While his Hollywood plans may be up in the air after his defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard, Johnny Depp knows exactly what he’s doing next summer. He’s going on a tour of Europe with his rock band, the Hollywood Vampires.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor will rejoin bandmates and rock personalities Joe Perry, Alice Cooper and Tommy Henriksen for their upcoming summer 2023 gigs in Germany and Luxembourg.

“The Hollywood Vampires are BACK!!” the band’s official Instagram posted on Wednesday.

According to the social media post, the four-person band will play six shows throughout the month of June next summer. The first show will be in Oberhausen, Germany, at the Rudolf Weber-Arena on June 20, 2023. The post also teases that fans should “keep an eye out for more to come...”

The Hollywood Vampires will hit the road nearly three years after canceling their European summer tour twice due to COVID-19. The Europe shows were initially slated for 2020 but rescheduled to 2021 due to COVID-related safety concerns. Then in 2021, the band revealed via social media posts that it would reschedule its 2021 tour due to COVID-19 traveling restrictions.

The news of the group’s upcoming tour dates comes just weeks after Depp won approximately $10.4 million in the contentious defamation trial against ex-wife Heard. The trial, which came to a close earlier this month after six weeks, also saw jurors award Heard $2 million in damages.

Even before jurors reached a verdict in early June, Depp continued performing alongside English guitarist Jeff Beck. According to Variety , the actor made a surprise appearance at Beck’s May 30 show at the Royal Albert Hall in London. The two collaborated on the upcoming single “This Is a Song for Miss Hedy Lamarr.” In 2020, Beck and Depp also released a cover of John Lennon’s “Isolation.”

The supergroup Hollywood Vampires formed by Alice Cooper , Joe Perry (Aerosmith) and Johnny Depp announced 2023 tour dates for Germany and Luxembourg, will be their first shows since 2019. The band will be accompanied by Tommy Henriksen (Guitar – Alice Cooper), Glen Sobel (Drums – Alice Cooper), Chris Wyse (Bass) and Buck Johnson (Backing vocals, keyboardist).

The Hollywood Vampires first 2023 tour dates:

• 20 – Rudolf Weber- Arena – Oberhausen, Germany
• 21 – Rockhal – Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg
• 24  – Olympiahalle – Munich, Germany
• 27 – Stadtpark – Hamburg, Germany
• 28 – Citadel Music Festival – Zitadelle Spandau – Berlin, Germany
• 30 – Summer in the City – Zitadelle Mainz – Mainz, Germany

More dates will be announced soon.

The band was formed back in 2012 by Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp and Joe Perry. The name was inspired by the celebrity drinking club formed by Cooper in the 70s at the Rainbow Bar & Grill in Los Angeles, that also had names like John Lennon, Harry Nilson, Ringo Starr, Keith Moon and Mickey Dolenz.

Other touring members that had been with the band over the years were Duff McKagan (Guns N’ Roses), “Robert DeLeo (Stone Temple Pilots) and Matt Sorum (Guns N’ Roses, The Cult, Velvet Revolver). They released two studio albums, the self-titled debut in 2015 and their second “Rise” in 2019. Besides celebrating classic Rock and Roll bands covering them on the setlist, the band also plays some original tracks released on the two albums.

Johnny Depp has announced the revival of his supergroup, The Hollywood Vampires , for a 2023 European tour.

The actor will reunite with the band’s core members, Alice Cooper and Aerosmith’s Joe Perry , with whom he formed the group in 2012.

Rhythm guitarist Tommy Henriksen, who performed with them during their 2015 debut live performance in Los Angeles, will also be joining.

On Tuesday (21 June), the rock band’s official Instagram shared the news alongside a new tour poster.

The caption reads: “The Hollywood Vampires are BACK!! We’re coming to Germany and Luxembourg Summer 2023!

“Tickets go on sale Monday 27 June at 11:00am CET.”

Since their formation, the group have released two studio albums, Hollywood Vampires (2015) and Rise (2019).

The news follows Depp’s legal victory in his high-profile defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard .

A jury found that Heard had defamed Depp on all three counts and awarded him $10m (£8m) in compensatory damages and $5m (£4m) in punitive damages. Heard was awarded $2m (£1.6m) in compensatory damages, but no punitive damages.

