When I called to book a resort, they said, I booked 10 years ago, and I was difficult over a credit and misrepresented myself as a travel agency. First of all, I’m not a travel agency, so they obviously mixed me up with somebody without giving me an opportunity to defend myself. A bunch of little kids are running the place. It is a joke, plus I looked it up. You can save a lot of money by going to a different place and booking. They don’t offer much more. Insults!

Lisa, we've confirmed that your contact information matches that which was provided in 2014 when you traveled with us previously. I'm afraid Vacations To Go can no longer act as your travel agency. Please know this is never a decision we take lightly, and we regret that we were not a good fit for planning travel together. We wish you all the best and appreciate your understanding.

During Cyber Monday of last year (2023) I purchased a FastDeal cruise from Vacations To Go (V2G) for a cruise taking place in May 2024. This week I was looking at my booking on the Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) website and realized that I could not find all of the offer incentives that were included with the package that I purchased. I contacted NCL support and was told that I would have to speak with V2G about the discrepancy. I contacted the V2G agent that I worked with during the initial booking and asked if he could help me find the options in the package that I had purchased.

The booking that I purchased included the following offers: 1. $50 onboard credit per cabin 2. Unlimited open bar 3. 1 meal at a specialty dining restaurant 4. Free Wifi 5. $50 shore excursion credit per cabin. When I asked the V2G agent to show me where to find these within my reservation he stated that my booking did not include the "Free At Sea" offer and that he had booked my reservation under NCL's "EasyFare" offer which does not include all of the options that I thought to have purchased. He then proceed to tell me that I could pay more to add the "Free At Sea" offer. When I purchased the cruise, the agent and I had extended dialog about how great of a deal it was because it included the unlimited open bar. In fact, he never mentioned anything about a "Free At Sea or EasyFare" package. When challenging him on this, he reiterated that he could certainly add the option and that I would need to pay for it.

I asked to escalate the matter and he told me that there was no escalation path. He stated that they record all of their calls to ensure accuracy so I asked for a copy of the recording, he refused to provide the recording citing that that it was for internal use only. To this point the agent has refused to acknowledge or correct his error. The phone recording of our conversation would reveal that I was led to believe the offers were in fact included and there is no mention of either the "Free At Sea or EasyFare" offers. If this cannot be resolved, this will be both my first and last V2G purchase.

We won a vacation with this company by listening to a marketing pitch. They strung us along for months. Two fees. We are out about 150. It takes so long before you realize you're scammed, you can't even get the money back from your credit card company. Don't do business with them.

We don't have booking or membership fees and none of our customers are asked to attend marketing, promotional or time share pitches. We also do not offer up free vacations as incentives or prizes. I am writing to share my recent experience with Vacations to Go organization, specifically in relation to the Alaska cruise my wife and I took in September through the Holland America Line. To provide some context, we chose Vacations To Go for this trip due to a family reunion organized by a member who had used your services in the past. However, our overall experience with your agency was less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share our concerns.

First off, I want to highlight the positive aspect of our journey—the cruise itself with Holland America Line. The cruise was exceptional, and we would highly recommend this cruise line to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, our praise does not extend to the level of assistance and service we received from Vacations To Go. Our disappointment began with the agency's lack of support in preparing for the trip. We anticipated assistance with air travel, hotels, logistics from the train to the ship, meal accommodations, and more. However, we found that your organization provided very little information or support in these areas. As a result, we had to create our own itinerary to reach the ship and plan our post-cruise destinations.

Moreover, the excursions we booked through Vacations To Go were not seamlessly integrated with the cruise ship's offerings. This lack of integration led to communication challenges, and unfortunately, we were unable to partake in an excursion for which we had spent a significant amount of money. Despite adhering to all rules and submitting the required documentation, we are still waiting for reimbursement four months later. This experience has left us disheartened, especially considering that we invested in your protection plans, which proved to be a waste of money.

The delay in reimbursement and the apparent disregard for your own policies are particularly troubling. As a company with an annual revenue in the millions, we expected a higher level of professionalism and adherence to stated guidelines. It is disconcerting to discover that Vacations To Go has numerous complaints on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website, further diminishing our confidence in your services. In conclusion, our experience with Vacations To Go has been disappointing, and we have decided not to use their services in the future. We hope that this information serves as an opportunity for their improvement, and for them to reconsider your policies and practices to enhance customer satisfaction.

