De prijzen hiervoor zijn als volgt: 15kg = 15 euro 20kg = 20 euro 25kg = 27 euro 30kg = 35 euro 40kg = 45 euro 50kg = 80 euro Daarnaast mag elke reiziger vanaf 2 jaar 1 stuk handbagage meenemen van maximaal 10 kilo. Houdt u er rekening mee dat het maximale toegestane gewicht van uw koffer 32 kg is.   U mag 1 stuk gratis handbagage inchecken dat niet zwaarder mag wegen dan 6 kg. De afmetingen van uw handbagage bagagestuk mogen niet groter zijn dan 55x40x23 cm.   Een baby tot 2 jaar heeft recht op het meenemen van een buggy, Maxi-Cosi of kinderwagen en voeding voor de baby voor consumptie aan boord.   Wij raden u dringend aan om u aan de bagagevrijdom te houden. Wanneer het totale gewicht van uw bagage wordt overschreden, wordt bij de incheckbalie een overbagagetarief gehanteerd. Als het bagagestuk groter is dan 158cm wordt ook een overbagagetarief gehanteerd. De kosten voor overbagage als een te groot bagagestuk zijn €35,00 per enkele reis. Mocht het bagagestuk zowel te groot als te zwaar zijn (24 kg - 32 kg) dan moet een bedrag van €70,00 worden betaald. Het is ook mogelijk dat de overbagage wordt geweigerd.   Als u een tweede bagagestuk mee wilt nemen dan rekent Brussels airlines hiervoor €75,00. Voor extra gewicht €110,00 en voor een extra groot formaat ook €110,00 en als het bagagestuk zowel te zwaar als te groot is €145,00. Vooraf bijboeken via ML tours is niet mogelijk dit moet u op de luchthaven regelen. Het is ook mogelijk dat de overbagage wordt geweigerd.
• Wat moet u doen als uw bagage vertraagd, beschadigd of vermist is? De luchtvaartmaatschappij is beperkt aansprakelijk voor beschadigde bagage. Heeft u geen reisverzekering afgesloten dan kunt u mogelijke vergoeding bij de betreffende luchtvaartmaatschappij aanvragen.
• Wanneer moet ik inchecken voor mijn vlucht? Ga op tijd naar de luchthaven Zorg ervoor dat u 3 uur voor vertrek op de luchthaven bent. U kunt dan terecht bij één van de check-in balies van de betreffende luchtvaartmaatschappij. Bij het inchecken  heeft u uw vliegticket, paspoort of nationale identiteitskaart nodig. U dient vóór sluitingstijd van de check-in balies ingecheckt te zijn en uw mogelijke bagage afgegeven te hebben. Online inchecken U kunt vanaf 30 uur tot 4 uur voor vertrek alleen bij Transavia online inchecken. Bij de andere maatschappijen kan dat nu nog niet. Ga naar de website van Transavia: https://www.transavia.com/nl-NL/mijn-transavia/inchecken/inloggen Print u boardingpass uit en neem deze mee naar de luchthaven. Als u incheckt via uw telefoon, dan download u de mobiele boardingpass naar uw telefoon en laat deze op de luchthaven bij het instappen zien. U kunt de mobiele boardingpass niet printen of op uw tablet laten zien. Mocht u twijfelen of uw voldoende ruimbagage mee kan nemen dan kunt u tijdens het online inchecken nog (extra) ruimbagage boeken. Let op het kopen van ruimbagage op de luchthaven aanzienlijk duurder is.
• Welke reisdocumenten heb ik nodig voor Marokko? Uw ticket In de bijlage van uw boekingsbevestiging vindt u uw vliegticket. Kunt u deze e-mail niet vinden? Neem dan contact op met met ons Customer Care team en zij sturen u de e-mail nogmaals toe. Uw paspoort of nationale identiteitskaart U heeft minimaal een nog 6 maanden geldig paspoort of nationale identiteitskaart nodig. Met een verlopen of beschadigd document kunt u niet inchecken. Bij het consulaat/ambassade van Marokko of op de website van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken kunt u controleren of u voor uw reis een paspoort of nationale identiteitskaart nodig hebt en hoe lang deze nog geldig moet zijn. Een visum Afhankelijk van uw nationaliteit is het soms verplicht om vooraf een visum te kopen. Controleer dit daarom ruim van tevoren bij het consulaat/ambassade van Marokko of op de website van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken.
• Bijzondere bagage. Kan ik bijzondere of medische bagage meenemen?  Voor informatie over het meenemen van bijzondere bagage en medische bagage kunt u het beste de website van Transavia of Brussels Airlines raadplegen.
• Kan ik mijn vlucht annuleren? U kunt uw vlucht(en) annuleren. Dit kan alleen op werkdagen en tijdens de kantooruren van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 09.30 uur tot 18.00 uur en zaterdag van 11.00 tot 17.00 uur. Een annulering buiten deze dagen en uren wordt pas op de eerstvolgende werkdag behandeld. Echter wij vergoeden uw ticket niet en ontvangt derhalve geen restitutie. Als u een annuleringsverzekering heeft afgesloten kunt u daar vaak een beroep op doen. Heeft u bij ML tours een annuleringsdekking afgesloten dan krijgt u afhankelijk van het moment van annulering een deel of het volledige bedrag van uw betaalde ticketprijs terug. • Welke wijzigingen zijn er mogelijk en wat is de hoogte van de wijzigingskosten? U kunt bij ons uw ticket alleen telefonisch wijzigen. Hiervoor kunt u contact opnemen met de medewerkers van ons Customer Care