The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.

Enjoyed our flight with Ryanair to Arrecife. Flight boarded pretty much on time, crew were welcoming and very good. Generally good for a frequent low cost flight, Seats could however have been more comfortable.

I wouldn't like to fly with them anymore, I don't like their service, you can hardly take carry-on luggage because they charge you for everything, you can't ask for a glass of water, and the flight attendant tells you that they don't have any, that you have to Paying 3 euros for a bottle of water horrible, I don't recommend it, and they don't have anything low cost, because the plane ticket may not be expensive but what they charge you later for the rest, the flight becomes more expensive, it's the only airline that I don't like it so far, and I traveled a lot.

Booked through you used Kiwi who did not complete checking in until 24 hrs before departure when the check in was available 48 hrs before hence we sat separately. I will not be using you again.

I sat in the last row of seats. On an 8 hour flight they allowed folks to stand and talk and drink in the back area near the toilets the whole time. They were at times loud and in the way. It was a little annoying. The crew on this trip were pretty mediocre and the plane was littered with trash when we disembarked.

I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened

I travelled on biz class and f there is no water in the toilette to wash my hands I would expect to have this indicated somehow and not just finding out when I'm there expecting to be able to wash my hands and teeth. Also this is in general that it is always so rushy at the end of these kind of long flights. It is like we are sitting there for 9 hours and the last 1.5 hours just feels like I have time for nothing. Because food comes and at the same time we are close to destination everyone tries to pack their stuff and go to toilette and eat and everything :))) not that like I would know a good solution here I just wanted to raise this :)

Stanton airport is outdated, pure equiped, airport. Fire alarms, power outages is a common routine, wich result ir flights delay , additional money spending and huge gathering of people in airport wich is unsafe.

After you made us check-in I tried to add a suitcase in the internet and also to get help by chet. Nothing work and we pay 60 pounds at Airport. Comper to Easyjet to do the same, was easy and customer friendly.

You'll have to traverse nearly all of the United Kingdom from south to north to get there, so flying is the fastest way to complete the journey. However, the train takes almost the same amount of time and also lets passengers enjoy the lush beauty of the landscape that you would otherwise miss. You can also enjoy the scenery for a fraction of the price by taking the bus, although that is a much longer trip. If you have access to a car, driving yourself is the best way to truly experience life in the U.K. outside of the major cities.

What Is the Cheapest Way to Get From London to Edinburgh?

If you don't mind an all-day (or all-night) bus trip, you can book a bus from London to Edinburgh on National Express or Megabus . It's a long journey and involves nearly 11 hours seated on the bus, but when tickets are as cheap as $20, it's hard to turn down. Megabus is about two hours faster than other services, getting you to Edinburgh in roughly nine hours. You can typically choose from four daily buses, two that leaves in the morning and two more that leave at night. The overnight bus is an ideal option so you don't miss out on a full day of your trip while also saving yourself a night of accommodation.

Regardless of the company you choose, you catch the bus in London from Victoria Station, with connections to the Circle, Victoria, and District lines of the Underground. The Edinburgh Bus Station is in the city center next to St. Andrew Square and is easily accessible to most parts of the city by foot.

What Is the Fastest Way to Get From London to Edinburgh?

The method of transport with the least amount of travel time is flying, and you can choose from one of several direct daily flights between London and Edinburgh. The total time in the air is only 1 hour, 20 minutes and flights start as low as $30 for a one-way ticket. The primary airlines that fly this popular route are Easyjet and British Airways, with flights departing from any one of the several London airports—Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, or Stansted.

Heathrow is the largest of the airports and is the one that's best connected to the city center, with an express train from Paddington Station to the terminal. You can also take a train to Gatwick or Luton from the city center, while Stansted is only accessible by bus. Edinburgh Airport is located about 10 miles outside of the city, but you can take a tram or bus to the city center.

Although a plane is ostensibly the fastest way to get to Edinburgh from London, you also have to factor in all of the time it takes to get to and from the airport, check-in for your flight, pass through security, and wait at your gate. All things considered, flying and taking the train take almost the same amount of time.

How Long Is the Train Ride?

The fastest trains get you from London to Edinburgh in only 4 hours, 20 minutes. Considering that trains leave from King's Cross Station in the center of London and bring you directly to central Edinburgh, the total travel time of the train is more or less the same as going by plane. Taking the train also has the added benefits of enjoying the English countryside scenery while you travel as well as being the most environmentally friendly option.