As explained in our BBB response, Shore Excursions Group (SEG) cannot issue your refund until the paperwork they've sent you is completed and returned. Completed my first booking with VTG with Grace. I was booking an MSC cruise and have asked her a lot of questions before I paid in full. She appeared to be annoyed with every question I asked, but assured that I need to complete my booking first (make final payment) before I can make any special request for linked reservations. She has not rerate our deal on the day of final payment, price was lower on that date. She has found million of excuses why she cannot complete any of our requests after we completed the booking. The agent is unprofessional and has no knowledge about cruise lines she booked. Remember, VTG that you don't seek out customers, we reach out to you ourselves with fast deal we want and simply want you to book. Agent should know information about each product they sell and not guide customers to read cruise policies.

Paid for cruise on Azamara. VTG employee Yarit offered an upgrade to larger room for $2700. We called him four times within two hours plus emailed two times. When we reached him, he said that it was a busy day and the increase would now cost almost $5,000 additional. Valerie at Azamara refused to help and couldn’t locate the person who gave the quote although she did find the amount in their record. She said that it was no longer available and wanted the exorbitant amount that we would never pay. She said that if it was a mistake, Azamara would not stand by their word. Beware! There is no integrity here just breach of fiduciary responsibility.

They and most cruise lines do not honor verbal quotes, as pricing, promotions and availability change often and quickly. It's very possible that the price was available at the time we called, and later sold out. So it was my guy's 60th birthday and I thought of buying an excursion in the Dominican Republic that would take us to the cigar factory, chocolate factory, rum factory and the museum. I had paid $69 each for the two of us. When we got off the cruise, we had to walk a long 25 minutes to reach the taxi service and that's when we found that we were late and the bus had left us. We were told that the tour started 30 mins after the ship got to the port. Nothing was mentioned in the email or the ticket about a specific time or a specific place that we were supposed to be at. Their instructions were very vague. We asked several locals about our meeting point and we ended up getting another taxi service to take us to the tour which was an expense that wasn't planned.

I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND buying excursions from Vacations To Go ever!!! Other cruisers experienced the same disappointment as us. I'm never getting tickets from them. This was my first time and will surely be my last. We're frequent cruisers and we strongly suggest that you'd be better off getting tickets directly from the cruise line or get it from the locals at the ports. So again, don't waste your money on Vacations To Go!!!!

I called them to get a quote for group rate. Told me the rooms were going very fast and there was no group rate for under 8 rooms. I said, "Ok, just quote me specific rooms and I'll let people call and book their own rooms." He gave me a quick quote. I emailed him and left message for him of what we're needing. He called me the next day. I reiterate what we needed and he says, "I'll call you back in ten minutes." It's been a day and a half and no call from Curtis S. He also said there was only double occupancy rooms left and I have to get extra rooms. I called Royal Caribbean directly and booked our cruise. They helped us get into exactly what we needed that he said wasn't available. Still waiting on that call back Curtis.

Booked cruise through Vacations To Go over 6 months ago, 2 days before leaving we get an email ship has issues and staying at port from Saturday to Monday till fixed, they removed 2 main island stops from travel, both were reasons we booked this particular cruise! We made multiple calls and nobody would do squat! We received a slap in the face offer of $250 credit that can only be used on cruise. Our Anniversary cruise is a total waste of $2300 and will never recommend this place!

Brian, we're very sorry your ship required maintenance, causing your itinerary alteration. We understand how disappointing it must have been to have your favorite ports removed & departure delayed, especially for your anniversary. Unfortunately, Vacations To Go doesn't have any influence over the situation, & only the cruise line makes the decisions about delays, cancellations & what compensation, if any, is offered in times like these. We hope you're still able to travel & celebrate each other.

We have never used the excursion department through Vacations To Go before, and if you do decide to book through them, I would strongly advise against it. First of all our cruise (which we have booked and taken many) was horrific, worst cruise we have ever taken! (MSC, don't do it) First hour on the ship we were notified that we would be arriving into each port late. Since we had early excursions we immediately called Vacations To Go to cancel them rather than be late or only get a partial trip. We were told a cancelation would have to be reviewed by the excursions team, only then to be told, "Sorry you have to cancel 14 days in advance." (I'm sorry, we weren't notified until the first day of our cruise we would be late getting into all of our ports.)

