Creating a Memorable House Tour Experience

Creating a memorable house tour experience is all about having the right combination of organization, detail and hospitality. It doesn’t matter if you’re showing off a newly remodeled home or a piece of living history; planning the perfect tour requires a bit of effort and attention to detail. Implementing these simple tips will help ensure a tour that your guests will remember and appreciate.

  • First, set the stage by offering information and atmosphere. Providing guests a brief history of the home, and even the origin of the owners and family, can create a greater appreciation of the tour and its features. Consider adding a few special touches to provide a pleasant atmosphere and your guests’ comfort. Examples include offering a beverage, a light snack, or a fragrant candle. Also, clear away any clutter to ensure the tour’s focus is the home and its features.
  • Finally, be sure to focus your tour appropriately. An effective guide knows what to skip and what to linger on. Concentrate most of your attention on the key areas or unique features, as you don’t want to bore or overwhelm your guests. Make sure you have time allotted for questions and discussion and you’re also available to follow up with post-tour information or gift bags. When it’s all said and done, be sure to thank your guests and they’ll certainly remember and appreciate your efforts. Good luck!

Creating a memorable house tour experience begins with careful planning. As your guests will be seeing a variety of areas and elements of your home, be sure that each portion of the tour has both a purpose and significance. First, focus on the unique features of your home, such as built-in cabinetry or fireplaces, and highlight why your home is special or unique. Take some time to provide a brief history of the home and its owners and be sure to provide a few special touches to create a pleasant atmosphere.

Choosing the Best Furnishings For a House Tour

Choosing the best furnishings for a house tour can be a daunting task. You want to make sure that the furnishings in the house look great, and that they also present a home that visitors will be eager to visit. To make sure that the furnishings you choose will be the perfect complement to the house, here are some tips on selecting the ideal pieces.

  • First, it is essential to choose furniture that is both comfortable and visually pleasing. Consider the size, shape, and style of the furniture, and make sure that it complements the décor in the house. Materials such as stainless steel, brass and leather can give a modern look, while more traditional pieces may be better for a more classic touch. Additionally, think about furniture that is easy to move around if needed, such as an armchair that can swivel and rock. Finally, look at the existing fabrics and wallpapers in the house and select furnishings that work well with those colors or patterns.
  • Lastly, it is important to consider the emotional impact of the furnishings. Choose pieces that make the guests feel welcome and safe. This could include a cozy sofa in the living room, a comfy dining table in the kitchen or a luxurious armchair in the bedroom. By selecting pieces that embody the goal of the tour, visitors will be able to appreciate the furnishings and feel right at home.

In short, when selecting the best furnishings for a house tour, consider the size, style, materials and emotional impact of the pieces. By choosing the right furniture, visitors will not only enjoy the tour but also be able to appreciate the beauty of the home.

The Most-Watched Mansion Global YouTube Videos of 2022

Luxury interior design trends and california megamansions topped the list, top videos of the year included design and california spotlights., newsletter sign-up, week in review.

Shares the stories you may have missed from the world of luxury real estate

Surging interest rates may have put off people’s appetite to buy a home, but they’re apparently still hungry to see inside some of the most lavish properties, design trends and amenities.

This past year was filled with camera-ready housing insights to highlight on Mansion Global’s YouTube channel, but design-related videos reigned as the most-watched clips.

Garnering the most views of the year was a deep dive into the Gilded Age architecture of the early 20th century—a little nod to the HBO historical drama named after the era. Though many of the homes that were built in this era were demolished in the 1920s and 1950s, some can still be recognized today, including a handful of opulent New York townhouses explored in the episode.

But crystal chandeliers, heavy curtains and gold leaf drinkware weren’t everyone’s cup of tea. The runner up for the most-watched video was a design spotlight on the 1970s—basically the back-to-nature, free-love antithesis of the overly formal Gilded Age.

From floor-to-ceiling windows to curved exteriors and wood-paneling galore, the episode toured three houses of the era for sale and that still epitomize the grooviest decade.

The megamansions of Southern California were also in high demand—at least videos of them. A spotlight on Montecito, one of the most affluent pockets of the U.S. and a lowkey refuge for A-list celebrities and business tycoons, alike, came in as the third most-watched clip.

That was followed by a feature on a megamansion dubbed The One—the most ambitious spec home in the history of Los Angeles, which listed in January for an eye-watering $295 million. Really, who could resist touring a home twice the size of the White House that boasts its own nightclub and five pools? Spoiler: Shortly after the video was made, The One sold at auction for $126 million.

More is more was also the theme of the video that rounded out this year’s top five, as Mansion Global reporter Liz Lucking delved into maximalism—the loud, layered interior design trend of the moment.

Check out the channel for more videos, and subscribe to join us for another year of luxury design trends, over-the-top amenities and newly listed megamansions.

The 10 Best Architectural Digest Celebrity House Tours on YouTube

youtube mansion tour

Architectural Digest's YouTube channel, and its "Open Door" series in particular, is one of life's greatest gifts. It filled the void that MTV cribs left in its wake when the series ended in 2010... and we're huge fans.

Because it's not every day we real estate addicts get to see behind the closed doors of luxurious, extravagant, and quirky celebrity homes. From a converted windmill in the Hamptons and a duplex penthouse apartment at the Plaza Hotel in NYC to the mansions of the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles , each home on this list will leave you both in awe and filled with inspiration.

These are the top 10 best Architectural Digest celebrity house tours...

1. robert downey jr..

First up we have Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan Downey's converted windmill abode. This is not your run-of-the-mill (see what we did there?) Hamptons summer home, it was designed by renowned New York City firm Fox-Nahem Associates who transformed the late-19th century windmill into a charming and very private East Hampton masterpiece with stunning grounds. The highlight? Susan's office in the very top of the windmill is the ideal WFH situation and we couldn't be more jealous.

In this very humorous home tour we get to see everything from Robert's art projects and clutter closets to their table-side nap zone and numerous cats. If you're in the mood for a chuckle, look no further.

2. Dakota Johnson

If you love all things mid-century modern, this is the celebrity home tour for you.

Architectural Digest kindly bring us inside the beautiful home of movie star Dakota Johnson. Formerly the home of director Ryan Murphy, Dakota purchased the super private Hollywood Hills home for $3.55 million in 2016. Features of envy include beautiful crushed mohair vintage sofas, her cozy office with book wall, gorgeous green kitchen, and backyard oasis complete with citrus trees, a heated swimming pool, and an elevated bamboo-sheltered hot tub area.

There isn't an inch of this lush but humble abode that we don't love.

3. Wiz Khalifa

This episode of "Open Door" is currently the most viewed of all time with 43 million views. It brings us inside Wiz Khalifa's $4.6 million mansion and recording studio in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles.