team tijdens kantooruren. Welke wijzigingen zijn mogelijk? U kunt uw vlucht laten veranderen naar een andere vertrekluchthaven en/of bestemming. Ook is het mogelijk uw vlucht om te laten boeken naar andere datum en/of tijdstip. De geboortedatum en geslacht van de passagier kan ook worden gewijzigd. Mocht u een annuleringsdekking bij ML tours hebben afgesloten dan kunt u uw ticket, volgens de spelregels van de annuleringsdekking, op een andere naam laten zetten. In alle andere gevallen is een naamswijziging niet mogelijk. Wat is de hoogte van de wijzigingskosten? Tot 72 uur voor de geplande vertrektijd (check-in tijd) wordt bij een wijziging van vertrekhaven en/of bestemming en/of datum 50,- euro per persoon en per traject aan administratieve kosten in rekening gebracht. Daarnaast wordt u het prijsverschil tussen het oude en het nieuwe tarief in rekening gebracht. Mocht het nieuwe tarief lager zijn dan het oude tarief dan wordt geen terugbetaling/vermindering toegepast. Dit is echter alleen mogelijk tijdens kantooruren. Binnen 72 tot 24 uur voor de geplande vertrektijd (check-in tijd) wordt bij een wijziging van vertrekhaven en/of bestemming en/of datum 120,- euro per persoon en per traject aan administratieve kosten in rekening gebracht. Daarnaast wordt het prijsverschil tussen het oude en het nieuwe tarief in rekening gebracht. Mocht het nieuwe tarief lager zijn dan het oude tarief dan wordt geen terugbetaling/vermindering toegepast. Dit is echter alleen mogelijk tijdens kantooruren. Binnen 24 uur voor de geplande vertrektijd (check-in tijd) en op de vlucht dag zelf wordt bij een wijziging van vertrekhaven en/of bestemming en/of datum de volledig nieuwe ticketprijs per persoon en per traject aan administratieve kosten in rekening gebracht. Dit is echter alleen mogelijk tijdens kantooruren. De administratieve kosten voor de wijziging van de geboortedatum en/of geslacht zijn 50,- euro per persoon.
• Waarom kunnen de ticketprijzen zo verschillen? De ticketprijzen worden naast de kosten vooral bepaald door vraag en aanbod. Het verschil in prijs is het gevolg van Yield Management. Dit is een prijscalculatietechniek waarbij ML tours haar vluchten zo vol mogelijk probeert te krijgen. De prijs van vliegticket wordt bepaald op basis van de populariteit van een vlucht, oftewel op basis vraag en aanbod. Op elk moment bekijkt het Yield Management systeem: wat is de verwachting aan boekingen en wanneer is de vertrekdatum, dit bepaalt de uiteindelijke ticketprijs.
• Hoeveel weken voor de bevalling mag u vliegen? Als u zwanger bent, mag u vliegen. Hieronder vindt u de informatie over het vliegen tijdens de zwangerschap. Vrouwen in verwachting met een normale gezondheid, zonder voorgeschiedenis van premature geboortes en zonder complicaties, mogen tot 4 weken voor hun verwachte bevallingsdatum (dat wil zeggen tot en met de 36e zwangerschapsweek) vliegen. Vrouwen die 37 weken of langer zwanger zijn, mogen niet reizen per vliegtuig. • Bij welke maatschappij kan ik mijn stoel van tevoren reserveren? Alleen bij Transavia is het mogelijk vanaf 120 uur tot 48 uur voor vertrek van uw vlucht uw stoel te reserveren. Dit kunt u doen via MIJN TRANSAVIA . Als u geen stoel reserveert dan krijgt u en uw reisgezelschap tijdens het inchecken de overgebleven stoelen toegewezen. Dit kan betekenen dat u niet bij elkaar kunt zitten.  U heeft de keuze uit de volgende stoelen: Stoel met standaard beenruimte (74 cm - 76 cm) € 6,- per persoon per enkele reis Stoel met extra beenruimte (86 cm – 100 cm) € 8,- per persoon per enkele reis Stoel op de eerste rij met extra beenruimte (91 cm) € 12,- per persoon per enkele reis De genoemde tarieven zijn ter indicatie en onder voorbehoud. U dient u altijd 48 uur voor vertrek de vluchttijden van uw gereserveerde vlucht(en) te checken en te herbevestigen. • Wat moet ik doen als ik geen gebruik van mijn vlucht heb gemaakt? Mocht u geen gebruik van uw heenvlucht dan wel uw heenvlucht hebben gemist dan vervalt automatisch uw terugvlucht. Wilt u alsnog gebruik maken van uw terugvlucht dan verzoeken wij u zo snel mogelijk contact op te nemen met een medewerker van ons Customer Care team. In voorkomende gevallen bieden wij u  de mogelijkheid om tegen bijbetaling van €100,-  gebruik te kunnen maken van de terugvlucht.
• Mag een kind alleen reizen? Gaat uw kind vliegen? Voor alleenreizende kinderen van 5 t/m 11 jaar is begeleiding verplicht en vragen Transavia en Brussels Airlines hiervoor een vergoeding. • Wanneer mag  ik met mijn baby gaan vliegen? Uw baby mag pas 7 dagen na de geboorte reizen met het vliegtuig. Per volwassene mag u met niet meer dan 1 baby reizen. Uw baby zit bij u op schoot. Voor uw baby geldt dat handbagage niet is toegestaan. U mag voor uw baby wel ruimbagage meenemen zie hiervoor de informatie over ruimbagae bij veelgestelde vragen en de informatie op de website van de betreffende luchtvaartmaatschappij. What kind of hand luggage is allowed.