We provided Vacations To Go with the letter we were given by the cruise line apologizing for the port delays. Didn't matter, we were told, "Again sorry, some people made it to the excursions and you are not getting any part of a refund." We contacted a manager at Vacations To Go. We explained our situation again, provided that same letter, told him what an awful experience we had on the cruise, (one engine failed causing delays, 4 hours late getting home. Sewage issues, toilet not flushing, terrible food, it was a nightmare!) He once again went to the dreaded excursions department which we waited days to hear back from, only to be told again, "Sorry, you're out $318 and nothing we can do."

So because I was absolutely disgusted and expressed that, the manager said, let me see what we, "Vacations To Go" can do for you. Supposedly he spoke to his manager and a few hours later called me back to say, "We can give you 5% off your next cruise." I assure you, we will not be booking any vacations with Vacations To Go again. I would encourage you to book directly through the cruise line. Very disappointing.

We're sorry you had such a poor experience, Jennifer. Vacations To Go uses a third-party company called Shore Excursions Group (SEG) to offer excursions. All decisions regarding compensation for cancelled excursions are made by SEG, not Vacations To Go. We've made many attempts to advocate on your behalf, and I'm sorry we've been unsuccessful in securing a refund for you. I've asked one of our senior managers to contact you as soon as possible to discuss this further. We apologize again.

This site is fantastic, without a doubt, the best tool for a Solo Traveller. It is the only place where you can find thousands of Cruises listed in their actual price, no stupid Twin Share BS. It is marvellous what not seeing Single Taxes does when booking Cruises. You can make up your mind without constantly doubling the price and decide if a price is so cheap that it is worth it. I didn't even get Nickle and Dimmed with extra costs the way the bloody "cheap flight" websites do. I can not understate how rare that is I booked a Carnival Cruise through them and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Good company to book through if from the UK

I have booked 2 cruises through VTG and overall they a good when you consider that they are up to £500pp cheaper than any cruise agency in the UK. Things to note, if the price you get when calling up isn't what they show on the website, call back again and speak to someone else, I did this 3 times on my first cruise I booked with them. Check your paperwork, I have had mistakes both times on the paperwork I received after booking my cabin but on both occasions was sorted once I informed them.

On12/7/2022 I contacted VTG in search for a cruise departing on 3/06/2023. At the time I specified the interest in a balcony cabin . I then received a quote of $937.90 by an agent Caroline V... Upon receiving the quote, I then requested a list of cabins that were available ? After waiting almost two hours, I attempted to contact Ms. V... and only then did she provide with the one cabin that was available, she also sent me a quote for $1889.90. Same cruise line, date and cabin An increase of $952.00 No explanation furnished

False Advertising & Bait & Switch

We have booked three cruises with this company in the past and all three of those went well. However, now their website displays a bait and switch tactic. On their website we see a balcony advertised as $1200. When we called, they informed us that there were no balconies available, but we could get a suite for $3000+. We called a couple of weeks ago to inquire about another cruise and the same exact thing occurred. Their website IS NOT a reflection of the actual cost they plan to charge you or what is available. We will not use them in the future due to this. They are clearly false advertising.

They didnt cancel my cruise, Ben Curran (Cruise counsellor) keeps not answering my mails

Months ago, I asked my cruise counsellor, Ben Curran, to cancel my cruise. He told me, he would do so, but didnt do it yet. I am worried now I have to pay more than the MSC cancellation policy says due to the date I cancelled it, which was 90 days prior departure. The departure now is in a little more than one week. During that 90 days the cruise wasnt cancelled I wrote him emails again and again, but he didnt answer one of them, I have to say, i feel ignored a little. Its pretty annoying I cant reach him and no one seems to feel in charge for my case. Preety bad and expensive curstomer care.

Don't waste your time.

I got a quote for a cruise deal that the website says is 45% less than brochure price which was $2740 for two people but the exact same cruise and room on the MSC website was $2448 for two people. So it's actually less on the original cruise website... Don't trust these guys at all.

