Any recommendations on transportation from Portland, OR?

Hi Joanna, the Central Oregon Breeze bus service is a great option for transport between Portland and Bend. The bus departs daily, with lots of options for stops and departure times.

Wonderlust tour is a MUST on the Bend, OR list of "things to do". There are many different tours. The staff is kind and accommodating, especially for little ones! Kids get to be an interactive part of the tour and learn a ton. Super neat! Our tour guide, Charlie was informative, friendy, and entertaining for us all!. This was a captivating experience we shared. We are thanful to the crew and tour for making it possible!

Absolutely amazing experience. Took my family the day after my elopement. It was a very nice trip to end the week together in Bend. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable of all the flora and fauna, as well as the history in Bend. We were completely blown away. Definitely memorable!!

I cannot recommend Wanderlust's midnight canoe tour enough! The Cascades are breathtaking. Floating amongst the lily pads as the sun sinks and the stars flicker into view is otherworldly and seriously magical. The trip would not have been as amazing without our guide Charlie though! He took our antics in stride, answered our millions of questions, and educated us on the local wildlife and geology. Thanks wanderlust and thanks Charlie!!! It was truly the highlight of my summer.

I called several months ago to book a tour for our family. I spoke with Courtney, who said we could do the lava lakes canoe tour. I paid the money via credit card and signed the waiver. Four days before the tour. I called her about the weather, she said the weather in lava lakes was windy, and so she was going to move us from a canoe to a kayak. I called back two days later to confirm that it would be a kayak. No problem so this morning I spent a long time reading about the lava Lakes murders to my family who was going on the trip. At 1 o'clock we showed up ready to paddle lava lakes and we were told by the guy at the front desk that they don't do lava lakes they've never done lava lakes. He's never heard of all the lakes, and that that was just plain wrong. He didn't know where we were going to go, but he knew it wasn't lava lakes . So talk about a bait and switch. This was not OK.

I cannot believe how unprofessional this tour group is. I traveled to Bend for a little adventure and fun, instead I waited two weeks for a a tour which Wanderlust booked for me. I showed up on the tour date only to find out they cancelled the tour with no warning. This was a tour they rescheduled me for when a previous tour I booked with them was also cancelled. This is a perfect example of a company that doesn't value its loyal customers.

They are truly well organized. Patiently answered all our questions. Did an excellent job getting us to do the trek and explaining how they formed and all the other remarkable details. Truly enjoyed it.

Wanderlust tours are the NICEST people to work with!!!! We had a great time on their evening snowshoe tour. Such a unique experience!!! And when our travel plans got messed up because of flight cancellations, they worked with us and gave us flexibility on rescheduling our second tour. I HIGHLY recommend this company when looking for something fun to do in Bend.

Our kayaking tour with Chris was amazing! He was very personable and engaging. He gave just the right amount of information when needed and also afforded us quiet moments to take in the scenery. The experience with Wanderlust Tour was great from the moment we walked in and were greated with smiles to when we left with "thank you's" and waves. I highly recommend this tour if you're in Bend. Best part of the day was seeing two bald eagles!

Oh my.... Our group of six was lucky to have Colton as our guide and driver. We visited brewery, Ciderhouse, and distillery! All three off the beaten path an incredible businesses. Being introduced to these new businesses we will now be going back to patronize! Thank you Colton for sharing!

I hired Wanderlust Tours for several outings for a corporate event this August and they were wonderful!! They took us hiking, into caves, on the lake and more! Their guides were professional, knowledgeable and super nice! They were really easy to work with in booking our excursions and just an overall pleasure! Highly recommend!