Train tickets start at about $33 when you can find the cheapest "Advance" ticket prices. As those sell out, however, tickets jump up in price dramatically and can cost over $200 for a one-way ticket during peak travel times. Flexibility is key for finding the best deals, so try looking at different times and days to see if prices fluctuate. You should also buy tickets early to find the cheapest seats, as the Advance tickets usually go on sale about eight to 10 weeks before the travel date.

The drive to Edinburgh is about 400 miles and takes seven hours if you drive straight through along the direct route on the M1 highway. Traffic around London and Edinburgh can cause major delays at the beginning and end of your trip, but the bulk of the journey should be easy driving with the scenic countryside. Parking within the city center of Edinburgh is complicated at best. However, there are several Park & Ride structures outside of the city that offer free or inexpensive parking spaces and then shuttle customers into the city. Once you're in Edinburgh, everything is accessible on foot or public transportation and your vehicle won't be necessary.

It's the largest arts festival in the entire world and it completely inundates the city for four weeks with performances, art shows, music, and entertainment. It's also the busiest time to visit the city, but it's a uniquely Edinburgh experience you won't regret seeing.

Winter may be chilly, but spending the holidays in Edinburgh has its own special magic, especially if you're visiting during the special New Year's celebration of Hogmanay . This three-day event starts on December 30 and goes until January 1 of the new year, and it's a special Scottish tradition that more than makes up for the cold weather.

What's the Most Scenic Route to Edinburgh?

If you have your own vehicle and want to get to Edinburgh quickly, the M1 highway will get you there in about seven hours. But one of the best parts of driving is being able to take your time and explore along the way. If you take the M6 highway along the west side of the country, you'll pass through worthwhile towns such as Oxford, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Liverpool, and Manchester before continuing through the photogenic national parks in northern England. The drive itself is minimally longer than the fastest route, but you'll definitely want to make pitstops along the way to see all the country has to offer.

What Is There to Do in Edinburgh?

Edinburgh offers all types of historical, cultural, and culinary delights, so it's no surprise that this Scottish capital is the second most popular city to visit in the U.K. after London. Edinburgh Castle overlooks the city and gives visitors an educational history lesson along with breathtaking views. Recently, Avanti West Coast introduced a new service that allows you to order food and drink during your journey and have it delivered to your seat.

Called 'At-Seat Order', the service is available on all their trains, just log on to Avanti's onboard WiFi and you'll be able to order and pay for your items on a dedicated page. Your food and drink will then be delivered to your seat by staff on board.

If you fancy stretching your legs, there's also a click and collect option on Pendolino trains. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready, then you can just visit the onboard shop to collect your food and drink.

Traveling in First Class? Avanti West Coast serve complimentary food and drinks throughout your journey. The menu can vary depending on the type of train you're traveling on and the time/day of your journey. Here's an idea of what you can expect during your journey:

Customers staying in the Caledonian Double and Club Rooms can anticipate a selection of breakfast choices, from a bacon roll to a full Highland Breakfast. Classic Room guests can purchase breakfast, with options including Scottish Porridge, bacon rolls or yogurt bowls. Room service is available if preferred. Guests in the Seated Car can purchase items from a range of quality food and drink.

LNER passengers are allowed to bring three items with them – one small handbag, a carry-on bag and one large suitcase. On board, you can store baggage in the space beneath your seat, shelves above your head or in the compartments at the end of each car. One medium-sized suitcase (measuring 63 cm (24.8") in height, 41 cm (16.1") in width, and 27 cm (10.6") in depth).

One small bag, backpack, or duffle bag that can fit either in your lap or under the seat in front of you.

Any baggage that exceeds these limits may be carried aboard at Lumo's discretion; however, additional fees may apply.

It's a door-to-door service, so your baggage will be waiting for you when you arrive at your destination.

WiFi is available on all Lumo trains, allowing passengers to check emails, browse the internet and stay in touch with friends and family. The WiFi connection is secure and reliable, making it a perfect choice for anyone who needs to stay connected while traveling.

Although Caledonian Sleeper offers WiFi on their service, the rural location sometimes means they can't guarantee WiFi will be available for your entire journey. If you want to watch or listen to something while you travel, you may want to download it before you depart.