The rapper's super cool pad features a heated infinity pool with incredible views, a games room with a dab AND booze bar, an underground recording studio, weed-themed photo wall, and a fleet of killer cars. Proof that this man is living the dream.

4. Cara and Poppy Delevigne

You may never find more personality in a home thanks to the Delevigne sisters' jungle-inspired home in Los Angeles.

Nicolò Bini of Line Architecture told Architectural Digest of the home, “I wanted to create a true L.A. moment for them, with nods to California midcentury modern, Laurel Canyon bohemia, Beverly Hills swank, surfing culture, and a little Mexico. Then we tied all that in with Cara and Poppy’s Englishness to give the house another layer of Delevingne charm.” The interior of this home is one-of-a-kind, no doubt about it.

Header image credit: Architectural Digest / Trevor Tondro

Over in Benedict Canyon, Los Angeles , you'll find producer and DJ Zedd's $16 million mansion.

Highlights of this Architectural Digest "Open Door" episode include the incredible canyon and hill views, indoor trees, an art gallery, and a Skittle machine. Spanning a whopping 9,500 square feet, this mansion even has its own detached studio and gym and will soon have a separate "guest-house-bowling-alley-complex". Casual...

You can understand why this is the second most viewed video on Architectural Digest's YouTube with a staggering 43 million views.

6. Kendall Jenner

Next up we have supermodel and Kardashian clan member Kendall Jenner whose serene Los Angeles home was designed by Kathleen and Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez. The interior of the home blends super tasteful elements and earthy shades with fun, unexpected pops of color and a calm, peaceful atmosphere.

Keep an eye out for Kendall's incredible art collection including a signature James Turrell ovoid wall sculpture as well as her incredible fireplace, beautiful bar, art studio, dream-worthy chef's kitchen, gold bathtub, glam room, and so much more.

7. J Balvin

Travel with us to Colombia for this next "Open Door" episode where we get to explore superstar J Balvin's tranquil home. Inspired by Japan aesthetics and minimalism, the house features floor-to-ceiling windows that bring nature indoors. The open plan kitchen and living room open up to the great outdoors, with a wonderful indoor / outdoor flow. The pool area is beyond dream-worthy and is surrounded by lush and tropical greenery and bonsai trees.

The minimalism and neutral color palette changes greatly when you enter J Balvin's walk-in closet where  over 850 pairs of sneaker line the walls in explosions of color. The man loves his shoes...

8. Hilary Duff

Next we'll enjoy a tour of Hilary Duff's vibrant, colorful, and cheerful family home in Los Angeles . A self-confessed home renovation addict, Hilary has renovated this house twice in the last eight years. The latest one has resulted in a quirky and somewhat eccentric aesthetic with a focus on family, livability, and large spaces to spend time in with beautiful art and tasteful features throughout.

The highlight of this home tour has got to be the chicken coop out in the back yard.

9. Tommy Hilfiger

Journey back to New York with us now for what may be the most luxurious and opulent home on this list. Legendary fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and his wife Dee reportedly purchased this duplex penthouse apartment at the Plaza Hotel for $25.5 million in 2008 (they've since sold it for $31 million, although originally listed it for $80 million).

This Plaza apartment overlooks Central Park, with incredible views of the city as far as the eye can see. This particular unit steeped in history having once hosted the likes of The Beatles, Marilyn Monroe, and many more iconic figures. You won't find another apartment like this in New York City.

10. Aaron Paul

Come check out Aaron Paul's custom wood and stone Idaho home. Despite the house being enormous, it has a very cozy, almost cabin-like vibe to it, tucked away in the snowy mountains and surrounded by trees and lakes. Just watching this home tour will make you feel warm 'n' fuzzy inside.

With the help of interior designer Jake Arnold and Pearson Design Group, the Pauls purchased and used the wood from three 120-year-old barns to build the house from scratch. Drool over the cathedral ceilings, vast living spaces, stone bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, and an incredible floor-to-ceiling fireplace.

Plus, a bonus one, but a must-watch nonetheless.

11. Naomi Campbell

Last but not least, we just haaad to include icon Naomi Campbell's Kenya compound and airy villa. On the coast of the Indian Ocean, in the tranquil seaside town of Malindi, lies this tranquil and "very calming place".

From the indoor/outdoor flow and two pools, to the restaurant-like outdoor dining area and on-site spa - we've never seen anything quite like this one... take a look for yourself.

The One Bel-Air mega mansion

At long last, “the One” is opening its doors to a new owner.

The 105,000-square-foot Bel Air megamansion, which took well over 10 years to build, has come across its share of logistical and legal problems over the years, but was finally sold at auction on March 3. While the original auction asking price was $295 million—itself a reduction from the $340 million listing price in 2021, and the $500 million price tag before that—the home ended up selling for $126 million. The new owner will actually shell out $141 million, which is the sale price plus the 12% buyer premium to Concierge Auctions .

This price is likely a disappointment to the megamansion’s developer, the controversial Nile Niami , and his investors, and it falls short of being the most expensive home sale in California —or even in Bel Air . But the One does now rank as the most expensive home ever sold at auction.

Now that sale saga has concluded, we’re revealing a private look at just what $126 million will get you with this video tour of the jaw-dropping residence led by agents Branden and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates, who shared the Bel Air listing with Aaron Kirman of Compass:

The sprawling mansion is the brainchild of developer and former film producer Niami, who commissioned renowned Los Angeles architect Paul McClean to execute the larger-than-life project. Last October the property filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, so instead of listing for $500 million as was originally planned, it ended up hitting the auction block for $295 million.

While that price tag may sound outlandish, there’s no denying the home’s bevy of amenities make it unique, even among other jaw-dropping estates in Los Angeles.

One of many living areas  Joe Bryant

For starters, the One has an enviable location—it’s perched atop a lofty hilltop and enjoys 360-degree views of the bustling city below. “Imagine being the king of the hill and really standing on a property where you’re looking down an entire city,” Rayni Williams tells Robb Report, “And all the while you have a complete compound that encompasses everything you love and everything that’s important to you.”

It’s true that the 21-bedroom property appeals to almost any hobby or interest. For the automotive enthusiast there’s a 30-car garage on the subterranean level, complete with two turntables for showcasing your most bragworthy marques. If you’re more of the fitness type, the third floor has its own gym and lap pool, plus a four-lane bowling alley, a hair salon and juice bar (great for post-workout smoothies and the like). Also on this level is the movie theater for cinephiles, the 10,000-bottle wine cellar for vino enthusiasts and the cigar lounge for those who’d rather just unwind with a stogie.