Transavia Each passenger of 2 years and older is allowed to bring 1 accessory and 1 piece of hand luggage:

• Total up to 10 kg
• Max. dimensions accessory 40 x 30 x 20 cm
• Max. dimensions hand luggage 55 x 35 x 25 cm incl. handles and wheels

  Small bags such as a handbag, laptop bag or camera bag also count as 1 piece. Passengers may take 1 piece of hand luggage such as a trolley (55x35x25 cm) and an accessory such as a small handbag or laptop bag (40x30x20 cm) on board. Together it may weight 10 kg. The accessory can always be taken on board.  You place the larger hand luggage in the overhead compartments on board. There is room for 70, so once the compartments are full, the luggage will be collected when boarding and placed in the hold. After the flight, you can retrieve your luggage from the baggage carousel.

Transavia introduces a new service for more confort on board; reservation of cabinespace for larger hand luggage in combination with priority boarding. The fee starts at € 5,- per person per flight and only possible if you book this yourself via Transavia selfservice, based on availability and 5 days prior to departure.

How many pieces of hand luggage can I take with me for my baby?

It is not allowed to bring separate hand luggage for a baby up to 2 years. Would you like to take baby food, a nappy bag or other items for your baby with you in the cabin? Please put them in your own hand luggage.

You are allowed to bring a foldable stroller up to 10 kg to the gate. The foldable stroller will be taken from you at the gate and transported in the hold. The buggy is included the 10 kg check-in luggage that you can take with you for your baby. On busy flights, it could happen that hand luggage will be collected at the gate. This luggage will then be transported (free of charge) in the hold. After the flight, you can retrieve your luggage from the baggage carousel together with the checked baggage, if any. If your luggage will be going in the hold, you are permitted to take out any valuables, documents, electronic devices or medicine first. We recommend placing these items in a separate bag at home so that you can access them easily during the flight. How many pieces of hand luggage can I take with me for my baby/child? It is not allowed to bring separate hand luggage for a baby up to 2 years. Would you like to take baby food, a nappy bag or other items for your baby with you in the cabin? Please put them in your own hand luggage.