AVOID VACATIONS TO GO AND FUN JET

Had to cancel a trip to Maui due to Hawaii COVID restrictions in May 2021. We purchased the travel voucher insurance. We were told we could book any trip in the future but needed to do so within 12 months of original departure date. When we went to rebook through Vacations to Go we were told we could not book the trip because it wasn’t a FunJet trip. The Vacations to Go site does not identify which packages are FunJet. Bottom Line is DO NOT USE VACATIONS TO GO. Another piece of advise. Check your trip insurance options prior to purchasing anything from Vacations To Go. There insurance only covers reimbursement for the trip whether cash or voucher. Other policies will cover up to 75% cash back but also includes medical, dental, emergency evacuation etc at a fraction of the cash back insurance Vacations to Go offered. Vacations to Go is in bed with FunJet and is probably worse than Vacations to Go. It seems they try to screw the consumer anyway they can.

So far so good 🤞

I was highly skeptical having read so many bad reviews about VTG but the Cunard cruise looked a steal. Their agent is in Houston, we are in Australia. On first call we got an email saying cruise held for 24 hours which gave time to get flights. Ok, so we have the flights, now to pay for the cruise. VERY wary of giving credit card details by phone or email - asked why no secure payment site and no good answer but was told payment goes to Cunard not VTG so that made me feel slightly better. Anyway, we paid and yep, immediately on our credit card statement showing Cunard and very soon after I logged into Cunard and there we are. Had a couple of errors in dates and addresses that the agent quickly resolved. To be fair, the agent has been very helpful, not at all pushy, keen to fix things so credit to him (Luis). So, maybe I’ve been lucky - and hope it last.

I wish I had read these reviews before I booked with them. I booked 3 cruises with them I paid for the first 2 with my card but I only realised when told the third one was due for payment that they had kept my card details. I don’t know about the USA but it’s illegal in the uk to keep card details without permission from the card holder. Since I pointed this out to Travo Hawks I’ve tried to get in touch with him to pay my balance and I have struggled. I was told by the switchboard that I would have to wait at least 20mins on the phone for a manager who was the only one that could get into my account, he managed to get in touch with Travo who said he would ring me back that was an hour ago and it’s now 10pm uk time and still no call. How disgusting is this. I’ve never come across such a terrible travel agent, all they’re interested in is getting you signed up then they treat you like dirt. NEVER AGAIN I’ll stick to uk based agents in future

Dismal service, period.

I am giving vacationstogo.com 2 stars for the helpful information of their website. Otherwise there would be zero stars. 15 years ago their travel agents were excellent. This time around it was a truly dismal experience. The agent was not interested in my own needs and list. He kept pushing Broadway shows on a cruise line that I had no interest in. He pushed his interests but failed to listen to mine. When I remembered that a few years back that Porthole Magazine awarded cruises.com (with an "s") top cruise agent, I called and went with them - they are the stellar ones. I was SO glad I did not go with vacationstogo - so crummy, so dismal. They don't care.

Overall Very Positive

My first agent, Max Richardson, didn’t reply to my emails after booking. There is always a survey link, which I filled out honestly, and the president of the company Alan Fox called me and was very apologetic. I then worked with Devan King for several trips and she was beyond fantastic, especially searching out discounts and accommodating when I called with price drops. I gave her great reviews and then she got promoted so she can’t book cruises anymore, sadly. I was moved to Vanessa, who was on vacation while my final payment was due. Luckily, I called in and a manger processed it. Vanessa was shortly fired. Devan then referred me to a wonderful, very experienced agent, Fallon Lopez, who is extremely responsive even in her time off! Be proactive in choosing who you work with. If you just accept whoever answers your call, you may end up with a new/poor employee. A lot of these reviews are showing people didn’t do their research about their cruise or understand dynamic pricing. If your preferred agent is off work today, call customer service and a manger will help you. Always complete the survey!! They do read those and adjust staff accordingly. You’re never going to get a bottle of wine in your room like a small travel agent would give you. That comes out of their commission and VTG reduces the price of your cruise instead.

I missed my dream cruise because of…

I missed my dream cruise because of their incompetence I found my dream cruise to Iceland and Greenland, which I’ve been waiting for for years, even before Covid, it was on this companies website at a reasonable price. I rang the company and I was put in touch with a guy called Tom Stansbury. Their offer sounded good, but my wife and I needed a couple of hours to discuss it with the family. Two hours later I rang his extension, left him a voicemail, sent him an email reply, left him a voicemail message later on in the day, no reply. After the weekend we rang him, and again there was no reply and eventually he called us to say that the Cruise is sold out. This cruise goes only once a year because of the short summer season in Iceland and Greenland, so I have missed it this year because of Tom’s incompetence. Why did he not reply to my email and voice messages !!! I will never use this company again

Worst travel agency experience ever .