The One Bel-Air mega mansion

Meanwhile the primary bedroom alone is larger than most New York City apartments at 5,000 square feet, and has its own sitting room, massive his and hers closets and an office. And for visiting guests who’d prefer a separate building entirely, there’s a 4,500-square-foot guest house on the grounds as well.

A set of infinity pools create a sort of moat that surrounds the main home, further adding to the “castle on a hill” vibe. But it’s just one of many reasons you’ll want to spend time outdoors here. The 10,000-square-foot roof deck, for instance, has spectacular views of the city—the mansion’s elevator stops here, too, so you won’t have to hoof it up the stairs.

The One Bel-Air mega mansion

The master bedroom has a private office.  Douglas Friedman

Obviously the One makes for a great party pad, doubly so because it has its own in-house night club. “We call it the philanthropy wing because it’s similar to something in the Pritzker Estate where they host thousands of people for charity events,” says Rayni Williams.

Put all of the above together and the home makes a lot of sense for our current real estate landscape, when buyers want as many built-in amenities as possible—that way, even if another quarantine period were to occur, everything they need is already on site.

Still, a gargantuan home like this one wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea. “Obviously it’s not for everybody,” says Branden Williams. “But for the people it is for, it doesn’t get better than this.”

Unfortunately, the One’s new owner— Richard Saghian, founder and CEO of apparel company Fashion Nova—will have to wait just a little longer to find that out firsthand. It’s expected to take several more months of construction and somewhere around $20 million to finish the home and then obtain a certificate of occupancy.

Villa Vizcaya...

Vizcaya is a Mediterranean Revival-style villa with Baroque elements that was once the home of businessman James Deering. The estate currently consists of 43 acres, but was previously located on an impressive 180 acres. It took eight years and $15 million to build the villa, and another year to complete the Italian Renaissance-style gardens and Vizcaya Village, which consists of 11 buildings across 12 acres, including greenhouses, fields, staff quarters, a garage, barns, and workshops.

This Beaux Arts-style mansion located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan was once home to Henry Clay Frick, one of the most prominent industrialists during the Gilded Age. Expect to see Old Masters paintings, decorative arts, and European sculptures in this former residence turned art museum. The Frick Collection is located on Fifth Avenue and is one of the last remaining Gilded Age mansions in New York City. It became a museum in 1935, and since then, the public has been able view Frick’s expansive collection of artwork, which includes Rembrandt, Gainsborough, Whistler, Bellini, Vermeer, and Goya, to name a few.

At just 26 years old, future President Thomas Jefferson inherited a plantation in rural Virginia. An architecture enthusiast, Jefferson himself devised a combination of Neoclassical and Palladian architecture for the estate that would come to be known as Monticello. It is now a National Historic Landmark, and, along with the University of Virginia—which was also one of Jefferson’s designs—a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If Monticello looks familiar to you, it’s probably because it’s on the reserve side of the nickel.

Frida Kahlo Museum, Mexico City, Mexico

General Views Of Mexico 2019

In 1958, just four years after Frida Kahlo’s death, her eye-catching, bright blue house in Mexico City became a museum. Not only was Frida Kahlo born and raised in this historic home, it was also where she lived with her husband and fellow painter, Diego Rivera, and later, where she passed away. Diego Rivera donated the house in 1957 so that it could be turned into a museum in honor of his late wife. Kahlo’s house has since been operating as both a historic house museum and an art museum for over 60 years, and it is now the most visited museum in Coyoacán. Artworks by both Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera are on display in the home.

Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Boston, MA

Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Boston

The onetime home of Isabella Stewart Gardner was built in 1903 and is a designated Boston Landmark. As is evident when looking at the home's Instagramable courtyard, the building was inspired by a 15th-century Venetian palace. Isabella Stewart Gardner once said that she wanted her extensive art collection to be exhibited “for the education and enjoyment of the public forever.” Well, so far, so good! The museum is home to American, Asian, and European art, including paintings, tapestries, sculptures, and decorative arts.

This spooky Gothic Revival mansion, built in 1838, was once the home of railroad tycoon Jay Gould. It sits on 67 acres and overlooks the Hudson River. The National Historic Landmark home was used as a filming location for The Blacklist, Project Runway, House of Dark Shadows, and Night of Dark Shadows, to name a few. Former owner Jay Gould had a 243-foot yacht built so that he didn’t have to take the nearby railroad built by his archnemesis, Cornelius Vanderbilt. Talk about rich people problems...

Mount Vernon, Mount Vernon, VA

Estate, Property, House, Natural landscape, Home, Building, Tree, Cottage, Manor house, Mansion,

Mount Vernon began as a one-and-a-half story home built by George Washington’s father, Augustine, in 1734. It went on to become the plantation of George and Martha Washington, the first President and First Lady of the United States of America. The architectural style of the home is described as loose Palladian, which is a European style inspired by Ancient Greek and Roman structures. Mount Vernon was expanded twice during George Washington’s lifetime, in the late 1750s and in the 1770s, and it was his home until his death in 1799. In 1858, the Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association acquired the historic home and saved it from ruin by restoring it.

Mark Twain (real name: Samuel Langhorne Clemens) lived with his family in this Victorian Gothic-style home from 1874 to 1891. This is where Mark Twain wrote novels like The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, The Prince and the Pauper, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Life on the Mississippi, A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court, and A Tramp Abroad. It was Mark Twain and Charles Dudley who coined the term “Gilded Age,” given the title of their 1873 novel, The Gilded Age: A Tale of Today. Events held at the home have included appearances by fellow novelists Judy Blume, Stephen King, and John Grisham.

To end this list with a bang, look no further than Blenheim Palace, the former home of Consuelo Vanderbilt and her husband, the ninth Duke of Marlborough. It was the $2.5 million dowry of Consuelo’s father, William Kissam Vanderbilt—which translates to $76.8 million today—that made the restoration of this historic palace possible. Blenheim Palace has been used as a filming location for a variety of films, including Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Gulliver's Travels, Cinderella, Spectre, Orlando, Transformers: The Last Knight, Dolittle , and Hamlet . It was also the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill.

These YouTube creators split a $43,700 per month mansion in Los Angeles — take a look inside

thumbnail

Like many people at the start of Covid, YouTube creator Carter Sharer spent a lot of time scrolling through real estate sites.

The 27-year-old searched for something specific and extravagant: a hub for his YouTube group, Team RAR or "Rare and Ridiculous," to live and work. He found a 15,000 square-foot rental property in Los Angeles' Bel Air neighborhood, available to rent for a cool $39,700 per month.

"The house was just stunning," Sharer tells CNBC Make It, detailing its seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, pool, tennis court and two-acre backyard. "I could only dream of the content we were going to be able to film here."