What kind of hold luggage is allowed?

Transavia For every passenger of 2 years and older, It is possible to book (extra) hold luggage on the Transavia flights directly at ML Tours via (+31) 020 722 0 722 or via email.

Please find the fares below for 01.04.2024 - 31.10.2024:

• 15kg = 31 euro
• 20kg = 38 euro
• 25kg = 43 euro
• 30kg = 59 euro
• 40kg = 75 euro
• 50kg = 105 euro

Prices for flights from 31/10/2024 may differ. The reservation system displays the correct price.

If you have not prebooked and paid your hold luggage in advance, you can purchase additional hold luggage at the Airport representative of ML Tours. The rates per one way are higher and as follow:

• 15kg = 45 euro
• 20kg = 60 euro
• 25kg = 75 euro
• 30kg = 90 euro
• 40kg = 120 euro
• 50kg = 150 euro

You can also buy additional hold luggage at Transavia during check-in, but the rates will be higher than ML Tours charges. 

How many pieces of hold luggage can I take with me for my baby? For your baby (up to 2 years), you may take 1 piece of hold luggage of up to 10 kg. This can be a trolley, pram or folding buggy, for example. The hold luggage must be handed in at the check-in desk at the airport. A folding buggy is hold luggage, but you can take it for convenience as far as the gate. If you would like to take more hold luggage for your baby, you can affordably book extra kilos yourself.

You may divide the luggage over several pieces up to a maximum of 5.

Brussels Airlines For every passenger of 2 years and older, it is possible to book hold luggage on the Brussels Airlines flight directly at ML Tours via (+31) 020 722 0 722.

Please find the fare and rules below:

• 23kg = 30 euro
• Max. dimensions 158 cm (l x b x h) incl. handles, wheels and pockets
• Max. total weight:  23 kg per person

We strongly recommend that you stick to the luggage allowance. If the total weight and/or the max. dimension of your hold luggage is exceeded, an excess luggage fee will be charged at the check-in counter.

The costs of excess luggage are:

• Luggage over 23kg till max. 32 kg € 50,- per one way.
• Luggage larger than 158 cm € 50,- per one way.
• If luggage is both too large and too heavy (24kg - 32kg) € 100,- per one way.

If you want to take a second piece of hold luggage, Brussels Airlines will charge:

• Max. weight 23kg € 80,- per one way.
• For extra weight till max. 32kg € 130,- per onway.
• For a suit case bigger than 158 cm € 130,- per one way.
• If the hold luggage is too big and too heavy € 180,- per one way. 

It is not possible to book this in advance at ML Tours, you can only arrange this at the airport! Please be aware that hold luggage can be refused and therefore will not be accepted for the flight!

What should I do if my luggage has been damaged / lost?

You will find all practical information about lost, delayed or damaged luggage on the website of the related airline company:

• Transavia 
• Brussels Airlines 

If your luggage is damaged, we recommend in general that you contact your insurance company. The liability of the Airline Company is namely limited regarding damaged luggage. Most insurance policies cover this loss based on the value of your possessions. If you don’t have a travel insurance, you can request compensation from the airline.

When should I check-in for my flight?

Go the airport on time. Make sure that you will be 3 hours before departure at the airport. You can check-in at one of the check-in desks of the related airline company. Be sure to keep your E-ticket, passport or national identity card and your Covid-19 documents where you can reach it easily. Make sure you have checked in and handed in any hold luggage before the check-in desk closes. Keep in mind that there may be long check-in and waiting times at the airport, so please go to the airport on time! Even in case of a delay, you have to be at the airport to check-in based on the original departure time.

One week before your departure you will receive a service e-mail from us with, among other things, the exact information about the check-in time.

Online check-in with Transavia You can check-in online from 30 hours up to 4 hours before departure for the Transavia flights. After checking in, you can print or download your boarding pass to your smartphone. Please take this with you to the airport.

Which travel documents do I need for Morocco?

Your ticket You will find your flight ticket in the annex of your booking confirmation. If you can not find this email, please contact our customer care team and they will send you this email again.

Your passport or national identity card You will need a valid passport or national identity card. You can’t check-in with an expired or damaged document. Check with the consulate for the country you are flying to or the website for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs whether you require a passport or national identity card for your trip and how long it should be valid for.