You can bring a maximum of two dogs, cats, or other small animals at no cost and without prior notice, as long as they don't occupy a seat. There may be an extra fee for more pets.

As long as your pet can fit on the train, you're all set! In fact, you can travel with two of your pets at no cost. However, any extra furry friends will require you to pay a fee. There may also be a price for large pet carriers, so be sure to check with Avanti West Coast ahead of time if you're in doubt.

Dogs must be kept on leads and other small household pets must always be transported in a fully enclosed basket that is not larger than 85 cm (33.4") x 60 cm (23.6") x 60 cm (23.6"). Please remember that you cannot book a seat for animals, except for assistance dogs. Water dishes and bags are also available upon request, please ask a member of staff if you require any.

Caledonian Sleeper welcomes dogs and cats on board, as well as other pets too – contact the train company for more advice. Up to two pets can join you on board for free if you’ve booked a room, but they do charge a cleaning fee. Currently, this is £30 per room, for any single journey and for either one or two pets. Unfortunately, pets cannot travel in the Seated Car.

If you're taking a non-folding bicycle on your journey, you must make a reservation ahead of time. Folding bikes, on the other hand, can be placed with the rest of your baggage.

Planning a day on two wheels? Maybe you're cycling to work? You're in luck! It's totally free to take your bicycle on Avanti West Coast trains, although you'll have to reserve a spot to bring a full-sized bike onboard. Folding bikes don't require a reservation, but you must be able to carry it onto the train and store it in the baggage rack.

On Lumo trains, only folding bikes are allowed and do not require a reservation. Simply fold your bike before boarding the train and keep it in the overhead baggage racks.

All bicycles require a reservation to travel on Caledonian Sleeper services. Due to high demand, you should reserve a space for your bike when you book. On board, there is a dedicated storage area for all reserved bikes next to the Seated Coach.

Located 14 miles west of central London, Heathrow Airport is one of the city's busiest airports. Depending on your needs and budget, there are several options for getting from Heathrow to the city center :

Trains from Heathrow Airport   

Heathrow Airport has 3 rail stations: Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3, Heathrow Terminal 4, and Heathrow Terminal 5.

The fastest train service available is the Heathrow Express – you can get from London Heathrow Terminals 2 &3 and 5 to Paddington station in just 20 minutes!

If you're not in a rush but still want to take the train, you can travel with the Elizabeth line , the new railway service named after Queen Elizabeth II. You can take the Elizabeth line from any rail station at Heathrow Airport and get off at some of the main stations in London, including Paddington, Liverpool Street and Farringdon, in about 45 minutes.

Also, you can take the Piccadilly line (blue) of the London Underground from any Heathrow Terminal to central London. Journeys can take up to 1 hour, depending on the station you’re getting off at. Please note that you’ll need an Oyster Card – a smartcard you can add money to – or a contactless payment method to take the Tube.

If you’re traveling on a budget, you can also take a National Express bus – they usually run between Heathrow Airport and Victoria Coach station in about 35 minutes.

How to get from Gatwick Airport to central London

Flying into London Gatwick Airport? Getting the train to central London is often a cheaper and more convenient option.

When you land, you’ll fly into one of two terminals: Gatwick North Terminal or Gatwick South Terminal. The South Terminal is only a 2-minute walk away from Gatwick Airport train station. To get quickly from Gatwick North Terminal to Gatwick South Terminal, you can take the free shuttle bus.

Trains from Gatwick Airport  

Gatwick Airport is situated in West Sussex, just southeast of London. From there, London city center is only 30 minutes away if you travel by train.

To get to central London from Gatwick Airport, the Gatwick Express is the quickest way. It will get you to London Victoria station in about 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a Southern or Thameslink train – these are commuter trains so they will make more stops along the way, making the trip 10-15 minutes longer. While Southern services also stop at Victoria station, Thameslink trains stop at other key places like London St. Pancras , Farringdon, Blackfriars, and London Bridge.

Buses from Gatwick Airport

If you want to save money and don’t mind taking more time to get to central London, you can also travel by bus with National Express. Their services depart from Gatwick North Terminal and take about 90 minutes to get to Victoria Coach station.

How to get from Stansted Airport to central London

Stansted Airport is 40 miles northeast of London and is home to many UK budget airlines. You can get from Stansted Airport to central London by train or bus.

