  • Provides routine clerical assistance
  • Verifies, sort, post, and check claims, bills, invoices, and vouchers
  • Receives outgoing mail and apply correct postage
  • Sabre proficient
  • Experience with complex international fares strongly recommended
  • Experience with complex ticketing & exchanges is preferred
  • Sabre skills preferred
  • Familiarity with GDS systems, online booking tool concepts, and working with scripts helpful
  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited travel school program preferred
  • Sabre GDS Skills
  • Books domestic reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals, following up when necessary to complete the reservation
  • Responds to requests for domestic price quotations utilizing automated system(s) for domestic itineraries
  • Responds to requests for international price quotations utilizing automated system(s) for international itineraries
  • Providing resolution for escalated issues
  • Effectively communicating and working with internal and external customers
  • Exercising sound independent judgement
  • Upholding quality processes, policies and protocols
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships
  • Guide travelers to make the best financial trip choices for the company and implement company standards
  • 2+ years experience in a travel agency or in-house travel department
  • Proficient with ticketing, calculating refunds and exchanges, refunds and voids
  • Proficient using Sabre
  • Proficient using the Concur online booking tool
  • Must be able to work under pressure and juggle priorities
  • Can fulfil request passports, Visa