Before and after his trial win, the actor and musician was seen performing around the UK with rocker Jeff Beck, ahead of the pair’s forthcoming album, which releases next month .

Recently, Depp issued a warning to fans addressing the rise in fake profiles pretending to be him.

Heard however sat down last week with NBC’s Savannah Guthrie in her first full-length TV interview since the trial .

Hollywood Vampires have announced a 2023 UK arena tour with Seether and The Tubes.

The supergroup – compromised of Alice Cooper , Johnny Depp, Joe Perry and Tommy Henriksen – will “rise again” next summer for six shows in Scarborough, Swansea, Manchester, London, Birmingham and Glasgow.

“Well, it’s already been three years since the Vampires have toured because of COVID,” says Alice Cooper. “Also, Johnny has his movies, Joe’s in Aerosmith and I’m in Alice Cooper, so we have to look at that whole thing and see when we can all get a month or two off where we can go out and tour. And, we are going to be doing that, next summer coming up, 2023. I can't wait to get back with the guys, I really love being in that band. My band is great and wonderful, but playing with the Vampires is an entirely different situation. I don’t necessarily do any theatrics at all, I’m just the lead singer, in a band, and the band just happens to be one of the best bands around! It’ll be great to see Johnny and Joe and Buck and Chris and all the guys. We’ll be rocking these places, especially the UK, I can’t wait to get to the UK! Lock your doors, put garlic all around, because the Vampires are coming!”

Joe Perry adds: “Next summer it will be finally time for the Hollywood Vampires to rise again! We can’t wait to play the songs from our latest album, Rise, for all our fans across the pond. The excitement builds as we countdown the days! See you all then…remember, leave the garlic at home!”

Johnny Depp to Tour Next Summer with the Hollywood Vampires

A year from now, during the summer of 2023, Johnny Depp will be on tour with his supergroup the Hollywood Vampires, traveling around Germany and Luxembourg, with more shows likely to be added between now and then.

Depp, who recently came out victorious in his defamation lawsuit against former wife Amber Heard, is making plans to rebuild his name, his brand, and his life.

One of the first steps in that plan is the newly announced European tour with the Hollywood Vampires, which features Alice Cooper, Joe Perry, and Tommy Henriksen.

The band, which formed 10 years ago in 2012, was set to play in the U.K. and Europe in 2021 but was forced to cancel because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, the old rockers are back.

The band had said in a statement last year, “We are beyond disappointed to announce that the Hollywood Vampires must cancel our rescheduled UK/European tour this Summer.

“We kept trying to make it happen, but unfortunately due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 travel restrictions, it is just not possible. Full refunds will be honored through your original point of purchase.”

The Hollywood Vampires announced the new string of dates via their social media, taking to Instagram to write, “The Hollywood Vampires are BACK!! We’re coming to Germany and Luxembourg Summer 2023! Tickets go on sale Monday 27 June at 11:00 am CET. Keep an eye out for more to come…”

The band’s forthcoming shows will land them in Germany and Luxembourg, with more shows likely to be scheduled later. See below for those already announced. More information can be found  HERE .

The self-described “best bar band in the world” consists of core members and rock legends Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp and Aerosmith´s Joe Perry, together with guitarist Tommy Henriksen. Their tradition is to play a riotous tribute to the great lost heroes of music and their own original material, released on their studio album ‘Rise’. With stone cold classics by the likes of The Doors, Love, AC/DC and the rest, plus of course Alice and Aerosmith’s hits, the band was voted the “best performance” of 2018 at London’s Wembley Arena on their last UK journey.

The three legends first came together to record in 2015, bonding over a shared love of their favourite songs and a desire to celebrate their ‘dead, drunk friends’ by playing the music of the fallen heroes. Named after Alice’s 1970s drinking club that included the likes of John Lennon, Keith Moon and Mickey Dolenz, legendary performances ensued around the world.