Trains from Stansted Airport

The Stansted Express is the quickest way to get into the city center. Trains run every 15 minutes and depart from the station right below the terminal, and 47 minutes later arrive at London Liverpool Street. You can also get to Tottenham Hale in a little less than 40 minutes.

Buses from Stansted Airport

You can travel on a National Express bus to central London from Stansted Airport. National Express services can take you to a variety of places within the city, including London Stratford, Victoria Coach station, King’s Cross and Paddington.

How to get from London City Airport to central London

Located in zone 3 and only 6 miles east of the city center, London City Airport is the closest airport to central London.

Trains from London City Airport

From London City Airport, you can take the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) – it’s the same as the Tube. In about 7 minutes you’ll get to Canning Town where you can transfer to the Tube’s Jubilee line (grey line) to get into the city.

You can also take the DLR to Bank, which is London’s financial/business area. DLR trains leave from London City Airport every 8 to 15 minutes.

Buses from London City Airport

To take the bus from London City Airport, you can one of the following bus services:

• The 473, which stops in Stratford, Silvertown, North Woolwich, and Prince Regent DLR Station
• The 474, which stops in Canning Town, North Woolwich, and East Beckton via Silvertown.

You’ll need an Oyster Card or a contactless payment method to travel on any of these buses, as cash payments are not accepted.

How to get from Luton Airport to central London

Luton Airport is a major base for several budget airlines, located about 35 miles northwest of London city center.

Trains from Luton Airport  

From Luton Airport, the nearest train station is called Luton Airport Parkway. You’ll need to get a shuttle bus, which runs from the airport to the train station every 10 minutes throughout the day.

Then, you can travel with East Midlands Railway or Thameslink . East Midlands Railway trains can get you to the city in as little as 20 minutes. Hourly trains will take you to London St Pancras International. Thameslink services also stop at St Pancras International station and continue to several other stations in the city.

Buses from Luton Airport

To get from Luton Airport to central London in about 50 minutes, there are two types of buses you can take:

• The GreenLine 757 will take you from the airport to Baker Street, Marble Arch, Hyde Park Corner, or Victoria Station
• National Express buses can get you to Paddington or Victoria Coach station

How to get from London Southend Airport to central London

London Southend Airport is a smaller airport with only one terminal and less transport options, located around 40 miles from London.

Trains from London Southend Airport

To take the train, head out of the terminal and hop on a Greater Anglia service. These trains run every 20 minutes throughout the day and can take you to London Stratford in around 45 minutes or London Liverpool Street in about 55 minutes.

How to get to London train stations

When traveling from London to Edinburgh, your train will depart from either London King’s Cross station or London Euston station. Not sure how to get to either one? Read on for more information on how to navigate the city’s public transport to your train.

How to get to London King’s Cross station

London King’s Cross station is conveniently located in the center of the capital, and can be easily reached by National Rail, London Underground (the Tube), bus services or car.

King’s Cross St Pancras Underground station is served by 6 Tube lines: the Hammersmith & City (pink line), Circle (yellow line), Metropolitan (purple line), Northern (black line), Piccadilly (dark blue line) and Victoria (light blue) lines.

You’ll also be able to get a taxi to King’s Cross station, though this will likely be more expensive than using public transport.

If you’re driving to London King’s Cross station, you’ll find a Click and Park car park at nearby London St Pancras International station – it has 315 spaces and is always open, with staff on hand 24/7. If you’re cycling to the station, there are plenty of cycle spaces to store your bike safely.

How to get to London Euston station

Situated in the heart of the capital, London Euston station is easy to get to from all parts of the city.

London Euston station is served by 2 Tube lines: the Northern (black line) and Victoria (light blue) lines.

Alternatively, there is a pick-up and drop-off point in the taxi rank by Euston Road. If you’re cycling to the station, there are plenty of cycle spaces to store your bike safely. If you’re driving to London, there are limited parking spaces available nearby.

Arriving at Edinburgh Waverley station from London

No matter which train operator you decide to travel with, you’ll arrive at Edinburgh Waverley station. The station lies between the Old Town and modern Edinburgh, close to Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle.

