My sons brilliant party was a great experience from beginning to end!

We just left our party for my son’s 5th birthday and I want to say I am so so so impressed by the process, experience and care that went into every detail of our party. The lady who greeted us on reception was impeccable, the email correspondence and calls through the planning amazing and the room we had for the party was beyond what we imagined! Then there was Terry! He honestly went above and beyond to make the party truly special and memorable for my son and his friends. He was incredible with the kids, made balloons for them, helped us out to the car and was kind and fun from start to finish!!! Thank you!!! We will be highly recommending you!

Recently had a child’s Laser Tag party at Safari MK. Pros: - Laura S the party host was amazing!! She really made the party for the kids. Nothing was too much trouble, she organised the kids, and really supported the SEN needs in our party. - We had the tiger menu, and the kids ate a lot, testament to the good choice of party food being prepared. - The Laser guns - wow these were great for the kids. Everyone had a named gun that showed them what they were doing, collated their points and fed it back to a screen to check. The kids loved their name choices - creeper, inferno, hellfire 😂 (they even let the parents get involved with the spare guns). Cons: - The office staff - we had a phone call to take full balance a week before, and explained that one of the party actually might not come as they were slightly too young to enjoy it. They still took full payment despite this, and then refused to refund or to allow us to get some drinks with that child’s payment. It wasn’t a great start to the booking!!! I’d advise any one booking to be super clear and not let the office staff con you!! Fortunately on the actual day Laura S really turned things around! Well done Laura!!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you had a great Laser-Tag experience here with us and that the children had the best time! We will make sure Laura is aware of your comments and how well she did on the day :) It is great to hear that she looked after you all so well. We do ask that if you are organising a party with us to confirm your final numbers 1 week before the event. The minimum for Laser is 15 children so the payment for this would need to be paid either way one week before. But if you think you have more than 15 we do need to have some idea of this to ensure the space for their play is reserved and food is ordered for them otherwise we won't be able to plan on our end also. We do always accommodate 1 or 2 people on the day as best as we can but if we have confirmation a week before this of course helps your party run smoothly on the day. Our intention is always to ensure you have a smooth experience here with us and to ensure everyone has the food they need and enough of it at that, as well as allergies to be catered for and we can only do this 1 week before if we are told in advance by yourself. We hope you understand that we do need to plan things in the back ground leading up to the event, as from experience of running parties at Safari MK since 2014 this is the best process that works for everyone. We had my Son’s 6th Birthday party here at the weekend. We chose the Laser Tag party and it was brilliant. It was a joint party and both the boys had the best time , all of the other parents were commenting throughout about how amazing it was as well. Our host Laura was the perfect laser tag Sargent, she kept the kids happy throughout, spoke to them on their level and interacted brilliantly throughout with them. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something a bit different a standard soft play party especially.

Best soft play experience by country mile   What an incredible place amazingly friendly helpful staff who do everything they can ti give you the best experience brilliant for kids of all ages with specialised zones for them to play and do all sorts of different things from dressing up interactive play educational play on top of the usual slides climbing and ball play and the wiggle cars and ball playing area. Spotlessly clean throughout easily the best maintained one we have attended as a family group with six children up to eight years old. Food and beverages were fantastic quality well priced and piping hot and very good quality too. We travelled from over an hour away to come and will be heading back at the first opportunity we get can’t thank the team enough for a fab two n half hours.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME FOR PARTIES   WOW, just WOW. The parties here are EPIC! to say the least. My 4&6-year-old boys celebrated their birthdays in the glow-in-the-dark room and haven't stopped speaking about it since! Our hosts were Laura and Anna and they were Amazing. They were informative and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a guest with quite a range of allergies and it was handled perfectly, they interacted with the children in the room and were always on hand for any questions. They are a credit to the team. I will definitely be returning with the boys

We’ve just got home from my son’s 6th Birthday party. He chose the football party and our Host was Iona. She was very welcoming right from the start. She took us to check the party room was all okay before hand and she kept us informed regularly on what was happening next. She had some great fun with the children playing football and then was very helped up when we went through to the room to eat. She made sure all the children were entertained and happy throughout. We are regular visitors to Safari Play, our children love it! Our daughter chose to have her birthday party there this week, and chose a glow in the dark theme. Our host Nell was brilliant and explained everything, showed us around the party room and set our cakes up. She regularly checked in with us and made the whole thing stress-free. The kids had an amazing time and I recommend Safari Play as a party venue and for everyday fun.

My 6yr old had his birthday party at the MK venue yesterday. The glow in the dark party was a huge hit with the kids and I'm told the warm sausage rolls were incredible....I wouldn't know because the kids demolished them before I could get a look in! CJ our designated party host was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good time. She even spent time with my nephew who has special needs (and can't be left to play unattended) to give us a rest. All in all a great party...but an unforgettable party because of CJ. Safari MK was simply phenomenal. Where I come from there's nothing that exist like this at home. My two kids age 3+5 had a whale of a time! Non stop fun! Love that everywhere is clean and everyone must wear socks! There were lots of things for kids to do- ball pits, imaginative play fire station and construction area(with dress up props) and interactive games. There's a baby park for kids under 4 and then a big kid park for the older ones. We loved the magnetic blocks-seemed a big hit for sensory kids (or kids on the spectrum) who aren't into imaginative play. I definitely felt we got our money's worth maybe MORE! It was 10/10 and we will definitely visit again when we're in MK. Food was good too! I recommend the nachos! 👍🏾

With a wide range of entertainment for your little ones, including roleplay rooms, interactive games, a multi-tier play frame and a separate baby and toddler area, we’re certain that they’ll be lots for your little ones to explore and enjoy.

Every Soft Play booking now includes 2.5 hours of play at the weekends and during the school holidays, and 3 hours of play Monday to Friday during term time. Take advantage of our after-school discount and get 2.5 hours of play from 3.30pm onwards!

This is still a great place to take the kids to to burn off some energy, they love it so much and after months of not going to soft play it was tricky getting them to leave! There are measures in place to help stop covid such as santinisers and one way systems-not that the kids paid any attention to them! However I do wonder how they keep the equipment clean and so it would be great if they were to let parents know what they're doing after hours to at least sterilise the soft play, wash the dressing up clothes and side rooms if they can. Staff were in PPE but I didn't see any cleaning going on.