A visa If a visa is required for a destination depends not only on the destination itself, but also on your nationality. Depending on you nationality, you are required to purchase a visa beforehand. Please, make sure to check this well ahead of your trip by contacting the consulate of embassy for the country to be visited or on the website for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your flight(s) during working days/office hours from:

• Monday till Friday from 09.30 AM till 6 PM
• Saturday from 09.30 AM till 4 PM
• Sunday closed

A cancellation outside these days/hours will be treated on the following working day.

Please note that we do not reimburse the cost of tickets. You can contact your insurance company and see if they will give you a refund. If you bought a cancellation coverage at ML Tours, you will receive a part or the entire amount of your paid ticket price depending on the cancellation time. On our website  you can find more details about this.

Which changes are possible and what are the changefees?

You can easily change your ticket to a new departure date with us via my  mltours . To log in you need your booking number and a surname. Or you call our customer care team during office hours via (+31) 020 722 0 722.

Which changes are possible?                            You can change the following things in your booking:

• departure airport
• arrival airport
• departure date
• date of birth (only by phone)
• gender (only by phone)

If you bought a cancellation coverage at ML Tours, you can change the name on the ticket, according to the rules of the cancellation coverage. In all other cases, a name change is not possible.

How much is the change fee?

• Up to 75 hours before the flight time you pay €50 per person per route for administrative costs. In addition, the price difference between the old and the new rate will be charged. If the new rate is lower than the old rate, no refund/reduction will be applied.  
• 75 to 27 hours before flight departure you pay €120 per person per route in administrative costs for a change. In addition, the price difference between the old and the new rate will be charged. If your old ticket (incl. baggage) has cost less than the change fee of €120 to be paid, the new change fee will be the same as your old ticket (incl. baggage). If the new rate is lower than the old rate, no refund/reduction will be applied.  
• 27 hours before flight departure and on the flight day itself, in the event of a change, the complete new ticket price per person and per route will be charged as administration costs.

If you have already booked luggage, your checked luggage will automatically be added to your new flight in the event of a change at your request, provided it concerns the same airline. If you change to another airline, your purchased luggage will automatically expire and you must, if desired, purchase additional luggage for your new flight.

How is it possible that the ticket prices could be vary?

The ticket prices are determined by costs and also through supply and demand. The difference in price is a result of yield management; a way of working whereby ML Tours tries to optimize the flight in the best way.

Until when can I travel during my pregnancy?

If you are pregnant and in normal health, without a history of premature births and without complications, you can fly until 36 weeks into your pregnancy. After 36 weeks, you may no longer fly for your own health and that of your baby. For all detailed information, please check the website of the related airline and/or give them a call.

How do I reserve a seat?

It is only possible to book a seat in advance for Transavia flights.

You can book a seat via My Transavia  from 120 hour till 48 hours prior to departure. If you do not reserve a seat, you can choose from the remaining available seats when you check in online. If you check in at the airport, the check-in employee will assign you a seat. This may mean you and your travel companion(s) will not be seated next to one another.

What should I do if I do not used my flight?

If you have not used your outbound flight / missed your outbound flight, your return flight will be automatically expire. If you still want to make use of your return flight, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. In some cases we offer you the possibility to use the return flight for an additional fee of € 100,-

Is my child allowed to travel alone?

Will your child be travelling alone? Assistance is required for children aged 5 to 12 who are travelling alone against a fee. Children aged 12 to 16 years can travel alone. Would you prefer your child to be accompanied? This would be possible and can be requested at the related airline company.

Where can I park save and economical?

Quick Parking Rotterdam Whether you want to park for a long or short time at Quick Parking Rotterdam Airport, everybody is offered the same service. In addition, the short term parking at Quick Parking Rotterdam is much more cheaper than parking at Rotterdam Airport. For example; it saves you more than half, if you park your car for 2 days and from 3 days you will save more than 40% at Quick Parking Rotterdam Airport compared the Parking at the airport it selves.

How do I request group travel?

It is possible to make a group booking, from at least 13 persons. You can find all information about this on our website.

From which age is it allowed to fly for my baby?

Your baby may only travel by plane, 7 days after birth. Each adult may travel with maximum 1 baby on his/her lap.

Is an employee of ML Tours present at the airport?

During check-in of most of our flights, an employee of ML Tours is present and he/she may help you there where necessary.

Flying with a wheelchair or crutches?

If you have mobility issues and require assistance at the airport, then you can apply for assistance:

If you have been denied boarding or if your flight has been cancelled or delayed for at least two hours, ask at the check-in counter or boarding gate for the text stating your rights, particularly with regard to compensation and assistance.