As soon as you’ve arrived, you’ll want to start soaking up the city’s atmosphere as soon as possible. All areas of Edinburgh are easily accessible due to the city’s public transport system:

• Bus : Local buses leave from Princes Street and North Bridge to all areas of the city.
• Tram : The nearest stop is St Andrews Square and connects you with the rest of Edinburgh.
• Taxi : The closest taxi rank is on Market Street.
• On foot: Edinburgh city center is easy to explore on foot – though be prepared to walk up some hills!

The Edinburgh tram system features one route that links York Place to Edinburgh Airport. This route includes fifteen stops, all of which are equipped for wheelchair access.

It will take roughly thirty-five minutes to get from Edinburgh Airport to Princes Street (the closest stop to the city center).

In September 2023, I took the train from London to Edinburgh with LNER , traveling in one of their First Class cars. It took around four and a half hours to get from London King’s Cross station to Edinburgh Waverley station by train. 

What I enjoyed about the journey

The train was clean, the seating was comfortable, and I was happy with the amount of legroom I had in First Class. There was plenty of baggage storage on board, which was useful. I was also able to charge my devices thanks to the power outlets at my seat.  

There were also toilet facilities on board, as well as a quiet car for passengers who prefer to travel in quieter surroundings. 

I was pleased with the food and drink options available on board. Since the journey is around 4 and a half hours long, it’s good to know you can get a snack if you want one! 

During the journey, I was able to sit back and relax. As I looked out of the window, I saw some great views as we whizzed through the British countryside.  

What I didn’t like about the journey

One thing I didn’t like about my trip was the lack of WiFi on the journey. LNER usually offer free WiFi for all customers on their trains, but it wasn’t available when I took this trip. 

That said, overall I really enjoyed traveling in First Class with LNER. My train was on time and the trip from London to Edinburgh was smooth, quick and fuss-free.

An enjoyable journey from London to Edinburgh by train

I recently took the train from London to Edinburgh with LNER, traveling in First Class. It took around four and a half hours to get from London King’s Cross station to Edinburgh Waverley station by train. 

During the journey, I enjoyed gazing out of the window at the British landscape. In particular, the views from the right-hand side of the train after we left Newcastle were stunning. The train was so close to the coast, and I had a lovely Scottish woman next to me pointing things out. 

I even saw the Flying Scotsman just after we stopped at York station, when I looked out of the left-hand side window. 

I was able to sit back and relax in one of the train's comfy seats. I was pleased that the train was air-conditioned, and there were toilet facilities on board too. 

In addition, the catering on board offered a good range of food and drinks, and the staff were all very helpful. I also liked that I could charge my devices on the go thanks to the power outlets at my seat.

I was impressed with how quick the journey was – I was able to travel from England’s capital to Scotland’s capital in under five hours! 

One thing I didn’t like about my trip was the train’s WiFi availability. The connection was pretty poor on my outbound journey, though it was much better when I took the trip back from Edinburgh to London . 

That said, my train trip from London to Edinburgh was pretty good overall. I was happy with all the facilities that LNER offered on board, and the train itself was clean and comfortable.

I've put a last second trip together to London around easter...interested in heading up to Edinburgh for a couple nights...it appears Easter Sunday would be cheap.....any suggestions? Any tips? Very flexible...should I worry about returns filling up? Ty

That's for "last second" deals?

For the cheapest tickets book direct with the rail operator and weeks in advance. Use the national rail website suggested above to look at timings and find out the operators.

Last second deals aren’t a thing on UK railways - last second or walk up tickets are very very expensive compared with booking in advance.

Book at http://LNER.co.uk

Check prices. If each leg - out and back - is under £80 (so under £180 in total) fine.

But if the one-way price for the out OR back direction exceeds £90 one-way, book a Super Off Peak from London to Haymarket (or Haymarket to London) instead.

Haymarket is one stop north of Edinburgh, a £92 one-way Super Off Peak allows break of journey so you don't need to go to Haymarket, you can get off in Edinburgh, and Super Off Peak still exists to Haymarket,

LNER's 'fares trial' means this flexible ticket type has been withdrawn from the London-Edinburgh Flow, meaning it's both cheaper and more flexible to by-pass that awful fares trial by buying to Haymarket instead!

I would be surprised if there were any bargains to be had on the east coast mainline on Easter Sunday. This is because there is engineering work all over the west coast line to Glasgow and anyone wanting to get to Glasgow will also be travelling via Edinburgh. Coupled with the fact that it's now only two weeks away and would ordinarily have been busy.