I called late , almost at the end of the business hours on Friday Jan 19 to get a final price on a 16 d cruise w Norwegian company . The agent Cesalie Watler said it was $950 + tax . The advertised price I had was $599 + tax & I told her I can email her the price I had on an email from them . After being placed on hold she said ,,oh , I found it , it is $599 “. I asked to get an email w the total price which I did . Saturday I emailed her asking to book it . She emailed me right away and asked me to provide our names & DOB & she would place the cabin on hold & call me next day to finalize the booking . On her Saturday email to me she had her phone number and office hours for Saturday listed 11AM TO 8 PM . I did not hear from her next day so I left a voice message & sent an Email . Still nothing . Monday I left another voicemail without any response. I spoke w supervisor Abby who said would investigate and her attitude was like ,, things happen ! Also informed me that the cruise was sold out ! I was promised that Cesalie will call me w an explanation to what happened. Never called me ! I emailed my complaint to Cesalie’s manager Beltran Abordo who sent me an email claiming he tried to call me & leave a voice mail twice but was not able to go thru . I had absolutely no missed calls or messages and my phone worked just fine . He tried to convince me that Cesalie did not book the cruise or contact me because she was not in the office Saturday . He forgot she emailed me Saturday & did not think I noticed her office ours listed . Had no explanation why she did not call Monday either ! Did not take any responsibility for mishandling this situation . Tried to imply that was my fault . Ang guess what? He said now they have the cruise available at $950 ! How convenient ! I think that Cesalie was told not to book this cruise at the lower price & just not call me back . They hoped I would take the cruise with the increased rate . Dishonest , deceiving , unethical and lying . I am convinced that they will respond to my complaint with a fabricated explanation and a lie . This behavior is unacceptable and I wonder if the higher management of this company knows what is going on .

Disappointed

While getting a group of friends and family to travel with us to an all inclusive resort, we had a breakdown in communication with our agents. So I found some deals that could be offered to our group and presented it to the travel agents who told us we were all booked through different vendors. That explained why there was a communication issue. Had we known we would be booked by different vendors we would have booked elsewhere. On top of that, we have encountered rude and unprofessional agents, agents overcharging accounts, switching agents, untimely or no responses and unanswered questions and more. It has been a horrific experience that we refuse to ruin our trip and I hope we can all enjoy our trip. I just think it’s unfair that consumers have to pay their hard earned money for terrible service and the agents remain without repercussions. I will say that the manager was professional, but we stopped addressing concerns with him after nearly 5 months of disappointments. Once I could get ahold of them Vacation to go were pretty good

It was really hard to contact them as I do not live in the USA; however I found the person I did talk to was good. Have not gone on my vacation so will hope that everything is correct, however I felt I had good service. The person who helped me gave good service and I felt he tried to get a good deal. Was hoping for a better one, however I felt he did his best.

We have used Vacations to Go at least 5 times to book cruises and have not had any issues at all. In fact, their customer service has been excellent.

“Unprofessional”

I was trying to book a cruise and they said that I went on one 10 years ago and they had a problem with me over a credit and I could not book. When I asked what it was about, they said I'd represented myself incorrectly as they travel agent, first of all, I'm not a travel agent so they have me mixed up with somebody and I paid full price for my cruise. I didn't expect 10 years later to be insulted by a bunch of kids.

The Tour Radar interface for the 10-Day Nile cruise was executed perfectly. I built an excel spreadsheet based on what was offered by them and other tour companies and what I was expecting. All expectations were fully met by Tour Radar. Opportunities were offered to modify my itinerary after initially booking the tour. The tour itself was designed to be a small group experience. Unfortunately, It was made even smaller with some last minute cancellations due to the Middle East conflict. The drop off in tourism was evident not only in Cario but also as far south as Aswan. People of Egypt were happy to see us and never once did we feel threatened or harassed. For the tour itself, the on-the-ground logistics (transportation, hotels, meals & tickets) were spot on flawless. For a historical perspective two Egyptologists (one who had just submitted his Master's Thesis) provided the on-the-ground information and guidance throughout the tours and did a great job. I had been looking forward to this trip with great anticipation since booking it in March 2023 (10 months ago). Did it meet my expectations..........yes!. Would I recommend it to others... Yes! What makes a tour jump from "great" to "outstanding"? One gets to see the sights. Certainly ell accomplished. And yes, there was excellent accommodation and food. This was of course superior. All of the food accommodation and transportation enjoyed for sure. The scheduling and the pace very acceptable so we saw everything, did everything. But outstanding came with the three guides and coordinator. It also came with the General Manager. The guides brought things we saw and did alive. We started understanding Ancient Egypt with insight and absorbed the many lectures delivered by experts. They taught and we absorbed. Ad the tour coordinator, from pick up to departure always there to help, assist and made the travelling comfortable safe and stress free. The GM worked with me a year to make this adventure happen. Yes outstanding people make an outstanding adventure!