By the time Sharer signed the yearlong lease in April 2020, the rent was $39,700 per month and has since risen to $43,700. The upfront costs, like first month's rent plus a security deposit, were $118,500, he recalls.

Sharer owns the 21-person Team RAR Inc., which includes five other creators, a handful of recurring players and a technical crew that helps produce and film the videos. The team's videos typically involve stunts and challenges that take place at the house, like creating " the world's tallest trampoline tower " in the yard or building a functional Chick-Fil-A in one of the rooms.

Two of the creators, including Sharer, live in the house full-time. It's open to the rest of Team RAR for any work-related projects.

"Never in my wildest dreams would I ever think that I'd be paying this amount of money for just living in a house," Sharer says. "All the crazy stuff we do back here, surprisingly, feels very normal."

Paying for a mansion on a YouTuber's income

A YouTuber's paycheck can vary from month to month, depending on how many videos they publish and how many people watch them. "Each view will generate a portion — like a fraction of a cent — of revenue," Sharer says. "So, as you can imagine, we need like millions and millions [of views]."

Each member of Team RAR has their own individual YouTube channel, meaning each contributes to the team's revenue in varying degrees. Sharer's channel has 8.48 million subscribers. His teammates Lizzy Capri and Ryan Prunty have roughly 6 million and 1.5 million, respectively.

"Those fractions of cents start to add up, which boiled down to us being able to pay all the bills each month," Sharer says.

The house's monthly rent equals what many people spend on a down payment to purchase a house. Team RAR also pays extra monthly fees including $3,600 for utilities, $1,800 for cleaning, $2,500 for landscaping and $200 for pool maintenance.

In total, the group pays roughly $51,800 per month on the house. Over the course of the full year, they'll likely pay around $621,600.

Sharer sees it all as a temporary investment.

"Needless to say, this house is extremely expensive," he says. "I do think that just renting it for a short period, even though I'm paying a lot, is a better way to go about it."

Outfitting the house with YouTube essentials

The house needs to be more than just a co-working space or place to live, because it serves as the backdrop for the group's videos. That's why the décor is relatively sparse: It's an adaptable blank slate.

Sharer's bedroom on the second floor is a 2,000 square-foot suite with two walk-in closets, two bathrooms, an office and view of the backyard. The backyard is "the pride and joy of everything," Sharer says. When they moved in, he says, they installed the Team RAR logo on the bottom of the pool.

The house has other outlandish features that you'll probably only find in a YouTube team house, like arcade games in the kitchen and a life-sized "LEGO City" on the tennis courts. One of Sharer's bedroom closet has a hidden pantry full of candy.

It also has a practical amenity that's particularly valuable in Los Angeles, Sharer says: a place to park his Lamborghini.

"It sounds like the silliest thing in the world, but I'm paying huge money for a very average-sized driveway in my mind," he says. "It's amazing that we can park cars in the driveway off the street."

Sharer is already plotting his next move: In September, he announced his purchase of a $10 million home on the East Coast . He says he plans to split his time between the two houses.

YouTubers That Have Absolutely Gorgeous Mansions

huge mansion with pool

Gone are the days of YouTube merely being the home of cat videos. With the social media platform ranking as the second-most popular site on the internet as of 2021 (according to Ahrefs ), YouTube is big business these days. That's good news for the top content creators on the platform, boasting followers in the tens of millions. Those views translate to lucrative brand deals and ad dollars, with YouTubers such as Jeffree Star and Mr. Beast earning about $15 million and $24 million, respectively, between 2019 and 2020 (per Forbes ).

With the huge sums that top YouTubers command, it's little wonder that a large proportion of their paychecks goes to real estate. Many of the internet famous purchase stunning multimillion-dollar mansions, which they often gleefully share with their fans through video tours. We wanted to take a deep dive into some of the most astonishing homes owned by YouTubers today, so we've rounded up 14 of the most jaw-dropping properties. Join us as we take a tour.

Logan Paul's home features a stunning backyard

Logan Paul is known for his high-octane videos and frequent pranks, so we're guessing that his sprawling property in Encino, California, gives him some much-needed downtime. Purchased in 2017 at $6.55 million (per Los Angeles Times ), Paul's 8,700-square-foot pad boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Nicknamed the "Maverick House" by Paul and his entourage, there's more than enough space to film his videos, as he was keen to show his viewers on a  video tour of his home in 2017.

With two gates for security purposes, the home boasts a marble-covered kitchen, a bar, and a spacious dining room with a unique light fixture that leads to an entire wall for wine storage — just for good measure. However, perhaps the most notable feature of the home is outside. "The magic of this house lies in the backyard," Paul says. "It's beautiful, bro." With a huge swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by lush greenery, we'd have to agree.

Jeffree Star's mansion is all about the opulence

Anyone who knows Jeffree Star knows he's a fan of bold looks, so it's little surprise that the beauty influencer's mansion in Hidden Hills, California, purchased for a cool $14.6 million (according to Insider ), is nothing short of a visual feast. However, despite Star's penchant for bold color in his former home, wardrobe, and makeup line, the 25,000-square-foot house embraces subdued elegance.

In a 2020  video tour of his home, Star talks about the muted tones he plans to incorporate throughout the estate with future renovations. "We're not going to do a Barbie house," he says. "I'm just feeling a whole different vibe of, like, opulence and, like, black velvet and gold and white and, like, woodsy." Beyond the cavernous entrance hall with its double staircase is an enormous kitchen equipped with not one but two fridges. Other highlights include a 16-car garage, a spa, a theater, a gym, an arcade, and an empty barn he plans on converting into a "beauty barn."

Plus, Jeffree Star, who has a stunning net worth , recently purchased a second home, a 70-acre ranch in Wyoming (per Hello Magazine ).

There's one distinctive feature in Tana Mongeau's house

Considered the enfant terrible of YouTube, Tana Mongeau's former home (she has since moved but hasn't gone public about her new digs) was as vibrant as you'd expect. It's also pretty huge: The Sherman Oaks, California, abode sprawls over 6,000 square feet, boasting six bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, and an Olympic-size pool, according to a 2019  video tour .

Inside, Mongeau's wild personality was echoed in the decor, with bold artwork and oversized furniture serving as focal points against a fairly neutral backdrop. And the YouTube star made plenty of room for her clothes and accessories. Alongside the walk-in closet in the master bedroom, the living area featured a sneaker wall to display all her favorite kicks. Hopefully, before she moved out, she had a chance to take a dip in the pool. As she says in the tour: "Fun fact: I've lived here for four months, and I've never swam in it."

