Reading Time: 2 minutes

The newest Mirrorball champions Charli D’Amelio and Mark Ballas are performing as dance partners once again. Dancing With The Stars Live just announced that they are welcoming Ballas to dance alongside Charli and her mother Heidi D’Amelio on three dates.

Mark Ballas Joins DWTS Live Tour

The season 31 champions of DWTS , will go on the DWTS Live 2023 tour with Heidi D’Amelio, and the trio will put on a show together with other professional dancers . For those who may not remember, Ballas and Charli won the Mirrorball Trophy after finishing in first place in each week of the competition.

As the first mother-daughter team to ever participate on the competition, Charli and Heidi have found a hobby they are proud to share together. Heidi finished eighth with her partner, Artem Chigvintsev, following an amazing season in which she learned to push herself to thrive on the dance floor.

The post shows images taken in the practice room as Charli, Heidi, and Ballas along with DWTS season 31 troupe dancer Ezra Sosa , and others get ready for the performance.

Vinny guadagnino, gabby windey, & more join dwts live tour.

Dancing With The Stars has added more guests to their tour lineup, including The Bachelorette star Gabby Windey and Jersey Shore's Vinny Guadagnino.

The Dancing With The Stars tour just got more exciting as season 31 runner-up Gabby Windey and fellow contestant Vinny Guadagnino are joining with many other stars. During the DWTS season 31 finale, The Bachelorette star and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy came in second place, with Charli D'Amelio and Mark Ballas taking home the mirror ball trophy. Vinny was eliminated from the season during 90s night after weeks of low scores from judges. However, the star remained on the show longer than any of his Jersey Shore costars did. He and partner Koko Iwasaki acquired so many fan votes that it took a double elimination night to get him off the show.

Vinny returned for the DWTS season 31 finale, and he'll return again now that he and Gabby Windey have joined the DWTS live tour. The official DWTS Instagram account shared a post featuring everyone who will appear on the tour. DWTS pro Emma Slater will host the show with Gabby as her cohost, and Vinny will appear in select cities, including Boston and Atlantic City. The two will be joined by fellow DWTS season 31 contestants Heidi D'Amelio and Daniel Durant. DWTS season 31 champion Charli will also join her mother and costars on the tour, appearing at only the Connecticut, Pasadena, and Las Vegas shows.

Some DWTS Season 31 Pros Will Be At The Tour Too

The tour kicks off on January 6th, 2023, and will visit 56 locations across the country. Emma will be joined by other DWTS season 31 pros Sasha Farber, Alan Bersten, Britt Stewart, Brandon Armstrong, and Gleb Savchenko. Troupe dancers Alexis Warr and Kateryna Klishyna will join the pros on tour as well. News of Vinny and Gabby joining the tour comes as fans noticed them flirting with each other on Instagram not long after Gabby announced her split from Erich Schwer. The two got engaged during The Bachelorette finale, but Gabby says they were in different periods of their lives, so they went their separate ways.

Having Vinny and Gabby on the DWTS tour will add so much excitement to the show. While Vinny will only be at select cities, Gabby is bringing her bubbly personality to every stop. Gabby was one of the most enjoyable stars to watch this season, as she had incredible dance skills and a great personality. Gabby also had amazing chemistry with her partner Val, so when the two took the dance floor, they lit up the room. Vinny wasn't the best dancer, but no one could compete with his personality or sense of humor. Even the DWTS judges admitted that they loved watching him, especially Derek Hough.

Seeing Vinny at the tour, this time dancing without having to receive judge feedback, will be so much fun. Vinny is sure to bring his lovable personality and funny skits to his dance routines. He had so many memorable dances throughout DWTS season 31 , and he can bring any of them to the tour. His Disney+ night Luca routine would be fun to see live, but so would his most memorable year dance since it was the highest judges ever scored him. Gabby also had incredible dances throughout the season, and it will be hard for her to choose which ones to perform on the tour. If one thing's for sure, Vinny will likely be teaching Gabby and the other pros and contestants how to fist pump.

Injured DWTS Tour Pro Shares Update on Her Recovery

S everal season 32  “Dancing with the Stars” pros and contestants are on the road for the 2024 DWTS tour. Rylee Arnold wrapped up her first season as a pro during season 32 and has been doing the tour since it began.

Unfortunately, Arnold recently got injured. She provided an update for her fans and it seems she has at least been able to keep performing.

Here’s what you need to know:

Rylee Arnold’s Injury Kept Her From Meeting DWTS Fans After the Performance

On March 7, Arnold took to her Instagram Stories to share the latest on her injury. Arnold wrote, “So grateful for all the sweet messages I have been getting and I’m feeling and getting better!” She included a selfie she took. It appeared she was back on the tour bus.

She added, “The show was amazing tonight and I love all of you.” Arnold continued, “So sorry I couldn’t meet you guys by the buses again tonight but I’m resting and getting better love you guys!!!”

A screenshot of the dancer’s Instagram Story was shared in the “Dancing with the Stars” subreddit. Several fans posted comments in response to Arnold’s update.

“Someone needs to give this poor girl a night off and some actual rest otherwise she could do some serious long term damage,” the Redditor who posted the screenshot of Arnold noted.

That Redditor responded to another poster’s comment and wrote, “If her injury is as bad as it’s made out to be, resting for a few hours of the day is not enough time for it to heal properly.”

“I think Rylee is the one pushing it. This girl is a hard worker and I’m sure trying to push [as] hard as she can,” someone else wrote.

Arnold Explained Her Injury Relates to a Tight Piriformis Muscle

Initially, Arnold did not give fans specifics regarding her injury. In a string of March 7 Snapchat Stories, the “Dancing with the Stars” pro provided additional details.

She explained that her injury involved her hip, and she had been doing a lot of physical therapy to get better. “I’m feeling much better, which is really good,” Arnold noted.

Arnold added that their next stop was Utah, where she’s from. “I’m so excited to visit my family and just perform for everyone in my hometown,” she shared.

Additional updates showed Arnold doing some stim therapy midway through the show and she took a moment to explain her injury. “So, basically, I have a very tight piriformis and the sciatic nerve runs through the piriformis.”

As Cedars Sinai notes the piriformis muscle is located in the buttock region. It can spasm and cause pain, as well as irritate the sciatic nerve to cause additional issues.

The piriformis muscle begins at the lower spine and continues to the thigh bone. The sciatic nerve runs right under it.

When the piriformis gets too tight or spasms often, Cedars Sinai shared, the situation can progress to become piriformis syndrome. Treatments typically include physical therapy, heat therapy, ice packs, ice massage, TENS unit stim therapy, and anti-inflammatory medications.

The DWTS Star Is Starting to Feel Better

The “Dancing with the Stars” pro explained that her tight piriformis has been irritating her sciatic nerve, causing hip pain. “The pain shoots through my leg, all the way through my calf, my IT band [iliotibaial band], my hip, all of the above.”

Arnold added that dance moves cause pain, as does walking at this point. “So that’s been a big issue…I’m getting better, yesterday I think was my worst day where I was having a hard time just walking, but today’s a little better,” she shared.

She also explained, “Dancing’s still a little bit hard, but I’m getting better, it’s feeling better, and I’m doing a lot to make sure that I feel good.”
