Fantastic experience: The last few years have been seamless dealing with Zahra from TravelWorld. Zahra is accommodating with all of our travel requirements and will go far and beyond to get the best outcome. Zahra is friendly and has exceptional Customer service. Thoroughly recommend TravelWorld!!!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend using Anna at Travel World as your agent more highly. Anna took over handling my trip to the USA after a colleague of her’s left. There was still a bit to do and Anna jumped straight in and took control of organising my trip for me, from booking my preferred seat on the plane, to hotels and arranging private cars etc. Anna is a great communicator and kept me in the loop constantly. She went above and beyond, even working on her days off just as I was about to leave to make sure everything went smoothly for me. While I was overseas she was checking in, and quickly got onto a small overpayment mishap with one of my hotels - she was always on call and more than happy to help. I had an amazing and relaxing time overseas because of Anna’s great work! 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: I called numerous travel agencies on Friday due to my family being in Lebanon in this volatile situation. A few minutes later, Zahra from Travel World returned my call and within 30 minutes, my sister and her two children had a confirmed booking for a flight a few hours later, whilst others hadn’t yet returned my calls. However, soon later is when the problem began…. Emirates Airlines international booking system crashed and the staff at airport couldn’t see the booking and were not able to do anything about it. It was 7:30pm here and I called Zahra in a huge panic. She assured me not to worry…. Zahra did whatever was required, kept my sister and myself informed, then shortly afterwards sent us the tickets, before Emirates Staff in Beirut airport even realised their system was back online. A truly amazing experience in such a stressful situation. The professionalism and commitment to keeping their customers happy and informed is unmatched in all my years of travel. Best customer service ever and I’ve since realised she was the best priced also. I would recommend this agency to anyone in the world. Thank you so much

Welcome to our USA HQ! We’re the biggest TTC office, which means we can connect with a lot of smart people from all different teams. We’ve named our collaboration spaces after cites around the globe – stop by Jaipur for weekly yoga and yes, we’ve got bikes, sofas, ping-pong, shuffleboard and foosball tables.  

Welcome to our Canadian office! Our largest office on the east coast, and proudly one of our most energy efficient across our 40 offices worldwide due to its many sustainability features such as energy-saving lighting, natural lighting and a geothermal heating system.