James Charles' home is a vision in black and white

Hi sisters! Let's take a look at the home of beauty wunderkind James Charles. The 21-year-old's career skyrocketed over the course of a few years, culminating in his purchase of a $7 million "starter home" in Los Angeles (per Variety ). And while most of us have to settle for a couple rooms in our first pad, Charles has almost 10,000 square feet of space, including 10 bathrooms and six bedrooms. Not a bad start!

As seen via a 2020  video tour , the modern farmhouse aesthetic embraces a palette of black and white as well as light woods. Other highlights include a floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the living room and a wine cellar filled with Coca-Cola (Charles is sober). The true showstopper, though, is the eye-catching kitchen, featuring double islands, plenty of counter space, a breakfast nook, and views of the backyard. "When I walked into this house and saw the kitchen, it was almost like a guarantee that I needed to buy this house because the kitchen really is the heart of the home," Charles says.

Jaclyn Hill's Tampa home keeps it creative

Unlike a lot of YouTubers, beauty guru Jaclyn Hill doesn't have her home base in LA. She resides on the opposite coast, in Tampa, Florida, per Life & Style . After buying her $2 million home, Hill wasted no time in renovating it to her standards, and in a 2020  video tour , you can see where her decor preferences lie.

The home is pure glamour — which is totally on-brand for a makeup mogul — full of glitzy touches, graphic art, modern accents, and a black-and-white color scheme. While some rooms are more subdued, others are brimming with bold patterns and color, like her lounge. A graphic black-and-white floor grounds the space, while bold modern art and a red lip-shaped sofa add personality. Her office is also a lively space, adorned with bright pictures that spark her creativity, she says. "I wanted to make it really really fun and like vibey, and creative, and colorful, and different from the rest of my house."

Jordan Maron is perched on the Sunset Strip

Minecraft king Jordan Maron, aka CaptainSparklez, may not have the largest home here, coming in at 4,100 square feet and comprising three bedrooms and five bathrooms (via Variety ). But it's all about location, location, location. Perched high above the iconic Sunset Strip in LA, the $4.6 million home features walls of glass, several balconies, and an infinity pool — all offering show-stopping views of downtown and the ocean in the distance.

Moran provided a tour of the three-story home, featuring sleek black-and-white interiors, in a 2016  video tour . He's quick to point out that despite the kitchen being on a different floor than his usual hang-out space, there's no need to ascend to grab a drink. The home contains two refrigerators: one upstairs and one downstairs. As Maron jokes, "This is a good selling point!" He listed the home for sale in 2020, but judging by a video  posted at the end of that year, he was living in the property.

There's a historic vibe to Gabbie Hanna's home

Gabbie Hanna's elegant home is in the desirable Studio City area of LA (per Dirt ), and it drips with historic charm. Comprising over 3,100 square feet, five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the Cape Cod-style home feels almost like it's from another era, with hardwood floors, wainscoting, and crown molding throughout. Which makes sense, since the home was built in the 1940s and recently renovated, according to the YouTuber and singer's 2019 empty  house tour .

The light and airy home maintains its historic feel while offering modern amenities, including a wine cellar, a sleek master bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, and a chef's kitchen with marble countertops and a dual range. What's particularly touching is how much the purchase means to Hanna, who spent $2.2 million on the property. "Being able to enjoy my money and treat myself and enjoy what I worked for has been, like, a big struggle," she says. "This is a big deal for me — the fact that I finally felt worthy."

Jojo Siwa's house is larger than life, just like her

Located in Tarzana, California, and purchased for $3.4 million (per CNBC ), JoJo Siwa's home reflects her bright and cheerful personality. The teen YouTuber's property sprawls over 6,111 square feet, with two living spaces, six bedrooms, and five full bathrooms. What's most notable about it, though, is how tailor-made it feels to the former Dance Moms star.

In a 2019  video tour , Siwa leads viewers through the cavernous, marble-floored entrance hall, filled with costumes from previous performances. The property features pink and turquoise (conveniently coordinating with her outfit in the video), including several accent walls, a pool table, and patio furniture on her pool deck. Food is also a major theme, including a candy bar full of Siwa's favorite treats and a "7-Eleven" area. "We have our popcorn maker, our pizza rotator, our nacho chips, our nacho cheese, and our slushy maker," she says.

Then, she reveals the home's crowning glory: the merch room, which is full of her branded products. "There's like every product under the sun, and the moon, and the stars, and the galaxy, and the whole Milky Way," Siwa exclaims.

Shane Dawson's property has a European feel

Although a lot of YouTubers opt for glitz and glam in their homes, OG YouTuber Shane Dawson has settled on a property with a distinctly European feel. Bought for almost $3 million, the lushly landscaped 2.85-acre ranch, just outside of Calabasas, California, features a charming Spanish-style home with a central courtyard and rustic flooring throughout, a sizeable pool, and a separate structure that's been converted into a gym and a podcast studio (per Dirt ). Dawson and his fiance, Ryland Adams, often scoot around the property on their golf cart, with their two dogs in tow.

Thanks to the home's six bedrooms and four bathrooms, the couple often hosts family members and collaborators for extended stays. The master bedroom itself is truly a sight to behold. A 2018  video tour on Adams' channel shows the sprawling space, with its fireplace, custom walk-in closet, and sleek bathroom with soaking tub and dual vanities.

Bretman Rock favors one feature in his Hawaii home

Beauty influencer Bretman Rock was born in the Phillippines and raised in Hawaii, and he recently made his home in Honolulu. In a 2018 empty house  tour , he showed off his new 3,539-square-foot home, comprising five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. However, it appears that Rock has since moved on, as the property  sold for $1.5 million in 2020.

Thanks to its sparkling white interiors, the home is as bright and sunny as the island of Hawaii itself. Upon entering the foyer, the white marble floors reflect the winding staircase leading to the second floor, and the monochromatic decor continues throughout. In the video, Rock shows off his two-car garage, the extensive balcony adjacent to his bedroom, and the master bathroom with an enormous tub and walk-in shower.

But he seems to be most thrilled about the all-white kitchen, featuring a large center island with a chic waterfall edge as well as one small but significant feature: a hot water faucet. "It's honestly why I bought the house," he says.

The kitchen in Rosanna Pansino's home is cutting-edge

Food YouTuber Rosanna Pansino has leveled up her real estate game in 2021. She traded in her 5,800-square-foot Tarzana property, bought in 2016 for $3.8 million, for a 6,000-square-foot, modern-farmhouse-style home in Sherman Oaks, according to Dirt . At around 6,000 square feet, the $6 million home offers five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a swimming pool, a fire pit, and a movie theater.