I can see Advances using Avanti at £55; LNER from £62.50.

Seems quite reasonable for the date.

I see 62.50 also on #2 web site...I can live with that,mark... I wonder if I can be as flexible Coming back 2 or 3 days later And have it be that inexpensive... I'll check when I get a chance

I'm not sure how to "find out the operators"

The operators are LNER and Lumo. I would advise you to book directly with LNER rather than a third party such as Trainline.

Lesser-known European destination with hot springs, cheap wine and underrated food to get new flights to four UK cities

BRITS have a brand new holiday destination to explore this year, thanks to direct flights linking several UK cities to a lesser-known European capital.

There hasn't been a direct route flown between the UK and Georgia since 2020, when Air Georgian scrapped its flights.

However, new routes jetting will now just between its capital Tbilisi and four locations, including London , Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh.

The flights come as part of package deals by Holiday Best , the UK’s newest holiday package operator.

They promise to have the lowest deposit on the market at £25pp and are adding Tbilisi to their list of destinations, with flights operated by Turkish Airlines.

Tbilisi is a diverse city with a hybrid of influences melding to create a location that offers a truly unique city break experience.

The old town of the capital is full of historic architecture , with a wide range of restaurants serving the best of Georgian cuisine.

Although it's not the most well-known, the country is said to have some of the most under-appreciated snacks in the world.

Uncornered Market explained: "Georgian food is arguably one of the world’s most underrated cuisines, featuring flavors from Greece and the Mediterranean, as well as influences from Turkey and Persia."

Khinkali are Georgia's answer to dumplings, with meat, vegetables and cheese stuffed into dough and then steamed or boiled.

Kebabs and lamb stews are also popular, while breads like Khachapuri - a Georgian cheese bread sometimes served with a fried egg on top - are among the most eaten foods in the country.

Meanwhile wine is also a staple of Georgian cuisine, with some considering Georgia the "cradle of wine".

Despite its wine producing history , a bottle is still very cheap in Tbilisi, with the average cost around the £3.50 mark.

Inside the city, the hot springs are another of the main reasons to visit.

Places like the Tbilisi Balneological Resort are famous for having warm year-round outdoor bathing.

Culture Trip listed the site as the number one hot spring to visit in the whole of the country, with plenty of therapeutic treatments available to guests.

Elsewhere, the outskirts are surrounded by the remote mountains of Svaneti, which Holiday Best claim to "rival the Alps in their beauty and hiking opportunities".

Holiday Best is offering customers a range of four and five star hotels in Tbilisi as part of their package deals.

These include the 4* Tbilisi Times Boutique Hotel and the 5* Grand Tbilisi Metekhi Palace that has its own rooftop restaurant and bar.

The package holiday company is running a deal for  7 nights bed & breakfast at the Metekhi Palace , flying from London Stansted on September 7, 2024.

It includes 20kg baggage, as well as private transfers, for £925pp.

John Milburn, Chief Marketing Officer at Holiday Best, said: “We’re so excited to be adding this brand-new destination to our portfolio.

'Tbilisi is an incredible city, with so much to see and do, and I’m looking forward to seeing our customers discover the magic of this place that we’ve long known is there.”

The holidays aren't the only routes linking the UK to Tbilisi this year either, with Air Iveria launching new flights that will connect the city to London.

The new route will fly direct from London Gatwick to Tbilisi from May 13 this year, with three flights per week.

Georgia isn't the only country getting new direct links to the UK this year.

Holiday company Jet2 has confirmed that it will be increasing its  summer  capacity to Sozopol in Bulgaria, by adding  hotels  across the seaside town to its portfolio.

The airline already has direct flights from nine UK bases, including Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands,  Glasgow , Leeds Bradford, Liverpool John Lennon, London Stansted, Manchester and Newcastle International, to Burgas Airport in Bulgaria.

A range of three and four star hotels is set to go on sale with the tour operator, with several different board options to choose from.

Tickets for a brand new airline are on sale already , with flights due to start later this month.

Previously called AnadoluJet, the revamped airline, known as Ajet, also has plans for other services to and from the UK, along with the route from the Istanbul to London Stansted .

Flights will take to the skies for the first time on March 31, with 95 aircraft set to fly to as many as 44 countries this summer .