The 16-track album ‘Rise’, produced by Tommy Henriksen and the Hollywood Vampires, is one of the purest, most unapologetic and enjoyable rock and roll albums of recent times, made by masters of the craft and true fans of the form. Unlike their 2015 debut record, the second album consists mainly of original material, written by the band. Hollywood Vampires beim Sommerfestival 2023 auf der Lagunenbühne in der Autostadt

Am Sonntag Abend (23. Juli 2023) fand ein musikalisches Highlight in der Autostadt Wolfsburg statt, als die legendäre US-amerikanische Rock-Supergroup Hollywood Vampires im Rahmen ihrer hoch erwarteten USA-Europe Tour 2023 auf dem Sommerfestival 2023 der Autostadt auftrat.

Die Band um Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp und Joe Perry sorgte für eine atemberaubende Show und begeisterte Tausende von Fans auf dem Gelände der Autostadt vor der Lagunenbühne.

Die Geschichte der Hollywood Vampires reicht zurück bis in die 1970er Jahre, als Alice Cooper trinkfeste Musikerkollegen um sich versammelte und die berühmte „Hollywood Vampires“-Gruppe ins Leben rief. Zur ursprünglichen Besetzung gehörten neben Cooper auch Legenden wie Keith Moon, Ringo Starr, Micky Dolenz und Harry Nilsson, und gelegentlich gesellte sich auch John Lennon zu der illustren Runde.

Vier Jahrzehnte später beschlossen Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp und Joe Perry, die Tradition der Hollywood Vampires wieder aufleben zu lassen. Im Jahr 2015 gründeten sie die gleichnamige Rockband und nahmen ein Album auf, das vorwiegend Coverversionen von ikonischen Rocksongs der 1960er und 1970er Jahre enthielt. Diese Vielfalt führte dazu, dass die Band den Beinamen „teuerste Coverband der Welt“ erhielt.[3] Auf ihrem Debütalbum „Hollywood Vampires“, das am 11. September 2015 veröffentlicht wurde, fanden sich Hits wie „Whole Lotta Love“ von Led Zeppelin, „I Got a Line on You“ von Spirit und „Jeepster“ von T. Rex. Beeindruckend war auch die Beteiligung von Musikern, die bereits verstorben waren, darunter John Bonham, Randy California und Marc Bolan. An den Aufnahmen des Albums wirkten weitere Größen wie Paul McCartney und Christopher Lee mit.

Die Hollywood Vampires traten erstmals am 16. und 17. September 2015 im Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles auf, kurz nach der Veröffentlichung ihres Debütalbums. Die Bühne teilten sich Cooper (Gesang, Mundharmonika, Rhythmusgitarre), Depp (Gitarre, Gesang), Perry (Gitarre, Gesang), Duff McKagan (Bass), Matt Sorum (Schlagzeug), Tommy Henriksen (Rhythmusgitarre) und Bruce Witkin (Keyboards, Gitarre). Als spektakuläre Gäste begleiteten sie Tom Morello, Geezer Butler, Perry Farrell, Zak Starkey und Kesha, und am zweiten Abend trat sogar Marilyn Manson auf. Nur wenige Tage später, am 24. September 2015, begeisterte die Band das Publikum erneut beim Rock in Rio Festival, wo weitere namhafte Gäste wie Arthur Brown, Lzzy Hale, Zak Starkey und Andreas Kisser die Bühne mit ihnen teilten.

Der Abend in der Autostadt Wolfsburg begann mit einer fast einstündigen Verspätung, was die Vorfreude der Fans noch steigerte. Als die Hollywood Vampires schließlich die Bühne betraten, war die Begeisterung unter den Anwesenden spürbar. Mit einer kraftvollen Mischung aus Eigenkompositionen und den legendären Hits der Vergangenheit lieferten sie eine mitreißende Performance ab. Zu den gespielten Songs gehörten unter anderem „I Want My Now“, „Raise the Dead“, „I’m Eighteen“ (Alice Cooper Cover), „Baba O’Riley“ (The Who Cover) und „Heroes“ (David Bowie Cover).

Besonders emotional wurde es, als die Band ihrem verstorbenen Musikerkollegen Jeff Beck gedachte. Hollywood Vampires bewiesen einmal mehr ihre außergewöhnliche Vielseitigkeit und Leidenschaft für die Rockmusik.