But as you'd expect from the home of a food guru, it's all about the kitchen. In a 2021 video tour , Pansino reveals her new cooking space, complete with an enormous walk-in pantry, a large French-door refrigerator, and glam gold-toned hardware. Of course, all the appliances are cutting-edge. "These gadgets are high-tech," she says. "I'm not kidding. My fridge closes herself. You tap her, she opens herself, she closes herself." She also notes that her coffee machine works via an app. The future is here!

Loren Gray's first home has a statement staircase

Although she's still in her teens, Loren Gray already has a home all to herself. The YouTube and TikTok star shows off her first home in a 2020  video tour , and it's a stunning sight. The house, which Gray describes as "gray," boasts dark hardwood floors as well as a statement staircase in the center that winds up to the second floor. According to Gray, seeing this staircase sealed the deal. "This is kind of what sold me on the house, 'cause I love this area so much," she says.

The house also contains a massive living room with a fireplace and a kitchen with a black-marble-topped center island, dual ovens, a French door refrigerator, and a gas stove. A petite chandelier sparkles over the island. Plenty of outdoor space wraps around the exterior of the home, featuring a fountain, a pool, a hot tub, and — wait for it — a waterslide. As first homes go, not bad, eh?

The ACE Family combined two mansions into one

Forgive us for a moment as we pick our jaws off the floor for this one. YouTube unit The ACE Family — consisting of married couple Austin McBroom and Catherine Paiz and their children, Elle, Alaia, and Steel — has created a home fit for royalty. The ACE Family's $10 million Encino property is actually two homes joined together on two acres to create an enormous mansion with stunning views over LA (per Famous Celebrity Homes ).

In a 2019  home tour , Austin and Catherine show off the home in all its glory. With black marble fountains, a gaming room, a grand piano, and all-white decor throughout, it's clear that the home caters to the sensibilities of both adults and children. Perhaps most astonishing of all is the moment when Austin says, "Let me introduce you to Beyoncé herself," and the piano beings to automatically play "Halo" by Beyoncé through voice technology.

Jake Paul is the king of his Calabasas castle

The younger brother of Logan Paul, Jake Paul has more than kept up with his famous sibling, with a net worth of $19 million as of 2021 (per Wealthy Gorilla ). And how better to spend that money than on real estate? A 2017  video tour  shows every inch of his Calabasas mansion, aka the Team 10 house (named for his squad of fellow YouTubers), and it's obvious that Paul and his buddies have a great time in the 15,045-square-foot abode.

Situated on a three-and-a-half-acre estate where Paul likes to ride his ATV, the interior of the home has a three-story foyer with a grand spiral staircase. The rooms are enormous, and Paul has a positively cavernous bedroom, featuring a floor-to-ceiling wood headboard that matches the floors. Other highlights include a theater, a wet bar, and a gym. It's not all fun and games, though, as Paul has dedicated office space for up to 15 employees.

As of April 2021, the home was on the market for $7 million (per TMZ ).

“Natural light in itself is a form of art and we view our place as a way to study it,” adds Charlie. “In the winter, the light comes through the windows differently than it does during the summer. When you study light, you realize that there are many ways for light to get from point A to point B and each way has a subtly different outcome.”

Minimalism requires meticulousness. It’s a mindset photographer Charlie Schuck and prop stylist Natasha Felker have mastered in their Brooklyn brownstone, where their curated possessions meet a clean palette awash in natural light. “If there’s something we fall in love with, we first look to see if it can be found used, at a discount, or for a trade,” Charlie says. “If not, then we buy or commission the piece to be constructed.”

YouTubers Showing Off Their Ridiculous Mansions

YouTuber

Did you know that several YouTubers have bought giant houses off of their earnings? While some of that revenue comes from video views, a lot comes from tours, merch, and public appearances. It can all add up pretty fast, and next thing you know, 16 year-old JoJo Siwa is moving her family into a $3.4 million house. Now that's the dream.

Who are the wealthiest YouTubers out there? Controversial 24-year-old Logan Paul is certainly a contender, and it shows in the lavishness of his YouTube mansion. The Logan Paul house is worth over $6 million. The Shane Dawson new house, which he shares with fiancé Ryland Adams, is less out-there in its design, but still very impressive. The Jenna Marbles house tour video is a bit different, as the star begins the vlog by speaking about how guilty she feels for having the money to buy a big house.

The Pewdiepie house video, on the other hand, was made into a big joke. Instead of focusing on his his home’s stunning interior in his YouTube house tour, he spends the majority of the time in a kid’s blow-up play pool in the yard. The Dolan Twins were happy to share a look at their home - though, to be fair, the Dolan Twins house is tucked away so you can’t see it from the street. The Tana Mongeau house is probably about as over-the-top as you would imagine. She reportedly has her own Olympic-sized swimming pool. The CJ So Cool house and JoJo Siwa house boast crazy amenities, such as a dirt bike path and a 7-Eleven station.

Keep reading to drool over the gorgeous estates of these affluent YouTubers. Whether it's a Cape Cod-style house or an open Mediterranean floor plan, we can't get enough of these insanely nice digs, and the stars' over-the-top YouTube home tours. Vote up the YouTubers houses you would most like to live in.

Why Lottery Winners Always End Up Broke

Inside These YouTube Stars' Gorgeous Homes

YouTube stars Jeffree Star and Nathan Schwandt

Some YouTube stars live the lives of the rich and famous, and we all want to know what the place they call home looks like. After all,  MTV Cribs  was popular after it premiered , as it gave fans the ability to look inside some of the most glamorous celebrity homes without, you know, being arrested for trespassing or stalking. And over the years , we've stared in shock and awe (and sometimes even horror) at some of the ways our favorite stars live .

Like A-list actors and world-renowned artists, YouTubers have spectacular homes.  Forbes  reported that Jake Paul and Jeffree Star brought in $21.5 million and $18 million, respectively, in 2018 alone. And, as you can imagine, that sort of income can more than cover the cost of a dream home. Other big-name internet personalities have also amassed large fortunes producing content online — and they, too, have the houses to show for it. Need proof? These are some of the most gorgeous homes that belong to your most beloved YouTube stars.

YouTube star Shane Dawson bought his dream house

In April 2019, Shane Dawson  decided to put his Studio City, Calif. home on the market for nearly $1.7 million, according to Variety . The home, which touted three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and over 2,200 square feet, wasn't his only home, however. As Variety reported, Dawson also owned a home in the mountains near Calabasas, Calif. — and he has no intention of selling that one.

In 2018, Dawson's partner and fellow YouTuber Ryland Adams shared a tour of the exterior and interior of their mountainous property. "By the way, can I just say, number one: this is my dream house," Dawson explained in the video , adding, "This is not like some crazy, whatever house ... I don't want to feel like I'm showing off or bragging."

