False Advertising

I was less to believe that I would be paying $532 for a ticket I purchased from onetravel 20 minutes before I write this review and got charged $712 dollars. False advertising and there was no indication that the specified fees were in another currency such and US. You never get an accurate fee.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a US based company and advised several times during the booking process that charges will be in US. Your financial institution may have charged a fee.

It’s not the first using the OneTravel service website and it’s amazing they even call you and assist you if your flight isn’t fully booked

Unable to contact anyone even up to one…

Unable to contact anyone even up to one hour before domestic flight despite instructions online to book a selected seat. Never again will I use this travel company. I have unsubscribed from this contact as I thought perhaps scammers!

Well I am supposed to be booked on a frontier flight tomorrow morning to Tampa. They surely have got their money but have not gotten any check in information and the their app says I have no trips planed.

Your user interface SUCKS

Your user interface SUCKS! 1. It is too crowded. Too many things to read in a phone screen. 2. There is too much upselling! Don’t offer me hotels or rental car if I don’t go looking for it! 3. I want an easy and quick way to print my itinerary with any required QR codes and reservation codes that I can print on a piece of paper if my phone dies. Give me those three things or I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Thank you for your feedback. With people all over the world able to go onto their computer or phone and look for the same limited seats on any flight it can be easy to see how fares and even flights can sell out quickly.

No Glitches!

The site was moving very quickly today. There was no glitches which was a pleasant surprise. I have used this app before and had issues. Maybe its because its very early in the morning.

Bad experience

Well, l did try and book but spirit sent me a message that the charge didn't go through. So l figured ld take care of this the next day. So now I'm out 542$ because frontier doesn't give back any money and neither does spirit. Very upsetting.

Seat Selection

The initial quoted costs included seat selection on both outbound and return flights. Onetravel prompts for seat selection allowed for specific seats which I paid for. They no longer appear in the final itinerary.

Easy to do.

Moderatly easy for this 85 year old lady to navigate to see an old friend in a rest home in Omaha. I booked my own flight. I am staying with her in her old folks home. I hope we have a nice time.

I've been on hold for over 1 hour 30…

I've been on hold for over 1 hour 30 minutes now and cannot get anyone on the phone. I tried chat and they told me I had to call. This is terrible customer service - not acceptable. On top of that I just got a notice from my cell co that it was long distance (which of course I didn't know I thought it was a free line) and cost me over $75 to accomplish NOTHING

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that it was not a satisfactory experience. Many airlines are now charging for the ability to pre-assign seats. You can also wait until you check in for your flight and the airline will assign seats at no costs.

Booking process did not allow me to… please see my experience

Booking process did not allow me to provide my TSA # and when I finished my selections and responses I was not able to close the process. I was stuck on a screen that did not allow me to complete the process. This is the first time I've encountered this.

This customer has spoken with our representatives regarding the expressed concerns.

Very helpful customer service.

I was greatly helped to make complicated travel arrangements. Phone service was wonderful.

Partner with frontier is not a good idea. They changed the schedule and charged us $80 for cancellation. Not our fault.

Be careful which site you are hooking up to !.

I pressed the wrong key on my computer keyboard while attempting to book direct with West Jet. Now it is costing me a lot more money for the same flight. Can't go back. Oh well..my bad..learn to read and type the correct booking next time. Cheers..D.L.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. I paid to upgrade my parents’ seat for their flight from KL to Chicago but was not given the upgraded seat on their incoming flights to Chi. I called and informed them and was promised to be given an upgrade for their return flight back in Dec. I was in contact for 6 whole months with various customer service agents (always had to repeat my whole story to each of them during my calls). On the very last day before their flight, an agent informed me that nothing could be done and they will have to be on the economy seats! Even told me to contact my bank to get a refund! I have no words to say with such company like this! Very frustrating and for those who are thinking to use this service, I humbly request not to as it is truly not worth the stress and these company is truly unprofessional and haven’t been truthful from the beginning.
