Room was clean. No issues. Very comfortable.

Just pay more money to stay in a better area where the attitudes of the staff and the property condition's are reflective.

Good location and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel lobby is closed off to guest. Only a small room is open for check-in. The Hotel is not safe, at 3:30am night time someone knocked on my room door and said they are security, I peek through viewing lens and found a black man and woman outside the door. I yelled to them to go away. They left 2 min later. There were no any problem near my room.

The room was okay. Nothing too special. The sheets could have been better. Noise level could get noisy depending on where you are located.

I did not stay, the receptionist was rude and condescending. The keys didn't fit the door. I left. I would never stay in this place. It's a shame I paid for night I didn't use.

Didn't feel safe.

Room was run down and dirty. I took pictures of dirty bathroom floors (hair, dust), spots on the lampshade, dirty plastic cups from previous guests. Area seemed unsafe, homeless people right across the property. Sketchy characters walking around hotel grounds and all kind of noises coming from other rooms. We stayed there because it had 3.1 star reviews and the price was not cheap. It was a last minute booking so among everything available for the price we thought it would be an ok place to stay. The bedsheet on my bed was too small and only covered about 2/3 of the bed, exposing dirty mattress. We slept fully clothed. This is the dirtiest, sketchiest place I ever stayed in. I think Orbitz shouldn't allow this "hotel" to use their platform.

We had a “sweet” that was not sweet at all. Very poor lighting. You could see daylight coming in under the door. Couch was stained and filthy. One bathroom sink the hot and cold were switched. The bathroom light would come on in the middle of the night. Toilet paper holder was broken. Bathroom door didn’t close right. Towels were very small. Beds only had a sheet and blanket on them. Was told it was a double queen. But sure seemed like double doubles. Also had a lot of shady characters hanging out in the parking lot. But other than that it was fine.

ROOM SMELLED BAD. LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE TRYED TO BREAK IN THE WINDOW. BEDS ARE NOT GOOD. ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT PEOPLE TALKING AND YELLING AND RUNNING UP AND DOWN STAIRS. THE OFFICE IS NOT OPEN AT NIGHT.

This isn't a nice hotel. We booked 2 nights and canceled our 2nd night. Just bare bones, no breakfast , they have coffee and a danish. Just skip it. We were desperate

The property needs to be updated. Very old rooms in bad condition. Too expensive for what we got.

Staff is very rude and the breakfast wasn't anything to be happy about.

We booked a nonsmoking room, but the first room they gave us smelled like cigarettes. They gave us a new room at no hassle. second room, the bedroom decor was updated and nice, however the bathroom area was clean but still needs work; kinda old and showing wear and tear. Pretty quiet hotel for passersby.