According to Dirt , the longtime YouTube star's property extends across nearly three acres and the house is a little shy of 5,000 square feet. Adams and Dawson have plenty of room for their beloved pups with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a two-car garage, and a barn that was turned into a gym. The open-concept floor plan makes the house feel just as expansive as the property itself.

YouTube star Jenna Marbles only wanted one thing for her house

In May 2018, Jenna Marbles (aka Jenna Mourey) shared with her viewers a first look at her new house in Sherman Oaks, Calif. According to the home's listing , Marbles paid nearly $2.9 million for the five-bedroom "Cape Cod stunner." The over 5,000-square foot house sits on "a quiet, tree-lined street" and features wood floors, vaulted ceilings, a chef's kitchen, and a dreamy spa-like bathroom.

When showing fans around her new place, she smiled and opened a glass door leading to a special kind of closet. "This is the bougiest thing I done ever seen in my whole life," she joked. "It is a closet for your wine." The YouTube star admitted that she and boyfriend Julien Solomita have only actually been using it as a place to put their dogs when someone comes to the house. "Not for very long," she clarified. "For a second." Of all of the amazing features in Marbles' house, she said her must-have was simply a pantry. "This is what you save your money for," she laughed as she let viewers peep the space.

YouTube star James Charles' home is the epitome of Sister style

In February 2019, months after moving into his new home in Los Angeles, James Charles gave viewers a look at his "fully decorated" and "finished" space. And it is stunning. The open-concept space is modern and monochromatic. Charles told fans that one of his favorite parts of the space is the formal foyer because you can "open the front door and see all the way out to the backyard." The first room off the foyer is a formal living room with a stunning baby grand piano. The formal space then extends into a decidedly less-formal dining room.

The YouTube star later showed fans a behind-the-scenes look at an office for his manager and assistant as well as the room where all of his filming and production equipment is kept. The tour wasn't all business, though. Viewers were privy to the master bedroom which boasted a sitting area, an electric fireplace, and, in true Sister fashion, a large "selfie mirror." The bedroom extends to a serene master bathroom with a large marble shower encased in glass doors. Oh, and there's also a separate soaking tub. When can we move in?

YouTube star Emma Chamberlain's bright apartment has some cool features

When Emma Chamberlain was just 17, she moved into her own apartment in Los Angeles. "I already feel 18 because I have that freedom, and I am very grateful for that," the popular YouTuber revealed in an interview with W magazine . "It's one of those things where it's not going to change much for me, because I already live by myself."

Before her lease was up, Chamberlain revealed in a vlog that she moved to a new apartment because her first apartment was like "a big cement dungeon" due to its lack of natural light. "It's so important to have a space that, like, you feel good in and safe in and happy in," the star revealed. "It makes everything better." When Chamberlain and her mom went to check out other available apartments, the star fell in love with the first space she toured, and, in March 2019, she moved into her new digs.

The YouTube star's multi-story apartment features a modern, bright kitchen with high-end appliances, a " beauty guru" room, and a living room with what Chamberlain dubbed "vibey lights." Yes, our 18-year-old selves are jealous.

One closet in YouTube star Jeffree Star's home requires a retina scan for access

Before YouTube stars Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams could call Calabasas, Calif. home, the mountainous area of the state was already home to beauty guru Jeffree Star. "So happy that [Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams] are my neighbors now!" Star tweeted in December 2018. "I'm so proud and happy for them!! We love new chapters..."

The beauty YouTuber purchased his — wait for it — 10-bedroom, 15-bathroom mansion  for $3.6 million back in 2016. Considering Jeffree Star's net worth , we doubt he felt too much anxiety about the pricy home purchase. As you could probably guess, the house Star shares with his partner Nathan Schwandt is all kinds of extra — and in the way only this makeup pro could really pull off. We're talking pink walls and Gucci swag everywhere . In a tour for Dawson's channel , Star showed off a $125,000 Hermès bag kept in one of his incredible closets that contains an estimated $6 to $7 million worth of product.

In May 2019, Star revealed his even bigger closet, dubbed the " pink vault ." And it is quite literally a vault. "This is 10,000 pounds of bulletproof stainless steel," Star revealed. It also requires a fingerprint and retina scan to gain entry.

YouTube star Bretman Rock put what in his dining room?!

Allow us to introduce you to Bretman Rock's house. The YouTube star's home has incredible marble floors and a grand entryway. But it wouldn't be Rock's place if he didn't jazz it up a bit. The YouTuber revealed in a vlog  in July 2018 that he took out a chandelier in the dining room to eventually put in "a stripper pole." He explained, saying, "I live by myself so who the f*** am I gonna dine with? My cats?" The marble theme is carried through into the kitchen, which is pretty much the epitome of chic. Rock was inspired by other YouTubers' all-white kitchens and knew he wanted one for himself.

In a later video in March 2019, the star shared some of the renovations he made to the upstairs of his home, which included a mural of himself, new carpeting, and a modernized ensuite bathroom with a waterfall shower and a refrigerator to keep his skincare products chilled at all times.

YouTube star Jake Paul scored a mega mansion for Team 10

Joining YouTube stars Jeffree Star and Shane Dawson, Jake Paul purchased a ginormous estate in Calabasas, Calif. in 2017. Paul previously lived in Los Angeles, but, according to KTLA 5 News , his neighbors were fed up with his stunts. The popular YouTuber paid nearly $7 million for his new estate : a 15,000-square foot "mega mansion" spread across over three and a half acres. The house is so big that there's even an elevator. With 12 bathrooms and eight bedrooms, there's also plenty of room for Team 10 , Paul's ever-changing group of content creators , and all of their antics.

In October 2017, Paul gave viewers a comprehensive tour of the expansive property, which started with riding a dirt bike in his front yard and then licking the floors. To each his own, right? The house includes an in-home gym, steam room, sauna, and a spa bathroom that'll make your jaw drop. And, to top it all off, the house overlooks not only the property's several manicured acres, but the mountains as well.

These YouTube stars have come a long way from their family home in New Jersey

Although the Dolan Twins — that is, Ethan and Grayson Dolan — are originally from Long Valley, N.J., the brothers relocated to Los Angeles, Calif. in 2015, according to J-14 .

In May 2018, the YouTube stars gave their subscribers a tour of their Encino, Calif. house that they moved into just a month earlier. According to the real estate listing , the twins appear to be renting the property for nearly $9,000 per month. With over 10 million YouTube subscribers, though, the Dolan Twins are multi-millionaires. According to Seventeen 's calculations, the video of Grayson's wisdom teeth removal likely brought in over $28,000 alone. While $9,000 sounds like a whole lot to dish out on rent each month, the twins can certainly afford it. Not to mention the house is totally worth it.