Das Konzert erreichte schließlich seinen Höhepunkt, als die Hollywood Vampires mit „School’s Out / Another Brick in the Wall“ (Alice Cooper Cover) die Zugabe einläuteten. Der Abend in der Autostadt Wolfsburg war zweifellos ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für alle Rockfans und zeigte, dass die Hollywood Vampires zu Recht als eine der bedeutendsten Rock-Supergroups ihrer Zeit gelten.

Die Autostadt Wolfsburg bot die ideale Kulisse für dieses außergewöhnliche Konzert, und die Hollywood Vampires genossen die einmalige Atmospähre der Lagunenbühne. Johnny Depp Announces Summer 2023 UK Tour with Hollywood Vampires Band amid Shows with Jeff Beck

Also featuring Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Tommy Henriksen, Depp's band added six UK dates to their 2023 summer tour — more than four months since his defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard

Johnny Depp 's Hollywood Vampires band has added a string of UK concert dates to its upcoming 2023 tour.

In a video posted to social media on Monday, the 59-year-old actor announced the rock group — which also features Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Tommy Henriksen — will be performing at six arena venues across England in July 2023 with special guests Seether and The Tubes.

Tickets go on presale for the supergroup's fan club on Tuesday at 10 a.m. BST, then venue presales launch Wednesday at 10 a.m. BST for Glasgow, Manchester and London and the following day at 10 a.m. BST for all other venues. General on-sale tickets become available Friday at 10 a.m. BST. Information regarding tickets can be found at Hollywood Vampires' website .

The new tour dates, along with previously announced European concerts set to take place in June 2023, were originally planned for 2021 before Hollywood Vampires canceled all their shows due to pandemic travel restrictions. "We kept trying to make it happen, but unfortunately due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 travel restrictions, it is just not possible," wrote the band in a March 2021 statement.

Hollywood Vampires formed in 2012 and has since released two albums, 2015's Hollywood Vampires and 2019's Rise .

Earlier this month, Depp and Jeff Beck, who released an album together over the summer, began their U.S. tour (which goes through November and has stops in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Nashville and more) at The Anthem in Washington, D.C. — just over four months since a verdict was reached in his Virginia defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard . His attorneys from the Fairfax, Virginia, trial, Camille Vasquez and Benjamin Chew, attended the show and posed for photos backstage wearing VIP passes.

On June 1, the jury sided mostly with Depp and awarded him more than $10 million in damages. They found that Heard, 36, defamed him in her 2018 op-ed about domestic abuse, though she didn't mention him by name in the article. Additionally, Heard won one of her defamation counterclaims, awarded $2 million in damages. They are both appealing the verdicts.

Earlier this month, Depp spoke to SiriusXM about how it's felt to play concerts again for the first time since before the COVID-19 pandemic. "Jeff very simply and kindly — and his wife, Sandra — just took me into their house, and I lived with them for months and months and months. Then, we went on the first tour together," he said. "For me, having had to deal with other things at the same time, once those things are down the road and you drop into the tour, it's like you're home."

Did my Meet and Greet had a brief conversation with Johnny Depp was able to thank him for making me smile when I went through chemo treatments for a couple of years on and off. I would watch him on interviews and I would laugh at a time when laughter was not often.Johnnyis not particularly fond of interviews and promoting movies.Johnny took my hands and hugged me and kissed me on the cheek and asked is all ok now I said yes all is good ,I just wanted to thank him. THEN they moved me along. I said to Alice pleasure to meet you I have been following you like forever.Tjen came Joe I said nice to meet you and your grand daughter just turned a year old on the 11th of May he just looked at me and said what just as i wad gonna walk away he points at me and said OH YER and smiled. The concert was FREAKING AWESOME to hear Johnny finally show himself. He always said he couldn't sing unless in character. Well JOHNNY DEPP YOU BLEW ME AWAY WITH YPUR SOLO'S .FROM THE HEART SO HAPPY FOR HIM. IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE THIS IS A MUST SEE CONCERT. THE TALENT ON THE STAGE IS ABSOFUCKINGLUTLY INCREDIBLE. ♥♥♥

I bought the $1500 vip package where I got to meet the band and get front row seating and everything. I bought it cause I thought it would be sick to meet Johnny Depp. Obviously.

Well... The meet and greet started 1.5 hours later than they said It would. Then when it finaly started, we each got literally FOUR SECONDS to see the band. We had to talk as the pictures were being taken. 4 seconds no joke. And if you want to talk totem at all you risk ruining your pictures. Soooo Meet and greet sucked.

