Is this a good place to watch the Bears play?

Yes, it is a Bears fan place. But they are a paranoid on covid biz--

Do they have other alcohol or only beer?

Beer & wine and only..some great live tunes, but have your 'papers' with you, because they asked for mine one entire day before the 'mandate' was in effect. Bummer.

Good divey type bar with live music and a decent beer menu. If that's what you're looking for this is solid.

If you're looking for a no-frills, comfortable, neighborhood bar with live music, this is your spot. They didn't have food when we were there, but that was fine, we just walked across the street and brought fast food in to eat while we drank. Drinks are reasonably priced, seating is comfortable, and everyone is friendly. Check this place out if you're in the area.

Perfect Neighborhood bar. Perfect friendship inside and perfect service as well. Also the beers in the menu were perfect as well

Love this place. OPEN MICS Monday starting 8pm- sign ups at 7! Great place to stretch yourself creatively and get up on stage. $10 for 10 minutes and it's a warm community and very supportive. I have done this open mic 3 weeks now and loved my experiences every time. Musicians need a place to create and test material and here's the place to do it on the west side!

Tuesday night it is typically a Jazz night. My favorite. A few nights there is a Cover for some shows. Look at the web site to pick your best music option that fits your musical tastes. This music spot has the wide selection of Types of Music. Wide. Love that we have a small up close and personal Band Corner where you can support local Live entertainment. Do not forget to put something in the Tip Bucket. And good luck trying all the Beers on tap etc. Beer and Wine. Pool table in the back. What are you waiting for? Call a friend and say "Meet me at Trip on ____ for the group ____ it will be fun. See you there at XX pm. " Or just go and make a new friend.

Great local hangout! Nice stage with pro stage lighting, and excellent sound. Music is loud enough to be fun, but you can still sit at a table and talk. No cover charge most nights. Everyone on staff is really nice. Beer and wine only, hopefully they get a full liquor license soon.

This place has a great divey local vibe and jazz nights on tuesdays! Lots of beer selections but I opt for the white wine which was super tasty! You can play lottery games and table pool!

Came here to see a few bands play on a Sunday night. I loved the cool design of the outside wall on Grant Avenue. The stage is pretty decently sized, enough for a 5 piece rock band. The sound was good, and they did have a sound technician. The mixer was up close to the stage and the stage is near the entrance. If you are a musician, it's a good venue to play at. It's a decent sized venue with a big bar and ample seating area. I didn't order any food but was seated at the bar and although they don't have mixed drinks, they have a lot of beer, wine, and seltzers (thankfully because I am allergic to beer). The bartender was really nice and service was fast. It's a casual dress atmosphere and it seems like a nice venue! I hope to see more bands here! Giving this place 4 stars because they didn't have any mixed drinks and being allergic to beer it's important to have other options.

You have to experience it for yourself! It's definitely a divey spot, simple and not attempting to impress anyone. There are entertainment shows which can make for a potentially interesting night. On Wednesdays, they do have burlesque shows. Again, nothing fancy but can be fun if you're into that type of thing. I suggest bringing great attitude and mood, and leaving expectations outside the door. You may very much have a great time!

I love this place pretty low key entertainment, can't ask for anything more I had so much fun can't wait to go back.
