What channel is The Players Championship on today? Time, TV schedule for PGA Tour golf
Time for the biggest stage on the PGA Tour's annual "Florida Swing": The Players Championship .

How to watch the The Players Championship 2024 online from anywhere using a VPN
If you find yourself unable to view the tournament locally, you may need a different way to watch -- that's where using a VPN can come in handy. A VPN is also the best way to stop your ISP from throttling your speeds by encrypting your traffic, and it's also a great idea if you're traveling and find yourself connected to a Wi-Fi network, and you want to add an extra layer of privacy for your devices and logins.
With a VPN, you're able to virtually change your location on your phone, tablet or laptop to get access to the tournament. So if your internet provider or mobile carrier has stuck you with an IP address that incorrectly shows your location in a blackout zone, a VPN can correct that problem by giving you an IP address in your correct, nonblackout area. Most VPNs, like our Editors' Choice, ExpressVPN , make it really easy to do this.
Using a VPN to watch or stream sports is legal in any country where VPNs are legal, including the US, UK and Canada, as long as you have a legitimate subscription to the service you're streaming. You should be sure your VPN is set up correctly to prevent leaks: Even where VPNs are legal, the streaming service may terminate the account of anyone it deems to be circumventing correctly applied blackout restrictions.

Quick tips for streaming the Players Championship 2024 using a VPN
- With four variables at play -- your ISP, browser, video streaming provider and VPN -- your experience and success when streaming may vary.
- If you don't see your desired location as a default option for ExpressVPN, try using the "search for city or country" option.
- If you're having trouble getting the tournament after you've turned on your VPN and set it to the correct viewing area, there are two things you can try for a quick fix. First, log into your streaming service subscription account and make sure the address registered for the account is an address in the correct viewing area. If not, you may need to change the physical address on file with your account. Second, some smart TVs -- like Roku -- don't have VPN apps you can install directly on the device itself. Instead, you'll have to install the VPN on your router or the mobile hotspot you're using (like your phone) so that any device on its Wi-Fi network now appears in the correct viewing location.
- All of the VPN providers we recommend have helpful instructions on their main site for quickly installing the VPN on your router. In some cases with smart TV services, after you install a cable network's sports app, you'll be asked to verify a numeric code or click a link sent to your email address on file for your smart TV. This is where having a VPN on your router will also help, since both devices will appear to be in the correct location.
- And remember, browsers can often give away a location despite using a VPN, so be sure you're using a privacy-first browser to log into your services. We normally recommend Brave .

2023 PGA Championship TV schedule, coverage, channel, live stream, how to watch online, golf tee times
How to watch every memorable moment of the 2023 pga championship on tv or streaming live online.
The 2023 PGA Championship reaches a dramatic conclusion Sunday at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York, as the final round of competition features some of the best in the game going at it for the last set of 18 holes this week. The second major championship of the year has reached a fever pitch with a stacked leaderboard featuring big-time names like Brooks Koepka, Viktor Hovland, Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy. Follow PGA Championship live leaderboard updates throughout the day.
While this year's 105th affair has been thoroughly exciting, it has not been as smooth as organizers would have hoped with inclement weather affecting the first 54 holes. However, the weather has cleared up for Sunday's final round, and that's surely good news for those near the top of the leaderboard seeking to capture the Wanamaker Trophy.
Koepka, the 54-hole leader, has only continued to go low with his round underway Sunday. Hovland has followed suit to create what, at least in the early going, looks like a two-man battle down the stretch at Oak Hill. McIlroy made a play with a birdie on his first but has since fallen back, as has Scheffler, who clearly does not have his best stuff this week.
While attending the PGA Championship can be a ton of fun, simply being able to watch golf on the game's grandest stages is an incredible treat each year. We here at CBS Sports are thrilled to bring you wall-to-wall coverage of the PGA Championship throughout this week with action streaming live all weekend.
CBS Sports golf anchor Jim Nantz is calling the weekend action for the 33rd consecutive year while hosting coverage from the super tower alongside lead analyst Trevor Immelman. Also at Oak Hill for CBS Sports are Ian Baker-Finch, Frank Nobilo, Dottie Pepper, Colt Knost and Mark Immelman with Amanda Renner reporting and conducting interviews.
The 105th PGA Championship is the 33rd consecutive (and 40th overall) broadcast by CBS Sports, which this year will deploy roughly 120 cameras and 150 microphones throughout the course to capture all the sights and sounds. Live drone coverage, over a dozen robotic cameras (including a 360-degree, 4K camera), fly cam and augmented reality technology, Toptracer, SwingVision and more will be used to enhance coverage of the year's second major. (Also keep your eyes and ears open for a new PGA Championship graphics package and theme music.)
Enough talking about it. Here's how you can watch as much PGA Championship as possible on Sunday. Be sure to download the CBS Sports App to watch the PGA Championship live on your mobile device.

2023 Genesis Invitational: How to watch, TV schedule, streaming, tee times
The 2023 Genesis Invitational begins Thursday, February 16, in Los Angeles.
Michael Owens/Getty Images
The 2023 Genesis Invitational kicks off this week at Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles, where tournament host Tiger Woods will make his return to the PGA Tour . Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament.
Genesis Invitational preview
As with last week’s WM Phoenix Open, the Genesis Invitational is one of the PGA Tour’s new “designated events.” That means all of the biggest PGA Tour pros will be playing this week, and they’ll be competing for an enormous prize pool of $20 million on a historic golf course.
If that’s not enough to get you excited about this week’s event, the long-awaited return of Tiger Woods should do the trick. Woods, who is the tournament host, announced last week that he would be teeing it up in the tournament to go along with his hosting duties. This marks the first time since last July’s Open Championship that Woods has competed in an official event.
It’s hard to predict how Tiger will fare after so much time away, but you can count on stellar performances from the current best players in the world, including new World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler , Jon Rahm , Rory McIlroy , Justin Thomas , Jordan Spieth and more.
Golf Channel and CBS will provide TV coverage of the Genesis Invitational, and PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ and Peacock will stream the action online, with ESPN+ providing exclusive early coverage of all four rounds.
You can find the full list of tee times for the first round below, along with complete information about streaming the 2023 Genesis Invitational online or watching the action on TV.