The stunning mid-century modern property has three bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across over 3,000 square feet. The listing boasts "great privacy" and "immense and impressive serene canyon views," calling it "the perfect hideaway." The home also features a separate studio, which the Dolans began utilizing as soon as they moved in.

YouTube star Jackie Aina hand-picked everything in her gorgeous home

In most of YouTube star Jackie Aina's makeup tutorials, you don't get to see much besides, well, makeup. However, in late 2018, the star allowed Allure an inside look at her bathroom and office for a "Beauty Spaces" video. The YouTuber dished about her Versace jungle leaves wallpaper and glitzy chandelier. The star's office, or "makeup room" as Aina calls it, is as glamorous as you could imagine.

The rest of Aina's house is just as modern and clean-lined as her beauty spaces. "I pretty much hand-picked everything myself," she explained in a holiday house tour . "I came up with the inspo. I came up with the color scheme." The YouTuber's living room, where she entertains guests, features a cozy fireplace and what Aina said is "the biggest fluffiest couch I've ever owned or sat in ever." She continued, saying, "It's actually more comfortable than my bed." Basically, we're waiting for our invite.

YouTube star Rosanna Pansino has a kitchen that most people only dream about

After getting settled into her home in Los Angeles, Rosanna Pansino gave fans an in-depth tour . "The style of this house is Cape Cod," the baker revealed. "It has a very clean, fresh look that I fell in love with." With the open-concept design and hardwood floors throughout, you can see why the YouTube star fell head over heels for the home.

"I like to host for the holidays," the star said while revealing her large dining room, which can seat 17 people when needed. Unsurprisingly, the star's kitchen is what Pansino dubbed "a foodie's dream come true" and is where most of the YouTuber's friends and family gather when they visit. The kitchen also features a seriously huge refrigerator . "You could probably fit four of me [in here]," she joked. "I'm pretty sure I can't even reach the top shelf."

The star's master bedroom suite is just as fabulous and features large his and her closets, a marble fireplace, and a sitting area. On her off time, Pansino said she likes to "curl up on the bed" and "binge-watch a show with the fireplace on."

The ACE Family combined two houses to make a YouTube star's ideal home

In September 2019, The ACE Family finally gave a comprehensive house tour . "This is a completely new construction," Catherine Paiz explained of the entryway, "so it was two houses before and we literally combined them together."

The huge open-concept home features hardwood floors and marble details. The ACE Family patriarch, basketball player Austin McBroom, showed off the "main kitchen," explaining, "This is where our wonderful chef cooks our meals." The house also features a gym with a beautiful view and a balcony that wraps around to the master bedroom. Oh, and there's also an arcade. Basically, their home is a resort.

"Just so you guys know, I feel like a lot of people are always like, 'Oh, why do they need such a big house' ... but to be honest with you, we have so many people that stay with us," Paiz explained in an earlier video . The YouTube star added, "We do also plan on expanding our family, our family is going to get a lot bigger. This house is definitely needed for what we plan on doing with our career, what we plan on doing with our lives."

YouTube star Jaclyn Hill has an interesting picture in her bedroom...

YouTube star Jaclyn Hill acknowledged her subscribers' requests for a house tour in April 2019, but revealed that her home "is in such a transition." She did, however, reveal her master bedroom and beauty space and, uh, it's all kinds of glam.

Hill revealed in the tour her style has completely changed and her bedroom mirrors that transition. She once liked a more minimalist, white aesthetic, but has since embraced more colors and definitely enjoys a moody vibe. In her bedroom, a side table features a stack of Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Prada books. A neon sign above her bed reads "love me" and a Chanel tray sits atop her luxe bed.

One wall even features a large black-and-white print of the beauty guru herself. "I just have to call out this moment because I preach self-love and it's very important to love yourself," she revealed. "If you don't love yourself, you can't love anybody else, right? So that's why I have me," she laughed.

YouTube star Gabbie Hanna took her time to find a place to call home

"I saw probably 30 homes, maybe more, cause there were some days when I was seeing like six houses in a day and none of them felt right," internet personality Gabbie Hanna revealed in a vlog . "And the second I walked into this house, I knew it was my house."

The YouTube star explained that the $2.5 million house was built in the 1940s and remodeled in 2015 to create a more open floor plan. "The kitchen kind of stole my heart," she explained. Its marble backsplash and built-in coffeemaker are stealing our hearts too.

Hanna revealed her plans to turn one bedroom, which she painted in her grandmother's favorite color (a soft rosy pink), into a combination guest room and "art office." As stunning as the YouTuber's new digs may be, it's one of the simpler things Hanna is most excited about: the laundry closet. Coming from an apartment with a shared laundry facility, she said she's just happy to be able to have easy access to wash and dry her clothes.

JoJo Siwa's home is covered in glitter, unicorns, and the YouTube star's merch

JoJo Siwa may share a home with her parents, but the house is most definitely decorated in JoJo fashion — especially during the holidays. Enter from the front door and you'll immediately see a light-up gumball machine, a poster of the star herself, a large piano, and her very own claw machine. One room off of the living room is full of all the JoJo swag you could seriously ever imagine. The kitchen features a nacho station and a popcorn machine as well as your more traditional features, such as a pantry, and the dining room houses a colorful rug.

In March 2019, the YouTube star also gave a tour of her bedroom , which features a unicorn-themed bunkbed with a slide. The tour showed a snippet of the hallway, too, which features rainbow-colored panels. Obviously, the colorful vibe extends to every area of the house — or least the ones that we can see on camera.

Travis kelce praises taylor swift's 'amazing' singapore concerts, travis kelce t. swift continues to amaze me ... after latest 'eras' run, 73 3/13/2024 8:47 am pt.

Travis Kelce isn't sick of Taylor Swift concerts just yet -- the Kansas City Chiefs superstar raved about his girlfriend's latest tour dates in Singapore ... saying it was an "amazing" experience.

The Super Bowl champion -- who was spotted at two of Swift's six sold-out shows in Asia last week -- praised Tay's performance on his "New Heights" podcast with his brother, Jason ... and even though he's seen the same setlist several times, he clearly can't get enough.

Kelce's comments are no surprise -- after all, the guy danced like no one was watching during his appearances ... and the Swifties made sure to show him some serious love as well.

Kelce also gushed over a "cool as f***" greenhouse he visited during his trip ... and it turns out he's not just a zoo dude, he is also a big fan of plants.

Of course, the Traylor romance all came to be after Travis hit up Taylor's show at Arrowhead Stadium back in July ... and the two have written quite the love story ever since.

Travis made note of Taylor's mini-break in the tour ... and even though he didn't openly say it, we are assuming he'll be taking advantage of the time.