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed this tour. At first, I thought I'd be the only one, but I ended up joining five other solo ladies. Some were nice, but a few were not so great—drinking a lot and trying to get too friendly with the cruise staff and passengers. It didn't ruin my trip, but towards the end, I asked the tour company to separate me from the group. They did, and it made a difference. The Nile Bride staff did a great job, and our tour guide, Mansour, was fantastic and patient, dealing with the challenges and keeping everyone happy.

Booked an 8-day tour to Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor & Aswan. The schedule was a bit tight, and more details on activities, especially the 2-hour check-ins at the 5-star hotel on the first and last days, would have been helpful. Our guide Tamer was fantastic, knowledgeable, and with us on the first and last 2 days. Another guide, Ibrahim was with us on board of the Cruise ship, he provided all the necessary info and added a unique touch to the Nile Cruise portion Overall, the trip went well, and we enjoyed it. One suggestion is to improve the approach to tipping, making it more optional. Also, while cards are widely accepted, having local currency is handy. Thanks for the experience

Jordan is an extraordinary country - the history, culture and landscape make it worth the trip almost no matter what. That said, I booked to travel with a group and only found out (when I asked; info was not volunteered) right beforehand that I would be traveling alone. This was a surprise and not my choice but there was nothing to do at that point. I had one wonderful driver - Mohamed - throughout the trip and that was great. The hotels were good/ fine, not great. There were guides on only two half days and both were engaged by the historical site (e.g. my guide worked for the entity operating the park at Petra), they were not private guides or guides employed by the tour company. Long story short, know your expectations, read the fine print, and ask questions long in advance. Know what's important to you: Is the hotel in a central location? Are there restaurants within walking distance? How much time is spent with and without the guide? What are the amenities in the hotels? How many people will you be traveling with or will they operate the trip if it's only one or two people? Nothing was misstated to me or concealed, I just didn't know to ask and had some challenges as a result. The company was fine in their communication with me though when I asked four days in advance to be moved to a more central location for my final night I was told that wasn't possible.

Very Pleasant Busy with tours of a lot of sites Nile cruise & Boat crew were excellent, Docked across from Luxor Temple. Food was great Tour guides went out of their way to answer many questions and assure us a wonderful trip with favorite restaurants, etc. Too bad vendors were so persistent, I would have enjoyed looking at some of their offerings more. Overall the trip of a life time for us. Hot Air Balloon ride was beyond expectations, smooth with Sunrise over the Nile & Temples. AA++
The 10 day Experience Egypt tour was an incredible journey from start to finish. We got to see all the famous sights like the pyramids of Giza and enjoyed a relaxing cruise along the Nile. Their prices are VERY good - perhaps like the the old adage ... too good to be true?

Quick question - has anyone, especially Australians, used them to book cruises ? And if so, how was the overall experience - good, bad or indifferent?

As mentioned, you may not get the same inclusions as booking through an Australian TA, so do take that into account. Some lines charge $15-$20 USD per day in gratuities per person that will be added at the end of your cruise . Often if booked in Australia these "tips" are included in the fare as also packages such as drinks etc.

As far as the service and overall experience goes, they are very good. you are given an agent who will look after you with all questions you have and will suggest things to make you trip memorable. I have gotten them to give me particular cabins etc.

The only possible downside is that you will receive emails from them forever after.

Bear in mind when you book through them, the price should be USD so factor in the exchange rate, bank fees etc.

The other thing is that our Consumer laws are not the same as other countries so if something goes wrong you’ll have to work out how to deal with that while living thousands of KMs away.
