for creation of Russia’s first large-scale full cycle production of permanent rare-earth magnets,” commented Natalia Nikipelova, President of TVEL JSC.

“NovaWind, as the nuclear industry integrator for wind power projects, not only made-up an efficient supply chain, but also contributed to the development of inter-divisional cooperation and new expertise of Rosatom enterprises. TVEL has mastered a unique technology for the production of magnets for wind turbine generators. These technologies will be undoubtedly in demand in other areas as well,” noted Alexander Korchagin, Director General of NovaWind JSC.

TVEL Fuel Company of Rosatom incorporates enterprises for the fabrication of nuclear fuel, conversion and enrichment of uranium, production of gas centrifuges, as well as research and design organizations. It is the only supplier of nuclear fuel for Russian nuclear power plants. TVEL Fuel Company of Rosatom provides nuclear fuel for 73 power reactors in 13 countries worldwide, research reactors in eight countries, as well as transport reactors of the Russian nuclear fleet. NovaWind JSC is a division of Rosatom; its primary objective is to consolidate the State Corporation's efforts in advanced segments and technological platforms of the electric power sector. industry. The production facilities of Elemash Magnit LLC are located in the city of Elektrostal, Moscow Region, at the site of Elemash Machine-Building Plant (a nuclear fuel fabrication facility of TVEL Fuel Company).