That being said, the concert itself was great. Awesome show.

It was a great show Johnny Depp was awesome, very talented! Even though Joe Perry was not present, Alice's guitar player was amazing. I really love the Hollywood Vampires and I hope they are around for a long time. I would love to see them again with a Joe Perry;best wishes for a speedy recovery. Excellent show and "fun" fundraising experience! I was very surprised at the extra effort band members went to to connect with the audience. I came to Phoenix from Oregon to see the Pudding Show with my family including my eleven year old son with full Alice make up. I hope to see it again next year!

They put on a great show and joe perry even came on stage for one of they're encore songs at the end. I was at the Detroit show so they made sure to perform some songs that had been written there. Amazing, would definitely see them again

The show in Denver was awesome! Alice Cooper was at his best! Joe Perry is one of the best guitar players ever! Johnny Depp did a rockin job on the song Heroes by David Bowie! Fantastic night of rock! Will go see them again!

The Hollywood vampire concert was amazing! I would go again, and again, and again if I could !!! There were so many people of different ages, some for Alice, and of course some for Johnny Dep!! It was just fantastic!

Named for a pack of famous musicians that legendary rocker Alice Cooper used to drink with in the early 1970s, including John Lennon and Keith Moon , HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES consist of AEROSMITH 's Joe Perry , actor Johnny Depp and Cooper , along with producer and songwriter Tommy Henriksen .

The three legends first came together to record in 2015, bonding over a shared love of their favorite songs and a desire to celebrate their "dead, drunk friends" by playing the songs of the fallen heroes. Riotous performances ensued around the world.

In 2019, HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES — which also includes Cooper 's drummer Glen Sobel and bassist Chris Wyse — completed a triumphant seven-city North American tour which included a sell-out show at the famous Greek Theatre in Los Angeles and were voted the "best performance" of 2018 at London's Wembley Arena.

HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES ' sophomore album "Rise" , produced by Tommy Henriksen and the HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES , was hailed as one of the purest, most unapologetic and enjoyable rock and roll albums of 2019, made by masters of the craft and true fans of the form. Unlike their 2015 debut record, the latest album consisted mainly of original material, written by the band. There are however, in the spirit of the VAMPIRES ' original mission, three covers of songs originally written and recorded by legendary rockers who died far too young.

Five years ago, Cooper told Billboard about his chemistry with Depp and Perry : "That's a very odd thing about this. You've got three alpha males who are used to running the show, and all of a sudden, three guys are sitting there with zero arguments. The whole thing is, 'Okay, let's try that.' Every time they would send me a track with scratch vocals on it, if I worked on it and chopped it up and did my thing, it would turn into an Alice song. I took my fingerprints off of it. I would hear the song and say, 'Let's do it as it was written.' My instinct might be to say that this part goes too long or the intro goes too long, but that's what makes it interesting."

Regarding HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES ' decision to record a second album as a follow-up to 2015's "Hollywood Vampires" , which debuted at No. 43 on the Billboard 200, Cooper said: "We looked at each other and went, 'Let's do another album, but let's make this one original.' And just like that, Johnny was writing, Joe was writing, Tommy was writing, I was writing … and we just all kind of put it together while I was on tour. Tommy produced it, and the next thing you know, we had an album. The cool thing about it is that it doesn’t sound like an Alice album, it doesn't sound like an AEROSMITH album: It sounds like a HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES album."

HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES released their first live album, "Live In Rio" , in June 2023 via earMUSIC . The LP was recorded when the HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES played their biggest and most legendary gig in front of more than 100,000 fans at the Rock In Rio festival in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil in September 2015

From the very first days of its existence, the Moscow Metro was the object of civil defense, used as a bomb shelter, and designed as a defense for a possible attack on the Soviet Union.

At a depth of 50 to 120 meters lies the second, the coded system of Metro-2 of Moscow subway, which is equipped with everything you need, from food storage to the nuclear button.

According to some sources, the total length of Metro-2 reaches over 150 kilometers.

The Museum was opened on Sportivnaya metro station on November 6, 1967. It features the most interesting models of trains and stations.
